Bismillah ...

That was a nation who has passed away. They shall receive the reward of what they earned and you of what you earn. And you will not be asked of what they used to do. (Al-Baqarah 2:134)

This ayah tells us that, in life,
-we should concern ourselves about what Allah will question us about
-this is Ramadan: did you fast all the days,
-did you backbite and slander, did you keep up your 5 daily prayers?
-did you get married or sleep around; did you fast properly?
-these are what we should focus on

And they say, "Be Jews or Christians, then you will be guided." Say (to them, O Muhammad Peace be upon him ), "Nay, (We follow) only the religion of Ibrahim (Abraham), Hanifa [Islamic Monotheism, i.e. to worship none but Allah (Alone)], and he was not of Al-Mushrikûn (those who worshipped others along with Allah - see V.2:105)." (Al-Baqarah 2:135)

was not of the pagans, who worshipped other than Allah
-so how can we follow the Jews and Christians, who are pagans,
-worshipping OTHER than Allah alone
-we worship the same God as them, but they are pagans
-because they did not single out Allah 'tala for ibaadah (worship)

Imam Ahmad, At-Tirmidhi and Ibn Jarir At-Tabari recorded a Hadith via several chains of narration, from 'Adi bin Hatim, may Allah be pleased with him, who became a Christian during the time of Jahiliyya. When the call of the Messenger of Allah reached his area, 'Adi ran away to Ash-Sham, and his sister and several of his people were captured. The Messenger of Allah freed his sister and gave her gifts. So she went to her brother and encouraged him to become Muslim and to go to the Messenger of Allah. 'Adi, who was one of the chiefs of his people (the tribe of Tai') and whose father, Hatim At-Ta’i, was known for his generosity, went to Al-Madinah. When the people announced his arrival, 'Adi went to the Messenger of Allah wearing a silver cross around his neck. The Messenger of Allah recited this Ayah; They took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allah. 'Adi commented, "I said, ‘They did not worship them.’" The Prophet said, ((Yes they did. They (rabbis and monks) prohibited the allowed for them (Christians and Jews) and allowed the prohibited, and they obeyed them. This is how they worshiped them.)) … They took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allah… that the Christians and Jews obeyed their monks and rabbis in whatever they allowed or prohibited for them…" (Tafsir Ibn Kathir (Eng Abridged),First Edition: May 2000], Volume 4, pp. 409-410)

One day,
a man came towards the Rasool (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) w/ a cross around his neck

They (Jews and Christians) took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allah (by obeying them in things which they made lawful or unlawful according to their own desires without being ordered by Allah)...(At-Tawbah 9:31)
Whenever someone legislates and we follow them in that legislation
-they are a mushrik and so are we
-shirk is not only from Hindus and Buddhists
-don't try to marginalize shirk [we're limited in our understanding of it, if we do]
-if you go to palm-readers or believe in horoscopes, those are shirk
-we need to discuss the 13 types of "shirk" again because it's been a very long time

IN CHRISTIAN COUNTRIES, pork is halal: they dine w/ wine and swine
-they have girlfriends but not many wives [they call this bigamy]
-so they make what is halal, haraam by letting you have many girlfriends
-they call you, 'lucky you' and call you 'a stud'
-they make zina halal and polygamy, haraam
-so when the man came towards the Rasool wearing the cross, he read 9:31 to the man
-when he heard the ayah, the Adee ibn Haatim said, 'we don't bow down to idols'
-he was told not to marginalize shirk

In the time of the Rasool, some ate meat that died by itself, not properly killed
-the men would say 'Allah killed the animals for us'
-Allah revealed Surah 6:121

Eat not (O believers) of that (meat) on which Allah's Name has not been pronounced (at the time of the slaughtering of the animal), for sure it is Fisq (a sin and disobedience of Allah). And certainly, the Shayatin (devils) do inspire their friends (from mankind) to dispute with you, and if you obey them [by making Al¬ Maytatah (a dead animal) legal by eating it], then you would indeed be Mushrikûn (polytheists) [because they (devils and their friends) made lawful to you to eat that which Allah has made unlawful to eat and you obeyed them by considering it lawful to eat, and by doing so you worshipped them, and to worship others besides Allah is polytheism]. (Al-An'am 6:121)

-we're not to eat meat that Allah's name is not said at the time of slaughtering
-we're to say "Bismillah" when we slaughter animals
-they call this type of dead animal 'mataa'
-because it was not killed on purpose but died of natural causes
-so in doing so, you're worshipping that animal
-and this is a type of shirk called 'tahaakum'
-so the Rasool said we become a pagan like the man
-who ate the animal not killed properly
-that's just 1 type of shirk

-the Sahabahs used to memorize the different types of shirk
-the way we memorize Surah Fatiha
-they memorized the signs of JUDGMENT DAY
-some asked questions about good things, but Hudaifa asked questions about bad things
-because he thought he might be affected by them

..commit shirk with Allah in judging is of the same meaning as to commit shirk in His worship, there is no difference between the two in any manner. There is no difference in any sense between he who follows a system (nizam) other than Allah's system or law other than Allah's law (sharia) and he who worships an idol or prostrates to a false god. They are the same and both are polytheists [associating others] with Allah. (Adwa' al-Bayan, 7:162)

Have you seen those (hypocrites) who claim that they believe in that which has been sent down to you, and that which was sent down before you, and they wish to go for judgment (in their disputes) to the Taghoot (false judges, etc.) while they have been ordered to reject them. But Shaitan (Satan) wishes to lead them far astray. (An-Nisa 4:60)

That FATAWA says if we believe in man-made isms and schisms,
-or we follow the Shariah other than that of Muhammad (saws)
-we are practicing shirk

-when he started teaching these fatawas, people thought he was making up his own religion
-people there have the book, Tablighi Nisaab but nothing on tawheed,
-or al walaa wal baraa
-see the example of a woman who cooks you chicken everyday:
-we would want fish and meat and vegetables because we need to eat new / different things

-don't we want to absorb different knowledge, new ayahs, different hadeeth

Abu Haneefah (rh) said, when asked of his opinion of the one who says, ‘I do not know whether Allah is above the heavens or on the earth.’ - “He has disbelieved, because Allah says, “The Most Merciful rose above the Throne,” and His Throne is above His seven heavens.’ He was then asked , ‘what if he said that Allah is above His Throne but he does not know whether the Throne is in the heavens or on the earth?’ He said, ‘He has disbelieved, because He has denied that He is above the heavens, And whosoever denied that He is above the heavens has disbelieved.”
(‘Sharh Usul I'tiqaad Ahlus Sunnah’ of al-Laalikaaee (d.414AH), ‘al-Uluww’ of adh- Dhahabee, also ‘Sharh Aqueedah at-Tahaawiyyah’ of ibn Abee al-Izz al-Hanafee)

Aqeeda Tahaawia:
-one of the most important aqeeda books ever written by Abu Hanifa
-Abu Hanifa would make takfir on those who read his book
-but still believed Allah was not on His Arsh
-some say, 'I don't know where He is' even though told he is on His Arsh
-so Abu Hanifa said they are still disbelievers
-he would make takfir no these people

Adwaa'ul Bayan by Muhammad al-Amin ash-Shanqiti = classical book on tawheed and aqeeda

Al Bidaya wa Nehaya by ibn Kathir = another classical book that should be on our bookshelves

…it is narrated that the companion Mu’awiyah ibn al-Hakam, (RA) slapped his servant girl who used to tend his sheep, and as a result went to the Prophet (SAWS) and asked what should be done as atonement for having slapped her. The Prophet replied, "Bring her to me" so Mu’awiyah brought her to the Prophet. The Prophet then asked her, Where is Allah?" and she replied "Above the Sky" then the Prophet asked her, "Who am I?" and she replied, "You are Allah’s Messenger", so the Prophet said, "Free her, for verily she is a true believer." (Saheeh Muslim, Vol 1, Hadith #1094)

One day, the Rasool
(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) asked a slave girl,
-whom am I and where is Allah
-and she pointed to the sky and said he was Allah's Messenger
-a Shiite would have kept her in captivity because she said Allah is above the sky
-but the Rasool (saws) set her free and called her a true believer

Narrated By Anas: Zaid bin Haritha came to the Prophet complaining about his wife. The Prophet kept on saying (to him), "Be afraid of Allah and keep your wife." 'Aisha said, "If Allah's Apostle were to conceal anything (of the Qur'an he would have concealed this Verse." Zainab used to boast before the wives of the Prophet and used to say, "You were given in marriage by your families, while I was married (to the Prophet) by Allah from over seven Heavens." And Thabit recited, "The Verse: 'But (O Muhammad) you did hide in your heart that which Allah was about to make manifest, you did fear the people,' (33.37) was revealed in connection with Zainab and Zaid bin Haritha." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 9, Book 93, Hadith 516]

-you're to learn and memorize the Qur'an's ayahs
-and the hadeeth so we can properly debate deviants
-we forget the hadith of the slave girl
-we forget the hadith from Zainab bint Jaysh
-she, is known as 'the mother of the believers'
-so can we say we know more than her when she said she got married
-to the Rasool ABOVE the 7 heavens

Some people are Murji, Deobandis, and Barelvis...
-the murji won't make takfir: 'don't call a kaafir a kaafir because you don't know what's in their heart"
-how can we not call BUSH and BLAIR kaafirs: we know they are kaafirs
-we judge them from the apparent; not revelations

1. if we catch you spying for the kuffaar, you're a kaafir
2. if you don't believe Allah is on His arsh, you're a kaafir
3. if you worship other than Allah, you're a kaafir
4. if you have a COCKTAIL aqeeda, you're a kaafir

Jabriyya: they think Allah causes them to do everything
-so if they cheat on their wife, they blame it on Allah
-they are fatalists; always blaming everything on Allah
-do not assume responsibilities for their own actions

Those who took partners (in worship) with Allah will say: "If Allah had willed, we would not have taken partners (in worship) with Him, nor would our fathers, and we would not have forbidden anything (against His Will)." Likewise belied those who were before them, (they argued falsely with Allah's Messengers), till they tasted of Our Wrath. Say: "Have you any knowledge (proof) that you can produce before us? Verily, you follow nothing but guess and you do nothing but lie." (Al-An'am 6:148)

Narrated By 'Umar bin Al-Khattab: People were (sometimes) judged by the revealing of a Divine Inspiration during the lifetime of Allah's Apostle but now there is no longer any more (new revelation). Now we judge you by the deeds you practice publicly, so we will trust and favor the one who does good deeds in front of us, and we will not call him to account about what he is really doing in secret, for Allah will judge him for that; but we will not trust or believe the one who presents to us with an evil deed even if he claims that his intentions were good. Sahih Bukhari, Vol 3, Book 48, Hadith 809

The Prophet (saw) said: "I have been ordered to judge the apparent." [Nisaa'i 3714]

-the Prophet called a Jew a pagan @ the Battle of Badr and said "get back"

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (d. 728H): “Whenever a person makes halal what is haraam by consensus or makes haraam what is halal by consensus or replaces the Sharee’ah that is agreed upon by consensus, then he is a Kaffir by the agreement of the scholars of Fiqh.” – “Al-Fataawa”, Vol. 3/267

The kuffaar make haraam, halal
: and that man is a kaafir
-use this fatawa on the Saudi Salafis
-these MADkhalis say to dismantle the Shariah is a minor kufr
-use this fatawa on them; they are a kaafir

It has been narrated on the authority of 'Aisha, wife of the Holy Prophet (may peace be upon him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) set out for Badr. When he reached Harrat-ul-Wabara (a place four miles from Medina) a man met him who was known for his valour and courage. The Companions of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) were pleased to see him. He said: I have come so that I may follow you and get a share from the booty. The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said to him: Do you believe in Allah and His Apostle? He said: No. The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Go back, I will not seek help from a Mushrik (polytheist). He went on until we reached Shajara, where the man met him again. He asked him the same question again and the man gave him the same answer. He said: Go back. I will not seek help from a Mushrik. The man returned and overtook him at Baida'? He asked him as he had asked previously: Do you believe in Allah and His Apostle? The man said: Yes. The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said to him: Then come along with us. [Sahih Muslim, Book 19, Hadith 4472]

Say (O Muslims), "We believe in Allah and that which has been sent down to us and that which has been sent down to Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma'il (Ishmael), Ishaque (Isaac), Ya'qûb (Jacob), and to Al-Asbat [the twelve sons of Ya'qûb (Jacob)], and that which has been given to Mûsa (Moses) and 'Iesa (Jesus), and that which has been given to the Prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and to Him we have submitted (in Islam)." (Al-Baqarah 2:136)

-only the fiqh changes
-in the fiqh / Shariah of Ibrahim, if a man steals from you, he becomes your slave
-in the fiqh of Muhammad, if you stole from a man, your hand was cut off
-in the fiqh of Isa, you could drink alcohol
-but if you do that now, your salah is not valid for 40days/nights

And those of your women who commit illegal sexual intercourse, take the evidence of four witnesses from amongst you against them; and if they testify, confine them (i.e. women) to houses until death comes to them or Allah ordains for them some (other) way. (An-Nisa 4:15)

-it says we're to put a daughter under house arrest until they die
-[for committing zina]
-but today, we do not put her under house arrest for zina [illegal s-x]
-but we have a new ayah to cancel out the previous punishments:

See 24:2 which cancels 4:15

The woman and the man guilty of illegal sexual intercourse, flog each of them with a hundred stripes. Let not pity withhold you in their case, in a punishment prescribed by Allah,...(An-Nur 24:2)

**we will not discuss the abrogated verses of the Qur'an now, but we have NOTES on it from a prior dars

-if Allah was 1 in the time of Ibrahim, He doesn't
-become 3 in 1 in the time of Isa (Jesus)
-In Musa's time, we could not eat shrimp and other shelled fish
-but now, everything in the sea is halal to eat
-and it's halal to make ghusl and wudu w/ the sea water
-if a whale dies in the sea, it's halal to eat it
-but if an animals died on its own on land, it's haraam to eat

“…because a Sahabah approached the Rasul and asked him about using the sea water for wudu and the Prophet said: "Every living thing in the sea is halal to eat (Hanbali fiqh), the water of the sea is halal to use for wudu and ghusl, and the fishes that died in the sea are also halal for you to eat"

So if they believe in the like of that which you believe, then they are rightly guided, but if they turn away, then they are only in opposition. So Allah will suffice you against them. And He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower. (Al-Baqarah 2:137)

Sayyiduna Abd Allah ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him eternal peace) said: “Two types of dead meat and two types of blood have been made lawful for our consumption: The two dead meats are: fish and locust, and the two types of blood are: liver and spleen.” (Sunan Abu Dawud, Musnad Ahmad and Sunan Ibn Majah

THE GREEN BOOK by Gaddafi ....
-if you read his book and fail the exam about it,
-you must repeat that year in university
-he wrote this book as if it were better than the Qur'an
-the same as the Jews who have the Talmud, thinking it is better than the Qur'an
-Gaddafi's book says that women menstruate and men don't;
-he did not tell us anything we didn't know

ABU BAKR SIDDIQUE punched a Jew in the face and
-the man said "I didn't do anything"
-when the Muhammad asked, 'why did you punch him" he said
-"He told me Allah was a pauper"
-when the Jew denied, Allah revealed 3:181

Indeed, Allah has heard the statement of those (Jews) who say: "Truly, Allah is poor and we are rich!"... (Aali Imran 3:181)

-this ayah showed that the Jew was lying

Sabra and Shatila massacre:

The Jews say: "Allah's Hand is tied up (i.e. He does not give and spend of His Bounty)." Be their hands tied up and be they accursed for what they uttered... (Al-Ma'idah 5:64)

-'beget' means to 'have s-x'

Say (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)): "He is Allah, (the) One. (Al-Ikhlas 112:1)

"Allah-us-Samad (The Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need, He neither eats nor drinks). (Al-Ikhlas 112:2)

"He begets not, nor was He begotten; (Al-Ikhlas 112:3)

"And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him." (Al-Ikhlas 112:4)

Narrated By Abu Said Al-Khudri: A man heard another man reciting (Surat-Al-Ikhlas) 'Say He is Allah, (the) One.' (112. 1) repeatedly. The next morning he came to Allah's Apostle and informed him about it as if he thought that it was not enough to recite. On that Allah's Apostle said, "By Him in Whose Hand my life is, this Surah is equal to one-third of the Qur'an!" Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri: My brother, Qatada bin An-Nau'man said, "A man performed the night prayer late at night in the lifetime of the Prophet and he read: 'Say: He is Allah, (the) One,' (112.1) and read nothing besides that. The next morning a man went to the Prophet and told him about that. (The Prophet replied the same as (in Hadith 532) above.) [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 6, Book 61, Hadith 533]

-but Surah Ikhlaas tells us 1/3 of all the Quran
-and it says he was NOT begotten

-the counselors wanted to re-package Christianity
-they wanted the pagans of Rome to embrace it
-so they elevated Jesus to the level of God, Himself
-Jesus never said he was God
-so the counselors came up w/ the trinity: father, son and holy ghost

-we enjoin the right and forbid the wrong

You [true believers in Islamic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet Muhammad SAW and his Sunnah (legal ways, etc.)] are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you enjoin Al-Ma'rûf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam has ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that Islam has forbidden)...(Aali Imran 3:110)

Surely, they have disbelieved who say: "Allah is the Messiah ['Iesa (Jesus)], son of Maryam (Mary)." But the Messiah ['Iesa (Jesus)] said: "O Children of Israel! Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Verily, whosoever sets up partners in worship with Allah, then Allah has forbidden Paradise for him, and the Fire will be his abode. And for the Zalimûn (polytheists and wrong¬doers) there are no helpers. (Al-Ma'idah 5:72)

Surely, disbelievers are those who said: "Allah is the third of the three (in a Trinity)." But there is no ilah (god) (none who has the right to be worshipped) but One Ilah (God -Allah). And if they cease not from what they say, verily, a painful torment will befall the disbelievers among them. (Al-Ma'idah 5:73)

Christians say 'Holy Mary, Mother of God'
-their belief will send them to the hellfire forever
-because only Islam is accepted to Allah
-Shaikh reverted from Christianity to Islam, he was only 16
-there was not even 1 masjid in his village
-he never lost his fitra; he never thought the trinity was real
-the kuffaar asked him why he embraced Islam at age 16

The Messenger of Allah (saw) also said, "The believers, in their love, mutual kindness, and close ties, are like one body; when any part complains, the whole body responds to it with wakefulness and fever." [Muslim]

We do not call Israel
-the shaitan knows the power of words
-this is why they say THE ARAB / ISRAELI CONFLICT
-the munafiqeen use that term
-they think Masjid Al-Aqsa belongs to Palestinians
-BBC, CNN, FOX NEWS [FOX-SPEWS] brainwashes the ummah
-then we call the mujahideen "terrorists and Khawarijj"

Say (O Muhammad Peace be upon him to the Jews and Christians), "Dispute you with us about Allah while He is our Lord and your Lord? And we are to be rewarded for our deeds and you for your deeds. And we are sincere to Him in worship and obedience (i.e. we worship Him Alone and none else, and we obey His Orders)." (Al-Baqarah 2:139)

We need to READ IT ~ BELIEVE IT ~ LEAVE IT .. Sh Faisal

"One of the Sahabahs always recited Surah al Ikhlas (after Fatiha) then another Surah in prayer and complaints were reported to the Prophet. The Prophet SAW asked the Sahabah why he used to recite Surah ikhlaas always in his salat and he replied ‘because I love the Surah. The Prophet Saw then told him, because you love this Surah, you will go to Jannah" (i.e., Paradise)

The Bible says that Jacob won a wrestling match against God

And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed. Genesis 32:28 (King James Version)
