O mankind! Be dutiful to your Lord, Who created you from a single person (Adam), and from him (Adam) He created his wife [Hawwa (Eve)], and from them both He created many men and women and fear Allah through Whom you demand your mutual (rights), and (do not cut the relations of) the wombs (kinship. Surely, Allah is Ever an All Watcher over you. (An-Nisa 4:1)

- This conference is a very important topic and it gets over looked most of the time.
- This is fiqhul waqia.
- We are more concerned with our worldly affairs than our brothers and sisters.
- Iraq had the first gulf war in 1990 and Saddam was put in power by USA and they were like brothers.
- But when Saddam went against the big brother they had to find a way
- We all know there were no weapons of mass destruction but they went for the oil.
- He was killed by them after having been found in a lizard hole
- He was looking for izzah from Arab socialism and as a result he was disgraced
- A hadith from Omar says we get izzah from Islam:

During his Caliphate, Umar - radi Allahu 'anhu - once set out for Ash-Shaam and with him was Abu Ubaydah. They came upon a deep creek which they needed to cross. So Umar took off his sandals and carried them on his shoulders. Then he took the reign of the camel and began plowing through the water. Abu Ubaydah - seeing the Khaleefah of the Muslims in this state - felt saddened and said, "I fear that the people of the village will think you un-honourable." Umar said, "Oh Abu Ubaydah, if only someone less knowledgeable than you made such a statement. We were of the most disgraced of people and Allah granted us honor with this Islam. Now, whenever we seek honor in other than that which Allah honored us with, Allah shall disgrace us (once again)."

- Zainul Aabideen was the president and he wanted to impress those that put him in power
- so he banned the hijab and polygamy to impress the French but he was toppled and now he
is in Saudi with no passport
- Allah told us that izzah is from Him, the Rasool and the believers

But honour, power and glory belong to Allah, His Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and to the believers, but the hypocrites know not. (Al-Munafiqun 63:8)

- He also followed Arab socialism and was disgraced. There was an uprising though it was
- This was why NATO or any other coalition did not get involved
- This is because they had the majority of Tunisians in their pockets
- Those people were calling for democracy and not shariah so they were not worried about
their agenda
- They only get involved if the people want to implement the shariah

Never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you (O Muhammad Peace be upon him) till you follow their religion.... (Al-Baqarah 2:120)

- The Jews and the Christians will never be pleased with you

Have you seen him who takes his own lust (vain desires) as his ilah (god), and Allah knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart, and put a cover on his sight. Who then will guide him after Allah? Will you not then remember? (Al-Jathiyah 45:23)

- Allah is telling us about the people that believe in false systems
- that they follow their false and corrupted desires.
- We may wonder why these people are disgraced.
- Allah told us the answer and you don’t need to be a scholar to know this
- Allah is telling them what is going to happen to them.
- But yet they don’t take heed, this is because they are filled with pride.
- Anytime your system is not in line with the west, you become a threat to them
- And they replace you with their puppet leaders so those people allow them to do whatever they want to.
- They may cut the hands of the thieves sometimes to make us think it is shariah
- but how about the rulers who are stealing the money and the population live in poverty
- A lot of our brothers and sisters go to an internet cafe to get here
- and sometimes they are denied access
- Zainil Abideen left power and after 5 weeks he was replaced by someone with the same
- He does not promote Islam
- We want to speak with evidences:
- because some people will say we are not scholars who are just slandering people
- But we will provide you with evidences
- He wrote a book on A DEMOCRATIC PATH
- That is why he got full backing from the West and there is no uprising now
- Because the people say we can wear the hijab but under that same democracy a man can marry another man and pubs are everywhere

- Brothers and sisters the uprising in Tunisia was to get rid of a socialist
- and replace him with a democrat so ask yourself, was the call for Allah or the Masonic west?
- There may have been few calls for shariah but the mass was calling for democracy.

- Some people may say it is the lesser of the 2 evils but it is not.
- They say democracy makes you get more money and freedom but this is not true.

- Mazouki is
- Just because he supports prisoner rights does not mean you are good
- The veicom were fighting for their rights but that does not make us support them
- There are few brothers and sisters who want shariah
- So he appointed Hammal Jabali who is a moderate muslim
- So the Muslims in Tunisia are wondering should we implement shariah or not?
- The Muslims in Tunisia don’t need moderates but someone who will implement the shariah
- Not many people want shariah there but the majority are
- They have been tricked into thinking democracy is shura

And indeed Iblis (Satan) did prove true his thought about them, and they followed him, all except a group of true believers (in the Oneness of Allah). (Saba' 34:20)

- Insha’Allah make dua for the few in Tunisia who want shariah.
- Right now the policies there are very liberal.
- Women commonly are naked in the beaches and there are bars and this was banned during Bin Ali but they are back since he left under the democracy.

- Mustapha Abdul Zalil wants to implement some aspects of shariah
- so it will be a slow process insha Allah
- NATO was involved in Libya and you want to criticize those brothers who got their help
- If you do so, you have to criticize the Taliban and others
- Gaddafi had planes and tanks and the brothers on the ground did not

- 100’s of protesters gathered and Bashar Assad is a 5 star kaafir
- You can go to YouTube and see how he is massacring our brothers and sisters
- but where is the West and America?
- They say they implement human rights but where are they in Syria?
- They say you know 1000’s of people are being killed but what are they calling for?
- So they are watching to see
- The government there are Shia’s who hate Muslims so they are watching and so are the Muslims
- If the brothers start calling for democracy the West will clap and want to put in their puppet leaders
- Syria does not have natural resources and if they have oil it is very little
- Needless to say it will be interesting to see what happens in Syria
- There is no big media attention going on there and insha’Allah our brothers will topple this Regime and implement the shariah, so keep them in your dua.

- Ali Abdullah Saleh stepped down
- ABU RABBUH ANSUR AL-HADI and Abu Rabbuh took over
- There was an uprising alongside the Egyptian one
- They all started in early 2011
- The protesters in Yemen were initially against unemployment
- and corruption but then it escalated and 16,000 people took off to the Capital
- Now look where the protest is heading to
- In February 20,000 people protested and the mujahideen in Yemen are on the haqq
- And there is no doubt they are calling for shariah
- And there is a lot of media coverage there
- And we all know what happened to imam Anwar and Sameer Khan
- They were both killed by a drone strike and he was American but still they killed him
- Obama called him an extremist and they accuse him of many phone exchange and emails
- So if you stay here they will want to lock you up
- And if you leave they track you and kill you because they are very oppressive, they are extremely oppressive
- Imam Anwar was born in America
- The Americans have their hands in Yemen
- The brothers in Yemen want Shariah, not democracy
- There are some areas that are not clear but these are clear
- We can see what the Americans want

- The uprising in Egypt was fast. It happened quickly but what was the Ummah fighting for
in Egypt?
- Any uprising against the leaders has to questioned. These uprisings were all over Facebook
- The people were complaining about poverty and more than a million people called for Hosni to be back
- By 1st of February, it was more than a million people
- On the 11th of February, he stepped down and the military took over
- On the 23rd of March, a law was passed that basically lifted the laws of Mubarak that oppressed the people.
- On the 8th of April, he was arrested but his trial was delayed.

Gamal and Alaa
- The army cleared the protesters and he was taken to court with his sons.
- Where is the West in all this? He was with Obama just before this happened.
- Obama was in Egypt and made a speech.
- It is clear that they are not calling for shariah.
- We have Tunisia. Their scholars are just milk shakes.
- You have some brothers that are on the haqq but Tunisia is calling for democracy.
- In Syria, it is unclear what they are calling for.
- They are paying attention to the people calling for democracy.
- You have Libya and they are calling for sharia but mostly on those that want shariah.
- We have a split right down in the middle.
- When the scholars get on the minbar and call for sharia they attack you with missiles
- We have those calling for democracy and others calling for shariah.
- Only Syria is foggy. Syria is not clear. The government is not allowing anything in or out.
- Afghanistan is trying to implement shariah and Somalia wants the same as well as Algeria
- We do not hear about Algeria.
- Iraq is yet to show what it has. The troops are gone so they'll show what they are up to.
- The West does not want these countries to turn into Afghanistan.
