Q&A 25 Things that makes You a Kaafir

25 Things that makes You a Kaafir

Question 1: It is not a sunnah to play athaan before halaqas, only before salah, so why are you playing it in here?
Answer 1:
They play it to tell people halaqah is starting. If they play it sometimes then leave sometimes then it is not bidah but if they do it all the time then it is bid'ah.

Question 2: You mentioned once that intention is mandatory for salah. What is the right way to make intention? Do i say it out loud in the language best known to me? Or do i make it in my heart/mind?
Answer 2:
You are not allowed to stand up in salah without intention. If you do this your salah is baatil.

I heard the messenger of Allah, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam, say: "actions are (judged) by motives (niyyah), so each man will have what he intended. thus, he whose migration (hijrah) was to allah and his messenger, his migration is to allah and his messenger; but he whose migration was for some worldly thing he might gain, or for a wife he might marry, his migration is to that for which he migrated."
[al-bukhari & muslim]

Because of the hadith actions are by intentions, you need to make intention for Ramadan and for hajj. You make your intentions to separate the fard from the sunnah salah. Intention is made in the heart and not pronounced. The only intention you say out loud is for hajj and umrah.

Question 3: We are only allowed to call someone a kafir if that person legitimizes kufr akbar? Is "secularism" kufr akbar? What do you think of Erdogan preaching secularism in Egypt when he was in Cairo? (Source: "Erdogan calls for a secular Egypt")
Answer 3:
This is the aqeeda of the saudi salafis. Secularism is kufr akbar because they deny [5:3].

This day, i have perfected your religion for you, (al-ma'idah 5:3)

If you preach secularism you are a kaafir whether you are Hosni Mubarak etc.

Question 4: Sheikh when a so called scholar claims dismantling sharia is minor kufr, can i make takfir on those types without displaying hujjah? Since they are not the regular laymen? should reverts should not go out on tableegh because a good brother i know was taken aside by the tableegh and told garbage about where Allah is for three days straight on his first tableegh trip?
Answer 4:
Yes the tableegh believe that Allah is everywhere and they can be very dangerous for new reverts. They and the Saudi salafis target new reverts because they don’t know anything. The tartars governed with Al Yaasiq and Genghis Khan used this book. he was an illegitimate child and his mother claimed the sunlight made her pregnant. takfeer was made on the tartars for governing with this book. Today in Saudi we have A lYaasiq because they have a cocktail of laws that they govern with. They have a law that says their women can’t marry non saudis. They also have a bit of capitalism with the riba banks. They chop the hand of the thieves etc. so they have a cocktail of all these laws. This is not sharia. You cannot call it so. What saudi arabia has is called Al Yaasiq. If you do so you will become a zindeeq. They have Arab nationalism not shariah. Alama Shinkaiti said if you go to the kaafir judge you are a mushrik.
so to dismantle the shariah is not minor kufr.

While 'allama al-shinqiti-may Allah be merciful with him-has said: to commit shirk with Allah in judging is of the same meaning as to commit shirk in his worship, there is no difference between the two in any manner. there is no difference in any sense between he who follows a system (nizam) other than Allah’s system or law other than Allah’s law (sharia) and he who worships an idol or prostrates to a false god. They are the same and both are polytheists [associating others] with Allah. (adwa' al-bayan, 7:162)

Question 5: Asalaamualaikum is the Tinjaaniya Tareeka and salaatul faatiha which is practiced throughout West Africa kufr, if yes what make it kufr?
Answer 5:
Tijaniya Tariqa is very dangerous. They believe the Rasul (saw) came out of his grave and speak to them in broad daylight. Wallahi this is what they do and say. They approach your young daughter and say the Rasul (saw) asked him to marry her. They recite salatul faatiha, they have their own dua that they claim if you recite it you don’t need to pray. This dua is a bid'ah and if they use it to replace it with salah that is kufr. They spread white sheaths and say Allahu and claim sheikh Tijan and the Rasul are present. Every Sufi Tariqah believes Allah is everywhere. Refute them by saying they don’t know Islam more than Zaynab bint jash.

Zainab used to boast before the wives of the Prophet and used to say, "you were given in marriage by your families, while i was married to the Prophet by Allah from over seven heavens." and Thabit recited, "the verse: 'but (o Muhammad) you did hide in your heart that which Allah was about to make manifest, you did fear the people,' (33.37) was revealed in connection with Zainab and Zaid bin Haritha."
[sahih bukhari, vol 9, book 93, hadith 516]

A man called Mu'awiyya had a slave girl that he hit on the face, the Rasul (saw) asked for her and then asked her questions. She answered them correctly and the Rasul said to set her free. The prophet accepted her answer that Allah is above the heavens. So why don’t you accept you the goofy Sufi? They say don’t take the Qur'an literally but they take the Qur'an more literal than any other person.

it is narrated that the companion Mu`awiyah ibn al-hakam, (ra) slapped his servant girl who used to tend his sheep, and as a result went to the Prophet (saws) and asked what should be done as an atonement for having slapped her. The prophet replied, "Bring her to me" so Mu`awiyah brought her to the prophet. The Prophet then asked her, "where is Allah?" and she replied "above the sky" then the prophet asked her, "Who am i?" and she replied, "you are Allah’s messenger", so the prophet said, "Free her, for verily she is a true believer." (saheeh muslim, vol 1, hadith #1094)

The authority of Abu Hurayrah: the messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said : "our lord (glorified and exalted be he) descends each night to the earth's sky when there remains the final third of the night, and he says: who is saying a prayer to me that i may answer it? Who is asking something of me that i may give it him? Who is asking forgiveness of me that i may forgive him?" reporters. It was related by al-bukhari (also by muslim, malik, at-tirmidhi and abu dawud)

And indeed we have created man, and we know what his own self whispers to him. and we are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by our knowledge). (qaf 50:16)

They used this verse to say Allah is everywhere because Allah said he is closer to us than our jugular vein. They take this ayat literal too.

And to Allah belong the east and the west, so wherever you turn yourselves or your faces there is the face of Allah (and he is high above, over his throne). surely! allah is all-sufficient for his creatures' needs, all-knowing. (al-baqarah 2:115)

You take the Qur’an literally when it soothes you. You preach what you don’t practice.

Question 6: What about those who go to the graves and ask the inhabitants of the grave to make dua for them? Some people say this is not shirk but it leads to shirk. They say this because they are not asking the residents of the graves for anything.
Answer 6:
You are asking them for something because you are asking them to make dua for you. you are a liar and a kaafir.

Surely, the religion (i.e. the worship and the obedience) is for Allah only. And those who take auliya' (protectors and helpers) besides him (say): "we worship them only that they may bring us near to Allah." verily, Allah will judge between them concerning that wherein they differ. Truly, Allah guides not him who is a liar, and a disbeliever. (az-zumar 39:3)

Question 7: What’s the condition of the person who only prays jummah and prays on and off whenever he feels like it? Is this person a kaafir?
Answer 7:
The person who abandons salah in its totality is the kaafir.

Question 8: is it permissible to get knowledge from scholars that speak ill of mujahideen such as Salil al Fawzan and if not which scholars would you recommend we take knowledge from?
Answer 8:
It's easy to know which scholar is sincere
1. He has to call for jihad
2. Sharia and speak well of the mujahideen
3. He has to preach al walaa wal baraa

Question 9: Sheikh, what did you mean when you said the Muslim woman who marries kuffar men are kuffar? Isn’t it fornication only? They may be jahil in regards to deen and not necessarily making it halal to marry kuffar men. We cannot make takfir just like that.
Answer 9:
The reason why she is a kaafir is because she is making haram halal. Remember the man was killed as a kaafir because he married his father's wife.

And marry not women whom your fathers married, except what has already passed; indeed it was shameful and most hateful, and an evil way. (an-nisa 4:22)

Question 10: My wife wants our marriage annulled faskh, but she refuses to go to a sheikh to establish the hujjah. So, wouldn't this be counted as khula?
Answer 10:
With khula the woman returns the mahar but with fask she keeps it. She goes for it when the man is evil in character but if she finds no fault in him but there is no chemistry then she asks for a khula. She needs to go to a sheikh. Maybe she is pregnant and her hormones are playing games with her. If she performs a khula she can go back to the husband with a new nikah after she gives birth.

Question 11: What can someone do if they have been called very bad names like whore, or devils child by someone for attacking them for slandering and cursing the mujahideen? Can one complain to Allah and take that person’s good deeds?
Answer 11:
People who live in Darul Harb like to call people these names because they know they won’t get 80 lashes. You can call on the curse of Allah on them or you can be patient and get their good deeds on judgment day. If they have no good deeds they take away your sins from you. So it is an investment for you if they do.

Verily! Those who brought forth the slander (against 'Aisha the wife of the prophet saw) are a group among you. Consider it not a bad thing for you. nay, it is good for you. Unto every man among them will be paid that which he had earned of the sin, and as for him among them who had the greater share therein, his will be a great torment. (an-nur 24:11)

Question 12: I was told that it is bid'ah to pronounce the intention. Do you think the intention in your mind, or do you pronounce it?
Answer 12:
This was answered before. it is bid'ah to pronounce it loud.

Question 13: Just for clarification: the ones who are the dismantlers of the shariah are the ones who sanction what Allah has forbidden.
Answer 13:
Yes they make halal what Allah has forbidden. They replace Allah’s law with something haram just like in Saudi with the riba and racism.

"Riba consists of seventy-three kinds of evil, and the least of them is like having sex with one's own mother."
[ibn majah , al-hakim and others]

If a leader implements shariah and his daughter steals but he refused to cut her hands because of fatherly instinct he is not a kaafir. But if he says he will never cut the hands of the thieves then he becomes a kaafir because he has replaced the shariah of Allah with something else.

Question 14: My friend just converted to Islam, I would like to give him a gift like a book, which book of tawheed is best for new revert?
Answer 14:
Aqeeda tahawiyya is good. That of Bilal Philips is also good because he said if you dismantle the shariah you become a kaafir and because of this he fell out with Brixton mosque.
