Q&A The Blessings of Allah to Mankind

The Blessings of Allah to Mankind

Question 1: What is the name of the sheikh that gave you the definition of the meaning of Islam again?
Answer 1:
Shaikh Abdullah Tuwayjiri from Riyadh, Muhammad ibn Saud. His family is so important they have sway over the royal family. He gave the definition of Islam.

Question 2: Regarding paying the bills - for clarification, is you saying the wife don’t have to cohabit with her husband if he can’t afford to pay the bills? How come? What if he having difficulty finding a job?
Answer 2:
If the brother is having difficulty having a job the wife should go to bed with him but if he is lazy and a free loader then he has lost his conjugal rights.

Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support them) from their means (an-nisa 4:34)

According to shariah law if you do not give your wife her nafaqah you have lost your conjugal rights.
shaikh in his African tour he told the women their rights and the men said he was causing fitnah. He also told them the fatwa of Omar to go to bed with wife every 4 days. The men complained because they won’t be able to go for 40 days. Since many of them are from the Tableegh Jammat.

Question 3: What are some reasons that may allow one to stay in a non-Muslim state? And is spreading Islam dawah to kuffaar one of them?
Answer 3:
Giving dawah, to study and to spy on them are all reasons to stay in darul harb. To seek medical attention is another reason. If you are in the import export business, some scholars believe you should not stay with kuffaar and pay tax. They will use it to fight Islam.

Question 4: If a Muslim hates Arabs and hates Indians, does that make them a kaffir? Can you provide evidence if that makes them a kaffir?
Answer 4:
It is haram to hate Indians and Arabs that is racism. You have good and bad Arabs, good and bad Indians. Bashar al assad is a bad Arab but good Arabs pampered shaikh in saudi. When you travel you are allowed to mix with good people and practicing Muslims. This person mixed with the wrong person, that’s why he hates the Indians and Arabs. Don’t have deviants as your friends because it gives you a bad impression on them. Always mix with the good people in order to get a good impression of the people. Practice what Allah commanded you in this ayat.

O you who believe! Be afraid of Allah, and be with those who are true (in words and deeds). (at-tawbah 9:119)

Be in the company of the sadiqeen. If only you practiced this you would have had good impression on them. This is racism and the first racist was iblees. The person who becomes a racist he becomes a kaafir even if those people are kaafirs. If your racism causes you to prefer non-Muslims over Muslims you become a kaafir.

Question 5: I live in a country where 95% of the Muslims don't wear hijab. Is it advisable to marry from them and the dua for magic can they recite it without your present?
Answer 5:
There is a verse where Allah said if you obey the majority they will lead you astray.

And if you obey most of those on earth, they will mislead you far away from Allah’s path. They follow nothing but conjectures, and they do nothing but lie. (al-an'am 6:116)

If you give women the choice to wear hijab they will not. This ayat flushes democracy down the drain. You can marry a woman who does not wear the hijab on the condition that whenever you marry her she will obey you and wear the hijab. This has to be in writing. If she does not agree to this don’t marry her.
The sunnah is to recite in the presence of the person and blow over him not to recite when he is away.

Question 6: Sheikh some women use emotion rather than logic, therefore should one generalize the rights of women or it’s something that can be made specific (mas ala 3aam wa khaas) since not everyone is not in the same intelligent table?
Answer 6:
The rights of women have to be spoken about because we speak about that of men in the home. For you not to talk about it you become biased and unjust. Even though to pay the pill is the duty of the man she can help too since it is sadaqah for her. If she is working she can help because marriage is a partnership, though it is not compulsory.

Question 7: Sheikh is the hadith were the prophet (saw) said “whoever plays chess dyes his hand in blood and flesh of swine" is it authentic?
Answer 7:
It is found in Muslim and rasul (saw) did not say chess. Chess is permissible if you do not:
1. Argue over the game
2. Do not use foul language and
3. Do not miss your salah.
The person did not translate the hadith properly. The rasul used nard not shatarange. Allah said to drive terror in the hearts of kaafirs but some put to threaten.

Yusuf Ali translation:
against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of god and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom god doth know. whatever ye shall spend in the cause of god, shall be repaid unto you, and ye shall not be treated unjustly.(al-anfal 8:60)

Muhsin khan translation:
and make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of war (tanks, planes, missiles, artillery, etc.) to threaten the enemy of Allah and your enemy, and others besides whom, you may not know but whom Allah does know. And whatever you shall spend in the cause of Allah shall be repaid unto you, and you shall not be treated unjustly. (al-anfal 8:60)

Question 8: What does it mean if one dreams that their father is beating and harming them in front of people?
Answer 8:
Your dream is not a good one. It means you have different aqeedas and he hopes to disgrace you to prove to you he is correct.

Question 9: Assalam alykom dear shaikh, is it permissible for a woman to try to be a scholar in Islam?
Answer 9:
The first person to embrace Islam was a woman. The first person to die for Islam was a woman. The closest person to Rasul (saw) was a woman. The greatest scholar of Islam was Aisha r.a. this should be encouraged
She will be an alimah. There are female scholars many in Saudi and they teach in girls high schools.
