Q&A The Four Pillars Of Qadr

(Eve.24/12/11)

The Four Pillars Of Qadr

Question 1: My wife is pregnant and asked for a divorce and i granted it to her so as not to have the dua of an oppressed person destroy me. Do i have to pay her the maher since she asked for the divorce? And since she asked for the divorce is her idda still until she delivers or miscarries?
Answer 1:
This divorce is valid. Divorce is not accepted when pronounced on awomen when she is on her menses. If you want her back you take her back by intercourse. If you want her back and you allow the id'ah to elapse you have to do a new nikkah.

As to those women on whose part you see ill conduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is useful), but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance). Surely, Allah is ever most high, most great. (an-nisa 4:34)

If you fear a breach between them twain (the man and his wife), appoint (two) arbitrators, one from his family and the other from hers, if they both wish for peace, Allah will cause their reconciliation. indeed allah is ever all knower, well acquainted with all things. (an-nisa 4:35)

Question 2: I have a dream last night in which i see the moon in its full circle shining and under it four ayats of the Quran were written. it is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen in my life and still now is lingering in my imagination.
Answer 2:
We begin fasting in Ramadan with the moon and end it with the moon. We follow the lunar calendar. This dream is a good dream. This means you should make the Quran your constitution.

Question 3: How do we refute those who when we say Allah is one, they say what do you mean one, and i answer singular alone they say this is haraam because you have described Allah with attributes of the creation?
Answer 3:
Use surah ikhlas. This doesn’t mean Allah has gender. he is unique and without partners. Someone who refuses to believe this he is weak in Tawheed.

Say (O Muhammad (peace be upon him)): "he is Allah, (the) one. (al-ikhlas 112:1)

Question 4: Salamu alekum wa rahmatullah, is it halal to shake hands with kuffaar? And Imam Ahmed (ra) said that shaking hands with the kuffar breaks your wuddhu what is the hujjah?
Answer 4:
You’re allowed to shake hands with them. this does not break wudhu. It only breaks wudhu if the person is a girl.

Question 5: Is there a hadith of Fatima (ra) coming in the form of a bird from Jannah to speak to Hassan (rh) or Hussein (rh)?
Answer 5:
This hadith is fabricated by the Shiate’s. They have their own seerah and aqeedah. Shias allow gay sex and animal sex, why? Because they have made up their own religion.

He has let loosed the two seas (the salt water and the sweet) meeting together. (ar-rahman 55:19)

Between them is a barrier which none of them can transgress. (ar-rahman 55:20)

"Verily, Allah commands you that you slaughter a cow." (2:67)

Question 6: Lots of my associates are kuffar and i live in dar ul harb. They keep wishing me "merry x-mas" thinking that I am a pagan like them. Is it haram if i tell them "thank you or you too"? I don’t see them i only speak to them over the phone.
Answer 6:
When you say it back to them you are approving

Al-zayla’i said in tabyeen al-haqaa’iq (6/228): giving gifts on the occasion of nayrooz and mahrjaan
[two non-islamic persian festivals] is not permissible, i.e., giving gifts on these two days is haraam, and is in fact kufr. Abu Hafs and Kabeer (may Allah have mercy on him) said: if a man were to worship Allah for fifty years, then on the day of nayrooz he were to give an egg as a gift to one of the mushrikeen, intending thereby to venerate that day, he would have committed kufr and his good deeds would be cancelled out.

Question 7: Sheikh earlier you were saying how Abu Khadija is a dog of jahenam, isn't that a little harsh speaking badly behind the brother, perhaps he is ignorant, are we supposed to make excuses for our brothers?
Answer 7:
Saudi Salafis are khawarij with the muslims. He told people to abandon Babar Ahmed. They love the kuffar. They are harsh against the ummah. This is why he was dismissed as a dog of jahannam. His actions against Babar Ahmed were very evil.

Question 8: I had a dream where i and 12 other Muslims were hanged by a general in a vast army. I laughed then said my Shahada and was hanged later i was brought back to life and choke the general on top of the bodies of his army please tell me what does this mean.
Answer 8:
This dream may mean that you may die as a Shaheed, because you come back to life. This dream is not a bad dream.

Question 9: Can the sheikh explain the verse 94 chapter 10.
Answer 9:
Surah [10:94] the ayah is talking about Muhammad (saws) name being mentioned in previous books. It doesn’t mean you go to them for knowledge, they are Jahil.

So if you (O Muhammad saw) are in doubt concerning that which we have revealed unto you, [i.e. that your name is written in the Taurat (torah) and the Injeel (gospel) then ask those who are reading the book [the taurat (torah) and the injeel (gospel) before you. verily, the truth has come to you from your lord. so be not of those who doubt (it). (yunus 10:94)

Umar, may Allah be well-pleased with him, came to the Prophet, and said: "We hear from the Jews narrations that impress us, do you think we should write down some of them?" the Prophet replied: "are you all going to fall into the same chaos (amutahawwikun) in which fell the Jews and Christians? i brought it the religion to you pristine and pure. If Musa were alive, he would have no alternative but to follow me!" Narrated from Jabir by al-bayhaqi in shu`ab al-iman (1:200) and mursal from al-hasan by al-khatib in al-jami` li akhlaq al-rawi
(1991 ed. 2:228 #1531=1983 ed. 2:161) with weak chains.

Those to whom we gave the scripture (Jews and Christians) recognize him (Muhammad or the Ka'bah at makkah) as they recognize their sons. But verily, a party of them conceal the truth while they know it
i.e. the qualities of Muhammad which are written in the Taurat (torah) and the Injeel (gospel).
(al-baqarah 2:146)
