-317- How to be Sincere to Allah (REVISITED)

by Shaikh Abdullah Faisal

NOTES typed LIVE by AT-7 and AT-23

- this topic was requested
- how to be sincere to: Allah, the Qur’an, the prophet Muhammad (SAW), Muslims and leaders
- the opposite of sincerity is nifaq and there is a Surah in the Qur'an about it

Say (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)): "He is Allah, (the) One. (Al-Ikhlas 112:1)

"Allah-us-Samad (The Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need, He neither eats nor drinks). (Al-Ikhlas 112:2)

"He begets not, nor was He begotten; (Al-Ikhlas 112:3)

"And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him." (Al-Ikhlas 112:4)

- Allah said the hypocrites will be at the bottom of hell

Verily, the hypocrites will be in the lowest depths (grade) of the Fire; no helper will you find for them. (An-Nisa 4:145)

- sincerity means you are real

You (Alone) we worship, and You (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything). (Al-Fatihah 1:5)

- it means you do not have contradictions between the Qur'an and your actions
- if one of these conditions is missing you are not sincere

- so if you wake up one morning having doubts He exist
- you have apostated Allah said;

In their hearts is a disease (of doubt and hypocrisy) and Allah has increased their disease. A painful torment is theirs because they used to tell lies. (Al-Baqarah 2:10)

- if you doubt your faith you have no faith

Only those are the believers who have believed in Allah and His Messenger, and afterward doubt (Al-Hujurat 49:15)

- if you call someone Al-Malik that is haram, but you can call a person Malik
- Al is for Allah

We believe Allah creates everything
- He said;

Say: "I seek refuge with (Allah) the Lord of the daybreak, (Al-Falaq 113:1)

"From the evil of what He has created; (Al-Falaq 113:2)

- when you say He with big H means Allah
- with small h you referring to human creation
- it is haram to spell God with small g when you referring to Allah
- with a small g (i.e. god) it means a false deity

Therefore we believe Allah is the Only Creator
- and even the kaafirs of Quraish believed this

And if you (O Muhammad SAW) ask them: "Who has created the heavens and the earth," they will certainly say: "Allah." Say: "All the praises and thanks be to Allah!" But most of them know not. (Luqman 31:25)

- this concept is called Tauheed Ar-Rububiya
- the Mu’tazlites have gone astray with regards to this Tauheed
- because they believe man creates his own actions

"While Allah has created you and what you make!" (As-Saffat 37:96)

- but your Aqeedah contradicts the Holy Qur'an
- Allah said He created you and all your actions

So those who prayed Salatul Fajr this morning
- that action was created by Allah, so why is there reward and punishment?
- this is because it was your free will to go for Fajr
- no one put a gun at your head to do so

Indeed he succeeds who purifies his ownself (i.e. obeys and performs all that Allah ordered, by following the true Faith of Islamic Monotheism and by doing righteous good deeds). (Ash-Shams 91:9)

- and it means you did not reject faith in Surah Ikhlas
- so if you make Allah similar to his creation you have apostated
- Allah said;

...There is nothing like unto Him, and He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer. (Ash-Shura 42:11)

"And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him." (Al-Ikhlas 112:4)

When you study the fiqh of marriage
- there is a chapter called kafaa'a
- it means the Muslim father, when looking for a husband for his daughter
- should look for someone equal to her in terms of knowledge
- in terms of intellectual compatibility
- he has to be equal to her in status

Kafaa'a means to be equal, the same is used in Surah ikhlass
- Allah said He has no kufuwan, meaning He has no co-equal
- so if you equate Him to anything then you have apostated

Therefore we see and Allah sees but He is the All-Seeing

- e.g. we know the hadith where Allah Descends every final third of the night and Asks 3 questions

The Authority Of Abu Hurayrah: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said : "Our Lord (glorified and exalted be He) descends each night to the earth's sky when there remains the final third of the night, and He says: Who is saying a prayer to Me that I may answer it? Who is asking something of Me that I may give it him? Who is asking forgiveness of Me that I may forgive him?" [Reporters. It was related by al-Bukhari 1145 (also by Muslim 758, Malik 619, at-Tirmidhi 3498 and Abu Dawud 1315)]

- you are not allowed to ask, ‘how does Allah Descend?’
- imam Malik said

Ja'far Ibn Abdullah narrated: We were with Malik Ibn Anas when a man came to him and said: “O Abu Abdullah (Allah said) 'Ar-Rahman upon the Throne Istawa' (20:5), how was His Istiwa? Imam Malik inclined his head and was silent until the sweat of fever covered his brow, then he looked up and said: "Istiwa is not unknown, the Kayf (how) is uncomprehendable, believing in it is wajib (obligatory), and asking about it is bid'ah (innovation), and I do not think that you are anything but an innovator." Then he ordered that the man be expelled. [Abu-Naeem Al-Asbahani in 'Hilyatul-Awliya wa Tabaqat Al-Asfiya' (Vol. 6, pg. 325-326)]

- I hope the Brelvis, Goofy Soofis and Shady Shi'ites are listening
- Imam Malik kicked the guy out because hypocrisy is contagious just like the HIV virus

The Qur'an is ilm of Allah

Never will the Jews nor the Christians be pleased with you (O Muhammad Peace be upon him ) till you follow their religion. Say: "Verily, the Guidance of Allah (i.e. Islamic Monotheism) that is the (only) Guidance. And if you (O Muhammad Peace be upon him ) were to follow their (Jews and Christians) desires after what you have received of Knowledge (i.e. the Qur'an), then you would have against Allah neither any Wali (protector or guardian) nor any helper. (Al-Baqarah 2:120)

- they believe when you say bismillahir rahmanir raheem, you are calling upon three gods
- scholars differ if Allah is one of his 99 names and attributes
- Allah is a name and it is the greatest name, then you have 99 other names describing Allah

Verily! You (O Muhammad SAW) guide not whom you like, but Allah guides whom He wills. And He knows best those who are the guided. (Al-Qasas 28:56)

- Allah is the only one that can guide, this is why he revealed this ayah

- Agnostic Muslims - they do not know the meanings of Allah SWT names
- they believe we do not have a clue of his 99 names and attributes
- Ibn Taymiyyah debated with them
- he asked them if they believe Allah ta'la's names are beautiful names, they agreed
- and then asked them do you know the meaning of Allah’s names, they did not
- Ibn Taymiyyah checkmated them.
- we do not reject His name or attributes

(Allah) said: "O Iblis (Satan)! What prevents you from prostrating yourself to one whom I have created with Both My Hands. Are you too proud (to fall prostrate to Adam) or are you one of the highly exalted?" (Sad 38:75)

- it is haram to ask a scholar what is the likeness of Allah’s hands
- how would he know? Has he seen Allah?
- Allah has hands but they are nothing like ours
- Allah is nothing like man or anything else for that matter
- if you question these things, this means you cannot except this ayah
- your heart is only pure once, you can accept this ayah

- Ta'weel - to put a spin on the meaning
- e.g. if you give the right interpretation on the ayah it is called Tafseer
- you read it and believe it, rather than put a spin on it
- Allah says 6:68

And when you (Muhammad SAW) see those who engage in a false conversation about Our Verses (of the Qur'an) by mocking at them, stay away from them till they turn to another topic. And if Shaitan (Satan) causes you to forget, then after the remembrance sit not you in the company of those people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers, etc.). (Al-An'am 6:68)

- do not commit yourself to giving an answer that you do not know, Allah Knows Best
- the reason why they do not believe Allah is above the Arsh
- is because they say ‘we do not take the Quran literally’
- no one takes the Quran more literally than a Soofi

And to Allah belong the east and the west, so wherever you turn yourselves or your faces there is the Face of Allah (and He is High above, over His Throne). Surely! Allah is All-Sufficient for His creatures' needs, All-Knowing. (Al-Baqarah 2:115)

- they take this ayah literally and say “Look! Look! Allah is everywhere!’

And indeed We have created man, and We know what his ownself whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge). (Qaf 50:16)

- Soofis take ayahs literally when it suits them
- likewise with hadiths they pick and choose, they have no set rules

- sometimes you go to a Khutbah and imam talks about intoxication

Anas ibn Maalik reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) cursed ten man concerning wine. 1. One who extracts it. 2. One who gets it extracted. 3. One who drinks it. 4. One who delivers it. 5. One to whom it is brought. 6. One who serves it. 7. One who sells it. 8. One who receives its price. 9. One who buys it. 10. One for whom it is bought. [Tirmidhi 1299, Ibn e Majah 3381]

- and he talks about the ten people that Allah curses
- you may think what a great Khutbah
- but how is it so? when he does not talk about how to prevent it
- did he say we need to implement Shariah ?
- and implement on ourselves

- the MADkhalis are all in bed with the Taghoot
- to belong to their Jama’ah is like being on crack, cocaine etc

But they (men) have broken their religion among them into sects, each group rejoicing in its belief. (Al-Mu'minun 23:53)

- when someone is learning Tawheed they should be given correct Tawheed from beginning
- a false prophet died in the toilet, but his followers held onto his lies even after he died
- this is one of the signs of the last days
- therefore to be sincere to Allah you must believe He is the only law giver
- tawheed Hakimiyyah is not bid'ah
- something becomes a bid’ah when it cannot be found in the text
- Allah says 18:26

…and He makes none to share in His Decision and His Rule." (Al-Kahf 18:26)

Or even do they have associates (with Allah) who have legislated for them as the religion that which Allah has not given permission? And had it not been for the Word of Verdict, indeed it would have been decreed between them, and surely the unjust will have a painful torment. (Ash-Shura 42:21) [Dr Ghalli Translation]

- why do you have a problem with tawheed Hakimiyyah?
- because it goes against your financial interest?
- Ibn Taymiyyah introduced Tawheed Asma Wasifat
- how come you did not scream and shout bid'ah at this?

And say: "Truth (i.e. Islamic Monotheism or this Qur'an or Jihad against polytheists) has come and Batil (falsehood, i.e. Satan or polytheism, etc.) has vanished. Surely! Batil is ever bound to vanish." (Al-Isra 17:81)

- this ayah was recited by the prophet (SAW) when the idols were broken
- every era has its fitnah

- in the time of Ahmed ibn Hanbal , he fought the ones that said the Quran was created
- he was given the title of the Imam of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah
- in the time of ibn Taymiyyah he had to deal with the people that rejected Allah’s 99 names
- the Jahmiyyah, so he introduced Tawheed Asma wasifat to fight them
- do not slide Tauheed Hakimiyyah underneath Tauheed Rububiyya
- because if you do so then you are making the Shaytan a Muslim
- Muhammad Ibrahim said it is the twin half of Tauheed ibaada

Muhammad Ibrahim [the shaikh of bin Baaz] said in page 6 of his book Tahkeem al Qawaneen: "Tawheed haakimiyya is the twin half of tawheed Ibaada."

How can you say Tauheed Hakimiyyah is a bid'ah?
- when prophet Yusuf taught the 4 Tauheeds in prison
- he taught his inmate’s Tauheed Rububiyya, Asma wa sifaat, Hakimiyyah and ibadah

"O two companions of the prison! Are many different lords (gods) better or Allah, the One, the Irresistible? (Yusuf 12:39)

"You do not worship besides Him but only names which you have named (forged), you and your fathers, for which Allah has sent down no authority. The command (or the judgement) is for none but Allah. He has commanded that you worship none but Him (i.e. His Monotheism), that is the (true) straight religion, but most men know not. (Yusuf 12:40)

Yesterday we said in order to be sincere to Allah certain conditions have to be met
-and we said the opposite of sincerity is nifaq
-Allah revealed a Surah in the Qur'an

Say (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)): "He is Allah, (the) One. (Al-Ikhlas 112:1)

"Allah-us-Samad (The Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need, He neither eats nor drinks). (Al-Ikhlas 112:2)

"He begets not, nor was He begotten; (Al-Ikhlas 112:3)

"And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him." (Al-Ikhlas 112:4)

Narrated By 'Aisha: The Prophet sent (an army unit) under the command of a man who used to lead his companions in the prayers and would finish his recitation with (the Sura 112): 'Say (O Muhammad): "He is Allah, the One." ' (112.1) When they returned (from the battle), they mentioned that to the Prophet. He said (to them), "Ask him why he does so." They asked him and he said, "I do so because it mentions the qualities of the Beneficent and I love to recite it (in my prayer)." The Prophet; said (to them), "Tell him that Allah loves him." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 9, Book 93, Hadith #472]

Anas ibn Malik (RA) reported that a man of the Ansar used to lead them in salah at the mosque Quba. When he was about to recite to them any surah in salah (after al-Fatihah), he would begin with Surah al-Ikhlas, and when he had finished with it, he would recite some other surah to them. This, he did in every rakaah. His friends said to him, ‘You recite this surah but do not feel that it is enough till you recite another surah So either recite it or omit it and recite another surah (but not both) He said, “I will not omit it, if you like that I be your imam with that I will do that, but if you dislike it, then I will leave you”. They found him to be the best of them and disliked that anyone else should lead them in salah. So, when the Prophet (SAW) came to them, they informed him of it. He said, “O man! what prevents you from observing what your friends ask you to do? And what brings you to recite this surah in every raka’ah”? He submitted, “O Messenger of Allah (SAW), I love it!” Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said, “Your love for it will indeed admit you to Paradaise.” [Sunan Tirmidhi (5/169) No. 2901, Sahih Bukhari (9/115) No. 7375, Musnad Ahmad (3/141) No. 12455]

-and the prophet (SAW) sent a battalion and their Ameer used to recite this Surah in every Salah
-and when asked he replied that he loved this Surah, that is why he does so
-and Jibril came to the prophet and said the man is granted paradise because he loves this Surah
-and it is equal to a 1/3 of the Qur'an

Narrated By Abu Said Al-Khudri: A man heard another man reciting (Surat-Al-Ikhlas) 'Say He is Allah, (the) One.' (112. 1) repeatedly. The next morning he came to Allah's Apostle and informed him about it as if he thought that it was not enough to recite. On that Allah's Apostle said, "By Him in Whose Hand my life is, this Surah is equal to one-third of the Qur'an!" [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 6, Book 61, Hadith #533]

So the people that say all the Surahs are equal are jaahil
-this is the Aqeedah of the Mu'tazila
-this hadith is so famous, how comes you are so jaahil about it?
-the problem with you is that you give preference to the intellect over the text
-Ali (RA) said this religion is not based upon opinion

Ali (RA) observed, "If the religion was based on opinion, the bottom of the sock would take preference in being wiped to the top of the sock." (Related by Abu Dawud (1/90) No. 162 and ad-Daraqutni (1/378) No. 783 with a hassan or sahih chain.)

You have to believe Allah exist without doubts
-because when you doubt this your emaan is contaminated
-you need to believe in all the 4 Tauheeds
-and believe in Tauheed Asmaa wa Sifaat
-without taa'tel
-without tajseem
-without tafweed
-without takyeef
-without tashbih

You are not allowed to have doubt that Allah is over the Arsh
-because of the hadith

it is narrated that the companion Mu`awiyah ibn al-Hakam, (RA) slapped his servant girl who used to tend his sheep, and as a result went to the Prophet (SAWS) and asked what should be done as an atonement for having slapped her. The Prophet replied, "Bring her to me" so Mu`awiyah brought her to the Prophet. The Prophet then asked her, "Where is Allah?" and she replied "Above the Sky" then the Prophet asked her, "Who am I?" and she replied, "You are Allah’s Messenger", so the Prophet said, "Free her, for verily she is a true believer." (Saheeh Muslim, Vol 1, Hadith #1094)

-but this is denied by the Goofy Soofi, shady Shi'ite and Deobandi
-it is known of Islam by necessity that He is over the Arsh
-and Abu Haneefa made takfir on people who denied this

Abu Haneefah (rh) said, when asked of his opinion of the one who says, ‘I do not know whether Allah is above the heavens or on the earth.’ - “He has disbelieved, because Allah says, “The Most Merciful rose above the Throne,” and His Throne is above His seven heavens.’ He was then asked , ‘what if he said that Allah is above His Throne but he does not know whether the Throne is in the heavens or on the earth?’ He said, ‘He has disbelieved, because He has denied that He is above the heavens, And whosoever denied that He is above the heavens has disbelieved.” (‘Sharh Usul I'tiqaad Ahlus Sunnah’ of al-Laalikaaee (d.414AH), ‘al-Uluww’ of adh- Dhahabee, also ‘Sharh Aqueedah at-Tahaawiyyah’ of ibn Abee al-Izz al-Hanafee)

-this is Tauheed Haakimiyya
-and it is inside of Surah Fatiha just like the other 3 Tauheeds

For you to believe in democracy means you are worst than the Jehovah’s Witness
-they do not vote and dump it

Prophet Yusuf taught the 4 Tauheeds in prison
-and you should not slide one underneath the other
-Muhammad Ibrahim said they are twin brothers, so they are different

Muhammad Ibrahim [the shaikh of bin Baaz] said in page 6 of his book Tahkeem al Qawaneen: "Tawheed haakimiyya is the twin half of tawheed Ibaada."

- some people have a problem with Tawheed Hakimiyah
- and some believe the greatest jihad is to kill the mujahideen
- these people worship three people
- Bin Baaz believes you are not allowed to dismantle the Shariah
- the MADkhalis worship Bin Baaz

Shaikh 'Abdul-'Azeez Ibn 'Abdullaah Ibn Baaz said:"There is no Eemaan for the one who believes the laws of the people and their opinions are superior to the Hukm of Allah and His Messenger or that they are equal to it or that they resemble it or who leaves it or replaces it with fabricated laws and institutions invented by people, even if he believes that the laws of Allah are more encompassing and more just." – "Risaalat Wujoob Tah'keem Sharee'at Allah' Pg. 39, which follows the "Risaalat Tah'keem Al-Qawaneen" Published by "Daar Al-Muslim"

- whenever you debate the Christians you have to use the bible to checkmate them
- when you debate MADkhalis use Bin Baaz or Uthaymeen against them
- Bin Baaz does not care what is in your heart, in this fatawa he is saying:
- even if you believe the Shariah is better than man made law he does not give a damn

- Uthaymeens fatawa

Shaikh Muhammad Ibn Saalih al-'Uthaymeen said: "The first type is when the Hukm of Allah is removed and replaced with another Taghuutee Hukm, so that the Hukm of the Shari'ah is eliminated between the people and he puts in its place another Hukm from the fabrication of the humans and they remove the laws of the Shari'ah concerning the Mu'amalah (i. e. the general actions between people) and they put in its place fabricated laws and this, without doubt, is Istib'daal (i. e. replacement) of the Shari'ah of Allah subhaanahuu wa-ta'ala, with other than it. And this is Kufr which removes one from the Milla because this person put himself at the level of the Creator because he shara'a (legislated) for the slaves of Allah that which Allah ta'ala did not give permission for and that is Shirk in His, ta'ala's saying: "Or have they partners with Allâh (false gods), who have instituted for them a religion, which Allâh has not allowed?" (Ash-Shu'ara, 21) – "Fiqh Al-'Ebaadaat", #60

- istibdhal - to exchange Shariah with man made laws
- this is kuffaar which removes one from the deen
- millah - is another word for the deen
- there is a book on this by Sheikh Muhammad al Maqdisi

- ihstihlal - to make halal, haram vice versa

- see 4:48, Allah says:

Verily, Allah forgives not that partners should be set up with him in worship, but He forgives except that (anything else) to whom He pleases, and whoever sets up partners with Allah in worship, he has indeed invented a tremendous sin. (An-Nisa 4:48)

- shirk is the worse sin possible
- see 39:65, Allah says:

And indeed it has been revealed to you (O Muhammad SAW), as it was to those (Allah's Messengers) before you: "If you join others in worship with Allah, (then) surely (all) your deeds will be in vain, and you will certainly be among the losers." (Az-Zumar 39:65)

- Muhammad (SAW) was the most righteous man to walk the earth
- yet he was warned about shirk! So what about you and I?!
- we should take this more seriously
- Mother Teresa people love her because of what she did
- she fed many poor people
- but Allah tells you in 24:39, she will have no good deeds on the Day of Judgment

As for those who disbelieve, their deeds are like a mirage in a desert. The thirsty one thinks it to be water, until he comes up to it, he finds it to be nothing, but he finds Allah with him, Who will pay him his due (Hell). And Allah is Swift in taking account. (An-Nur 24:39)

- she will have no reward to get because she dabbled in shirk
- the Catholics believe in "holy Mary mother of god"
- mother Teresa was a catholic

It is not (proper) for the Prophet and those who believe to ask Allah's Forgiveness for the Mushrikûn (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) even though they be of kin, after it has become clear to them that they are the dwellers of the Fire (because they died in a state of disbelief). (At-Tawbah 9:113)

- Shi’ites, Soofis and Brelvis have been dismissed as liars and kaafirs

Surely, the religion (i.e. the worship and the obedience) is for Allah only. And those who take Auliya' (protectors and helpers) besides Him (say): "We worship them only that they may bring us near to Allah." Verily, Allah will judge between them concerning that wherein they differ. Truly, Allah guides not him who is a liar, and a disbeliever. (Az-Zumar 39:3)

- they claim they ask Allah alone for help, yet they worship graves
- Umar Ibn Al-Khattab, did not pray to the grave

Narrated By Anas: Whenever drought threatened them, 'Umar bin Al-Khattab, used to ask Al-Abbas bin 'Abdul Muttalib to invoke Allah for rain. He used to say, "O Allah! We used to ask our Prophet to invoke You for rain, and You would bless us with rain, and now we ask his uncle to invoke You for rain. O Allah ! Bless us with rain." And so it would rain. [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 2, Book 17, Hadith #123]

- those who beg the graves for things are kuffaar and pagans
- many people have these sorts of people in their family
- generally people from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh
- because of their Hindu background, they cannot worship Allah Alone
- there is no hadith on this, there is no evidence and if there was, it would be fabricated
- if worshipping graves was right to do , Umar (RA) would have done it
- instead he went to someone that was alive, the uncle of the prophet (Abbas) to pray for rain
- you can not use the excuse of ignorance
- see 7:172, Allah says:

And (remember) when your Lord brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam's loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying): "Am I not your Lord?" They said: "Yes! We testify," lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: "Verily, we have been unaware of this." (Al-A'raf 7:172)

- if you want to debate with someone, learn these ayahs
- so you are not lost for words while debating, that is embarrassing
- learn the key ayahs you will need in the middle of a debate
- some people claim that their imams have knowledge of al-ghaib

SHIA HUJJAH: The Imams know when they will die, and they only die by their choice. (Al Kafi vol.1 p.258 )

SHIA HUJJAH: The Imams have knowledge of the past and future; and nothing is hidden from them. ( Al-Kafi vol.1 p.260 )

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I possess no power of benefit or hurt to myself except as Allah wills. If I had the knowledge of the Ghaib (unseen), I should have secured for myself an abundance of wealth, and no evil should have touched me. I am but a warner, and a bringer of glad tidings unto people who believe." (Al-A'raf 7:188)

- do not forget the Ayah above
- you use this to checkmate the Shi’ites
- Muhammad (SAW) did not have knowledge of the Ghaib
- if he did , why did he set the man at battle of Badr free?
- this man came back the next year and killed Sahabahs at the battle of Uhud

- Hassan is one of your 12 imams, why did he eat poison, if he had knowledge of the Ghaib?
- this means he committed suicide! A retard will always be checkmated

- see 3:92, Allah says:

By no means shall you attain Al-Birr (piety, righteousness, etc., it means here Allah's Reward, i.e. Paradise), unless you spend (in Allah's Cause) of that which you love; and whatever of good you spend, Allah knows it well. (Aali Imran 3:92)

- one of the signs of the last day is that Sadaqah will be a burden on the Ummah

Ibn 'Abbas told Ibn az-Zubayr, "I heard the Prophet (SAW), say, 'A man is not a believer who fills his stomach while his neighbour is hungry.'" [Al-Adab al-Mufrad Al-Bukhari, #112]

-Allah said you did not choose the steep road

But he has made no effort to pass on the path that is steep. (Al-Balad 90:11)

And what will make you know the path that is steep? (Al-Balad 90:12)

(It is) Freeing a neck (slave, etc.). (Al-Balad 90:13)

Or giving food in a day of hunger (famine), (Al-Balad 90:14)

To an orphan near of kin. (Al-Balad 90:15)

Or to a Miskin (poor) afflicted with misery. (Al-Balad 90:16)

-so you need to spend in the path of Allah
-Allah said

O you who believe! If you help (in the cause of) Allah, He will help you, and make your foothold firm. (Muhammad 47:7)

-how can you help Allah? You do so by helping His Cause
-to feed the widows and orphans
-to use your wealth to build masajids
-use your money wisely and not on gambling
-this is Sadaqah Jariyah

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Verily, Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, would say on the Day of Resurrection: O son of Adam, I was sick but you did not visit Me. He would say: O my Lord; how could I visit Thee whereas Thou art the Lord of the worlds? Thereupon He would say: Didn't you know that such and such servant of Mine was sick but you did not visit him and were you not aware of this that if you had visited him, you would have found Me by him? O son of Adam, I asked food from you but you did not feed Me. He would say: My Lord, how could I feed Thee whereas Thou art the Lord of the worlds? He said: Didn't you know that such and such servant of Mine asked food from you but you did not feed him, and were you not aware that if you had fed him you would have found him by My side? (The Lord would again say) O son of Adam, I asked drink from you but you did not provide Me. He would say: My Lord, how could I provide Thee whereas Thou art the Lord of the worlds? Thereupon He would say: Such and such of servant of Mine asked you for a drink but you did not provide him, and had you provided him drink you would have found him near Me. [Sahih Muslim, Book 32, Hadith #6232]

-to love and hate for the sake of Allah
-He said;

O you who believe! Take not My enemies and your enemies (i.e. disbelievers and polytheists, etc.) as friends, showing affection towards them (Al-Mumtahinah 60:1)

Indeed there has been an excellent example for you in Ibrahim (Abraham) and those with him, when they said to their people: "Verily, we are free from you and whatever you worship besides Allah, we have rejected you, and there has started between us and you, hostility and hatred for ever, until you believe in Allah Alone," except the saying of Ibrahim (Abraham) to his father: "Verily, I will ask for forgiveness (from Allah) for you, but I have no power to do anything for you before Allah." Our Lord! In You (Alone) we put our trust, and to You (Alone) we turn in repentance, and to You (Alone) is (our) final Return, (Al-Mumtahinah 60:4)

-if you have friends who are enemies of the deen, you are a hypocrite
-so you need to do self analysis, look at who your friends are
-and you need to do self analysis because Allah said;

Nay! Man will be a witness against himself [as his body parts (skin, hands, legs, etc.) will speak about his deeds]. (Al-Qiyamah 75:14)

-Al walaa wal baraa means to love what Allah Loves and to hate what He Hates

-at least once in your lifetime

In it are manifest signs (for example), the Maqam (place) of Ibrahim (Abraham); whosoever enters it, he attains security. And Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah) to the House (Ka'bah) is a duty that mankind owes to Allah, those who can afford the expenses (for one's conveyance, provision and residence); and whoever disbelieves [i.e. denies Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah), then he is a disbeliever of Allah], then Allah stands not in need of any of the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). (Aali Imran 3:97)

-hajj is a debt you owe Allah
-the prophet (SAW) said;

Ali (RA) narrated that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said: “He who possess enough food for the trip, a means of transportation to reach to Makkah, and yet does not perform Hajj, then he dies, he would then die as a Jew or a Christian...” [Sunan Tirmidhi (3/176) No. 812, Bayhaqi in 'Shu'ab al-Iman' (5/443) No. 3692, Musnad al-Bazzaar (3/87-88) No. 861]

-Allah said;

Let there arise out of you a group of people inviting to all that is good (Islam), enjoining Al-Ma'rûf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam orders one to do) and forbidding Al-Munkar (polytheism and disbelief and all that Islam has forbidden). And it is they who are the successful. (Aali Imran 3:104)

Allah sent 2 angels to destroy a township
-but they found a pious man there
-so they asked Allah how can they destroy it with that man there
-Allah told them to begin with him
-this is because not once did he even frown when he saw the people doubling in haram

On the authority of Abu Umar who said: Allah sent two angels to destroy a township with a natural disaster, but when they got there they found a man praying in the mosque. They went back to Allah and said: 'O Allah we found a man praying in the mosque.' Allah said to the two angels: 'Go back and destroy the township with that man as well because not once did he ever frown when he saw the people indulging in haram.' [Ibnul Qayyim, al-Jawaab al-Kaafi (1/46)]

If you do not have the power to speak against it
-you do like the scholar did from the king
-you are not allowed to cement the thrones
-make hijrah it is better

Are you reading the Qur'an?
-have you not read the story of the ditch?

"A scholar who abandons what has learnt from the Quran and the Sunnah and follows a ruler who does not rule in accordance with the teaching of Allah and His Messenger is an apostate and a disbeliever who deserves punishment in this world and in the hereafter " Fatawa Ibn Taymiyyah, Volume 35/373

-Allah said to call with hikmah

Invite (mankind, O Muhammad SAW) to the Way of your Lord (i.e. Islam) with wisdom (i.e. with the Divine Inspiration and the Qur'an) and fair preaching, and argue with them in a way that is better. Truly, your Lord knows best who has gone astray from His Path, and He is the Best Aware of those who are guided. (An-Nahl 16:125)

-Allah said;

O you who believe! Enter perfectly in Islam (by obeying all the rules and regulations of the Islamic religion) and follow not the footsteps of Shaitan (Satan). Verily! He is to you a plain enemy (Al-Baqarah 2:208)

-you are not allowed to have one foot in Islam and another foot in the other isms and schisms
-because Allah said enter into Islam wholeheartedly; completely

Islam does not mean peace, it means to submit to Allah
-and to submit with tauheed
-and to renounce shirk and the people of shirk
-Allah said;

But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you (O Muhammad SAW) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission. (An-Nisa 4:65)

It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed in a plain error. (Al-Ahzab 33:36)

-without sabr you are going to insult Allah and commit suicide
-Allah warned you in Surah Baqarah;

And certainly, We shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits, but give glad tidings to As-Sabirin (the patient ones, etc.). (Al-Baqarah 2:155)

Who, when afflicted with calamity, say: "Truly! To Allah we belong and truly, to Him we shall return." (Al-Baqarah 2:156)

-he was with a family and said to them you have wonderful kids
-the mother broke down that she lost one of them in a car accident
-she cried but the father did not
-this is a test as Allah warned

There is nothing in Qur'an and Sunnah that says you should be pleased with a calamity
-however you should be patient with it in order not to insult Allah and commit suicide

Suhayb Ibn Sinan narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “Wonderful are the affairs of a believer; for there is good in every affair of his; this is not the case with anyone else except a believer. If he has an occasion to feel delight, he thanks (Allah), thus there is good for him in it. If he suffers affliction, he endures patiently, which is good for him. [Sahih Muslim (4/2295) No. 2999]

Verily! As for those whom the angels take (in death) while they are wronging themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though emigration was obligatory for them), they (angels) say (to them): "In what (condition) were you?" They reply: "We were weak and oppressed on earth." They (angels) say: "Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?" Such men will find their abode in Hell - What an evil destination! (An-Nisa 4:97)

-you say where do we go?
-you are better off in Saudi than darul harb because you do not see gays and homosexuals there
-you would rather raise your children in the gulf countries
-the white/black kuffaar of Europe and America are the worst
-hijra from darul harb is important, there are three dars

-they do not kill Muslims or imprison them
-they kill and lock up innocent Muslims

Hijrah from darul harb is compulsory and hijrah from darul kufr is recommended
-when a darul Islam is established, then it is compulsory to go
-from darul kufr and darul harb to darul Islam

There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Taghut and believes in Allah, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower. (Al-Baqarah 2:256)

-you have not believed fully until you reject the false deities
-to believe in Allah and to practise the Shahadah you are a half Muslim
-when do you become a full Muslim? When you reject the Taghoot (false deities)
-the Taghoot is 'false deities' like the Buddha, Tahir Qardi
-Tahir Qadri allows people to make sajdah to him

-Jesus and Muhammad are not Taghoot, they did not allow people to worship them
-when do you become Taghoot?
-when people start to worship you and you allow them and like them to worship you
-Taghoot also means the kaafir court house
-Allah says 4:60:

Have you seen those (hyprocrites) who claim that they believe in that which has been sent down to you, and that which was sent down before you, and they wish to go for judgement (in their disputes) to the Taghut (false judges, etc.) while they have been ordered to reject them. But Shaitan (Satan) wishes to lead them far astray. (An-Nisa 4:60)

While 'Allama al-Shinqiti-May Allah be merciful with him-has said: To commit shirk with Allah in judging is of the same meaning as to commit shirk in His worship, there is no difference between the two in any manner. There is no difference in any sense between he who follows a system (nizam) other than Allah's system or law other than Allah's law (sharia) and he who worships an idol or prostrates to a false god. They are the same and both are polytheists [associating others] with Allah. (Adwa' al-Bayan, 7:162)

-the kaafir army that is another example of the Taghoot
Allah says 4:76:

Those who believe, fight in the Cause of Allah, and those who disbelieve, fight in the cause of Taghut (Satan, etc.). So fight you against the friends of Shaitan (Satan); Ever feeble indeed is the plot of Shaitan (Satan). (An-Nisa 4:76)

-the kaafir army is Taghoot and all of you who join the army and die whilst fighting
-you will be in the fire forever and you have committed suicide
-because you have died as a kaafir out of the fold of Islam because of 4:76
-a tyrannical ruler that is also Taghoot
-Allah says 79:17:

Go to Fir'aun (Pharaoh), verily, he has transgressed all bounds (in crimes, sins, polytheism, disbelief, etc.). (An-Nazi'at 79:17)

-every tyrannical ruler is a Taghoot
-if you give your bayyah to the Taghoot, you are out of the fold of Islam

"A scholar who abandons what has learnt from the Quran and the Sunnah and follows a ruler who does not rule in accordance with the teaching of Allah and His Messenger is an apostate and a disbeliever who deserves punishment in this world and in the hereafter " Fatawa Ibn Taymiyyah, Volume 35/373

-ibn Taymiyyah also say you become a kaafir

And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allah) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allah Alone [in the whole of the world[]]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allah), then certainly, Allah is All-Seer of what they do. (Al-Anfal 8:39)

Allah says fight them till there is no fitnah, what is fitnah?
-in this ayah fitnah means shirk
-so the last thing you need to be sincere is to do jihad to eradicate the shirk and kufr
-the prophet (SAW) topple the leader if you see clear kufr

The prophet (SAW) said: “…topple the leader if you see clear kufr.” [Sahih Bukhari, (Vol. 9, pg. 47, No. 7055) and Sahih Muslim, (Vol. 3, pg. 1469, No. 1709)]

-the MADkhalis say 'leave the leader, it is Qadr of Allah for them to be in power'
