by Shaikh Abdullah Faisal

NOTES typed LIVE by AT-23 and AT-42
Edited and Formatted by AT-5

- if one condition is missing you are not sincere

- if you doubt he is not the messenger of Allah you are a kaafir
- you are not allowed to have doubts about his being the messenger
- 4:79, Allah says :

Muhammad (SAW) is the Messenger of Allah, and those who are with him are severe against disbelievers, and merciful among themselves ( 48:29)

- Allah says :

And We have sent you (O Muhammad SAW) as a Messenger to mankind, and Allah is Sufficient as a Witness. (An-Nisa 4:79)

- the rasuul says he was given six things, which were not given to any before him
- he was given to the whole of mankind

Abu Huraira reported that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said:
1) I have been given superiority over the other prophets in six respects:
2) I have been given words which are concise but comprehensive in meaning;
3) I have been helped by terror (in the hearts of enemies):
4) spoils have been made lawful to me:
5) the earth has been made for me clean and a place of worship;
6) I have been sent to all mankind and the line of prophets is closed with me. [Sahih Muslim, Book 4, Hadith #1062]

- Allah says in 33:40:

Muhammad (SAW) is not the father of any man among you, but he is the Messenger of Allah and the last (end) of the Prophets. And Allah is Ever AllAware of everything. (Al-Ahzab 33:40)

Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “My likeness and the likeness of the prophets before me is the likeness of a person who built a house, made it beautiful and made it complete, except the place of a stone in the corner. So people began to go round and to wonder at him and say: ‘Why have you not placed this stone?’ I am that stone and I am Khatam an-Nabiyyin (the Seal of the Prophets)". [al-Bukhari (3535) and Muslim (2286)]

- the prophet is the missing block, there is no prophet after Muhammad (SAW)
- if a person claims to be a prophet after Muhammad (SAW) that person is a zindeeq
- a famous zindeeq : Elijah Pole - this man has followers
- another famous false prophet : Ghulam Ahmed
- these people are insignificant
- when ever a person claims to be a prophet after Muhammad (SAW) they have become Zindeeq
- and you are not allowed to eat their slaughter
- you are not allowed to marry your children to these people
- and Salah behind them is not allowed, also they are not allowed to enter Makkah or Madina
- and it is haram to pray janazah over them
- and for them to be buried in the burial ground of the Muslims
- whenever you meet one that claims to be a prophet
- if you do not make takfir on them you become a kaafir yourself, this is called chain takfir
- why? because you are not convinced about 33:40, Allah says:

Muhammad (SAW) is not the father of any man among you, but he is the Messenger of Allah and the last (end) of the Prophets. And Allah is Ever AllAware of everything. (Al-Ahzab 33:40)

- if you do not make takfir on someone that denies the day of judgment you become a kaafir yourself

Abu Huraira narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “I am the most noble of Adam’s descendants on the Day of Resurrection. I am the first whose grave shall be opened. I am the first to offer intercession. I am the first whose intercession shall be accepted.” [Sahih Muslim (4/1782) No. 2278]

- he is the first to come out of the grave, and he is the first to intercede
- so this is the third condition you need to believe he is the best prophet
- if this is not your Aqeedah you are not sincere to him

Narrated By 'Abdullah bin Hisham: We were with the Prophet and he was holding the hand of 'Umar bin Al-Khattab. 'Umar said to Him, "O Allah's Apostle! You are dearer to me than everything except my own self." The Prophet said, "No, by Him in Whose Hand my soul is, (you will not have complete faith) till I am dearer to you than your own self." Then 'Umar said to him, "However, now, by Allah, you are dearer to me than my own self." The Prophet said, "Now, O 'Umar, (now you are a believer)." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 8, Book 78, Hadith #628]

- one day rasulullah (SAW) was walking with Umar (SAW)
- Umar told him he loves him more than everyone but himself
- rasulullah told him you are not a true believer till you love me more than yourself
- Umar made a second statement, and said I love you more than everyone even more than myself
- rasululah then said you have attained true faith
- this was a mistake from Umar, but the prophet did not make takfir on him, he corrected his aqeedah
- a person that has fault in their aqeedah you cannot make takfir on them until you correct them first

And (remember) when your Lord brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam's loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying): "Am I not your Lord?" They said: "Yes! We testify," lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: "Verily, we have been unaware of this." (Al-A'raf 7:172)

- Allah did not give the excuse of ignorance to one that worships false deities
- some Muslims do not know going to the kaafir courthouse is shirk
- before you make takfir, teach them tawheed
- 5:72 Allah says :

Surely, they have disbelieved who say: "Allah is the Messiah ['Iesa (Jesus)], son of Maryam (Mary)." But the Messiah ['Iesa (Jesus)] said: "O Children of Israel! Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Verily, whosoever sets up partners in worship with Allah, then Allah has forbidden Paradise for him, and the Fire will be his abode. And for the Zalimûn (polytheists and wrongdoers) there are no helpers. (Al-Ma'idah 5:72)

Surely, disbelievers are those who said: "Allah is the third of the three (in a Trinity)." But there is no ilah (god) (none who has the right to be worshipped) but One Ilah (God -Allah). And if they cease not from what they say, verily, a painful torment will befall the disbelievers among them. (Al-Ma'idah 5:73)

- Allah did not give the excuse of ignorance to Christians

- this includes his wives and children
- the Shi’ites believe Aisha, Zaynab and Hafsa are not from his household

And (remember) when you (Muhammad SAW) left your household in the morning to post the believers at their stations for the battle (of Uhud). And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower. (Aali Imran 3:121)

- another ayah to prove they are, is 33:32-33 Allah says:

O wives of the Prophet! You are not like any other women. If you keep your duty (to Allah), then be not soft in speech, lest he in whose heart is a disease (of hypocrisy, or evil desire for adultery, etc.) should be moved with desire, but speak in an honourable manner. (Al-Ahzab 33:32)

And stay in your houses, and do not display yourselves like that of the times of ignorance, and perform As-Salat (IqamatasSalat), and give Zakat and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah wishes only to remove ArRijs (evil deeds and sins, etc.) from you, O members of the family (of the Prophet SAW), and to purify you with a thorough purification. (Al-Ahzab 33:33)

- Allah uses the word 'ahlul bayt' in this ayah, the Shi’ites do not believe in this ayah
- Shaikh can give over 20 ayahs that the Shi’ites do not believe in
- Allah used the word 'ahlul bayt' in Surah Ahzab
- but then why do you, the Shi’ites preach in your temples that Aisha is not part of ahlul bayt?
- indeed your Aqeedah does not match the Quran!

- Allah says in 59:10:

And those who came after them say: "Our Lord! Forgive us and our brethren who have preceded us in Faith, and put not in our hearts any hatred against those who have believed. Our Lord! You are indeed full of kindness, Most Merciful. (Al-Hashr 59:10)

- this ayah tells us not to insult the companions of Muhammad (SAW)
- those who do insult the companions of Muhammad are from the creed of the Shi’ites
- when you read the Islamic history and you hear about the fitna of Mu'awiyah and Ali
- you make excuses for both
- do not spend 2-3 hours discussing this fitna, this is wasting your time
- when someone debates with you regarding this fitna, always remember the ayah 2:134:

That was a nation who has passed away. They shall receive the reward of what they earned and you of what you earn. And you will not be asked of what they used to do. (Al-Baqarah 2:134)

- you must quote this ayah, and do not forget
- the rasool (SAW) said:

Abu Sa‘eed al-Khudri (RA) narrated the prophet (SAW) said: ‘Do not slander my Companions, for if one of you were to spend an amount of gold equivalent to the size of Mount Uhud, you would not even come halfway up to their level." [al-Bukhari (3673) and Muslim (2540)]

- who was the Prophet (SAW) speaking to regarding 'do not slander my companions'?
- he was talking to Khalid bin Waleed

- it is a sign of hypocrisy for you to speak bad about the companions of Muhammad
- you should love and respect them because they fought for Islam
- especially you should not speak ill about the 10 who were promised Jannah

Narrated By Sa'id ibn Zayd: AbdurRahman ibn al-Akhnas said that when he was in the mosque, a man mentioned Ali (RA). So Sa'id ibn Zayd got up and said: ‘I bear witness that I heard the Messenger of Allah (SAW) say: ‘Ten persons will go to Paradise: The Prophet (SAW) will go to Paradise, Abu Bakr (RA) will go to Paradise, Umar (RA) will go to Paradise, Uthman (RA) will go to Paradise, Ali (RA) will go to Paradise, Talhah (RA) will go to Paradise: Az-Zubayr ibn al-Awwam (RA) will go to paradise, Saad ibn Abi Waqqas (RA) will go to Paradise, Abu Ubaydah ibn Jarrah (RA), and Abdur Rahman ibn Awf (RA) will go to Paradise. If you wish, I can mention the tenth.’ The people asked: ‘Who is he?’ but he kept silence. They again asked: ‘Who is he?’ He replied: ‘He is Sa'id ibn Zayd (RA).’” [Abu Dawud, Book 35, Hadeeth #4632]

Ibn Abbas (RA) narrated the Prophet (SAW) said: "Whoever insults my companions, may the curse of Allah, the angels and all of mankind be on them." [al-Mu’jam al-Kabir al-Tabarani (12/142) No. 12709]

- these Shi’ites who make takfeer on the Sahabah
- they are kuffaar because when you make takfeer on them you are going against Allah
- Allah said;

If you help him (Muhammad SAW) not (it does not matter), for Allah did indeed help him when the disbelievers drove him out, the second of two, when they (Muhammad SAW and Abu Bakr) were in the cave, and he (SAW) said to his companion (Abu Bakr): "Be not sad (or afraid), surely Allah is with us." Then Allah sent down His Sakinah (calmness, tranquillity, peace, etc.) upon him, and strengthened him with forces (angels) which you saw not, and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowermost, while it was the Word of Allah that became the uppermost, and Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise. (At-Tawbah 9:40)

- these Shi’ites are so stupid
- they do not realise that when you insult the Sahabahs you are insulting Muhammad (SAW)

One day Abu Hanifa heard a Shi’ite saying Uthman is a Jew

On the authority of Muhammad ibn Abdur Rahman who said: “A man in Kufa used to spread a rumour that Uthman ibn Affan (RA) was a Jew. So Imam Abu Hanifa (rh) approached him and said: ‘I come to you with a proposal.’ The man said: ‘what is the proposal concerning?’ Abu Hanifa said: ‘I come to ask for your daughter's hand in marriage for a man who is noble, wealthy and a hafiz of the Holy Qur'an, he's devoted in worship. He spends the night praying and cries a lot from the fear of Allah.’ The man said: ‘you have said enough to convince me he's a suitable person to marry my daughter, O Abu Hanifa.’ Imam Abu Hanifa then said to the man: ‘Except that this suitor has a certain characteristic.’ The man said: ‘and what is that?’ Abu Hanifa said: ‘This man is a Jew.’ The Shia said: ‘SubhanAllah! Do you order me to give away my daughter in marriage to a Jew O Abu Hanifa?!’ The imam said to the Shia: ‘Do you agree to marry her to the Jew?’ The Shia said: ‘No!’ Abu Hanifa said: ‘But you are spreading the news that the Holy Prophet (SAW) married two of his daughters to a Jew.’ The Shia said: ‘I seek Allah's forgiveness! I turn to Allah with repentance as of now.’” [Related by al-Khateeb al-Baghdadi (d. 463 H) in 'Tarikh Baghdad', (Vol. 15, pg. 498-499)]

- so when you insult the companions of Muhammad (SAW) you are also insulting Prophet
- you just thought that these Shi’ites insult the Sahabahs?
- No, they insult Allah and the prophet
- they believe that Muhammad (SAW) failed his mission

SHIA HUJJAH: Every prophet came to establish justice on Earth. His aim was also to establish justice but he was not successful. The same is the position of the Seal of the Prophets who came to reform human society and establish justice but failed during his lifetime.' (Ittihad wa-yak-jihati:15)

SHIA HUJJAH: “Allah often lies and does mistakes” [Usool-al-Kafi, page 328, Yacoob Kulayni, Vol. 1]

-they will always stab the Muslims in the back
-Bashar al Assad, they claim to be divine, his soldiers burry you alive
-if you do not say 'there is no god except Bashar al Assad'
-this is the regime that Iran supports

-you must use Sunnah to fight bi'dah, not bi'dah to fight Sunnah
-53: 3-4, Allah says;

Nor does he speak of (his own) desire. (An-Najm 53:3)

It is only an Inspiration that is inspired. (An-Najm 53:4)

-so when the prophet entered the toilet with left and came out with right foot this is wahi
-he does not speak from his hawa (desires)
- see 3:31 Allah say;

Say (O Muhammad SAW to mankind): "If you (really) love Allah then follow me (i.e. accept Islamic Monotheism, follow the Qur'an and the Sunnah), Allah will love you and forgive you of your sins. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." (Aali Imran 3:31)

-you must revive the Sunnah to be sincere to Muhammad (SAW)
-Allah also says in 59:7

…And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) gives you, take it, and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it), and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Severe in punishment. (Al-Hashr 59:7)

"He who introduced some good practice in Islam which was followed after him (by people) he would be assured of reward like one who followed it, without their rewards being diminished in any respect. And he who introduced some evil practice in Islam which had been followed subsequently (by others), he would be required to bear the burden like that of one who followed this (evil practice) without their's being diminished in any respect." [Sahih Muslim, Book 34, Hadith #6466]

-so when you introduce a new thing you get barakah
-when you introduce something wrong you are cursed
-you cannot follow Quran and not Sunnah
-this is what the Parwezi's believe in, they do not believe in Quran or Hadith
-there are many aspects in Islam we learnt from Hadiths

For Example:

-men are not allowed to wear silk/gold

Abu Musa Ash’ari reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said, “Wearing silk and gold is forbidden to the men of my Ummah. But (they are) allowed to their women.” [Sunan Tirmidhi (4/217) No. 1720, Sunan An-Nasa'i (8/161) 5148]

-to recite Surah Fatiha in every rakah in Salah

Narrated By 'Ubada bin As-Samit: Allah's Apostle said, "Whoever does not recite Al-Fatiha in his prayer, his prayer is invalid." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 1, Book 12, Hadith #723]

-to take Jiziyah from the fire-worshippers of Iran, like at the time of Umar

...'Umar did not take the Jizya from the Magian infidels till 'Abdur-Rahman bin 'Auf testified that Allah's Apostle had taken the Jizya from the Magians of Hajar. [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 4, Book 53, Hadith #384]

-also, to marry your foster sister

Narrated By Abu Huraira: The Prophet forbade that a woman should be married to a man along with her paternal aunt or with her maternal aunt (at the same time). Az-Zuhri (the sub-narrator) said: There is a similar order for the paternal aunt of the father of one's wife, for 'Ursa told me that 'Aisha said, "What is unlawful because of blood relations, is also unlawful because of the corresponding foster suckling relations." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 7, Book 62, Hadith #046]

-you see the kuffaar drawing cartoons of the prophet (SAW)
-these kuffar when they use their media to insult the prophet (SAW) broke their covenant of security
-the one who insults Muhammad, the punishment is death
-and those who insult the Sahabahs should be flogged
-but this is only allowed in the Islamic State

Hussain ibn Ali related from his father Ali Ibn Abi Talib that the Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever curses a Prophet, kill him. Whoever curses my Companions, beat him." [al-Mu’jam al-Awsat al-Tabarani (5/35) No. 4602]

-because of the Ayah: 9:65-66

If you ask them (about this), they declare: "We were only talking idly and joking." Say: "Was it at Allah, and His Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and His Messenger (SAW) that you were mocking?" (At-Tawbah 9:65)

Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after you had believed. If We pardon some of you, We will punish others amongst you because they were Mujrimûn (disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, criminals, etc.). (At-Tawbah 9:66)

Al-Imam Ishaq Ibn Rahawayh said: (All muslims are in consensus that whoever curses Allah or curses His Messenger, or rejects something from what Allah revealed, or killed a prophet, that he is a kafir; and even if he accept what was revealed by Allah. And Al-Khattabi said, "I don't know of anyone who disagrees with the obligation of his killing." And Muhammad Ibn Sahnun said that the scholars are in consensus that the one who curses the Messenger is a Kafir; and whoever doubts his Kufr is a Kafir.) Taken from (Kitab al-Sarim al-Maslul 'ala satim al-Rasul, by Ibn Taymiyya)

Abu al-Husain Muhammad Ibn Ahmad al-'Asqalani said: «The Mu'tazila of Baghdad and Basra, and all of ahl al-Qibla, there is no ikhtilaf between them concerning, that the one who doubts regarding the kafir then he himself is a kafir, because the doubter (sakk) concerning kufr there's no ‘iman for him, because he don't know kufr from ‘iman. So there's no dispute between the Umma, the Mu'tazila and other than them; that the doubter concerning the kafir is kafir!“ Taken from (Kitab al-Tanbih wa al-Radd 'ala ahl al-Ahwa' wa al-Bida’, by Muhammad Ibn Ahmad al-Malati)

-no one disagrees that the person should be killed

Narrated By Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "Name yourselves with my name (use my name) but do not name yourselves with my Kunya name (i.e. Abu-l Qasim). And whoever sees me in a dream then surely he has seen me for Satan cannot impersonate me. And whoever tells a lie against me (intentionally), then (surely) let him occupy his seat in Hell-fire." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 1, Book 3, Hadith #110]

- Allah said, see 33:56

Allah sends His Salat (Graces, Honours, Blessings, Mercy, etc.) on the Prophet (Muhammad SAW) and also His angels too (ask Allah to bless and forgive him). O you who believe! Send your Salat on (ask Allah to bless) him (Muhammad SAW), and (you should) greet (salute) him with the Islamic way of greeting (salutation i.e. AsSalamu 'Alaikum). (Al-Ahzab 33:56)

- so when you hear the name of the prophet (SAW) you should send your blessings and peace
- the stingy person is the one who does not send his blessings

Ali ibn Abu Talib (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said, “The miser is he before whom I am mentioned but he does not invoke blessings on me.” [Sunan Tirmidhi (5/551) No. 3546, Musnad Ahmad (1/201) No. 1736]

It was narrated that Abu Hurayrah (RA) said: The Prophet (SAW) ascended the minbar and said: “Ameen, ameen, ameen.” It was said: ‘O Messenger of Allah, you ascended the minbar and said, ‘Ameen, ameen, ameen.” He said: “Jibreel (peace be upon him) came to me and said: ‘If Ramadan comes and a person is not forgiven, he will enter Hell and Allah will cast him far away. Say Ameen.’ So I said Ameen. He said: ‘O Muhammad, if both or one of a person’s parents are alive and he does not honour them and he dies, he will enter Hell and Allah will cast him far away. Say Ameen.’ So I said Ameen. He said: ‘If you are mentioned in a person’s presence and he does not send blessings upon you and he dies, he will enter Hell and Allah will cast him far away. Say Ameen.’ So I said Ameen.” [Sahih Ibn Hibban, (3/188) No. 907 and Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah (3/192) No. 1888]

- if you are at a gathering and the speaker at the beginning says Muhammad (SAW)
- you can say it once and that is enough

- see 3:104, Allah says;

Let there arise out of you a group of people inviting to all that is good (Islam), enjoining Al-Ma'rûf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam orders one to do) and forbidding Al-Munkar (polytheism and disbelief and all that Islam has forbidden). And it is they who are the successful. (Aali Imran 3:104)

- see 12:108, Allah also says;

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "This is my way; I invite unto Allah (i.e. to the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism) with sure knowledge, I and whosoever follows me (also must invite others to Allah i.e to the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism) with sure knowledge. And Glorified and Exalted be Allah (above all that they associate as partners with Him). And I am not of the Mushrikûn (polytheists, pagans, idolaters and disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah; those who worship others along with Allah or set up rivals or partners to Allah)." (Yusuf 12:108)

- this ayah tells us that to be sincere to Muhammad
- you must rise up inviting people to the religion of Muhammad

- some of you have not invited your friends / neighbours / workers / colleagues to Islam
- because it is not in your interest

So Whosoever abandons the wise Shariah which was revealed upon Muhammed ibn Abdullah, the seal of the prophets, and goes to other abrogated Shariah for judgment, he becomes a Kaafir. So how about the one who goes to al-Yaasiq (man-made law) for judgment and gives it precedence (over the Sharia of Muhammed (SAW). Whosoever does this has become a Kaafir by the Ijma of the Muslims. Ibn Kathir, Al-Bidayah Wan-Nihayah, Vol 13, p119

- some of you, think that dismantling the Shariah is minor kufr
- why did Ibn Kathir pass this fatwa? because he was sincere
- but a MADkhali would say: ‘you are not a kaafir’
- since the Saudi Salafi's worship Bin Baaz we will use Bin Baaz to checkmate them

Shaikh 'Abdul-'Azeez Ibn 'Abdullaah Ibn Baaz said: "There is no Eemaan for the one who believes the laws of the people and their opinions are superior to the Hukm of Allah and His Messenger or that they are equal to it or that they resemble it or who leaves it or replaces it with fabricated laws and institutions invented by people, even if he believes that the laws of Allah are more encompassing and more just." – "Risaalat Wujoob Tah'keem Sharee'at Allah' Pg. 39, which follows the "Risaalat Tah'keem Al-Qawaneen" Published by "Daar Al-Muslim"

- Allah says;

And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allah) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allah Alone [in the whole of the world[]]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allah), then certainly, Allah is All-Seer of what they do. (Al-Anfal 8:39)

- you must spread Islam physically not just verbally
