Bismillah...

- continuing the how to be sincere series
- this Ummah is in need of leadership
- the leaders of the Muslims are of seven types

THERE IS 7 TYPES OF LEADERS OF THE UMMAH

1. THE HUSBAND OF THE HOUSE

- see 4:34, Allah says:

Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support them) from their means… (An-Nisa 4:34)

2. THE AMEER OF A JAMMA’AH

- if you have a Muslim group and there is a Shaikh, he is the leader of the group
- or even if there is just three of you travelling
- you must appoint an ameer or the shaytan becomes your ameer

3. THE MILITARY LEADER

- 8:46

And obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not dispute (with one another) lest you lose courage and your strength depart, and be patient. Surely, Allah is with those who are As-Sabirin (the patient ones, etc.). (Al-Anfal 8:46)

4. THE IMAM OF THE MASJID

Abu Sa'id narrates the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "If you are three in number, then one of you should be the imam. And the one who has the most right to it is the one who is the most versed in the Qur'an." [Sahih Muslim (1/464) No. 672, Musnad Ahmad (3/24) No. 11206, Sunan An-Nasa'i (2/103) No. 840]

- the one that has more knowledge should lead salah
- if they all have equal knowledge, you go to the one that has more knowledge of hadith
- if they are all equal you go for the eldest

5. THE CALIPH

- it is haram for us to live without a caliph for more than three days
- we are living in sin, we have gone more than 80 years without a caliph

6. THE QAADI IN THE COURTHOUSE

- a female can act as a helping judge
- if there are two males and she is the third
- but for her to be a single judge, this is not permissible

The majority of scholars are of the view that it is not permissible for a woman to be appointed as a judge, and if she is appointed, the one who appointed her is sinning, and her appointment is invalid, and her judgements carry no weight, no matter what ruling she passes. This is the view of the Maalikis, Shaafa’is and Hanbalis, and of some of the Hanafis. [See: Bidaayat al-Mujtahid (2/531); al-Majmoo’ (20/127); al-Mughni (11/350)]

- al fiqh al islami wa adillatuhu, this book is the mother of all books when it comes to fiqh
- which was written by wahba zuhaili

- the issue of a woman leading salah in the masjid, this is allowed
- Abu Hanifa said it is makrooh

Ibn Qudaamah said: it is Sunnah, when a woman to lead other women in prayer, for her to stand in the middle of the row in all cases, because they are ‘awrah. [Al-Mughni, vol. 1, p. 347]

- Imam Shafi’i and ibn Hanbal, say it is halal if she stands in same row

Al-Nawawi said: The Sunnah is for a woman who is leading other women in prayer to stand in the middle of the row, because of the reports which state that ‘Aa’ishah and Umm Salamah led other women and they stood in the midst of them. [Al-Majmoo’ Sharh al-Muhadhdab, vol. 4, p. 192]

- Hanabli madhab allows a woman calling for adhaan, but not when men are around
- if it is only women, then it is allowed
- Malikis say it is not allowed

7. THE GOVERNOR OF A COUNTRY

- The Persians they appointed a woman to be head of state

It was narrated that Abu Bakrah (RA) said: When the Messenger of Allaah (SAW) heard that the people of Persia had appointed the daughter of Chosroes as their ruler, he said: “No people will ever prosper who appoint a woman in charge of their affairs.” [Narrated by al-Bukhaari (6/8) No. 4425]

- a woman can be a governor
- she can be a Minister of Finance, Health, Foreign Affairs but she cannot be the Head of State

Al-Shawkaani (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: There is no stern warning greater than stating that they will never prosper, and the most important issue is to rule according to the rulings of Allaah, may He be glorified and exalted, and therefore this warning applies more emphatically to women. End quote. Al-Sayl al-Jaraar (4/273)

The Fatwa Committee of al-Azhar said: The Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not intend by this hadeeth only to state that the people who appoint a woman in charge of their affairs will not prosper, because his task was to explain everything that is permissible for his ummah, so that they may succeed and prosper, and everything that is not permissible for them so that they may be safe from evil and loss. Rather he intended to forbid his ummah from imitating those people (the Persians) by delegating any of their public affairs to a woman, and he used this incident to convey this message to the people who were keen to be prosperous so that they would comply with this advice. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used definitive language to state that lack of prosperity is inevitable when a woman is appointed in charge of any affairs. Undoubtedly the prohibition that is derived from this hadeeth applies to any woman in any era; women are not to be appointed to positions of public authority. This general meaning is understood from the wording of the hadeeth. End quote.

- when Uthman became caliph he did not fire his governors

NEPOSITSM causes us to be put family in positions of leadership when they are not qualified
- a woman is not allowed to be head of state in a Muslim country

WHAT ARE THE 17 CONDITIONS TO BE SINCERE TO YOUR LEADERS?

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Prophet (SAW) said: “Each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock. The ruler is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock; the man is the shepherd of his family members and is responsible for them; the woman is the shepherd of her husband’s house and children and is responsible for them; the slave is the shepherd of his master’s wealth and is responsible for it. Each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock.” [al-Bukhari (853) and Muslim (1829)]

1. TO BE OBEDIENT

- but the leader must obey Allah

O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and those of you (Muslims) who are in authority. (And) if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger (SAW), if you believe in Allah and in the Last Day. That is better and more suitable for final determination. (An-Nisa 4:59)

- obedience is only required in what is good

Narrated By 'Ali: The Prophet sent an army unit (for some campaign) and appointed a man from the Ansar as its commander and ordered them (the soldiers) to obey him. (During the campaign) he became angry with them and said, "Didn't the Prophet order you to obey me?" They said, "Yes." He said, "I order you to collect wood and make a fire and then throw yourselves into it." So they collected wood and made a fire, but when they were about to throw themselves into, it they started looking at each other, and some of them said, "We followed the Prophet to escape from the fire. How should we enter it now?" So while they were in that state, the fire extinguished and their commander's anger abated. The event was mentioned to the Prophet and he said, "If they had entered it (the fire) they would never have come out of it, for obedience is required only in what is good." (See Hadith No. 629. Vol. 5) [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 9, Book 89, Hadith #259]

The Qadyannis say we must obey the British and use (4:59)

O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and those of you (Muslims) who are in authority… (An-Nisa 4:59)

- Allah said Minkum (those from among you Muslims)

2. LOVE YOUR LEADER

Al-Ash'ari said, "Part of respect for Allah is to show respect to an old Muslim and to someone who knows the Qur'an, as long as he does not go to excess in it nor turn away from it, and to respect a just ruler." [Al-Adab al-Mufrad Al-Bukhari, Hadith #357]

3. RESPECT YOUR LEADER

RESPECTING ALLAH is respecting an old Muslim
- and to someone who knows the Qur'an and to a just ruler

It has been narrated on the authority of 'Auf b. Malik that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: The best leader is the one where mutual love exists between him and the people, and the worst leader generates mutual hate... [Sahih Muslim, Book 20, Hadith #4573]

- the worst leader is the one who is hated by the people and the best is the one whom they love

4. DO NOT ASK YOUR LEADER EXCESSIVE QUESTIONS

On the authority of Abu Hurairah (RA) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (SAW) say: “What I have forbidden for you, avoid. What I have ordered you [to do], do as much of it as you can. For verily, it was only the excessive questioning and their disagreeing with their Prophets that destroyed [the nations] who were before you” [al-Bukhari (7288) and Muslim (1337)]

If it is the leader of your jamma'ah or the caliph, withhold excessive questions
- you will make their job impossible

5. DO NOT CREATE MUTINY AGAINST THE LEADER

Abd-Allaah ibn Mas ood (RA), who criticized Uthmaan (RA) for offering the prayer in full in Mina, but despite that he also offered the prayer in full. When he was asked about that he said: Disunity is evil. [Narrated by Abu Dawood (2/199) No. 1960]

- do not turn the flock against him or hype them up

Uthman's salah was prayed in full when he made hajj
- (though the Rasool and Abu Bakr prayed 2 rakat)
- it is important to know the character of the Sahabahs and what they did to avoid fitnaa

- do not pay attention to QUANTITY but instead, QUALITY
- the Murjif fan the flames of fitnaa, see 9:47

Had they marched out with you, they would have added to you nothing except disorder, and they would have hurried about in your midst (spreading corruption) and sowing sedition among you, and there are some among you who would have listened to them. And Allah is the All-Knower of the Zalimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.). (At-Tawbah 9:47)

- we cannot take them to the frontlines with us (they are not frontline material)
- they sow seeds of discord a munafiqh is always sowing te seeds of discord
- some mujahideen will listen to the Murjif, so we cannot take the Murjif with us there

6. ALWAYS GIVE YOUR LEADERS SINCERE NASEEHA (ADVICE)

In Battle of Badr, the Prophet (SAW) and his Companions were deployed in the nearest place to Badr's wells. But Companion Hubab ibn al-Mundhir (RA) was not satisfied with this. With great politeness he said: "O Messenger of Allah (SAW), has Allah inspired you to choose this very spot or is it stratagem of war and the product of consultation?" The Prophet (SAW) replied: "It is stratagem of war and consultation." Al-Hubab said: "This place is no good; let us go and encamp on the nearest water well and make a basin or reservoir full of water, then destroy all the other wells so that they will be deprived of the water." The Prophet (SAW) approved of his plan and agreed to carry it out. [Ibn Hisham: al-Sirah al-Nabawiyyah, 1/620; Ibn Kathir: al-Sirah al-Nabawiyyah, 2/402; al-Suhayli: al-Rawd al-Anif, 3/62; and al-Tabary: Tarikh al-Umam wa al-Muluk, 2-29]

Hubab advised the Prophet twice in military battles because he was military trained
- If you do not give sincere advice, you are not sincere to your leader
- we cannot choose a munafiqh as our advisor

HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT MUS'TASIM?
- he was a caliph that took an apostate SHIA as his advisor
- this goes against the Qur'an and it cost him his life

O you who believe! Take not as (your) Bitanah (advisors, consultants, protectors, helpers, friends, etc.) those outside your religion (pagans, Jews, Christians, and hypocrites) since they will not fail to do their best to corrupt you. They desire to harm you severely. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their breasts conceal is far worse. Indeed We have made plain to you the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses) if you understand. (Aali Imran 3:118)

- we cannot have a SHI’ITE AS OUR ADVISOR!
- when the TARTARS were getting ready to invade Baghdad (a fierce battle)
- the Shi’ite was working as an advisor AND a double-agent
- they put a cloth over the caliph and dragged him through the city tied to horses
- he and his sons were then dumped in the Euphrates River
- (along with books and important Islamic knowledge)
- one son survived and was taken back to Mongolia and married him off to a local girl

WHY DID THIS HAPPEN TO MUS'TASIM?
- he took a Shi’ite for his advisor

ISRAEL PRESIDENT SHIMON PERES CALLS ON BASHAR AL-ASSAD TO RESIGN:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2011/jul/26/shimon-peres-syria-bashar-assad

- even SHIMON PERES is begging Bashar Assad to stop killing
- the worst kaafir in the world is a SHIA
- they say Allah 'tala lies and makes mistakes and Aisha (RA) had an affair

SHIA HUJJAH: “Allah often lies and does mistakes” [Usool-al-Kafi, page 328, Yacoob Kulayni, Vol. 1]

SHIA HUJJAH: The Shia believe that at the time of Mahdi’s return Imam Mahdi will resurrect Aisha (Prophet Mohammad’s wife) and execute the law of Hudud on her, for committing Zina (adultery) during her marriage. (Al-Anwar Al-Numaniyah, vol. 1, p. 161, Tafsir al-Shafi, vol. 2, p. 108, Haq al-Yaqeen, vol. 2, p. 256, Hayat al-Qulub, vol. 2, p. 611)

MUSLIMS HAVE 6 RIGHTS OVER EACH OTHER:

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (RA) as saying: Six are the rights of a Muslim over another Muslim. It was said to him: Allah's Messenger, what are these? Thereupon he said: When you meet him, offer him greetings; when he invites you to a feast accept it, when he seeks your council give him, and when he sneezes and says: "All praise is due to Allah," you say Yarhamuk Allah (may Allah show mercy to you); and when he falls ill visit him; and when he dies follow his bier. [Sahih Muslim (4/1705) No. 2162, Musnad Ahmad (2/372) No. 8832, al-Adab al-Mufrad al-Bukhari No. 925]

7. DO NOT PUT PRESSURE ON YOUR LEADER TO SELL OUT AND COMPROMISE

Many movements started out with sincerity and then abandoned their beliefs and sold out
- Ikhwan al-Muslimeen in Egypt, people put pressure on jihad and adopt democracy as the way forward

Some sell out by using the MANHAJ OF HE BALLOT INSTEAD OF THE MANHAJ OF THE BULLET
- they would rather have an easier life to go home and play with their families
- the Jamma'ah in Pakistan are democrats
- those who toppled Hosni Mubarak did it fesabi DEMOCRACY
- Shariah did not come to Egypt
- so they jumped from the frying pan into the fire: replace one taghoot with another taghoot
- this is why Egyptians are still demonstrating, still hungry
- see 2:118

And those who have no knowledge say: "Why does not Allah speak to us (face to face) or why does not a sign come to us?" So said the people before them words of similar import. Their hearts are alike, We have indeed made plain the signs for people who believe with certainty. (Al-Baqarah 2:118)

8. DO NOT TOPPLE THE LEADER UNTIL YOU SEE CLEAR KUFR

The prophet (SAW) said: “…topple the leader if you see clear kufr.” [Sahih Bukhari, (Vol. 9, pg. 47, No. 7055) and Sahih Muslim, (Vol. 3, pg. 1469, No. 1709)]

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (d. 728H): “Whenever a person makes halal what is haraam by consensus or makes haraam what is halal by consensus or replaces the Sharee’ah that is agreed upon by consensus, then he is a Kaffir by the agreement of the scholars of Fiqh.” – “Al-Fataawa”, Vol. 3/267

- clear kufr is allowing casinos, brothels, ribaa banks, or joining NATO
- helping the kuffaar to conquer Muslim countries
- the House of Saud helped the kuffaar to conquer Iraq
- and the Barelvis in Pakistan helped the kuffaar conquer Afghanistan

- the King had to give his agreement on this, so he is a kaafir
- "Hadi46" said the king did it because the leaders were under duress / ikraah
- but truly it is only when someone holds gun at your head and threatens to kill you

MADkhalis are taking over UK along with the Goofy Soofis, the ASWJ are in prison
- they take the Muslim youth to the Hellfire with them because the dawah in UK is dead
- even in US, they not allow a masjid that supports mujahideen (Masjid Diraar)
- otherwise they close the masjid down

Ibn Mas`ud was asked (by the people of Iraq), What is rashwa (taking bribes)? He replied, "This is suht (unlawful earning)." They said, "No, we meant in ruling." He then said, "This is the very kufr." Then he recited: "...And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the Kafirun." (Al-Ma'idah 5:44) [Tafsir al-Tabari (10/321) No. 11960, Tafsir Ibn Kathir (3/119)]

- these people preach kufr doona kufr
- Ibn Abbas was speaking to khawarijj

He (Allah) said (to him), "Verily, I am going to make you a leader (Prophet) of mankind." [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said, "And of my offspring (to make leaders)." (Allah) said, "My Covenant (Prophethood, etc.) includes not Zalimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers)." (Al-Baqarah 2:124)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aT0Fzx8LiGQ&t=50s

Why didn't Ibn Hanbal make takfir on Ma'moon?
i. he did jihad
ii. he implemented Shariah
iii. he did al walaa wal baraa

9. DO NOT TAKE SIDES WITH THE ENEMIES OF ISLAM AGAINST OUR LEADERS

- see 5:51

O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliya' (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but Auliya' to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as Auliya', then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the Zalimûn (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust). (Al-Ma'idah 5:51)

If you are in a Muslim country and it is invaded by Zionists, do not take sides against the leader
- the invaders will pull out of Afghanistan
- what will happen to the hypocrites who helped the invaders?
- the kuffaar do not have the stomach for a long war
- the mujahideen can do a war for 50 years
- because they are fighting to be in the BODIES OF GREEN BIRDS
- Muslims do not lose wars (battles, yes, but not wars)
- we teach our kids AL WALAA WAL BARAA, they carry on after us
- many countries have pulled out of the war already

It has been narrated on the authority of Jabir b. Samura that the Holy Prophet (SAW) said: This religion will continue to exist, and a group of people from the Muslims will continue to fight for its protection until the Hour is established. [Sahih Muslim, Book 20, Hadith #4717]

Jabir b. 'Abdullah reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah (SAW) say: A section of my people will not cease fighting for the Truth and will prevail till the Day of Resurrection. He said: Jesus son of Mary would then descend and their (Muslims') commander would invite him to come and lead them in prayer, but he would say: No, some amongst you are commanders over some (amongst you). This is the honour from Allah for this Ummah. [Sahih Muslim, Book 1, Hadith #293]

Imraan ibn Hussain (RA) narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, ‘A group of people from my Ummah will continue to fight for the sake of the truth until the last of them fights the Dajjal (anti-Christ).’ [Sunan Abu Dawud (3/4) No. 2484, Musnad Ahmad (4/437) No. 19934, Mustadrak al-Haakim (2/81) No. 2392]

HYPOCRITES ARE DANGEROUS
- they know the land, language and terrain so they help our enemies
- the kuffaar give them money to crush us

Bismillah...

10. DO NOT HIGHLIGHT THE PERSONAL WEAKNESSES OF THE LEADER

- if you see it, be patient, if you break away, you will breakaway to be in the Hellfire

Narrated By Ibn 'Abbas: The Prophet said, "Whoever notices something which he dislikes done by his ruler, then he should be patient, for whoever becomes separate from the company of the Muslims even for a span and then dies, he will die as those who died in the Pre-lslamic period of Ignorance. [al-Bukhari (7054) and Muslim (1849)]

- the man who mixes with weak Muslims is better than the man who keeps aloof (distant)
- the Khawarij keeps himself distant from sinner

Ibn Umar (RA) narrated the Prophet (SAW) said, “The believer that mixes with people and endures the hardship they cause, he is better than the believer who does not mix with people and so does not endure the hardship they cause." [Musnad Ahmad (5/365) No. 23147, Sunan Ibn Majah (5/160) No. 4032, Sunan Tirmidhi (4/243) No. 2507]

We cannot mix with people who backbites, smokes weed or has girlfriends/boyfriends etc
- it is better to be patient with the leader than to break away from them

THE KHAWARIJ HAS NO SABR
- we do not cut ourselves off from the faasiq, we are patient with the sinners
- if we cut ourselves off from people, they will apostate and become Christians
- the Christians look for Muslims who were cut off

- 3 Sahabahs did not go to the Tabuk Expedition (the Rasool did not speak to them for 50 days)
- a Christian King wrote a letters to Kab bin Malik (RA), saying 'come to us"
- because they know Muhammad (SAW) was not speaking to them
- he burned that letter and cried as the letter burned: 'is that what I have become?'

THE TABLIGHI JAMM'AT
- they say if you do not go for 40 days or 4 months, they excommunicate those Muslims

But, we say to the TABLIGHI JAMM'AT - we can excommunicate you because you believe in DEMOCRACY

A zindeeq is a heretic and we can excommunicate these from the fold of Islam
- we tell them not to be naive, pay attention to the right aqeedah
- do not be like Khalid Yasin who rips people off (thousands of dollars)
- do not be naive to what he does
- talk to Goofy Soofis, MADkhalis, Barelvis about their aqeedah
- do not be impressed with external appearance

On the authority of Abu Huraira: "Verily Allah does not look to your bodies nor to your faces but He looks to your hearts," and he pointed towards the heart with his fingers. [Sahih Muslim, Book 32, Hadith #6220]

11. DO NOT CALL THE LEADERS BY DEROGATORY NAMES

- see 49:11

O you who believe! Let not a group scoff at another group, it may be that the latter are better than the former; nor let (some) women scoff at other women, it may be that the latter are better than the former, nor defame one another, nor insult one another by nicknames. How bad is it, to insult one's brother after having Faith [i.e. to call your Muslim brother (a faithful believer) as: "O sinner", or "O wicked", etc.]. And whosoever does not repent, then such are indeed Zalimûn (wrong-doers, etc.). (Al-Hujurat 49:11)

Name calling is haraam in Islam
- some married couples do this
- but it is only allowed if the person likes it
- e.g. such as Abu Hurayah got his name for liking kittens
- if you call someone a WET BACK (Mexican who swam a river to the US)
- in US, they have MINUTEMAN - takes 1 minute to shoot you (this is a nickname / kunya)
- black people call each other Nigger, some greet themselves 'hey, my Nigger"

12. DO NOT WITHHOLD YOUR BAYAH FROM THE LEADER IF HE IS A LEGITIMATE LEADER

It has been reported on the authority of Nafi, that 'Abdullah b. Umar paid a visit to Abdullah b. Muti' in the days (when atrocities were perpetrated on the People Of Medina) at Harra in the time of Yazid b. Mu'awiya. Ibn Muti' said: Place a pillow for Abu 'Abd al-Rahman (family name of 'Abdullah b. 'Umar). But the latter said: I have not come to sit with you. I have come to you to tell you a tradition I heard from the Messenger of Allah (SAW). I heard him say: One who withdraws his hand from obedience (to the Amir) will find no argument (in his defence) when he stands before Allah on the Day of Judgment, and one who dies without having bound himself by an oath of allegiance (to an Amir) will die the death of one belonging to the days of Jahillyya. [Sahih Muslim, Book 20, Hadith #4562]

If the leader implements the Shariah, we can not withhold our bayah (allegiance)
- people withhold it because they want to create a fitnaa
- Sahabahs killed each other when Mu’awiya did not want to give bayah to Ali (RA.)

13. DO NOT REFUSE TO PRAY BEHIND HIM UNLESS HE IS ZINDEEQ (HERETIC)

- we can pray behind an Ashaa’ira, they believe Allah 'tala is everywhere
- but we cannot pray behind a Shi’ite or Barelvis, or Qadyannis or hard-core Saudi Salafi
- if a Saudi Salafi believes in snitching on mujahideen, we cannot pray behind him
- see 2:256

There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Taghût and believes in Allah, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower. (Al-Baqarah 2:256)

- because they are kaafirs - they are IN BED WITH THE TAGHOOT

FIQH UL WAAQI (current events)
- a brother killed over 100 kaafir soldiers in Yemen today
- did you know this?

Yemen suicide blast kills 96 soldiers:
http://www.nydailynews.com/news/world/yemen-suicide-blast-kills-96-soldiers-injures-atleast-200-article-1.1082119

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IXuGH1yMBS4

The kuffaar killed Anwar Awlaki but thinking that was the end of it

Ibn Abbas narrated the Prophet (SAW) said: 'An army of twelve-thousand will come out of Aden-Abyan. They will give victory to Allah and His messenger; they are the best between myself and them'." [Musnad Ahmad, (Vol. 1, pg. 333) No. 3079 and Tabarani in Al-Kabeer (Vol. 11, pg. 56) No. 11029]

The mujahideen will send letters to governments to ask for the release of certain Shaikhs
- if we go to Makkah and Madina for hajj and umrah, are we going to pray behind the imams there?
- yes, we can pray behind their salah (the imam's salah might be bautil if he supports the Saudi regime)
- so we have our salah but they do not have theirs
- some people's dodgy Aqeedah says they will never make hajj because Makkah is darul harb
- how jahil can they be)?
- the Rasool (SAW) signed a Treaty at Hudabiyyah (10 year time limit)
- then he sent Abu Bakr to perform hajj (9 years after the hijrah)
- he gave 4 months for them to be gone or their head would be gone
- as kaafirs would not be permitted in Makkah after that
- Hajj is NOT bautil, we do not have the power to remove the Saudi regime
- they been in power since the 1920s

IF YOU CALL FOR SHARIAH IN DARUL HARB, YOU DID NOT READ THE SEALED NECTAR
- how can you implement Shariah on an atheist to pray 5 times a day?

- you are not allowed to refuse to pray behind your leader unless he is a zindeeq
- if he is not, then it is haram not to pray behind him
- those who went to Makkah and Medina, to do hajj, their hajj is accepted
- whoever told you hajj cannot be accepted in darul harb is wrong
- if you believe this, then you are jahil and did not study the life of Muhammad (SAW) properly
- study the sealed nectar

14. YOU SHOULD ANSWER THE CALL OF YOUR LEADER TO JIHAD

- do not turn away from his call to jihad
- the same way when you are married to a woman and you call her to bed
- if she refuses your call then the angels curse her
- the three Sahabahs that were excommunicated for 50 days
- this was due to not going to the call of jihad
- when a leader calls for jihad, it becomes fard al ayn, also when the country is invaded

- many of you ask yourself the question
- why Ahmad ibn Hanbal did not make takfir on Ma’moon
- he did not because he called for Jihad, Shariah and he also practised al wala wal bara
- he did not take sides with the kuffaar to kill Muslims
- these three reasons prevented ibn hanbal from making takfir on him even though he was a Mu’tazlite

15. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF FORWARD FOR LEADERSHIP IF THE UMMAH HAS ALREADY GIVEN BAYAH TO ONE

- the prophet (SAW) said chop off the head of the second man

...He who swears allegiance to a Caliph should give him the pledge of his hand and the sincerity of his heart (i.e. submit to him both outwardly as well as inwardly). He should obey him to the best of his capacity. If another man comes forward (as a claimant to Caliphate), disputing his authority, they (the Muslims) should behead the latter...[Sahih Muslim, Book 20, Hadith #4546]

It has been narrated on the authority of Aba Sa'id al-Khudri that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: When oath of allegiance has been taken for two caliphs, kill the one for whom the oath was taken later. [Sahih Muslim, Book 20, Hadith #4568]

- if the Muslims unite on a leader and someone else comes forward saying he wants to be leader
- the prophet (SAW) said to chop of his head
- this is the 15th condition for being sincere to your leader

Narrated By Abu Musa: Two men from my tribe and I entered upon the Prophet. One of the two men said to the Prophet, "O Allah's Apostle! Appoint me as a governor," and so did the second. The Prophet said, "We do not assign the authority of ruling to those who ask for it, nor to those who are keen to have it." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 9, Book 89, Hadith #263]

- whenever a person asks, they are already disqualified
- Abu Essa, from the UK thought he was a caliph
- the kuffaar amongst UK and America are scum
- if you do not believe sheikh, go to Oman and see how the people treat you there
- you do not even need a visa, you will receive love in Oman

16. SPEND FOR THE NOBLE PROJECTS OF YOUR LEADER

- schools, hospitals, universities etc
- spend for his projects, women are attached to their jewellery
- women of the prophets time, took off their jewellery
- and gave their stuff to Bilal (RA) as sadaqah for the rasuls project

Jabir ibn Abdullah reported: I observed prayer with the Messenger of Allah on the Id day. He commenced with prayer before the sermon, without adhan or iqama. He then stood up leaning on Bilal and he commanded (them) to be on guard (against evil for the sake of) Allah and he exhorted (them) on obedience to Him, and he preached to the people and admonished them. He then walked on till he came to the women and preached to them and admonished them and encouraged them to give alms, for most of them are the fuel for Hell. A woman having a dark spot on her cheek stood up and said, "Why is it so, Messenger of Allah?". He said, "For you grumble often and show ingratitude to your spouses". And they began to give alms out of their ornaments such as their earrings and rings, which they threw in the cloak of Bilal. [Sahih Muslim, Book 4, Hadith #1926]

- some people do not have sadaqah on their agenda

Umar ibn Khattab (RA) narrated: Allah’s Messenger (SAW) commanded us to give sadaqah (charity). That coincided with my possession of some wealth at that time, so I thought, “Today I will outdo Abu Bakr, if I do.” So, I brought half of my wealth. Allah’s Messenger (SAW) asked me, “What have you retained for your family?” I said, “The like of it.” Abu Bakr came with all that he had. He asked him, “O Abu Bakr, what have you retained for your family?” He said, “I have kept a side for them Allah and His Messenger.” I said, “Never will I overtake him in anything.” [Sunan Tirmidhi (5/614) No. 3675, Sunan Abu Dawud (2/129) No. 1678]

Calling for shariah in darul harb
- how can you tell a man that does not know Allah exists, to pray to Allah?
- 22:41, Allay says:

Those (Muslim rulers) who, if We give them power in the land, (they) order for Iqamat-as-Salat. [i.e. to perform the five compulsory congregational Salat (prayers) (the males in mosques)], to pay the Zakat and they enjoin Al-Ma'ruf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam orders one to do), and forbid Al-Munkar (i.e. disbelief, polytheism and all that Islam has forbidden) [i.e. they make the Qur'an as the law of their country in all the spheres of life]. And with Allah rests the end of (all) matters (of creatures). (Al-Hajj 22:41)

- how can you tell a bisexual man to pray ?
- he does not even know who he is praying to
- salah is Shariah

Narrated By Ibn Abbas: When the Prophet sent Muadh to Yemen, he said to him, "You are going to a nation from the people of the Scripture, so let the first thing to which you will invite them, be the Tauhid of Allah. If they learn that, tell them that Allah has enjoined on them, five prayers to be offered in one day and one night. And if they pray, tell them that Allah has enjoined on them Zakat of their properties and it is to be taken from the rich among them and given to the poor. And if they agree to that, then take from them Zakat but avoid the best property of the people." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 9, Book 93, Hadith #469]

- the first thing you should invite someone to, is Tawheed
- once they accept that, invite them to Shariah
- salah and zakat is shariah
- if you do not study the life of the prophet in detail you are nothing but a headless chicken

THREE MUSLIM MEN CONVICTED OVER GAY HATE LEAFLETS:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2012/jan/20/three-Muslims-convicted-gay-hate-leaflets

- the majority of MPs in the UK are homosexuals
- you call for tawheed in darul harb not Shariah
- your manhaj is upside down, keep in touch with current events
- some of you do not know what is going with the affairs if the Muslims
- and Muhammad (saw) said if you do not know, you are not one of us

Narrated by An-Nu'man bin Bashir: The Prophet (SAW) said: “The likeness of the believers in their mutual love, mercy and compassion is that of one body; when one part of it suffers, the rest of the body joins it in staying awake and suffering fever.” [al-Bukhaari (6011) and Muslim (2586)]

It was narrated from Abd-Allaah ibn Masood (RA) that the Prophet (SAW) said: "Whoever starts his day caring about something other than Allaah has nothing to do with Allaah, and whoever does not care about the Muslims is not one of them." [Narrated by al-Haakim in al-Mustadrak (4/356)]

Abu Khadeejah: "As for Babar, then this man is an extremist deviant innovator who should not be aided. As for the other person, then I do not know her."
http://forums.islamicawakening.com/f18/abu-khadeejah-gives-fatwa-regarding-babar-ahmad-52172/

Abu Khadijah did not know who Afia Sidiqi is
- why? because he is a Saudi Salafi
- and they do not care about Muslims
- he also said not to help Babar Ahmed
- they only care about their paycheque and they are Khawarij with Muslims
- they believe the greatest jihad is to kill the mujahideen
- and they leave alone the kufaar

...the Prophet said, "Out of the offspring of this man, there will be people who will recite the Quran but it will not go beyond their throats, and they will go out of Islam as an arrow goes out through the game, and they will kill the Muslims and leave the idolaters. Should I live till they appear, I would kill them as the Killing of the nation of 'Ad." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 9, Book 93, Hadith #527]

- it does not take rocket science to figure out who is the actual khawarij

Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri (RA), who said that the Prophet (SAW) said: “They will follow the ways of those who came before them, handspan by handspan, cubit by cubit, until even if they entered a lizard’s hole they will follow them.” We said: “O Messenger of Allah, (do you mean) the Jews and Christians?” He said: “Who else?” [al-Bukhari (3456) and Muslim (2669)]

- grandson of the king Abdullah, he got sent to prison
- he was meant to be wahabi, but he was gay, what a disgrace

Gay Saudi prince 'murdered servant in ferocious attack':
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/8043460/Gay-Saudi-prince-murdered-servant-in-ferocious-attack.html

- the gays kill and beat up each other, they are not all happy
- they also rip of each other, a gay relationship is not stable

- your mobile phone, your laptop tells the kuffaar everything about you
- he could have got married but he turned out gay instead, copying the kuffaar
- the kuffaar are sinking, why would you want to jump on their ship if it is sinking?

17. ALWAYS CHOOSE THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATE TO BE YOUR LEADER

- choose the one that has the more knowledge
- most knowledge of Quran, if they are equal you go to knowledge of hadith
- if they are equal you go to the one that started practise Islam first

Abu Mas'ud al-Ansari reported Allah's Messenger (SAW) as saying: "The one who is most versed in Allah's Book should act as Imam for the people, but If they are equally versed in reciting it, then the one who has most knowledge regarding Sunnah if they are equal regarding the Sunnah, then the earliest one to emigrate; if they emigrated at the same time, then the earliest one to embrace Islam. No man must lead another in prayer where (the latter) has authority, or sit in his place of honour in his house, without his permission." Ashajj in his narration used the word, "age" in place of "Islam". [Sahih Muslim (1/465) No. 673, Musnad Ahmad (4/118) No. 17104, Sunan Tirmidhi (1/458) No. 235, Sunan Abu Dawud (1/214) No. 582, Sunan Ibn Majah (2/121) No. 980]

10. MUJAHID - THAT TAKES THE BATTLE TO KUFFAAR
11. PATIENT
12. QURAYSHI

This matter (rule) will remain with the Quraish, and none will rebel against them, but Allah will throw him down on his face, as long as the Quraish uphold the Deen. [Sahih Bukhari, Volume 9, Book 89, Number #253]
