And those who invoke not any other ilah (god) along with Allah, nor kill such life as Allah has forbidden, except for just cause, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse and whoever does this shall receive the punishment. (Al-Furqan 25:68)

OUR DUAA IS AN ACT OF IBAADAH (worship)- so we cannot offer it to anyone but Him (SWT)

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Verily, my Salat (prayer), my sacrifice, my living, and my dying are for Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). (Al-An'am 6:162)
Nu’man ibn Bashir (RA) narrated the Prophet (SAW) said, “The supplication is itself worship.” Then he recited. And your Lord says, “Call upon Me, and I shall answer you. Surely those who are too arrogant to worship Me, they shall enter Hell, disgraced.” (40: 60) [Tirmidhi (5/456) No. 3372, Abu Dawud (2/76) No. 1479, Ibn Majah (5/5) No. 3828, Ahmad (4/271) No. 18410]
- see 6:162

"He has no partner. And of this I have been commanded, and I am the first of the Muslims." (Al-An'am 6:163)
3 people from our ummah pray to OTHER than Allah 'tala:i. SHADY SHIITES

- they pray to others other than Allah 'tala
- wicked scholars refuse to make takfeer on them and give them the excuse of ignorance
- but no one is allowed the excuse of ignorance when they pray to others (such as the graves)
- these are self-taught people

GRAVE-WORSHIPPERS are not permitted the excuse of ignorance- "I worshipped the graves because I did not know any better" - can NOT be your excuse

And (remember) when your Lord brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam's loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying): "Am I not your Lord?" They said: "Yes! We testify," lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: "Verily, we have been unaware of this." (Al-A'raf 7:172)

Allah'ta ala dismissed these 3 groups as liars and kaafirs- see 39:3

Surely, the religion (i.e. the worship and the obedience) is for Allah only. And those who take Auliya' (protectors and helpers) besides Him (say): "We worship them only that they may bring us near to Allah." Verily, Allah will judge between them concerning that wherein they differ. Truly, Allah guides not him who is a liar, and a disbeliever. (Az-Zumar 39:3)
Some are Muslims by culture not conviction- they do not know the meaning of our Shahadah
- they have the wrong aqeedah and the greatest fiqh is our aqeedah
- we cannot pray for those who died outside the fold of Islam
- Allah said see 9:113

It is not (proper) for the Prophet and those who believe to ask Allah's Forgiveness for the Mushrikûn (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) even though they be of kin, after it has become clear to them that they are the dwellers of the Fire (because they died in a state of disbelief). (At-Tawbah 9:113)
Ibn 'Abbas reported: The Prophet (may peace be upon him) said: Among the inhabitants of the Fire Abu Talib would have the least suffering, and he would be wearing two shoes (of Fire) which would boil his brain. [Sahih Muslim, Book 1, Hadith #0413]
DIFFERENCED BETWEEN KILLING and MURDER- killing a gay, spy, murtad = must be done according to Shariah law (not in darul harb)
- we cannot take matters in our own hands in darul harb (UK, US, AU etc)

Allah 'tala cannot bless us with Shariah unless we are pious- otherwise the judges would take bribes and pass dodgy verdicts
- piety is a pre-requisite for Shariah
- foundation of Islamic State must be taqwah
- racism and chauvinism would become rife
- same as nationalism, tribalism, greed, lust

THE SHARIAH WILL NEVER COME UNLESS WE HAVE TAQWAH- bribery is rife in every Muslim country
- we cannot have Shariah under these appalling circumstances
- shirk, murder, zina = will get you a painful punishment
- Zina = fornication or adultery

And those who invoke not any other ilah (god) along with Allah, nor kill such life as Allah has forbidden, except for just cause, nor commit illegal sexual intercourse and whoever does this shall receive the punishment. (Al-Furqan 25:68)
- all sins have brothers and sisters (such as murder & zina are by-products of shirk)
- if you steal, you must also lie, the thieves are liars
- if you have an affair, you must lie your way out
- when we are racist, we oppress another races

The torment will be doubled to him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein in disgrace; (Al-Furqan 25:69)

If we are not punished for zina in this world, you get punished more harshly in the aakhirah
- if you sin in one country, you cannot get punished in another
- (such as UK then get punished in KSA)
- the hudood cannot be taken out in darul harb

It is against Shariah to punish someone in KSA who sinned in London (example)- so if a person fornicated, stole, committed adultery etc in Darul Harb
- you cannot implement the hudood on them in Darul Islam

Except those who repent and believe (in Islamic Monotheism), and do righteous deeds, for those, Allah will change their sins into good deeds, and Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Al-Furqan 25:70)

- if you committed shirk then repented then Allah will replace your shirk with tawheed
- if you committed zina, When you make taubah
- Allah will exchange that and give you nikah and give barakah in it
- this ayah is telling us that, if we repent Allah will forgive us
- but the taubah must be sincere, look how merciful Allah is

On the authority of Abdullah Ibn Musood the Prophet (SAW) said: “Regret is repentance.” [Musnad Ahmad (1/376) No. 3568 and Sunan Ibn Majah (5/322) No. 4252]

Abu Huraira (RA) narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “Whoever has wronged his brother with regard to his honour or something, let him ask him for forgiveness before the time when there will be neither dinar nor dirham, and if he has any good deeds it will be taken from him in proportion to the wrong he did, and if he does not have any good deeds (hasanaat), some of the other person's evil deeds (sayi’aat) will be taken and given to him to bear.” [Sahih Bukhari (3/129) No. 2449]

On the authority of Abu Bakr al-Siddeeq (RA) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (SAW) say: “There is no one who commits a sin then purifies himself well and stands and prays two rak’ahs, then asks Allah for forgiveness, but Allah will forgive him. Then he recited this verse: ‘And those who, when they have committed Fahishah (illegal sexual intercourse) or wronged themselves with evil, remember Allah and ask forgiveness for their sins; (and none can forgive sins but Allah) and do not persist in what (wrong) they have done, while they know’ [Aal ‘Imraan 3:135].” [Sunan Abu Dawud (2/86) No. 1521]

- best time to repent is the last 3rd of the night

On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (RA), who said that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Our Lord (glorified and exalted be He) descends each night to the earth's sky when there remains the final third of the night, and He says: 'Who is saying a prayer to Me that I may answer it? Who is asking something of Me that I may give it him? Who is asking forgiveness of Me that I may forgive him?'" [al-Bukhari (7494) (also by Muslim (758), Malik (619), at-Tirmidhi (3498) and Abu Dawud).] In a version by Muslim the Hadith ends with the words: "And thus He continues till [the light of] dawn shines."

Abu Musa narrated the Prophet (SAW) said: “Allah spreads out His hand at night to accept the repentance of those who committed sins during the day, and He spreads out His hand during the day to accept the repentance of those who committed sins during the night. (He will continue to do this) until the sun rises from the West.” [Sahih Muslim (4/2113) No. 2759]

- the reasoning why Shaikh mentioned the 13 people you can kill
- because Allah mentions it in surah 25:68

And whosoever repents and does righteous good deeds, then verily, he repents towards Allah with true repentance. (Al-Furqan 25:71)

- and Shaikh talked about repentance because Allah mentioned in ayah 70-71
- the prophet (SAW) said follow up a bad deed with a good deed

Abu Dharr (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said, “Fear Allah wherever you are. Follow your evil deed with a pious deed that it may erase it. And meet people in a cheerful manner." [Sunan Tirmidhi (4/355) No. 1987, Musnad Ahmad (5/153) No. 21392, Sunan al-Darime (2/415) No. 2791]

- if you did not commit sins Allah will wipe you out of creation

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger having said: “By Him in Whose Hand is my life, if you were not to commit sin, Allah would sweep you out of existence and He would replace (you by) those people who would commit sin and seek forgiveness from Allah, and He would have pardoned them.” [Sahih Muslim (4/2106) No. 2749]

- this hadeeth proves to you that it is not proper for you to be a khawarij
- a khawarij is a puritan, they act as if they have never sinned in their lives
- and that they cannot sin and they make takfeer on the Muslims if they have sinned
- the only Muslim that you can make takfeer on is, the Muslim who committed Kufr Akbar

There are 2 types of kufr: MINOR AND MAJOR- the only sin that can take you out the fold of Islam is major kufr
- the khawarij are jahil with tawheed
- there are minute details of detail you must master
- otherwise you will fall into deviancy

WE DO NOT HAVE TO BE PLEASED WITH QADR, BUT WE ARE TO BE PATIENT WITH IT- Ibn Taymiyyah said we do not have to be pleased with qadr we must be patient with qadr
- how can a man be pleased with being involved in a car accident?
- so you do not have to be pleased with the qadr

In Islam everything is in categories: Major and Minor- major kufr and minor kufr
- major shirk; minor shirk
- minor discharge; major discharge
- if you did not know that you will be a headless chicken
- the khawarij paint everything with the same brush, they make takfeer on everyone
- they make takfeer on ones who drink, gamble etc these things are minor kufr
- but yet they say this is major kufr, when it is minor and make takfeer
- to make what is haraam what is halaal is major kufr
- to spy on Muslims is major kufr
- do not be self taught and a khawarij
- wait for the Muslims to do major kufr before you make takfeer

DID YOU KNOW THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ISTIGHFAR AND TAUBAH?- Taubah is when you make repentance from a major sin
- Istighfar is when you make repentance from a minor sin

- a prophet just follows the message from the previous Messenger

Salman (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said, ‘Nothing averts the decree except supplication and nothing but piety prolongs life.” [Sunan Tirmidhi (4/448) No. 2139, Musnad Ahmad (5/280) No. 22466]
- Allah wipes out what He wants to wipe out
- you are not allowed to give up hope from the mercy of Allah
- the kaafiroon give up hope on Allah’s mercy because he knows he belongs to the hellfire
- so he tries to get over that he will abide in the hell
- by denying the existence of God and there is no life after death
- a Muslim is not allowed to despair

Allah blots out what He wills and confirms (what He wills). And with Him is the Mother of the Book (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz) (Ra'd 13:39)
"O my sons! Go you and enquire about Yusuf (Joseph) and his brother, and never give up hope of Allah's Mercy. Certainly no one despairs of Allah's Mercy, except the people who disbelieve." (Yusuf 12:87)
- see 39:53:

Say: "O 'Ibadi (My slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah, verily Allah forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Az-Zumar 39:53)
DID YOU KNOW ALLAH FORGIVES EVEN SHIRK?- that is if you make taubah before you die
- so the ayah 39:53 tells us that Allah forgives every sin, including shirk before you die
- but if you die in the state of shirk, then there is no hope for you
- Allah says in 4:48:

Verily, Allah forgives not that partners should be set up with him in worship, but He forgives except that (anything else) to whom He pleases, and whoever sets up partners with Allah in worship, he has indeed invented a tremendous sin. (An-Nisa 4:48)

And those who do not witness falsehood, and if they pass by some evil play or evil talk, they pass by it with dignity. (Al-Furqan 25:72)

Zoor means to bear false witness in the courthouse, people do this- and this is dangerous because you can get the wrong persons hands chopped off
- the people get bribed in doing this

Ibn Mas`ud was asked (by the people of Iraq), What is rashwa (taking bribes)? He replied, "This is suht (unlawful earning)." They said, "No, we meant in ruling." He then said, "This is the very kufr." Then he recited: "...And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the Kafirun." (Al-Ma'idah 5:44) [Tafsir al-Tabari (10/321) No. 11960, Tafsir Ibn Kathir (3/119)]

- an example of evil play is the opera
- do not waste your money on that, give it to the mujahideen
- and example of evil talk is like the stand up comedian, like Chris Rock
- they talk dirty to make people laugh

- Allah said that the righteous servants of Ar-Rahman that when they hear such things
- they pass by, they change the channel
- you have people like Salman Rushdie he wrote a book on insulting the prophet and Allah
- what a way of making money, haraam money
- you brothers who have a wife who does not watch TV, DO NOT DIVORCE HER

And those who, when they are reminded of the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord, fall not deaf and blind thereat. (Al-Furqan 25:73)

- those servants of Allah pay attention to the verses of Allah
- when a person is a munafiq, they turn a blind eye to the verses of the Quran
- see Surah 28:55

And when they hear AlLaghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk), they withdraw from it and say: "To us our deeds, and to you your deeds. Peace be to you. We seek not the ignorant." (Al-Qasas 28:55)

And those who do not witness falsehood, and if they pass by some evil play or evil talk, they pass by it with dignity. (Al-Furqan 25:72)

- an example of what Allah is talking about in 25:73
- is when Umar said if he hears anyone say Muhammad (SAW) is dead
- he will chop of their head and then Abu Bakr said
- those who worship Muhammad, he is dead and Allah is Alive and then he recited:
- he read surah 3:144 to cool Umar down

Narrated By 'Aisha: Abu Bakr came from his house at As-Sunh on a horse. He dismounted and entered the Mosque, but did not speak to the people till he entered upon 'Aisha and went straight to Allah's Apostle who was covered with Hibra cloth (i.e. a kind of Yemenite cloth). He then uncovered the Prophet's face and bowed over him and kissed him and wept, saying, "Let my father and mother be sacrificed for you. By Allah, Allah will never cause you to die twice. As for the death which was written for you, has come upon you." Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: Abu Bakr went out while Umar bin Al-Khattab was talking to the people. Abu Bakr said, "Sit down, O 'Umar!" But 'Umar refused to sit down. So the people came to Abu Bakr and left Umar. Abu Bakr said, "To proceed, if anyone amongst you used to worship Muhammad, then Muhammad is dead, but if (anyone of) you used to worship Allah, then Allah is Alive and shall never die. Allah said: "Muhammad is no more than an Apostle, and indeed (many) apostles have passed away before him...(till the end of the Verse)... Allah will reward to those who are thankful." (3.144) By Allah, it was as if the people never knew that Allah had revealed this Verse before till Abu Bakr recited it and all the people received it from him, and I heard everybody reciting it (then). [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 5, Book 59, Hadith #733]

Muhammad (SAW) is no more than a Messenger, and indeed (many) Messengers have passed away before him. If he dies or is killed, will you then turn back on your heels (as disbelievers)? And he who turns back on his heels, not the least harm will he do to Allah, and Allah will give reward to those who are grateful. (Aali Imran 3:144)
- when Umar heard this surah and ayah Umar cooled down and accepted
- and also another surah was 39:30

Verily, you (O Muhammad SAW) will die and verily, they (too) will die. (Az-Zumar 39:30)
- why is it that Abu Bakr as-Siddique could use ayahs from the Quran to calm Umar down?
- because he was a believer, he was not a hypocrite
- because Allah said the servants of Ar-Rahman listen to the Quran
- so when someone does not surrender to the Quran they are a munafiq
- (when they are in a debate) arguing
- those who submit to the Quran is those who surrender when the hujjah is given
- 4:35 this was the ayah Ibn Abbas used to check mate the khawarij

If you fear a breach between them twain (the man and his wife), appoint (two) arbitrators, one from his family and the other from her's; if they both wish for peace, Allah will cause their reconciliation. Indeed Allah is Ever AllKnower, WellAcquainted with all things. (An-Nisa 4:35)

- when he checkmated them, thousands came back to ahlul sunnah
- because they were sincere and they did not turn a blind eye
- so you must ask yourself a question, when Allah's words are recited to you
- does it go through one ear and come out the other?
- if it does you are a munafiq, you must take heed

And those who say: "Our Lord! Bestow on us from our wives and our offspring who will be the comfort of our eyes, and make us leaders for the Muttaqûn" (pious - see V.2:2 and the footnote of V.3:164)." (Al-Furqan 25:74)

- therefore you do not take it for granted that your wife or children are pious
- hence you make dua to Allah to give you righteous kids and wives
- have you heard of prophet Noah and Lut? they had kaafir wives
- if the prophets had kaafir wives, what makes you think that you might have a pious a wife?
- you must make dua for these things because this is a blessings
- and you must not take it for granted
- before you consummate your marriage with your wife
- you should give her something to drink or eat before hand
- place your hand on her head and then recite the dua

When a man enters upon his wife for the first time, he should take her forelock in his hand and say:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَهَا وَخَيْرَ مَا جَبَلْتَهَا عَلَيْهِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَا جَبَلْتَهَا عَلَيْهِ
“Allaahumma innee as’aluka khayrahaa wa khayra ma jabaltahaa ‘alayh, wa a’oodhu bika min sharrihaa wa sharri ma jabaltahaa ‘alayh
(O Allah, I ask You for the goodness within her and the goodness that You have made her inclined towards, and I take refuge with You from the evil within her and the evil that You have made her inclined towards).” [Sunan Abu Dawud (2/248) No. 2160, Sunan Ibn Majah (3/105) No. 1918, Mustadrak al-Haakim (2/202) No. 2757, al-Sunan al-Kubra al-Nasa'i (9/108) No. 10021, al-Sunan al-Kubra al-Bayhaqi (7/239) No. 13838]

- you must do this because you do not know what she may hold, (good or bad)

When you go to your wives [to have marital relations], say:
بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ، اللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنَا الشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا
“Bismillaah. Allahumma jannibnash-Shaytaan, wa jannib-ish-Shaytaana maa razaqtanaa."
(Meaning: “I begin with the Name of Allah. O Allah, keep the Shaytaan away from us, and keep the Shaytaan away from what you grant us [from offspring]). if Allah grants them a child he (the Shaytaan) would not harm him.” [al-Bukhari (141) and Muslim (1434)]

- when you pray you make a dua

It was narrated that Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqas said: The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “There are four things that are essential for happiness: a righteous wife, a spacious home, a good neighbour and a sound means of transportation. And there are four things that make one miserable: a bad neighbour, a bad wife, a small house and a bad means of transportation.” [Narrated by Ibn Hibban in al-Saheehah (Vol. 9, pg.340) No. 4032]

- concerning your wife and kids Allah revealed 64:14

O you who believe! Verily, among your wives and your children there are enemies for you (i.e. may stop you from the obedience of Allah), therefore beware of them! But if you pardon (them) and overlook, and forgive (their faults), then verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (At-Taghabun 64:14)
- now why did Shaikh bring this hujjah for you?
- because you cannot take for granted in having a pious wife, you must make constant dua
- so if Allah is teaching us a dua for righteous kids and wives in surah 25:73
- you cannot take pious wives or kids for granted
- prophet Lut and Noah had kaafir wives
- prophet Noah's son was a Mu’tazlite, he was a rationalist
- he relied upon his aql, instead of listening to his father
- the first Mu’tazlite was Iblis, he did not bow down to Adam because of his Aql
- he disobeyed Allah

(Allah) said: "What prevented you (O Iblis) that you did not prostrate, when I commanded you?" Iblis said: "I am better than him (Adam), You created me from fire, and him You created from clay." (Al-A'raf 7:12)
- he also was the first racist and the first person to rebel against Allah's haakimiyyah
- you should beg Allah to make you a leader, why do you want to be a follower?
- you should make dua to be a leader of righteous people, not people of kufr
- you should aspire to be in history known as a leader of mutaqeen
- like the 4 imaams
- Ibn Taymiyyah lead jihad against the Tatars
- al-Yaasiq - the Bible of the Tartars

Those will be rewarded with the highest place (in Paradise) because of their patience. Therein they shall be met with greetings and the word of peace and respect. (Al-Furqan 25:75)

- this place of peace is called firdaws
- and the word of peace when Allah says to you 'Asalaamu Alaykum'
- 36:58 is the evidence

(It will be said to them): Salamun (peace be on you), a Word from the Lord (Allah), Most Merciful. (Ya-Sin 36:58)
- some scholars use this ayah to prove Arabic is the language of Jannah

Abiding therein; excellent it is as an abode, and as a place to dwell. (Al-Furqan 25:76)

Say (O Muhammad SAW to the disbelievers): "My Lord pays attention to you only because of your invocation to Him. But now you have indeed denied (Him). So the torment will be yours forever (inseparable permanent punishment)." (Al-Furqan 25:77)

- you the kuffaar you sometimes pray to Allah alone
- and then when you get the thing you want, you break your promise, is that not so?
- see 29:65

And when they embark on a ship, they invoke Allah, making their Faith pure for Him only, but when He brings them safely to land, behold, they give a share of their worship to others. (Al-'Ankabut 29:65)

- Allah answered your dua and gave what you want, and you broke all your promises
- so you the kuffaar abide in the hellfire and your skin will melt over and over again:
- punishment in hell for Muslims will end one day
- they will come out because of intercession of Muhammad (SAW)
- and the kaafirs will abide in the hellfire forever
