There is no blame on the Prophet (SAW) in that which Allah has made legal for him. That has been Allah's Way with those who have passed away of (the Prophets of) old. And the Command of Allah is a decree determined. (Al-Ahzab 33:38)

Allah made Zaynab bint Jahsh legal for the Prophet (SAW)
- the prophet (SAW) was ashamed of marrying Zaynab
- but the rasool had to, as it was a commandment from Allah
- so Allah's decree has been decided and Allah does not share His Rule with anyone

Allah said:

...and He makes none to share in His Decision and His Rule." (Al-Kahf 18:26)

Those who convey the Message of Allah and fear Him, and fear none save Allah. And Sufficient is Allah as a Reckoner. (Al-Ahzab 33:39)

- they do not fear anyone apart from Allah
- the da'ee conveys Allah's message

Allah says:

...Therefore fear not men but fear Me (O Jews) and sell not My Verses for a miserable price. And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the Kafirun (i.e. disbelievers - of a lesser degree as they do not act on Allah's Laws). (Al-Ma'idah 5:44)

- they do not fear the blame of the blamers,
- this is one of the characteristics of the da'ee
- ayah 39 resembles 5:54

O you who believe! Whoever from among you turns back from his religion (Islam), Allah will bring a people whom He will love and they will love Him; humble towards the believers, stern towards the disbelievers, fighting in the Way of Allah, and never afraid of the blame of the blamers. That is the Grace of Allah which He bestows on whom He wills. And Allah is All Sufficient for His creatures' needs, All Knower. (Al-Ma'idah 5:54)

- so the characteristic of the sincere believer is,
- they do not fear the blame of the blamers
- so when Allah told us in surah Ahzab 39
- that the believer fears none apart from Allah
- if you fear others you cannot be a mujahid/da'ee

Muhammad (SAW) is not the father of any man among you, but he is the Messenger of Allah and the last (end) of the Prophets. And Allah is Ever All Aware of everything. (Al-Ahzab 33:40)

- this ayah tells us there is no other prophet after Muhammad
- the rasool (SAW) said there will be 30 claiming to be prophets after him

On the authority of Abu Huraira the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "The Last Hour would not come until there would arise about thirty impostors, liars, and each one of them would claim that he is a messenger of Allah." [al-Bukhari (7121) and Muslim (157)]

- at the time of the sahabas Musaylimah claimed to be a prophet
- Abu Bakr as-Sidiqque sent many sahabas to get rid of Musaylimah the false prophet
- but none could kill him except Khalid ibn Waleed

Be careful in following asabiyya
- because that will lead you to the hell-fire
- this is what the Jews did, regarding Muhammad (SAW)
- they did not want to follow him even though they knew his message was the truth
- this is what happened regarding Musaylimah,
- even though the people knew Musaylimah was a false prophet
- some wanted to follow him out of asabiyya
- silent is acceptance
- so this is why Khalid ibn Waleed killed Musaylima

Allah said:

But if they violate their oaths after their covenant, and attack your religion with disapproval and criticism then fight (you) the leaders of disbelief (chiefs of Quraish - pagans of Makkah) - for surely their oaths are nothing to them - so that they may stop (evil actions). (At-Tawbah 9:12)

Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “My likeness and the likeness of the prophets before me is the likeness of a person who built a house, made it beautiful and made it complete, except the place of a stone in the corner. So people began to go round and to wonder at him and say: ‘Why have you not placed this stone?’ I am that stone and I am Khatam an-Nabiyyin (the Seal of the Prophets)". [al-Bukhari (3535) and Muslim (2286)]

Mirza Ghulam Ahmad was another false prophet
- when the British ruled India, the Muslims used to do jihad against them
- so the British needed a scholar to release a statement saying jihad is no more
- you have to realise every deviant group is started by a scholar
- the shaytan uses a scholar to deviate people
- a scholar is the reason for every deviant group

Abu Dhar said, "I was with the Prophet (SAW) one day and I heard him saying: "There is something I fear for my Ummah than the Dajjal." It was then that I became afraid, so I said: "Oh Rasool Allah! Which thing is that?" He (SAW) said; "Misguided and astray scholars." [Musnad Ahmad (5/145) No. 21334 and 21335]

4:59 was the ayah that the scholar used for the Muslims to obey the British

O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and those of you (Muslims) who are in authority. (And) if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger (SAW), if you believe in Allah and in the Last Day. That is better and more suitable for final determination. (An-Nisa 4:59)

- he said the British are in authority in India; so it is haram to do jihad against them
- and because he was a scholar, millions believed in him and followed him

We refute him with the same ayah
- Allah says in this ayah 'minkum' this is the key word in the ayah
- minkum means 'from among you'; so how is the British from us?
- they must be MUSLIMS to be from among us
- Rasool (SAW) said topple the leader when you see clear kufr

The prophet (SAW) said: “…topple the leader if you see clear kufr.” [Sahih Bukhari, (Vol. 9, pg. 47, No. 7055) and Sahih Muslim, (Vol. 3, pg. 1469, No. 1709)]

Aisha narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Those who give respect to a bid'ati (innovator in Religion) surely will be counted as a helper of destroying Islam." [al-Tabarani in 'al-Mu’jam al-Awsat' (7/35) No. 6772 and al-Bayhaqi in 'Shu'ab al-Emaan' (12/57) No. 9018]

These people who claim prophethood after Muhammad (SAW)
- their creed is strange and weird
- Allah always disgraces these peoples

- David Koresh was another false prophet
- sexual perversion is one of their hallmarks as well as financial exploitation

Muhammad (SAW) is not the father of any man among you, but he is the Messenger of Allāh and the last (end) of the Prophets. And Allāh is Ever All¬ Aware of everything. (Al-Ahzab 33:40)

- why is it that Allah said Rasool is the messenger?
- there is a difference between a messenger and a prophet
- a messenger is greater than a prophet
- Allah told us in ayah 40 that Muhammad (SAW) is the last prophet
- so they cannot put a spin on the ayah

You cannot marry or eat from the slaughtering of the ones who claim false prophecy
- or those that believe in them
- neither marry your daughter to them
- you cannot pray behind them
- they cannot go to Makkah or Madina
- you are not allowed to bury them in the graveyards of the Muslims
- or do a janaza for them
- you cannot use them in the army of the mujahideen
- they will stab you in the back

They cannot inherit from the Muslims
- Why? Because they claim there is another prophet after Muhammad (SAW)
- such as NOI (Nation of Islam)

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ ذِكْرًا كَثِيرًا

O you who believe! Remember Allah with much remembrance. (Al-Ahzab 33:41)

- we were commanded by Allah to remember Him abundantly

Recite (O Muhammad SAW) what has been revealed to you of the Book (the Qur'an), and perform As-Salat (Iqamat as Salat). Verily, As-Salat (the prayer) prevents from Al-Fahsha' (i.e. great sins of every kind, unlawful sexual intercourse, etc.) and Al-Munkar (i.e. disbelief, polytheism, and every kind of evil wicked deed, etc.) and the remembering (praising, etc.) of (you by) Allah (in front of the angels) is greater indeed [than your remembering (praising, etc.) Allah in prayers, etc.]. And Allah knows what you do. (Al-'Ankabut 29:45)

-the prophet (SAW) told us everything in this world is cursed apart from 3

Abu Huraira (RA) reported that Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, “The world, with all that it contains, is accursed except for dhikr (the remembrance of Allah) that which pleases Allah; and the religious scholars and seekers of knowledge.'' [Sunan Tirmidhi (4/561) 2322 and Sunan Ibn Majah (5/231) 4112, (Abu Eesa al-Tirmidhi said: this hadeeth is hasan ghareeb)]

- Also Allah told us that salah prevents us from falling into haram

Verily, As-Salāt (the prayer) prevents from Al-Fahshā' (i.e. great sins of every kind, unlawful sexual intercourse, etc.) and Al-Munkar (i.e. disbelief, polytheism, and every kind of evil wicked deed, etc.) (Al-'Ankabut 29:45)

Allah also said, that whoever stops in remembering Allah,
- Allah will appoint for him a qarin

And whosoever turns away (blinds himself) from the remembrance of the Most Beneficent (Allah) (i.e. this Qur'an and worship of Allah), We appoint for him Shaitan (Satan devil) to be a Qarin (an intimate companion) to him. (Az-Zukhruf 43:36)

- dhikr of Allah is the greatest thing

…and the remembering (praising, etc.) of (you by) Allāh (in front of the angels) is greater indeed [than your remembering (praising, etc.) Allāh in prayers, etc.]. (Al-'Ankabut 29:45)

- Allah spoke about those who remember Him abundantly in surah 3:190-191

Verily! In the creation of the heavens and the earth, and in the alternation of night and day, there are indeed signs for men of understanding. (Aali Imran 3:190)

Those who remember Allah (always, and in prayers) standing, sitting, and lying down on their sides, and think deeply about the creation of the heavens and the earth, (saying): "Our Lord! You have not created (all) this without purpose, glory to You! (Exalted be You above all that they associate with You as partners). Give us salvation from the torment of the Fire. (Aali Imran 3:191)

وَسَبِّحُوهُ بُكْرَةً وَأَصِيلًا

And glorify His Praises morning and afternoon [the early morning (Fajr) and 'Asr prayers]. (Al-Ahzab 33:42)

- focus on the Fajr and ‘Asr prayer

He it is Who sends Salat (His blessings) on you, and His angels too (ask Allah to bless and forgive you), that He may bring you out from darkness (of disbelief and polytheism) into light (of Belief and Islamic Monotheism). And He is Ever Most Merciful to the believers. (Al-Ahzab 33:43)

- What is the meaning when Allah says, 'Allah sends salah upon you'?
- this ayah resembles:

Similarly (to complete My Blessings on you) We have sent among you a Messenger (Muhammad ) of your own, reciting to you Our Verses (the Qur'an) and sanctifying you, and teaching you the Book (the Qur'an) and the Hikmah (i.e. Sunnah, Islamic laws and Fiqh - jurisprudence), and teaching you that which you used not to know. (Al-Baqarah 2:151)

Therefore remember Me (by praying, glorifying, etc.). I will remember you, and be grateful to Me (for My countless Favours on you) and never be ungrateful to Me. (Al-Baqarah 2:152)

If we mention Allah t’ala in a gathering in the dunya,
- He (SWT) will mention us in a gathering with His angels

Abu Hurayrah (RA) and Abu Sa’eed Khudri (RA) bore testimony that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said, “Whenever a people remember Allah, the angels surround them, mercy envelops them and peace descends on them, and Allah mentions them to those with Him (the angels).” [Sahih Muslim (4/2074) No. 2700, Sunan Tirmidhi (5/459) No. 3378, Sunan Ibn Majah (4/706) No. 3791, Musnad Ahmad (3/49) No. 11481, al-Sunan al-Kubra al-Nasa'i (10/425) No. 11931]

On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (RA), who said that the Prophet (SAW) said: "Allah the Almighty said: 'I am as My servant thinks I am. I am with him when he makes mention of Me. If he makes mention of Me to himself, I make mention of him to Myself; and if he makes mention of Me in an assembly, I make mention of him in an assembly better than it. And if he draws near to Me an arm's length, I draw near to him a fathom's length. And if he comes to Me walking, I go to him at speed." [al-Bukhari (7405) also by Muslim (2675), at-Tirmidhi (2388) and Ibn Majah (3822)]

- Allah t’ala mentions us in the gathering of His (SWT) angels
- this ayah resembles 40:7-8

Those (angels) who bear the Throne (of Allah) and those around it glorify the praises of their Lord, and believe in Him, and ask forgiveness for those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah) (saying): "Our Lord! You comprehend all things in mercy and knowledge, so forgive those who repent and follow Your Way, and save them from the torment of the blazing Fire! (Ghafir 40:7)

"Our Lord! And make them enter the 'Adn (Eden) Paradise (everlasting Gardens) which you have promised them, and to the righteous among their fathers, their wives, and their offspring! Verily, You are the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. (Ghafir 40:8)

- 40:7-8 tells us that the angels do salah upon us,
- asking Allah t’ala to forgive us of our sins so this verse resembles 33:43
- who interceded for the Prophet Yunus when he was in the belly of the whale?
- the angels in their duaas!

Abdullah Ibn Rafi', the freed slave of Umm Salamah said I heard Abu Hurayrah narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, “When Allah wanted to keep Yunus in the belly of the whale, He revealed to the whale. He said, “Take him inside but do not eat his flesh nor break his bones.” When the whale went down to the depth of the sea, Yunus heard a voice, he said to himself, “What is this?” Then Allah revealed to him, while he was inside the whale’s belly, that it was glorification of the sea animals. Then while in that state, Yunus also glorified Allah, which was heard by the angels. They then said, "O our Lord, we heard a very weak voice coming from unusual land.” Allah said, “That is My slave Yunus, he disobeyed me, so I detained him inside a whale in the sea.” They said, “Is he the pious slave from whom the good deeds ascended to You everyday and night?” Allah replied, “Yes”. So the angels then pleaded on his behalf, so Allah ordered the whale to throw him out on the shore.” [Tafseer al-Tabari (18/518), Tafseer Ibn Abi Hatim (10/3227) No. 18278, Musnad al-Bazzar (15/34) No. 8227 and Tafseer Ibn Katheer (5/367)]

-the prophet said about the scholar of Islam,
-the ants in the hole beg Allah t’ala to forgive the ‘Alim who teaches us our deen

"All in the heavens and earth and the fish in the depth of the water seek forgiveness for the scholar, and the superiority of the scholar over the worshipper is like the superiority of the full moon at night over the rest of the stars. Verily the scholars are the heirs to the Prophets. Verily, the Prophets did not bequeath deenars or dirhams. All they left behind was knowledge, so whoever takes it, has indeed acquired a huge fortune." [Musnad Ahmad (5/196) No. 21763; Also related by Abu Dawud (2/341) No. 3641; at-Tirmidhi (5/48) No. 2682; Ibn Majah (1/150) No. 223, ad-Daarimee (1/110) No. 342 and ibn Hibbaan (1/289) No. 88]
Abu Umamah Bahili (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said: “Surely, Allah, His angels, the inhabitants of the heavens and the earths, even the ants in their holes and even the fish invoke blessings on the teacher of the people about what is good.” [Sunan Tirmidhi (5/50) No. 2685]
All the inhabitants of heaven (angels), fishes in the sea
- and Shaikh was taught even the ANT IN ITS HOLE
- seek forgiveness for the ‘Alim who teaches us

'Umar bin Al-Khattab (RA) reported: 'Some prisoners were brought to Messenger of Allah (SAW) amongst whom there was a woman who was running (searching for her child). When she saw a child among the captives, she took hold of it, pressed it against her belly and gave it a suck. Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, "Do you think this woman would ever throw her child in fire?" We said, "By Allah, she would never throw the child in fire." Thereupon Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, "Allah is more kind to his slave than this woman is to her child." [al-Bukhari (5999) and Muslim (2754)]

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (SAW) as saying: Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, said: "My mercy prevails over My wrath." [al-Bukhari (7553), Muslim (2751), Tirmidhi (3543), Ahmad (7297)]
To be thrown in Hellfire, a person must be very evil
- because His (SWT)’s Mercy prevails over His Wrath
- 1 good deed is recorded as 10 good deeds (1 bad deed is as 1 bad deed)
- follow up a bad deed with a good deed to wipe out the bad deeds

On the authority of Ibn Abbas (RA), from the Messenger of Allah (SAW), from what he has related from his Lord: Verily Allah ta’ala has written down the good deeds and the evil deeds, and then explained it [by saying]: "Whosoever intended to perform a good deed, but did not do it, then Allah writes it down with Himself as a complete good deed. And if he intended to perform it and then did perform it, then Allah writes it down with Himself as from ten good deeds up to seven hundred times, up to many times multiplied. And if he intended to perform an evil deed, but did not do it, then Allah writes it down with Himself as a complete good deed. And if he intended it [i.e., the evil deed] and then performed it, then Allah writes it down as one evil deed." [related by al-Bukhari (6491) and Muslim (131)]

Abu Dharr (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said, “Fear Allah wherever you are. Follow your evil deed with a pious deed that it may erase it. And meet people in a cheerful manner." [Sunan Tirmidhi (4/355) No. 1987, Musnad Ahmad (5/153) No. 21392, Sunan al-Darime (2/415) No. 2791]

تَحِيَّتُهُمْ يَوْمَ يَلْقَوْنَهُ سَلَامٌ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ أَجْرًا كَرِيمًا

Their greeting on the Day they shall meet Him will be "Salām: Peace (i.e. the angels will say to them: Salāmu 'Alaikum)!" And He has prepared for them a generous reward (i.e. Paradise). (Al-Ahzab 33:44)

(It will be said to them): Salāmun (peace be on you), a Word from the Lord (Allāh), Most Merciful. (Ya-Sin 36:58)

Even Allah t’ala will say Assalamu alaikum to the believers
- see also 10:10

Their way of request therein will be Subhānaka Allāhumma (Glory to You, O Allāh!) and Salām (peace, safe from each and every evil) will be their greetings therein (Paradise)! and the close of their request will be: Al-Hamdu Lillāhi Rabbil-'Alamīn [All the praises and thanks are to Allāh, the Lord of 'Alamīn (mankind, jinns and all that exists)]. (Yunus 10:10)

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ شَاهِدًا وَمُبَشِّرًا وَنَذِيرًا

O Prophet (Muhammad SAW)! Verily, We have sent you as witness, and a bearer of glad tidings, and a warner, (Al-Ahzab 33:45)

- this is similar to 2:143

Thus We have made you [true Muslims - real believers of Islāmic Monotheism, true followers of Prophet Muhammad and his Sunnah (legal ways)], a Wasat (just) (and the best) nation, that you be witnesses over mankind and the Messenger (Muhammad) be a witness over you. .. (Al-Baqarah 2:143)

We are a balanced and just nation
- Qur'an repeats itself to show it is similar ayah to other ayahs

And whoever seeks a religion other than Islām, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers. (Aali Imran 3:85)

Muhammad (SAW) was a warner to the kuffaar that they will end up in Hellfire
- if they die outside of the fold of Islam
- they will be the losers on Judgment Day

وَدَاعِيًا إِلَى اللَّهِ بِإِذْنِهِ وَسِرَاجًا مُنِيرًا

And as one who invites to Allāh [Islāmic Monotheism, i.e. to worship none but Allāh (Alone)] by His Leave, and as a lamp spreading light (through your instructions from the Qur'ān and the Sunnah the legal ways of the Prophet SAW). (Al-Ahzab 33:46)

We are here to invite people to Allah t’ala
-this is how we give da’wah by inviting them to Allah t’ala
-don't start off by saying PORK and WINE are haram
-we cannot tell them about haram and halal but invite them to la ilaha illallah
-Aisha (r.a) warned us about this

“…When the people embraced Islam, the Verses regarding legal and illegal things were revealed. If the first thing to be revealed was: 'Do not drink alcoholic drinks.' people would have said, 'We will never leave alcoholic drinks,' and if there had been revealed, 'Do not commit illegal sexual intercourse, 'they would have said, 'We will never give up illegal sexual intercourse.' [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 6, Book 61, Hadith #515]

Muhammad (pbuh) was a light in the darkness
- knowledge is light, emaan and hikma are light
- shirk and kufr are darkness

وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ بِأَنَّ لَهُمْ مِنَ اللَّهِ فَضْلًا كَبِيرًا

And announce to the believers (in the Oneness of Allāh and in His Messenger Muhammad SAW) the glad tidings, that they will have from Allāh a Great Bounty. (Al-Ahzab 33:47)

The great bounty is JANNATUL FIRDOUS

And obey not the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and harm them not (till you are ordered). And put your trust in Allāh, and Sufficient is Allāh as a Wakīl (Trustee, or Disposer of affairs). (Al-Ahzab 33:48)

Do not obey the kuffaar and the hypocrites
- see 3:118
- we cannot take them as advisors

O you who believe! Take not as (your) Bitānah (advisors, consultants, protectors, helpers, friends, etc.) those outside your religion (pagans, Jews, Christians, and hypocrites) since they will not fail to do their best to corrupt you. They desire to harm you severely. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their breasts conceal is far worse. Indeed We have made plain to you the Ayāt (proofs, evidences, verses) if you understand. (Aali Imran 3:118)

- if we want good advice, take it from someone with furqan (distinctive mind)

Mus'tasim was a caliph who took a SHIA as his advisor
- the Shia betrayed the caliph and eventually he and his sons,
- were dragged through town until they were dead
- do not obey the unbelievers and hypocrites

In 1258 AD his advisor said to cut back on his army
- saying the women and children could throw stones to help defend
- look at what the Shias are doing in Syria now
- if they do not like Abu Bakr and Umar, they surely do not like us

O Prophet (Muhammad SAW)! Strive hard against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be harsh against them, their abode is Hell, - and worst indeed is that destination. (At-Tawbah 9:73)

- 9:73 says we are to fight them in jihad
- the kuffaar should find harshness in us
- their destiny is Jahannam

When the Crusaders invaded Iraq and Afghanistan,
- they gave jobs to hypocrites to interpret for them
- they know the language and terrain
- so they can occupy a Muslim country successfully with the hypocrites helping them
- the hypocrite is a fake Muslim
- they do not believe in Allah and Qur'an, or Paradise and Hellfire
- they are WORSE than kuffaar because they PRETEND to believe
- they will stab you in the back and share your business with others

We are not to wage jihad without the order of an ameer or caliph
- the ameer must belong to ASWJ
- he cannot be a Goofy Soofi or a Shady Shia
- or a zindeeq (Saudi Salafi) who believes we can snitch on Muslims
- the ameer can be Ashaa’ira
