On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (RA) who said: The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, "Do not envy one another, and do not inflate prices for one another, and do not hate one another, and do not turn away from one another, and do not undercut one another in trade, but [rather] be slaves of Allah and brothers [amongst yourselves]. A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim: he does not oppress him, nor does he fail him, nor does he lie to him, nor does he hold him in contempt. Taqwa (piety) is right here [and he pointed to his chest three times]. It is evil enough for a man to hold his brother Muslim in contempt. The whole of a Muslim is inviolable for another Muslim: his blood, his property, and his honour." [Sahih Muslim (4/1986) No. 2564]

It is to see someone enjoying Allah's blessings
-and you hate it so much you want it to disappear from him
-or you want the blessing to be transferred to you
-it is a lethal disease of the heart
-just like the other diseases of the heart e.g. racism
-it also leads to animosity

It leads to enmity, back biting, slander or even murder
-and because of this Allah commanded us to seek refuge from the envier as he envies
-Allah said:

Say: "I seek refuge with (Allāh) the Lord of the daybreak, (Al-Falaq 113:1)

"From the evil of what He has created; (Al-Falaq 113:2)

"And from the evil of the darkening (night) as it comes with its darkness; (or the moon as it sets or goes away). (Al-Falaq 113:3)

"And from the evil of the witchcrafts when they blow in the knots, (Al-Falaq 113:4)

"And from the evil of the envier when he envies." (Al-Falaq 113:5)

When a person envies you, he may use black magic to destroy your life
-Allah mentioned black magic and envy side by side in the same surah
-because whenever a person envies you,
-he dabbles in black magic to cast a magical spell hoping to destroy you
-and make you a mad person possessed by jinn

Allah told us that the people of the book are people of envy
-Allah said:

Many of the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) wish that if they could turn you away as disbelievers after you have believed, out of envy from their ownselves, even, after the truth (that Muhammad Peace be upon him is Allāh's Messenger) has become manifest unto them. But forgive and overlook, till Allāh brings His Command. Verily, Allāh is Able to do all things. (Al-Baqarah 2:109)

-they envy the ummah of Muhammad (saw)

When France banned the hijab, they envied our women that's why
-they envy our women for their modesty
-Switzerland banned the minaret because they envy you
-they even attempted to ban circumcision

The Jews envy our Ameen in salah
-they envy you for everything
-they wished 5:3 was revealed in their book

....This day, those who disbelieved have given up all hope of your religion, so fear them not, but fear Me. This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islām as your religion...... (Al-Ma'idah 5:3)

Or do they envy men (Muhammad SAW and his followers) for what Allāh has given them of His Bounty? Then We had already given the family of Ibrāhim (Abraham) the Book and Al¬Hikmah (As¬Sunnah - Divine Inspiration to those Prophets not written in the form of a book), and conferred upon them a great kingdom. (An-Nisa 4:54)

Not only do they envy the prophet (saw), they envy his ummah too

-because you are not suffering from depression
-they grow old very quickly
-because they live life on the fast lane, clubbing and pubbing
-they are suffering from a miserable life

"But whosoever turns away from My Reminder (i.e. neither believes in this Qur'ān nor acts on its orders, etc.) verily, for him is a life of hardship, and We shall raise him up blind on the Day of Resurrection." (Ta-Ha 20:124)

He will say:"O my Lord! Why have you raised me up blind, while I had sight (before)." (Ta-Ha 20:125)

(Allāh) will say: "Like this, Our Ayāt (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) came unto you, but you disregarded them (i.e. you left them, did not think deeply in them, and you turned away from them), and so this Day, you will be neglected (in the Hell-fire, away from Allāh's Mercy)." (Ta-Ha 20:126)

The rich man is the man with self-contentment

Narrated By Abu Huraira (RA): The Prophet (SAW) said, "Riches does not mean, having a great amount of property, but riches is self-contentment." [al-Bukhari (6038) and Muslim (2287)]

Muslims don’t look old early
-but they chase girls even when they are in their 60s

Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah (SAW), said, "There are three people that Allah will not speak to on the Day of Rising nor purify nor look at and they will have a painful punishment: an old adulterer, a lying ruler and a poor person who is arrogant." [Sahih Muslim (1/102) No. 107, Musnad Ahmad (2/480) No. 10232]

-because your wife is faithful but his is not
-your kids respect you and look after you when you are old
-but he is dumped in an old age home
-some even kill their parents
-so kuffaar are now scared to have kids
-because of the way their children take care of them
-they are so ungrateful

-Muslims don’t look their age
-they look 10 years younger than their age
-the kuffaar think by smoking cannabis they will be happy
-but this is not true because they become addicted to it for happiness
-so they smoke out- meaning smoke all their life savings

Allah promised the kaafir a miserable life
-but he thinks he can use drugs to get rid of that
-therefore the Columbian cartel will survive
-they need the drugs to take them from the world of reality to that of fantasy

They even envy the prophet (saw) for his honour
-that is why they insult him with their movies or cartoons
-the man who made the movie 'innocence of Muslims’ got only one year jail sentence
-this is only a slap on the wrist

An Arab kaafir is the worst kaafir
-because the mother of all miracles is in his language yet it did not penetrate his heart
-this is why Allah said:

The bedouins are the worst in disbelief and hypocrisy, and more likely to be in ignorance of the limits (Allāh's Commandments and His Legal Laws, etc.) which Allāh has revealed to His Messenger. And Allāh is All-Knower, All-Wise. (At-Tawbah 9:97)

You think you can give izza to whom you please
-but Allah is Al Mu'iz
-only Him can give honour

They (hyprocrites) say: "If we return to Al-Madinah, indeed the more honourable ('Abdûllah bin Ubai bin Salul, the chief of hyprocrites at Al¬Madinah) will expel therefrom the meaner (i.e. Allāh's Messenger SAW)." But honour, power and glory belong to Allāh, His Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and to the believers, but the hypocrites know not. (Al-Munafiqun 63:8)

-but the munafiqeen think the West can give them izza

Taariq bin Shihab reports that when Umar (RA) was travelling to Shaam, Abu Ubaydah bin Jarraah (RA) was accompanying him. When they arrived at a point where they had to wade across, Umar (RA) alighted from his camel, removed his leather socks and threw them over his shoulders. He then took hold of the reins of the camel and waded through. "O Ameerul Mu'mineen!" Abu Ubaydah (RA) said, "Are you doing that?! Do you also remove your leather socks, throw them over your shoulders, take hold of the reins of the camel and then wade through?! I would not like the people of that city (where we are headed) to see you like this." "O, Abu Ubaydah! Had anyone other than you made such a statement, I would have made him a lesson for the Ummah of Muhammad (SAW). We were once amongst the lowest of people, but Allaah gave us honour because of Islaam. As soon as we start to seek honour in avenues other than that in which Allaah has granted us honour, Allaah will then humiliate us." [Mustadrak al-Hakim (1/130) No. 207]

-when you see Terry Jones burning the Qur'an it's because he envies the Qur'an
-because his book the bible is full of crap

And the hare, because he cheweth the cud, but divideth not the hoof; he is unclean unto you. (Leviticus 11:6) King James Version

-they themselves are embarrassed about it
-because the rabbit does not chew its cud
-ruminants (cows, sheep) chew their cud

God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? (Numbers 23:19) King James Version

And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. (Genesis 6:6) King James Version

Your Qur'an does not have any contradictions unlike his bible
-and anytime we checkmate them, they print a new version
-so you are on the road to print a 1000 versions because we are going to keep hounding you

-his deen is a false religion
-and the Jews envy you most
-he knows he is supposed to follow Islam
-but Allah did not give him the tawfiq to join Islam

The Jews worked black magic on the prophet (saw) because they envied him for his honour
-and his deen and prestige
-so Allah revealed surah falaq as cure for the prophet

Say: "I seek refuge with (Allāh) the Lord of the daybreak, (Al-Falaq 113:1)

"From the evil of what He has created; (Al-Falaq 113:2)

"And from the evil of the darkening (night) as it comes with its darkness; (or the moon as it
sets or goes away). (Al-Falaq 113:3)

"And from the evil of the witchcrafts when they blow in the knots, (Al-Falaq 113:4)

"And from the evil of the envier when he envies." (Al-Falaq 113:5)

Say: "I seek refuge with (Allāh) the Lord of mankind, (An-Nas 114:1)

"The King of mankind, (An-Nas 114:2)

"The Ilāh (God) of mankind, (An-Nas 114:3)

"From the evil of the whisperer (devil who whispers evil in the hearts of men) who withdraws (from his whispering in one's heart after one remembers Allāh), (An-Nas 114:4)

"Who whispers in the breasts of mankind, (An-Nas 114:5)

"Of jinns and men." (An-Nas 114:6)

They envy you for your Islamic knowledge most
-and envy turns them into slanderers, murderers

When they said: "Truly, Yûsuf (Joseph) and his brother (Benjamin) are loved more by our father than we, but we are 'Usbah (a strong group). Really, our father is in a plain error. (Yusuf 12:8)

"Kill Yûsuf (Joseph) or cast him out to some (other) land, so that the favour of your father may be given to you alone, and after that you will be righteous folk (by intending repentance before committing the sin)." (Yusuf 12:9)

-my shaikh told me the brothers of Yusuf were not kuffaar
-yet the disease of envy caused them to contemplate on murdering their own sibling
-this statement of theirs proves that envy erases all feelings of mercy and compassion
-and turns you into an animal that is vicious

-when he saw Adam laying in heaven and he kicked and spat at him
-and said 'if you are greater than me i will never obey you
-and if i am greater than you i will surely destroy you'

(Allāh) said: "O Iblīs (Satan)! What prevents you from prostrating yourself to one whom I have created with Both My Hands. Are you too proud (to fall prostrate to Adam) or are you one of the highly exalted?" (Sad 38:75)

People envy you for knowledge
-the Jews worked magic on the prophet to make him forget

-Ibliss refused to do so

[Iblīs (Satan)] said: "I am not the one to prostrate myself to a human being, whom You created from sounding clay of altered black smooth mud." (Al-Hijr 15:33)

-you are not allowed to say He put him in paradise
-because Adam was in heaven not paradise

Their reward with their Lord is 'Adn (Eden) Paradise (Gardens of Eternity), underneath which rivers flow, they will abide therein forever, Allāh Well-Pleased with them, and they with Him. That is for him who fears his Lord. (Al-Baiyinah 98:8)

On the authority of Anas Ibn Malik (RA) the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “I will come to the gate of Paradise on the Day of Resurrection and ask for it to be opened. The gatekeeper will ask, ‘Who are you?’ I will say: ‘Muhammad.’ He will say, ‘I was commanded not to open it for anyone before you.’” [Sahih Muslim (1/188) No. 197]

Allah said:

And (O Muhammad SAW) recite to them (the Jews) the story of the two sons of Adam [Hābil (Abel) and Qābil (Cain)] in truth; when each offered a sacrifice (to Allāh), it was accepted from the one but not from the other. The latter said to the former: "I will surely kill you." The former said: "Verily, Allāh accepts only from those who are Al-Muttaqûn (the pious - see V.2:2)." (Al-Ma'idah 5:27)

"If you do stretch your hand against me to kill me, I shall never stretch my hand against you to kill you, for I fear Allāh; the Lord of the 'Alamīn (mankind, jinns, and all that exists)." (Al-Ma'idah 5:28)

"Verily, I intend to let you draw my sin on yourself as well as yours, then you will be one of the dwellers of the Fire, and that is the recompense of the Zālimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers)." (Al-Ma'idah 5:29)

Cain was the murderer
-and his evil self, made him to do so
-so this is a story of envy
-he envied his brother for his relationship with his Lord
-why was his sacrifice accepted and not his
-so he killed his brother and became a loser

Abdullah Ibn Mas‘ud (RA) narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “No soul is killed unlawfully, but there is a share of the sin on the first son of Adam, because he was the first one to set the precedent of killing.” [Related by al-Bukhari (3335) and Muslim (1677)]

-he said how come Musa had more followers than him
-when he had more money
-so he paid a woman to accuse Musa of having an affair

-the kaafirs said he should have been the prophet and not Muhammad (saw)
-so he envied the prophet
-and Allah spoke about him
-this is a prediction of the Qur'an and it came to pass

Verily, he thought and plotted; (Al-Muddaththir 74:18)

So let him be cursed! How he plotted! (Al-Muddaththir 74:19)

And once more let him be cursed, how he plotted! (Al-Muddaththir 74:20)

Then he thought; (Al-Muddaththir 74:21)

Then he frowned and he looked in a bad tempered way; (Al-Muddaththir 74:22)

Then he turned back and was proud; (Al-Muddaththir 74:23)

Then he said: "This is nothing but magic from that of old; (Al-Muddaththir 74:24)

"This is nothing but the word of a human being!" (Al-Muddaththir 74:25)

I will cast him into Hell-fire (Al-Muddaththir 74:26)

Before the rasool (saw) entered into Madina he used to be called king Salool
-but after he did the people sang for the prophet tala al badr alaina
-and king Salool lost his throne
-so he envied the prophet for his honour
-he never forgave the prophet for this

He took a fake shahada and took to the path of hypocrisy
-he fanned the flames of the slander of Aisha

When he died, the Rasool (saw) stood to pray janaza over him
-Umar pulled the shirt of the prophet to prevent him from doing so
-but he still did and Allah revealed:

And never (O Muhammad SAW) pray (funeral prayer) for any of them (hypocrites) who dies, nor stand at his grave. Certainly they disbelieved in Allāh and His Messenger, and died while they were Fāsiqûn (rebellious, - disobedient to Allāh and His Messenger SAW). (At-Tawbah 9:84)

Ibn Umar (RA) narrated: Abdullah son of Abdullah ibn Ubayy came to Allah’s Messenger (SAW) when his father died, and said, ‘Give me your shirt that I may shroud him in it, and offer his funeral Salah and seek forgiveness for him.” So, he gave him his shirt and said, “When you are over (with preparations), call me.” When he intended to offer the Salah, Umar pulled him, saying, “Has not Allah forbidden us to pray over the hypocrites?” He said, “I am between two options either to seek forgiveness for them or not to seek forgiveness for them”, and he offered Salah over him. So Allah revealed. "And never offer a prayer on any one of them who dies, and do not stand by his grave." (At-Tawbah 9:84) [al-Bukhari (1269) and Muslim (2774)]

Uqbah ibn Aamir (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said, “If there were to be a Prophet after me then he would be Umar ibn Al-Khattab.” [Musnad Ahmad (4/154) No. 17441, Sunan Tirmidhi (5/619) No. 3686, Mustadrak al-Haakim (3/92) No. 4495]

You are not to go to the janaza of a munafiq
-e.g. a spy for the mi5, mi6, FBI

He slandered Aisha and this made her body numb
-she fainted when the slander was known to her
-so verbal abuse is worse than physical abuse

Allah revealed an ayah to reveal her innocence
-Allah said the slander was an ifk, a big lie
-when a person envies you, they seek your demise by any means necessary

Verily! Those who brought forth the slander (against 'Aishah the wife of the Prophet SAW) are a group among you. Consider it not a bad thing for you. Nay, it is good for you. Unto every man among them will be paid that which he had earned of the sin, and as for him among them who had the greater share therein, his will be a great torment. (An-Nur 24:11)

Narrated 'Aisha: (when the slanderers said what they said about her): I went to my bed knowing at that time that I was innocent and that Allah would reveal my innocence, but by Allah, I never thought that Allah would reveal in my favor a revelation which would be recited, for I considered myself too unimportant to be talked about by Allah in the Divine Revelation that was to be recited. So Allah revealed the ten Verses (of Surat-an-Nur). 'Those who brought a false charge...' (24.11-20) [Sahih Bukhari (9/158) No. 7545]

-this was why zakah was made compulsory
-to combat the disease of envy

-if your children are on deen and doing well in school

-this is what they envy you for most
-Allah said:

Many of the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) wish that if they could turn you away as disbelievers after you have believed, out of envy from their ownselves, even, after the truth (that Muhammad Peace be upon him is Allāh's Messenger) has become manifest unto them. But forgive and overlook, till Allāh brings His Command. Verily, Allāh is Able to do all things. (Al-Baqarah 2:109)

-your deen gives you izza

Verily, you will find the strongest among men in enmity to the believers (Muslims) the Jews and those who are Al-Mushrikûn (see V.2:105), and you will find the nearest in love to the believers (Muslims) those who say: "We are Christians." That is because amongst them are priests and monks, and they are not proud. (Al-Ma'idah 5:82)

The prophet (saw) said beware of envy

Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that the Prophet (SAW) said: “Beware of envy! Indeed the envy eats up good deeds like the fire eats up wood” [Sunan Abu Dawud (4/276) No. 4903]

Ibn Masood (RA) narrated the Prophet (SAW) said: "Do not wish to be like anyone, except in two cases: (1) A man whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it righteously. (2) A man whom Allah has given wisdom (knowledge of the Qur'an and the Hadith) and he acts according to it and teaches it to others." [al-Bukhari (1409) and Muslim (816)]

Ibn 'Umar (RA) reported the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Envy is justified in regard to two types of persons only: a man whom Allah has given knowledge of the Qur'an, and so he recites it during the night and during the day; and a man whom Allah has given wealth and so he spends from it during the night and during the day." [al-Bukhari (7529) and Muslim (815)]

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) was sitting with a group of the sahabah in the masjid and he said "A man will now enter [who is] from the people of Paradise." and a sahabi walked in. Later it happened again, and then a third time. 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn al-'Aas wanted to find out what was so special about this man, so he asked the man if he can stay over his house for three days. (He made up an excuse). The man allowed him to stay. 'Abdullah noticed that the man didn't do anything out of the ordinary: He didn't fast all the time, he slept some of the night and prayed some of the night, and so on. So after the 3 days, 'Abdullah told him the real reason why he requested to stay with him, and he asked him what it was that could be the reason why he was from the people of Jannah. The man (RA) couldn't think of anything, but after a bit he said "Every night, before I go to sleep, I forgive whoever has wronged me. I remove any bad feelings towards anyone from my heart."
[Musnad Ahmad (3/166) No. 12720]

Narrated By Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "There is no disease that Allah has created, except that He also has created its treatment." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 7, Book 71, Hadith #582]

-a person who envies Muslims; his belief in qadr is lukewarm
-he does not realise it is qadrAllah for the Muslim to have what he has
-the Jews and Christians are envious because of this

When you envy a person you are trying to tell Allah who to bless
-Allah said:

Neither those who disbelieve among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) nor Al-Mushrikûn (the disbelievers in the Oneness of Allāh, idolaters, polytheists, pagans, etc.) like that there should be sent down unto you any good from your Lord. But Allāh chooses for His Mercy whom He wills. And Allāh is the Owner of Great Bounty. (Al-Baqarah 2:105)

When you envy a person, you are questioning Allah's wisdom and His justice
-you become a person suffering from a miserable life full of pain and sorrow

He thinks he deserves the best in life
-a person who has a superiority complex thinks he deserves the best
-hence if things don't go like that and he sees others enjoying these
-he suffers from envy
-and the envious person is very materialistic

…and do not inflate prices for one another…

E.g. an auction is taking place and a stooge is planted into the crowd
-to do fake bidding, to push the price up

Abu Hurayra (RA) reported that the Messenger of Allah (SAW), said, "Anyone who carries arms against us is not one of us. Anyone who cheats us is not one of us." [Sahih Muslim, Book 1, Hadith #182]

Some may pose the question: Is there such a thing called a fixed profit Muslims
-are allowed to make?
-or on the flip-side a fixed profit that Muslims are not allowed to go beyond
-Do not sell products too much above the market rate
-Scholars said work with your conscience and discretion
-and do not exceed the market value which society is accustomed to
-otherwise it becomes extortion

The Prophet (saw) laid out 12 Commandments towards preserving
-the Islamic Brotherhood & Sisterhood
-if even one of these 12 commandments is violate
-it can destroy the brotherhood & sisterhood

-if you hate a Muslim for his/her weaknesses
-you become a Khawarij

-e.g. if a business transaction is taking place between two Muslims
-you cannot take away his customer by giving a cheaper price
-or, if your brother proposed to a Muslim sister,
-you cannot come and propose to her
-if you know he already proposed to her
-the sister needs time to think about such a decision

The scholars differ about this; Abu Hanifa said it is haram
-this is the correct opinion
-if you receive a proposal
-you are only engaged when your wali says yes
-if he does not agree, you are not engaged

Another example of undercutting is if a brother wants to buy a car
-and he has $2000
-then another brother comes and offers more to the seller
-this is haram

-these things can even cause bloodshed

When Cain killed Abel, it was all about fatal attraction
-we acknowledge the Islamic brotherhood

-did you know there are things that are haram for Allah to do?

...“Oh, my servants! I have made oppression haraam (forbidden) upon myself, and also between you. So do not oppress each other...." [Sahih Muslim, Hadith #6246]

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for Allah and be just witnesses and let not the enmity and hatred of others make you avoid justice. Be just: that is nearer to piety, and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Well¬Acquainted with what you do. (Al-Ma'idah 5:8)

Narrated By Ibn Abbas: The Prophet sent Mu'adh to Yemen and said, "Fear the supplication of the oppressed, for there is no barrier between it and Allah." [al-Bukhari (1496) and Muslim (19)]

-when a Muslim works for you
-and you do not pay him his wages
-this is an example of oppression

Abdullah Ibn Umar (RA) reported that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Pay the labourer his wages before his sweat dries up." [Sunan Ibn Majah (3/510) No. 2443]

-another example is if you marry a Muslim sister and consummate the marriage
-but refuse to pay her the dowry
-when you borrow money never having the intention to pay it back
-this is also a form of oppression

Abu Huraira narrated the Prophet (SAW) said: “The one who gets married with the intention not to pay dowry to his wife is a fornicator. And the one who borrows money with the intention not to pay back is a thief.” [Ibn Hibban in ‘al-Majruheen’ (2/261) No. 941]

Suhaib al-Khair narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Any man who takes out a loan, having resolved not to pay it back, will meet Allah as a thief." [Sunan Ibn Majah (3/486) No. 2410]

-forcing your Muslim daughter to marry a man she does not like is also oppression
-this happens a lot in the Asian community
-forced marriage is haram

O you who believe! You are forbidden to inherit women against their will,... (An-Nisa 4:19)

No decent man would stay with a woman who does not love him
-only men with low self-esteem would do this

Another example: a father dies and leaves behind money
-and the men in the family take the money and leave out the women

Every man live off women, does not matter what race he is
-the Arab men sell their daughters
-the Indians ask for money from the women
-the black and white man in UK and US live off women and become house husbands

Backbiting and slandering is also a form of oppression

Abu Huraira (RA) narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “Whoever has wronged his brother with regard to his honour or something, let him ask him for forgiveness before the time when there will be neither dinar nor dirham, and if he has any good deeds it will be taken from him in proportion to the wrong he did, and if he does not have any good deeds (hasanaat), some of the other person's evil deeds (sayi’aat) will be taken and given to him to bear.” [Sahih Bukhari (3/129) No. 2449]

-e.g. don't make false promises

On the authority of Safwan ibn Sulaym who said: "The Messenger of Allah (SAW) was asked, 'Can the mumin be a coward?' He said, 'Yes.' He was asked, 'Can the mumin be a miser?' He said, 'Yes.' He was asked, 'Can the mumin be a liar?' He said, 'No.'" [Muwatta Malik (2/169) No. 2088, Shu'ab al-Eman al-Bayhaqi (6/456) No. 4472, Makarim al-Akhlaq Ibn Abi al-Dunya (pg. 54) No. 147, Mishkat al-Masabih (3/1364) No. 4862]

-also, do not force them to lie
-by asking them inquisitive questions

On the authority of Abu Hurairah, who said: The Messenger of Allah said “A sign of one’s excellence in his Islam, is ignoring what does not concern him.” [Tirmidhi 2318, Ibn e Majah 3976, Ahmed 1737, Al-Muwatta 1604]

-there are etiquettes of asking questions in Islam
-you are not allowed to ask questions that when the answer is given to you,
-will cause you harm

O you who believe! Ask not about things which, if made plain to you, may cause you trouble. But if you ask about them while the Qur'an is being revealed, they will be made plain to you. Allah has forgiven that, and Allah is Oft¬Forgiving, Most Forbearing. (Al-Ma'idah 5:101)

-there are questions that you can ask that can make you become a kaffir
-e.g. Who created ALLAH?
-so do not think you can just ask ANY question
-it is easy to know when a person works for the FBI, MI5, and CIA
-because all their questions are incriminating

1. You can lie to make peace between Muslims
2. Lie on the battlefield
3. To save a marriage

...Ibn Shihab said he did not hear that exemption was granted in anything what the people speak as lie but in three cases: in battle, for bringing reconciliation amongst persons and the narration of the words of the husband to his wife, and the narration of the words of a wife to her husband (in a twisted form in order to bring reconciliation between them). [Sahih Muslim, Book 32, Hadith #6303]

-in these occasions you are allowed to lie
-because the Islamic brother and sisterhood is sacred

-you are not allowed to look down on people because of their skin color, eyes, etc.
-you cannot see them as inferior, you cannot hold them in contempt
-surah 49:11

O you who believe! Let not a group scoff at another group, it may be that the latter are better than the former; nor let (some) women scoff at other women, it may be that the latter are better than the former, nor defame one another, nor insult one another by nicknames. How bad is it, to insult one's brother after having Faith [i.e. to call your Muslim brother (a faithful believer) as: "O sinner", or "O wicked", etc.]. And whosoever does not repent, then such are indeed Zālimûn (wrong-doers, etc.). (Al-Hujurat 49:11)

-also you cannot look down on them because of their nationality or race

Narrated By Abu Huraira: At the time of the Fajr prayer the Prophet asked Bilal, "Tell me of the best deed you did after embracing Islam, for I heard your footsteps in front of me in Paradise." Bilal replied, "I did not do anything worth mentioning except that whenever I performed ablution during the day or night, I prayed after that ablution as much as was written for me." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 2, Book 21, Hadith #250]

-the Arabs of Quraish looked down on Bilal (r.a) because he was black

It Is narrated on the authority of Abdullah b. Mas'ud that the Apostle of Allah (SAW), observed: He who has in his heart the weight of a mustard seed of pride shall not enter Paradise. A person (amongst his hearers) said: Verily a person loves that his dress should be fine, and his shoes should be fine. He (the Holy Prophet) remarked: Verily, Allah is Graceful and He loves Grace. Pride is disdaining the truth (out of self-conceit) and contempt for the people. [Sahih Muslim (1/93) No. 91]

-the word contempt is when you scorn a person; you see them as inferior
-some people will look down on you even because of your car because theirs is better
-you are not allowed to look down on your brother because of his poverty

And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the Wrath and the Curse of Allah are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him. (An-Nisa 4:93)

-if you murder a Muslim, you take all his sins

"If you do stretch your hand against me to kill me, I shall never stretch my hand against you to kill you, for I fear Allah; the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns, and all that exists)." (Al-Ma'idah 5:28)

"Verily, I intend to let you draw my sin on yourself as well as yours, then you will be one of the dwellers of the Fire, and that is the recompense of the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers)." (Al-Ma'idah 5:29)

-Allah (swt) will take the sins on Muslims
-and put it on the scales of the Jews and Christians

Narrated Abu Musa (RA) Allah's Messenger (SAW) said: On the Day of Resurrection, my Ummah (nation) will be gathered into three groups. one sort will enter Paradise without rendering an account (of their deeds). Another sort will be reckoned an easy account and admitted into Paradise. Yet another sort will come bearing on their backs heaps of sins like great mountains. Allah will ask the angels though He knows best about them: Who are these people? They will reply: They are humble slaves of yours. He will say: Unload the sins from them and put the same over the Jews and Christians; then let the humble slaves get into Paradise by virtue of My Mercy. [Mustadrak al-Haakim (1/126) No. 193, Dhahabi mentions that this narration from Haakim is upon the conditions of al-Bukhari and Muslim]

-the wealth of a Muslim is sacred
-it is so sacred you cannot hide his belongings jokingly

Many Muslims don't accept guests because people come to beg and steal
-the punishment is to cut the hand
-if you are a petty thief who steals cell phones or wallets, we cut off your hand

Cut off (from the wrist joint) the (right) hand of the thief, male or female, as a recompense for that which they committed, a punishment by way of example from Allah. And Allah is All-Powerful, All¬ Wise. (Al-Ma'idah 5:38)

-if you hold up a Muslim in armed robbery, we cut off the head
-this is the Shari’ah Law

The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter. (Al-Ma'idah 5:33)

Narrated Anas: Some people from `Uraina tribe came to Medina and its climate did not suit them, so Allah's Apostle (SAW) allowed them to go to the herd of camels (given as Zakat) and they drank their milk and urine (as medicine) but they killed the shepherd and drove away all the camels. So Allah's Apostle sent (men) in their pursuit to catch them, and they were brought, and he had their hands and feet cut, and their eyes were branded with heated pieces of iron and they were left in the Harra (a stony place at Medina), till they died. [al-Bukhari (6802) and Muslim (1671)]

-Shaikh has seen armed robbers get crucified in Riyadh
-Crucifixion is mentioned in the Holy Quran

Narrated By Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "There is no disease that Allah has created, except that He also has created its treatment." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 7, Book 71, Hadith #582]

-There is no such thing as a 'perfect Muslim'
-so if you hate Muslims based on their sins
-you'll hate everyone in the world except yourself

On the authority of Anas (RA) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (SAW) say, "Allah the Almighty has said: ‘O Son of Adam, as long as you invoke Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O Son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and you then asked forgiveness from Me, I would forgive you. O Son of Adam, were you to come to Me with sins nearly as great as the Earth, and were you then to face Me, ascribing no partner to Me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great as it [too].’" [Sunan Tirmidhi (5/548) No. 3540; who said that it was a hasan hadeeth.]

-You cannot use a Muslim's past (during Jaahiliyyah) against him/her
-that also renders you a Khawarij
-One of the characteristics of a puritan (Khawarij) is that they hate Muslims
-and they like to show off with piety
-and use the weaknesses of other Muslims to elevate themselves

A Muslim with a girlfriend is not a Munafiq (hypocrite)
-he's a Faasiq (sinner)
-they are too cavalier in their use of the word 'Munafiq'

Verily, the hyprocrites will be in the lowest depths (grade) of the Fire; no helper will you find for them. (An-Nisa 4:145)

-but it's a serious allegation to call a Muslim a Munafiq
-when his problem is weakness (as opposed to hypocrisy)
-The Prophet (saw) encountered a man known to be a drinker
-but The Prophet (saw) did not hate him!
-The prophet (saw) said not to curse him because he did not want fitna to spread
-in his community
-because he was a sahabi

Narrated By 'Umar bin Al-Khattab: During the lifetime of the Prophet there was a man called 'Abdullah whose nickname was Donkey, and he used to make Allah's Apostle laugh. The Prophet lashed him because of drinking (alcohol). And one-day he was brought to the Prophet on the same charge and was lashed. On that, a man among the people said, "O Allah, curse him ! How frequently he has been brought (to the Prophet on such a charge)!" The Prophet said, "Do not curse him, for by Allah, I know for he loves Allah and His Apostle." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 8, Book 81, Hadith #771]

-If you hate a Muslim, you'll force him to apostate from the community
-Allah (swt) is prepared to Forgive any haraam except shirk
-but shirk can also be forgiven if he does taubah (for shirk) before he dies

Narrated By Abu Aiyub Al-Ansari: Allah's Apostle said, "It is not lawful for a man to desert his brother Muslim for more than three nights. (It is unlawful for them that) when they meet, one of them turns his face away from the other, and the other turns his face from the former, and the better of the two will be the one who greets the other first." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 8, Book 73, Hadith #100]

-If you boycott your Muslim brother for one year without saying salaam
-is like shedding his blood

Narrated By Abu Khirash as-Sulami: Abu Khirash heard the Apostle of Allah (SAW) say: "If one keeps apart from his brother for a year, it is like shedding his blood." [Sunan Abu Dawud (4/279) No. 4915, Musnad Ahmad (4/220) No. 17964, al-Adab al-Mufrad al-Bukhari No. 404, Mustadrak al-Haakim (4/180) No. 7292, Shu'ab al-Iman al-Bayhaqi (9/26) No. 6207, al-Mu’jam al-Kabir al-Tabarani (22/308) No. 780]

-you are not allowed to hate a real Muslim

On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (RA), who said that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "The gates of Paradise will be opened on Mondays and on Thursdays, and every servant [of Allah] who associates nothing with Allah will be forgiven, except for the man who has a grudge against his brother. [About them] it will be said: 'Delay these two until they are reconciled; delay these two until they are reconciled.'" [Sahih Muslim (4/1987) No. 2565, Muwatta Malik (2/80) No. 1897, Sunan Abu Dawud (4/279) No. 4916]

-you are not allowed to boycott your Muslim brother for more than 3 days
-the Islamic brotherhood is sacred

The believers are nothing else than brothers (in Islamic religion). So make reconciliation between your brothers, and fear Allah, that you may receive mercy. (Al-Hujurat 49:10)

-Allah will reject your good deeds until you make up

A Berailvis does not practice Islamic brotherhood
-they worship the graves
-what do you expect from them
-a Berailvis prefers Hindus over black Muslims
-they are racist
-If you tell them to reject the Taghoot, they will ask you what that is
-they don't even know what Taghoot means

We only respect the brotherhood that is founded on La Ilaha Illallah
-the Free Masons get together and worship Satan and practice homosexuality
-they consider themselves brothers and anyone can join them
-they don’t even care if you are Muslim

You should hide the sins of your Muslim brother
-if you defend the honor of your Muslim brother,
-it is as if you brought back to life a girl child who was buried alive

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying: The servant (who conceals) the faults of others in this world, Allah would conceal his faults on the Day of Resurrection. [Sahih Muslim, Book 32, Hadith #6267]

Asma' Bint Yazid narrated the Prophet (SAW) said: "Whoever defends the honour of his brother in absence has the right over Allah to be freed from the Fire." [Musnad Ahmad (6/461) No. 27650, al-Mu’jam al-Kabir al-Tabarani (24/176) No. 443, Musnad Abu Dawud at-Tayalisi (3/201) No. 1737]

Narrated By Uqbah ibn Amir: The Prophet (SAW) said: "He who sees something which should be kept hidden and conceals it will be like one who has brought to life a girl buried alive." [Abu Dawood (4/273, No. 4891), al-Hakim (4/426, No. 8162), al-Bayhaqi (8/331, No. 17387), Sunan Kubra Nasa'i (4/307, No. 7281), At-Tabarani (17/319, No. 883)]

-these are the 6 sacred things for you
-people love to disgrace each other
-we are supposed to protect the honor of each other
-it is not the Sunnah to call names, even The Prophet didn’t call names
-it is not the Sunnah to disgrace the Muslim
-but it IS halal to disgrace a munafiq

Shaikh, there is a sister that wants to get an abortion because she is divorcing her husband because of his constant kufr acts and she does not want the burden of raising another child by herself. Is abortion allowed in Islam and if so, how can she go about doing this?

Answer 1:-
Firstly you should not have been living with him when you realised that he is a kaafir
-according to Hanbali madhab you are allowed to abort before 6 weeks

Shaikh is it true that insurance is allowed if there is no riba involved?

Answer 2:-
Insurance is haram
-in Saudi you ask for driver’s license and not insurance
-shaikh is not aware of any scholar who says otherwise
-it is money for nothing
-many have been driving for 10, 20 years and no accident
-if you do life insurance, people will kill you
-and claim insurance

I have family members who believe in man-made laws. Every time I see them they push on me the followers of Wallis D Muhammad. They are my in-laws and refuse to pray behind them. What should I do regarding them?

Answer 3:-

Wallis D Muhammad has a problem with his aqeeda
-he is in bed with the taghoot
-there are two parts to the shahada: negation and affirmation
-he would have told his followers to join the American army
-he is suffering from what the ummah is suffering from

Everyone is telling the Muslims to believe in Allah (swt)
-but no one is telling them to reject the taghoot
-so you see people believing in capitalism which has riba as its foundation
-Muslims are dying for the sake of the taghoot
-the only army you are allowed to join is the mujahideen

First British Muslim soldier killed in 'War on Terror' :

-many Muslims don't even know what a taghoot is
-because in their local masajid they are not told this
-you are not allowed to pray behind those who don't reject the taghoot

Have you seen those (hyprocrites) who claim that they believe in that which has been sent down to you, and that which was sent down before you, and they wish to go for judgement (in their disputes) to the Taghut (false judges, etc.) while they have been ordered to reject them. But Shaitan (Satan) wishes to lead them far astray. (An-Nisa 4:60)

-man-made laws are also taghoot
-same as the taghoot courts
-Umar (r.a) defines it as the shaytan

Shaikh 'Abdul-'Azeez Ibn 'Abdullah Ibn Baaz said: "There is no Eeman for the one who believes the laws of the people and their opinions are superior to the Hukm of Allah and His Messenger or that they are equal to it or that they resemble it or who leaves it or replaces it with fabricated laws and institutions invented by people, even if he believes that the laws of Allah are more encompassing and more just." [Wujoob Tah'keem Shari'ah Allah' (pg. 16-17)]

-Shaikh Bin Baz who the mad MADkhalis love
-said that if you believe in other laws than the sharia
-you have no excuse but that you are a kaafir
-even if you believe that the sharia is superior
-the Saudi salafis always reject a scholar when you use a fatwa of that scholar to checkmate them

Assalamu alaikum shaikh, i called Tariq ul Qadri (founder of minhaj ul quran) a kafiir, did i do wrong? Also what is your opinion on imran nazir?

Answer 4:-
His name is Dr Tahir Qadri
-he is a kaafir

-he held a conference in Wembley where 1500 Berailvis attended
-he calls the Hindus and Sikhs as his brothers
-he allows his followers to make sajdah to him
-he calls the mujahideen trouble makers

And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? (Matthew 19:16) King James Version

And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? [there is] none good but one, [that is], God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. (Matthew 19:17) King James Version

-Jesus (a.s) didn't accept his followers worshipping him
-but he allows it
-the goofy soofis love it when their followers worship them
-this is why the only tauheed they teach is tauheed Rububiyya

I have a brother who insults Allah (swt) and the prophet (saw) and I wanted to punch him for his words. Can I make baraa from him? I try to control my anger when a person does that.

This brother is a kaafir
-and you can’t punish him unless he is in the Islamic state
-his crime is blasphemy and its hadd is death
-but because he is in darul harb
-all you can do is to make baraa from him

Al-Imam Ishaq Ibn Rahawayh said: (All Muslims are in consensus that whoever curses Allah or curses His Messenger, or rejects something from what Allah revealed, or killed a prophet, that he is a kafir; and even if he accept what was revealed by Allah. And Al-Khattabi said, "I don't know of anyone who disagrees with the obligation of his killing." And Muhammad Ibn Sahnun said that the scholars are in consensus that the one who curses the Messenger is a Kafir; and whoever doubts his Kufr is a Kafir.) Taken from (Kitab al-Sarim al-Maslul 'ala satim al-Rasul, by Ibn Taymiyya)

Abu al-Husain Muhammad Ibn Ahmad al-'Asqalani said: «The Mu'tazila of Baghdad and Basra, and all of ahl al-Qibla, there is no ikhtilaf between them concerning, that the one who doubts regarding the kafir then he himself is a kafir, because the doubter (sakk) concerning kufr there's no ‘iman for him, because he don't know kufr from ‘iman. So there's no dispute between the Umma, the Mu'tazila and other than them; that the doubter concerning the kafir is kafir!“ Taken from (Kitab al-Tanbih wa al-Radd 'ala ahl al-Ahwa' wa al-Bida’, by Muhammad Ibn Ahmad al-Malati)

When you live in darul harb, it makes you a scum bag
-only the strong survive
-the weak fall by the wayside

A salafi friend of mine claims that it is not ok to consume the meat of the people of the book in America or other non-muslim countries. I said to him that it is mention in the Quran and also the prophet (SAW) ate the meat of the Jew without questioning how it has been slaughtered. Is he correct?

-if you are living in a country and its tradition is they kill the animal properly
-without calling names of false deities when doing so, then the meat is halal
-the meat of Jews and Christians is permissible
-but if the society you live in kill the animal by drowning or electricity
-then that meat is haram
-and you have to set up your own

Is there anything called good soofism? Is there a soofi movement which is in accordance with Sunnah?

-the soofis of today which are most famous are the naqshabandiya of snake Nazim
-the soofis of today are the Christians of the ummah

-they believe in democracy, pray to the graves and don’t believe in al walaa wal baraa

The soofism of today is based on kufr and shirk

‘Another of the miracles of Moulana Sheikh Nazim is the miracle in the grave. When the Angels appear in the mureeds grave to question him, Moulana Sheikh Nazim will immediately be there and say to the Angels “Don’t question my follower, question me instead of him and I will answer on his behalf.“ The Angels shall not be able to bear the Light of Moulana Sheikh Nazim and due to this they shall be forced to go away.’

-they spread a white sheet and claim Ahmad Tijan is present

Snake Nazim claims he talks to the prophet (saw)
-and his mureeds believe him because they worship their shaikhs
-he told al Jazeera he can’t do interview with them because the prophet told him so

The soofis of today spy for the kuffaar
-they deny the 6th pillar of Islam, jihad
-am afraid I don’t see any good in the soofism of today

They don’t teach tawheed which is fiqh al Akbar
-they are taking the Muslims with them to the hellfire

Assalamu alaikum Shaikh, has anyone put together an index or reference of Ahad hadiths alone? So that I know what to & not to use when discussing general deen matters with a Hizb-ut-Tahrir. This is to save me (or anyone else having dialogue with them) quoting hadith which they do not accept in the first place.

-we refuted this movement
-and we say hadith ahad is hujjah
-because the prophet sent only one man to Yemen to teach the deen

Majority of hadeeth are ahad
-so to compile these will be tedious
-so we don’t know of any book with this compilation

Ibn 'Umar (RA) narrated, 'The people were trying to sight the new moon (of Ramadan) and when I reported to the Messenger of Allah (SAW) that I had seen it, he fasted and commanded people to fast.' [Sunan Abu Dawud (2/302) No. 2342, Sahih Ibn Hibban (8/231) No. 3447]

Ibn 'Abbas (RA) narrated, 'A Bedouin came to the Prophet (SAW) and said, 'I have sighted the crescent (of Ramadan). He then said to him, "Do you testify that there is none worthy of worship but Allah?" The Bedouin said, 'Yes.' He asked him again, "Do you testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah?'' The man replied, 'Yes.' The Messenger of Allah (SAW) thereupon said, "O Bilal! Announce to the people to (start) fasting tomorrow." [Sunan Abu Dawud (2/302) No. 2340, Sunan al-Nasa'i (4/132) No. 2113, Sunan Tirmidhi (3/74) No. 691, Sunan Ibn Majah (2/565) No. 1652, Sunan al-Darime (2/9) No. 1692]

-the prophet (saw) commanded the ummah to fast
-based on the testimony of one man

They don’t accept actions are a part of our emaan
-and that our emaan rises and falls

Those (i.e. believers) unto whom the people (hypocrites) said, "Verily, the people (pagans) have gathered against you (a great army), therefore, fear them." But it (only) increased them in Faith, and they said: "Allah (Alone) is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us)." (Aali Imran 3:173)

And whenever there comes down a Surah (chapter from the Qur'an), some of them (hypocrites) say: "Which of you has had his Faith increased by it?" As for those who believe, it has increased their Faith, and they rejoice. (At-Tawbah 9:124)

Hanzala reported: We were in the company of Allah's Messenger (SAW) and he delivered to us a sermon and made a mention of Hell-Fire. Then I came to my house and began to laugh with my children and sport with my wife. (Hanzala) further reported: I went out and met Abu Bakr and made a mention of that to him. Thereupon he said: I have done the same as you have mentioned. So we went to see Allah's Messenger (SAW) and said to him: Allah's Messenger, Hanzala has become a hypocrite. And he (the Holy Prophet) said Show respite. And then I narrated to him the story, and Abu Bakr said: I have done the same as he has done. Thereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: Hanzala, there is a time for worldly affairs and a time for (worship and devotion), and if your state of mind is always the same as it is at the time of remembrance of Allah, the Angels would shake hands with you and would greet you on the path by saying: As-Salamu-Alaikum. [Sahih Muslim (4/2107) No. 2750]

-but they are being refuted by Qur'an and Sunnah
-this shows they are jaahil

Abu Huraira narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Faith has over seventy branches or over sixty branches, the most excellent of which is the declaration that there is no god but Allah, and the humblest of which is the, removal of what is injurious from the path: and modesty is the branch of faith." [al-Bukhari (8) and Muslim (56)]

-you need to learn tawheed because it is the greatest fiqh

Say (O Muhammad SAW to the people of the Scripture) : "Shall I inform you of something worse than that, regarding the recompense from Allah: those (Jews) who incurred the Curse of Allah and His Wrath, those of whom (some) He transformed into monkeys and swines, those who worshipped Taghut (false deities); such are worse in rank (on the Day of Resurrection in the Hell¬fire), and far more astray from the Right Path (in the life of this world)." (Al-Ma'idah 5:60)

Assalamu Alaikum Sheikh, I have a question regarding the validity of my nikah. The father of my wife knew that she was going to marry me as I met him in person but we did not think he could represent her as her wali as he did not practice Islam. Therefore, my wife had as her wali her male cousin from her mum's side representing her as the wali with the imam present and 2 witnesses from my side. Therefore, her father was not present at the nikah but was aware of it taking place on the day. Does this affect the nikah if he was not present in person at the nikah?

-the marriage you described to me is valid
-and people should not be quick to say a marriage is not valid
-because this means they committed zina and the child from it is illegitimate

Aisha narrated the Prophet (SAW) said: “There is no marriage except with a wali and two witnesses of good character.” [al-Sunan al-Kubra al-Bayhaqi (7/202) No. 13719, al-Mu'jam al-Awsat al-Tabarani (9/117) No. 9291, Sahih Ibn Hibban (9/386) No. 4075, Sunan al-Daraqutni (4/324) No. 3534]

So your marriage is sahih because she got married with a wali and 2 witnesses
-you have to give her a dowry if you have not yet
-for the marriage to be valid
-you can promise her a dowry

The doubts about your marriage is coming from shaytan so you have to shun them
