Notes (AT-10 & AT8) / Edit (AT-10 / Z)

The Demise of Man-Made Isms and Schism:  Meltdown of Capitalism

You should not be surprised to see the demise of man-made ideologies

- because Allah Told you in the Quran:

And say: "Truth (i.e. Islāmic Monotheism or this Qur’an or Jihad against polytheists) has come and Bātil (falsehood, i.e. Satan or polytheism, etc.) has vanished. Surely! Bātil is ever bound to vanish." (Al-Isra 17:81)

- Adam Smith is the founder of capitalism (profiteers)
- It is an economic system which is based on the maximization of profits by any means necessary

This system is based on riba (interest).
- It is based on greed, selfishness, exploitation, deception, and snobbery
- Snobbery, riba (interest), bullying.

- Bullying = the forceful takeover of companies.
- Monopolization, "big fish eat small fish".
- When you see two companies merging, it is to monopolise.
- To force small companies out of competition.

It is unfortunate that capitalism is now headed by neo-Nazis who believe in white supremacy.
- When communism failed; capitalism was anointed the winner of the cold war.
- Nobody was expecting to see the melt-down of capitalism in front of their eyes during their lifetime.

- The root of the system is cursed.

Allah will destroy Ribā (usury) and will give increase for Sadaqāt (deeds of charity, alms, etc.) And Allah likes not the disbelievers, sinners. (Al-Baqarah 2:276)

Ibn Mas’ud (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) cursed the receiver of interest, its payer, the witnesses (to the deal) and the scribe who writes it down. [Tirmidhi 1210, Ahmed 3737, Abu Dawud 3333, Ibn e Majah 2777]

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (SAW) said: "Riba has seventy segments, the least serious being equivalent to a man committing adultery with his own mother." [Sunan Ibn Majah (3/337) No. 2274 and Mustadrak al-Haakim (2/43) No. 2259]

- You have lived to see the melt-down of many banks.
- Many banks failed in many capitalist countries;
- you saw many people wanting to take their money back.

- 1% of the world’s population is trying to control the wealth of the world;
- at the exclusion of the other 99%

- The Prophet said: If you give a valley of gold...
- This is the capitalist the prophet is talking about.

Ibn ‘Abbâs narrated: I heard the Messenger of Allah (SAW) saying, “If a son of Adam had a valley full of gold, he would desire to have two. Nothing can fill his mouth except the dust (of his grave). Allah turns with mercy to him who turns to Him in repentance.” [al-Bukhari (6437) and Muslim (1049)]

- The capitalist is greedy.

- When 1% try to control the world.

Narrated by Anas ibn Malik (RA) that the Prophet (SAW) said: “No one of you truly believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself.” [al-Bukhari (13) and Muslim (45)]

- Because it is selfishness;
- There are a lot of homeless people, who eat from the trash can.

Ibn 'Abbas told Ibn az-Zubayr, "I heard the Prophet (SAW), say, 'A man is not a believer who fills his stomach while his neighbour is hungry.'" [Al-Adab al-Mufrad Al-Bukhari, #112]

When Umar was caliph he would not eat while the ummah was hungry.
- One day he was travelling through Madinah,
- he saw a woman who was boiling stones, and her children were hungry.
- He brought her food to cook,
- the companion of Umar offered to carry the load,
- Umar refused to allow him to carry it, saying:
- "will you be there to carry my load on the day of Judgement when I stand before Allah"?

It was narrated that Aslam the freed slave of 'Umar (RA) said:

"'Umar went out to Harrat Waqim, and I went with him. When we were in Sarar, we saw a fire burning. He said, 'O' Aslam, I see here some travellers who are being held up by the night and the cold; let's go.' So we went running and when we came near to them, we saw a woman with children. There was a pot set up over the fire, and her children were crying.

'Umar said, 'Peace be upon you, O' people of the light (he did not want to say, O' people of the fire).'

She said, 'And upon you be peace.' He said, 'May I come closer?'

She said, 'Come if you can do some good, otherwise leave us alone.'

He came closer and said, 'What is the matter with you?' She said, 'The night and the cold held us up.'

He said, 'What is the matter with these children; why are they crying?' She said, 'They are hungry.'

He said, 'What is in this pot?' She said, 'Water, to calm them down until they go to sleep, and Allah will judge between us and 'Umar.'

He said, 'May Allah have mercy on you, how could 'Umar know about you?' She said, 'How come he is in charge of our affairs, but he is not aware of our situation?'

He turned to me and said, 'Let's go.' So we set off running until we came to the room where wheat was stored. He took out a sack of wheat and a little fat, and said, 'Hoist it up onto me.' I said, 'I will carry it for you.'

He said, 'Will you carry my burden for me on the Day of Resurrection, may you be bereft of your mother?' So I hoisted it up onto him and he set out running and I ran with him.

When he reached her, he put those things down. He took out some of the wheat and said to her, 'Prepare it for me and I will cook it for you.' He started blowing beneath the pot and I saw the smoke coming out through his beard. He cooked it for her, and brought it to her, and said, 'Bring me something.' So she brought him a vessel and he poured it into it, then said, 'Feed them and I will spread it out (to cool down) for them.'

He stayed until they had eaten their fill, and he left the leftover food with her. He got up, and I got up with him, and she started to say, 'May Allah reward you with good; you are more suited to be the caliph than Ameer al-Mu'mineen.'

He said, 'Say something good, and if you go to the Ameer al-Mu'mineen, you will find me there insha'Allah - Allah willing."

Then he walked some distance away from her, then turned to face them again and waited a while. I said to him, 'Is there anything else?' but he did not answer me, until I saw the boys wrestling then falling asleep, having calmed down.

Then he stood up and said, 'Praise be to Allah, the Exalted, the Almighty.' Then he turned to me and said, 'O' Aslam, hunger kept them awake and made them cry; I did not want to leave until I saw what I saw.'"

In a capitalist society the leaders don't care about their subjects.

- They use the IMF and the World Bank,
- to bankrupt their economies and trash other currencies.

When they lend money, they charge very high interest-rates
- It will take many generations to pay it off.
- 1 million dollars in Tanzania is equal to 1 US dollar.
- Their currencies have been trashed.

- the multi-corporations massage their figures to look bigger than they are,
- because they want you to buy shares in their companies.
- you think you have shares in the company, but you have nothing.
- They massage their figures so they appear to be a "blue-chip" company,
- So it looks like they will never go bust.

- The blue chip companies don't go under ; Microsoft, Shell Oil,  etc.
- WorldCom did it; the founder of this company is rotting in jail.

When you study economics in the west, there is a topic called 'invisible assets'
- how can you go to the stock market and sell things you don't have.
- "I think I will have this product to sell to you in 6 months".

It is haraam to sell a horse that broke out of the stable and is on the run.
- There is no such thing in Islam called invisible assets.
- A lot of these shares that are being sold in the stock markets; in reality don't exist.
- People lose their life savings buying shares that don't exist.

- The Capitalists practice forceful takeover of companies that are a threat to the economic well being
- They call these bullies  SHARKS, signifying their actions on smaller companies

- Capitalist firms dump toxic waste in the land and in the sea
- It is not sustainable.

Evil (sins and disobedience of Allah, etc.) has appeared on land and sea because of what the hands of men have earned (by oppression and evil deeds, etc.), that Allah may make them taste a part of that which they have done, in order that they may return (by repenting to Allah, and begging His Pardon). (Ar-Rum 30:41)

- The factories have polluted the environment with their selfish actions
- They don't care about the environment.

The Capitalist is so greedy he is doing his best to destroy Allah's earth.

Mischief has appeared on land and sea because of (the meed) that the hands of men have earned, that (Allah) may give them a taste of some of their deeds: in order that they may turn back (from Evil). Corruption has appeared in the land and the sea for what mankind's hands have earned, that He may make them taste some (part) of that which they have done, that possibly they would return. (Dr. Ghali)

A capitalist is an economic animal, who worships his belly and his private parts.
- They watch your bank account, when you get rich;
- they write you several letters, to join the Free-Masons.
- The letters get more and more threatening.
- They destroy your business if you don't join the free-masons.

- while they tax the middle class and working classes mercilessly.
- It is all about protecting their Free-Masonic friends.

If you work as an accountant, doctor, nurse;
- they draw a lot of money out of your salary for tax.
- But huge corporations get a tax rebates, and tax breaks.
- They tax them a small amount of money.

- When companies were going bust;
- the fat cats were doubling their salaries while making others redundant.

They are Free-Masons and they hate poor people.
- They were rubbing salt in the wounds of these poor people.
- This is what triggered of the wall street march.

Whenever America sneezes the rest of the world catches the flu.
- When people saw the marches, it spread to a thousand cities around the world.
- Because the capitalists are the same all over the world,
- they look down on poor people.

- Capitalism is not sustainable.
- The people are going to say; "enough is enough",
- then there shall be anarchy.

The March in Wall Street movement is just the tip of the ice berg.

- A capitalist goes to bed thinking about how to replace his workers with machines.
- The machine doesn't go to the toilet, get pregnant - take maternity leave, get sick.

To replace humans with machines;
- it will create many un-employed people.

Shaikh as a child - people serve gas/petrol at the station.

When Shaikh went to the UK,
- people serve themselves.
- The machine is used to replace the workers, self-serve

The capitalist says it is better for people not to serve petrol, or the petrol price will go up.

They say they did the people a favour.
- Any time the capitalist replaces the workers with machines,
- they say they can now drop the price of the commodity.
- Every capitalist would like to replace his human workers with machines.

1) By any means necessary.

- I want to get rich, even if I pimp my own mother.

2) The end justifies the means.
- These mottos are quite similar.
- They found broken glass in Heinz baby food,
- Mothers rushed their babies to the hospital.
- A rival company introduced a product to knock them out of competition.

- If you have a store selling clothes, a capitalist will pay someone to burn down your store.
- If a man has a company that replaces windscreens or glass on phone boxes,
- he will pay someone to break the glass so he can fix it.

3) Business is business.
- "I am an economic animal, I have no mercy in my heart"
- There is no such thing as mercy and compassion.

4) Competition is untenable.

When you see two mega companies merging;
- it is to monopolise the market, and squeeze the small companies out of business.
- They want to create a mega-company.
- Competition is not acceptable.

Privatisation has good sides and bad sides.
- If you privatise the prison service, the prison will ask the police to lock up innocent people.
- The more prisoners they have is better for business.
- The pharmaceutical companies have agreements with food companies;
- to put certain ingredients in the food for people to suffer illnesses.

In a capitalist society mental depression is rife.
- because the people have become economic animals, living for their bellies and their private parts.

- If a man has a company that replaces windscreens or glass on phone
- He will send someone to break glass, so he can fix it and make business

The Prophet said: The man who worships dinar and dirham..

Abu Hurairah (RA) reported: The Prophet (SAW) said, "May he be miserable, the worshipper of the dinar and dirham, and the worshipper of the striped silk cloak. If he is given anything, he is satisfied; but if not, he is unsatisfied." [Sahih Bukhari (4/34) No. 2886]

- When the worshipper of dinar and dirham can't become successful he suffers from depression.

- Striped silk cloak = designer clothing.
- Expect alcohol and drug abuse to be rife.
- These hallucinogenic drugs are used for escapism.

- Money, technology and pleasures of the flesh.
- For example, if there should be a new play station on the market,
- people will line up from fajr time to be the first to buy it.

- They can't continue the way they are going, because...

REASON 1 - It is based on Riba, and Allah has cursed riba.

- Anything that Allah cursed is not sustainable.

Allah said:

Allah will destroy Ribā (usury) and will give increase for Sadaqāt (deeds of charity, alms, etc.) And Allah likes not the disbelievers, sinners. (Al-Baqarah 2:276)

REASON 2: - It is based upon greed, selfishness;

- There will be a war between the haves and the have-nots,
- because a hungry man is an angry man.

REASON 3 - Capitalism is based on deception;

- you can fool some people some of the time, but you can't fool all the people all the time.

REASON 4 - Capitalism is based on Exploitation and Snobbery;

- it is based on exploitation and snobbery and people don’t like to be used, misused, abused and then refused
- people don't like to be used, mis-used, abused and then refused.

- That's why you have the march on Wall Street;
- people will make anarchy, they will say "enough is enough".

- People are marching against the free-masons.
- This is the beginning of the end of capitalism.
- It is the melt-down of capitalism.
- because people see the free-masons as human devils, they now see them as they really are.
