(MOSES WITH THE PHARAOH)

DARS THREE

After serving as a shepherd, Musa (AS) had an urge to go back to Egypt.

He himself didn't understand why he had that urge.

He killed a man and he was a fugitive.

Was his urge to see his mother, to see Harun (AS) or to see his adopted mother who was the wife of the pharaoh?

Moses (AS) told his wife lets journey to Egypt.

His wife told him that there are 1000 dangers in departing to Egypt that haven't revealed themselves to Moses (AS).

She was not keen on going but she obeyed her husband.

Moses (AS) journeyed until he came to Sinai, he came to Tur.

When he came to a valley, he saw a burning bush.

Allah (SWT) spoke about this in Surah 27:7-9.

(Remember) when Musa (Moses) said to his household: "Verily! I have seen a fire, I will bring you from there some information, or I will bring you a burning brand, that you may warm yourselves." But when he came to it, he was called: "Blessed is whosoever is in the fire, and whosoever is round about it! And glorified be Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). "O Musa (Moses)! Verily! It is I, Allah, the All-Mighty, and the All-Wise.

(An-Naml 27:7-9)

Musa (AS) heard a thundering voice speaking to him.

Allah spoke about this meeting in Surah 79:15-17.

Has there come to you the story of Musa (Moses)? When his Lord called him in the sacred valley of Tuwa, Go to Fir'aun (Pharaoh), verily, he has transgressed all bounds (in crimes, sins, polytheism, disbelief, etc.).

(An-Nazi'at 79:15-17)

The sacred valley of Tuwa is located in the vicinity of Sinai.

Allah (SWT) asked Musa (AS) what is in his right hand.

Musa (AS) said it is his rod that he uses to pull down branches for his sheep, he uses it to lean on and for other uses.

When Allah (SWT) asked what is in Musa's (AS) right hand, it was to prepare him for a miracle to come.

The miracle is found in Surah 27:10-12.

"And throw down your stick!" But when he saw it moving as if it were a snake, he turned in flight, and did not look back. (It was said): "O Musa (Moses)! Fear not, verily! The Messengers fear not in front of Me." Except him who has done wrong and afterwards has changed evil for good, then surely, I am Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. "And put your hand into your bosom, it will come forth white without hurt. (These are) among the nine signs, (you will take) to Fir'aun (Pharaoh) and his people, they are a people who are the Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah).

(An-Naml 27:10-12)

When Moses (AS) said he uses his rod for other things, it means he used it for self defence.

The rod is among the nine signs.

Musa (AS) was right handed and so was the Prophet Muhammad (SAWS).

The evidence that the Prophet (SAWS) was right handed is Surah 29:48.

Neither did you (O Muhammad SAW) read any book before it (this Qur'an), nor did you write any book (whatsoever) with your right hand. In that case, indeed, the followers of falsehood might have doubted.

(Al-'Ankabut 29:48)

Allah (SWT) spoke to Musa (AS) in the sacred valley of Tuwa.

His rod turned into a snake and he turned away and ran.

This means the prophet hood of Musa (AS) had begun.

Allah (SWT) blessed him with the miracle of the rod and the miracle of the white hand.

Those miracles were among the nine signs.

Some prophets were given one miracle like Saleh (AS); he was given the miracle of the she-camel.

"O Musa (Moses)! Verily! It is I, Allah, the All-Mighty, the All-Wise." And throw down your stick!" But when he saw it moving as if it were a snake, he turned in flight, and did not look back. (It was said) : "O Musa (Moses)! Fear not, verily! The Messengers fear not in front of Me. "Except him who has done wrong and afterwards has changed evil for good, then surely, I am Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

(An-Naml 27:9-11)

But Allah (SWT) gave Musa 9 signs.

If you fear a tyrant, you are not a hypocrite.

If you fear going to Guantanomo Bay, you are not a hypocrite.

They said: "Our Lord! Verily! We fear lest he should hasten to punish us or lest he should transgress (all bounds against us)."

(Ta-Ha 20:45)

When Allah (SWT) sent Musa (AS) to the pharaoh, Musa (AS) feared.

When Allah (SWT) sent Musa (AS) to the pharaoh, he made a famous dua.

In spite of Moses (AS) being a prophet, he feared the tyranny of the Pharaoh.

The famous dua of Musa can be found in Surah 20:25-36.

[Musa (Moses)] said: "O my Lord! Open for me my chest (grant me self-confidence, contentment, and boldness). "And ease my task for me; "And make loose the knot (the defect) from my tongue, (i.e. remove the incorrectness from my speech) [That occurred as a result of a brand of fire which Musa (Moses) put in his mouth when he was an infant]. [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 16, Page 159].

(Ta-Ha 20: 25-27)

"That they understand my speech, "And appoint for me a helper from my family, "Harun (Aaron), my brother; "Increase my strength with him, And let him share my task (of conveying Allah's Message and Prophet hood), "That we may glorify You much, "And remember You much, "Verily! You are of us Ever a Well-Seer." Allah said: "You are granted your request, O Musa (Moses)!

(Ta-Ha 20:28-36)

Musa (AS) arrived in Egypt and started to call to Tawheed

He began his dawah with Tawheed, not fiqh.

He approached the pharaoh and the pharaoh asked him what he wants.

He said he is in Egypt to call him to Tawheed and for the children of Israel to be set free.

The Pharaoh's attitude was 'are you for real?'

Musa (AS) said they are Allah's slaves and not your slaves so set them free.

The Pharaoh went in to a sarcastically mode.

He said, "aren't you Musa?" Musa (AS) replied that he is.

The pharaoh said isn't you the one who washed up outside my palace in a basket.

The kuffar will always try to use your past against you.

[Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] said [to Musa (Moses)]: "Did we not bring you up among us as a child? And you did dwell many years of your life with us." And you did your deed, which you did (i.e. the crime of killing a man). And you are one of the ingrates."

(Ash-Shu'ara 26:18-19)

The Pharaoh even accused Musa (AS) of being ungrateful.

He even used the speech impediment of Musa (AS) as an argument against him.

When you are giving dawah, if you have a speech impediment the kaafirs will use it against you.

And Fir'aun (Pharaoh) proclaimed among his people, saying: "O my people! Is not mine the dominion of Egypt, and these rivers flowing underneath me. See you not then?" Am I not better than this one [Musa (Moses)], who is Mahin [has no honour nor any respect, and is weak and despicable] and can scarcely express himself clearly?

(Az-Zukhruf 43:51-52)

When you are giving dawah, the kaafirs will always use whatever weaknesses you have against you.

They even highlight your physical disabilities.

The Pharaoh did that to Musa (AS).

After reminding Musa (AS) about his past - adopting him and giving him food, clothing and shelter, the pharaoh went to a the sarcastic mode.

After that, he went to the threatening mode.

The pharaoh said if he finds out Musa (AS) is worshipping a god besides him, he is going to dump Moses (AS) in prison and throw away the key.

Fir'aun (Pharaoh) said: "If you choose an ilah (god) other than me, I will certainly put you among the prisoners."

(Ash-Shu'ara 26:29)

The punishment then for worshipping a god besides pharaoh was life imprisonment.

The taghoot has a god complex.

Musa (AS) asked what if I can bring you clear proofs/signs.

The pharaoh asked for the proof.

Musa (AS) threw his rod and it was serpent. He drew out his right hand and it was white.

The Pharaoh accused Prophet Musa (AS) of doing black magic.

Musa (Moses) said: "Even if I bring you something manifest (and convincing)? "Fir'aun (Pharaoh) said: "Bring it forth then, if you are of the truthful! So [Musa (Moses)] threw his stick, and behold, it was a serpent, manifest. And he drew out his hand, and behold, it was white to all beholders!

(Ash-Shu'ara 26:30-33)

He accused the Prophet of Allah (SWT) of being a saahir (magician).

A saahir is a kaafir.

The Prophet (SAWS) said the punishment for the saahir is one strike of the sword.

Jundub (RA) reported that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “The hadd (prescribed punishment) for the practitioner of magic is a blow with the sword (i.e., execution)"

[Sunan Tirmidhi (4/60) No. 1460, Sunan al-Daraqutni (4/120) No. 3204, Mustadrak al-Haakim (4/401) No. 8073, al-Sunan al-Kabir al-Bayhaqi (8/234) No. 16500, al-Mu'jam al-Kabir al-Tabarani (2/161) No. 1665]

When the Pharaoh was telling Musa (AS) that, he killed a man and that he was a fugitive, Musa (AS) said that he killed the man by accident, he wasn't a prophet yet and he ran away out of fear of reprisal.

Musa (Moses) said: "I did it then, when I was an ignorant (as regards my Lord and His Message). So I fled from you when I feared you. But my Lord has granted me Hukman (i.e. religious knowledge, right judgement of the affairs and Prophet hood), and appointed me as one of the Messengers.

(Ash-Shu'ara 26:20-21)

When Musa (AS) said what if I bring evidence, the pharaoh said bring it on.

When the pharaoh saw Musa's (AS) rod turn into a serpent and his hand turn white, he accused Musa (AS) of being a magician.

The Pharaoh panicked and gathered his people to declare himself as their lord the most high.

He panicked because he felt his power slipping away.

Then [Musa (Moses)] showed him the great sign (miracles). But [Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] belied and disobeyed; Then he turned his back, striving hard (against Allah). Then he gathered his people and cried aloud, Saying: "I am your lord, most high",

(An-Nazi'at 79:20-24)

The Pharaoh made a claim that not even Iblis made.

The news spread like wildfire all over Egypt that Musa (AS) the adopted son of pharaoh is back as a Prophet and he has come with miracles.

The Pharaoh said we have magicians as well and he said that he is going to challenge Musa's (AS) magic to expose him as a liar, a fake and a fraud.

He wanted 70 of the most intelligent magicians to challenge Moses (AS).

Musa (AS) fixed the date of the competition.

[Musa (Moses)] said: "Your appointed meeting is the day of the festival, and let the people assemble when the sun has risen (forenoon)."

(Ta-Ha 20:59)

Musa (AS) fixed the date because he knew the fiqh ul waqi of Egypt; that day was a day of festival. It was like Christmas then.

Musa (AS) knew the fiqh ul waqi of Egypt because he grew up in Egypt as the adopted son of the Pharaoh.

News spread like wildfire that the adopted son of the Pharaoh has come back to challenge the authority of the Pharaoh and that he has come with miracles.

People from all walks of life in Egypt gathered to witness the showdown.

The people knew Musa (AS) was found in a basket, was the adopted son of the pharaoh and was a fugitive after killing an Egyptian with one blow.

Before the competition started, Musa (AS) gave a speech to the magicians and he told them to fear Allah (SWT) and not to lie to the people and deceive them.

Allah (SWT) spoke about this in Surah 20:61.

Musa (Moses) said to them: "Woe unto you! Invent not a lie against Allah, lest He should destroy you completely by a torment. And surely, he who invents a lie (against Allah) will fail miserably."

(Ta-Ha 20:61)

The Pharaoh promised the magicians a lot of wealth if they can defeat Musa (AS).

Musa (AS) is saying he is coming with miracles from Allah (SWT); the Pharaoh is saying its not miracles, it's magic.

The magicians were drawn to challenge Musa (AS) because they could not resist the wealth, fame and status.

How can magic defeat miracle?

These are miracles of Allah (SWT).

When they came forward, the magicians brought sticks and ropes.

Moses (AS) told them to throw down their sticks and ropes first.

They turned into serpents but they weren't real; they were optical illusions.

Musa (AS) threw his rod and it became a giant serpent.

His serpent ate up all their sticks and ropes.

When the magicians saw that, they said they believe in the God of Musa (AS) and Harun (AS).

They did not hesitate to believe.

Allah (SWT) spoke about it in Surah 20:69-73.

"And throw that which is in your right hand! It will swallow up that which they have made. That which they have made is only a magician's trick, and the magician will never be successful, no matter whatever amount (of skill) he may attain." So the magicians fell down prostrate. They said: "We believe in the Lord of Harun (Aaron) and Musa (Moses)."

(Ta-Ha 20:69-70)

[Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] said: "Believe you in him [Musa (Moses)] before I give you permission? Verily! He is your chief who taught you magic. So I will surely cut off your hands and feet on opposite sides, and I will surely crucify you on the trunks of date-palms, and you shall surely know which of us [I (Fir'aun Pharaoh) or the Lord of Musa (Moses) (Allah)] can give the severe and more lasting torment." They said: "We prefer you not over the clear signs that have come to us, and to Him (Allah) Who created us. So decree whatever you desire to decree, for you can only decree (regarding) this life of the world. "Verily! We have believed in our Lord, that He may forgive us our faults, and the magic to which you did compel us. And Allah is better as regards reward in comparison to your [Fir'aun's (Pharaoh)] reward, and more lasting (as regards punishment in comparison to your punishment)."

(Ta-Ha 20:71-73)

The Pharaoh was so tyrannical; he would kill you just for believing in Allah (SWT).

The Pharaoh said Musa (AS) and the magicians plotted to topple him.

He said he would crucify the magicians.

The pharaoh was the first to start crucifying people.

The Pharaoh was promising the magicians wealth but Allah's (SWT) reward is everlasting Paradise.

The Pharaoh was threatening the magicians with crucifying them but Allah's (SWT) punishment is eternal Hellfire.

The pharaoh crucified the magicians for believing.

The Pharaoh also believed after seeing the miracles of Musa (AS).

And they belied them (those Ayat) wrongfully and arrogantly, though their ownselves were convinced thereof [i.e. those (Ayat) are from Allah, and Musa (Moses) is the Messenger of Allah in truth, but they disliked to obey Musa (Moses), and hated to believe in his Message of Monotheism]. So see what was the end of the Mufsidun (disbelievers, disobedient to Allah, evildoers, liars.).

(An-Naml 27:14)

LESSONS FROM THE STORY OF MUSA AND THE PHARAOH

LESSON # 43: MUSA (AS) HAD AN URGE TO GO BACK TO EGYPT BECAUSE HE WAS INSPIRED

He was inspired by Allah (SWT) to go back to Egypt.

He himself did not know why he had the urge.

LESSON # 44: HE HAD AN OBEDIENT WIFE

His wife said there are 1000 reasons why Musa (AS) should not go back to Egypt which Allah (SWT) has not revealed yet.

She still went along with the idea because she was an obedient wife.

LESSON # 45: ALLAH SPOKE TO MUSA (AS) FROM BEHIND A VEIL

Allah (SWT) honoured Musa (AS) by speaking to him.

Those Messengers! We preferred some to others; to some of them Allah spoke (directly); others He raised to degrees (of honour); and to 'Iesa (Jesus), the son of Maryam (Mary), We gave clear proofs and evidences, and supported him with Ruh-ul-Qudus [Jibrael (Gabriel)]. If Allah had willed, succeeding generations would not have fought against each other, after clear Verses of Allah had come to them, but they differed - some of them believed and others disbelieved. If Allah had willed, they would not have fought against one another, but Allah does what He likes.

(Al-Baqarah 2:253)

LESSON # 46: ALLAH ASKED MUSA (AS) A RHETORICAL QUESTION: WHAT IS THAT IN YOUR RIGHT HAND?

Musa (AS) said it is his rod.

Allah (SWT) knew it was his rod but Allah (SWT) was preparing him for the miracle to come.

The rod was going to turn in to a snake.

The rod is a sign.

LESSON # 47: IT IS YOUR NATURAL INSTINCT TO FEAR SNAKES

When the rod turned in to a snake, Musa (AS) ran away and didn't even look back.

"And throw down your stick!" But when he saw it moving as if it were a snake, he turned in flight, and did not look back. (It was said) : "O Musa (Moses)! Fear not, verily! The Messengers fear not in front of Me.

(An-Naml 27:10)

He was so terrified and petrified that he didn't look back because it is your natural instinct to fear snakes.

LESSON # 48: ALLAH (SWT) BLESSED PROPHETS WITH MIRACLES AND THEY ARE USED AS EVIDENCE AGAINST THEIR ENEMIES

The miracle of (Yunus AS) Jonah was that he was in the belly of the whale.

Who else can survive 7 days in the belly of a whale?

The miracle of Saleh was the she-camel, which could provide for a whole city.

The rod was the miracle of Musa (AS).

LESSON # 49: ALLAH TOLD MUSA (AS) TO BE GENTLE WITH THE PHARAOH EVEN THOUGH HE WAS THE WORST KAAFIR UNDER THE HEAVENS

"And speak to him mildly, perhaps he may accept admonition or fear Allah."

(Ta-Ha 20:44)

The Pharaoh cannot say that Musa (AS) wasn't gentle with him.

He has no excuse to die as a kaafir because Musa (AS) was gentle with him.

LESSON # 50: MUSA (AS) FEARED THE PHARAOH

They said: "Our Lord! Verily! We fear lest he should hasten to punish us or lest he should transgress (all bounds against us)."

(Ta-Ha 20:45)

If you fear the tyranny of the British or the Americans or you fear going to Guantanamo Bay, you are not a hypocrite.

Even Musa (AS) feared the tyranny of the Pharaoh.

Musa (AS) was a Prophet.

LESSON # 51: PEOPLE USE MAGIC AS ENTERTAINMENT AND USED IT TO DECEIVE PEOPLE IN TO THINKING THEY HAVE POWERS THAT BELONG ONLY TO ALLAH (SWT)

They are competing with Allah's 99 names and attributes.

Because of this, the Prophet (SAWS) said the punishment for the magician is his neck.

When Umar (RA) was the caliph, he wrote letters instructing to hunt down magicians and to chop of their heads.

Bajaalah (RA) said: “Umar ibn al-Khattaab (RA) wrote to us commanding us to kill every sorcerer, male or female.”

[Musnad Ahmad (1/190) No. 1657, Sunan Abu Dawud (3/168 No. 3043, al-Sunan al-Kabir al-Bayhaqi (9/318 No. 18652]

LESSON # 52: MUSA (AS) KNEW THE FIQH UL WAQI OF EGYPT; THIS IS WHY HE FIXED THE DATE OF THE COMPETITION

[Musa (Moses)] said: "Your appointed meeting is the day of the festival, and let the people assemble when the sun has risen (forenoon)."

(Ta-Ha 20:59)

He chose that date because he knew the fiqh ul waqi of Egypt.

LESSON # 53: MUSA (AS) GAVE THE DAWAH BEFORE THE COMPETITION BEGAN AND WARNED THE MAGICIANS

He told them not to hide the haq from the people.

Don't use magic to deceive the people and to keep in them in kufr and shirk.

The magicians took heed of the dawah of Musa and they became martyrs.

Musa (Moses) said to them: "Woe unto you! Invent not a lie against Allah, lest He should destroy you completely by a torment. And surely, he who invents a lie (against Allah) will fail miserably."

(Ta-Ha 20:61)

LESSON # 54: THE PHARAOH TRIED TO USE THE PAST OF MUSA AGAINST HIM

Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] said [to Musa (Moses)]: "Did we not bring you up among us as a child? And you did dwell many years of your life with us. "And you did your deed, which you did (i.e. the crime of killing a man). And you are one of the ingrates."

(Ash-Shu'ara 26:18-19)

Musa
(AS) was found in a basket, he was adopted by the pharaoh, and the pharaoh gave him food, clothing and shelter

Musa (AS) killed an Egyptian and was a fugitive and now he's coming back to challenge the pharaoh's authority.

LESSON # 55: THE PHARAOH WAS SO DESPERATE HE USED THE SPEECH IMPEDIMENT OF MUSA (AS) AGAINST HIM

And Fir'aun (Pharaoh) proclaimed among his people, saying: "O my people! Is not mine the dominion of Egypt, and these rivers flowing underneath me. See you not then? "Am I not better than this one [Musa (Moses)], who is Mahin [has no honour nor any respect, and is weak and despicable] and can scarcely express himself clearly?

(Az-Zukhruf 43:51-52)

The Pharaoh knew all the weaknesses of Musa (AS) because he was his adopted son.

The situation of the Pharaoh was so pitiful, appalling and pathetic.

If you can't speak properly or spell correctly and you give dawah, people will use these weaknesses against you.

They will use your past against you.

If you give dawah and you used to sleep with girls when you were in university, the newspapers will interview these girls to destroy you.

The Qur'an is the greatest book but you can't appreciate it until someone gives you the tafseer of the Qur'an.

LESSON # 56: THE PHARAOH HAD A GOD COMPLEX

Then he gathered his people and cried aloud, Saying: "I am your lord, most high",

(An-Nazi'at 79:23-24)

He had multiple personality disorders: schizophrenia, megalomania, narcissism and he was paranoid

LESSON # 57: THE TAGHOOT USE PRISON TO SILENCE THEIR ENEMIES

If Edward Snowden goes back to America, they are going to lock him up in prison and throw away the key.

If Julian Assange leaves the Ecuadorian embassy, he is going to be locked up in prison.

Fir'aun (Pharaoh) said: "If you choose an ilah (god) other than me, I will certainly put you among the prisoners."

(Ash-Shu'ara 26:29)

The law in Egypt back then was that if you were found worshipping a god other than him, you would get life imprisonment.

The blind sheikh Omar Abdur Rahman didn't do anything. His lawyer cried and said he hasn't done anything but he is going to prison for the rest of his life.

When you study the Pharaoh, you understand the taghoot today.

There is no difference.

The kuffar of Europe and America are so evil, even the shaitaan is embarrassed of them.

LESSON # 58: THE KUFFAAR LIKE TO CALL PEOPLE MAD

They like to section people off as being mad.

How can you call a prophet of Allah (SWT) mad?

Fir'aun (Pharaoh) said: "Verily, your Messenger who has been sent to you is a madman!"

(Ash-Shu'ara 26:27)

If you insult a prophet, you insult Allah (SWT).

The kuffar of Europe use cartoons to insult Muhammad (SAWS).

LESSON # 59: TWO PROPHETS WERE ON EARTH SIMULTANEOUSLY: MUSA (AS) AND HARUN

When Muhammad (SAWS) was on earth, no prophet was on earth with him.

"And appoint for me a helper from my family, "Harun (Aaron), my brother; "Increase my strength with him, "And let him share my task (of conveying Allah's Message and Prophet hood),

(Ta-Ha 20:29-32)

LESSON # 60: THE PHARAOH WAS WORSE THAN IBLIS BECAUSE HE CLAIMED TO BE LORD OF THE WORLDS

Iblis never made such a claim; the Pharaoh was worse than Iblis.

Then he gathered his people and cried aloud, Saying: "I am your lord, most high",

(An-Nazi'at 79:23-24)

When Iblis was flung down to earth, he said, 'my Lord grant me respite'.

[Iblis (Satan)] said: "O my Lord! Give me then respite till the Day they (the dead) will be resurrected."

(Al-Hijr 15:36)

Iblis never claimed to be Allah (SWT). He acknowledged Allah (SWT) as his Lord.

LESSON # 61: THE MAGICIANS OF THE PHARAOH WERE SINCERE

When they saw the truth, they accepted it.

They refused to apostate even when the Pharaoh said he is going to crucify them.

They said the Pharaoh's punishment is only in the dunya but Allah's (SWT) punishment is the hellfire and it is everlasting.

They rather die than apostate.

So the magicians fell down prostrate. They said: "We believe in the Lord of Harun (Aaron) and Musa (Moses)." [Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] said: "Believe you in him [Musa (Moses)] before I give you permission? Verily! He is your chief who taught you magic. So I will surely cut off your hands and feet on opposite sides, and I will surely crucify you on the trunks of date-palms, and you shall surely know which of us [I (Fir'aun Pharaoh) or the Lord of Musa (Moses) (Allah)] can give the severe and more lasting torment."

(Ta-Ha 20:70-71)

They said: "We prefer you not over the clear signs that have come to us, and to Him (Allah) Who created us.

(Ta-Ha 20:72-73)

They were sincere; when they saw the haq, they didn't refuse it.

The scholars of Islam say the Pharaoh started the practice of crucifying people.

The Pharaoh is a nasty piece of work.

LESSON # 62: YOU CANNOT USE THE EXCUSE OF IKRAAH (DURESS) TO OBEY TYRANTS

Ikraah means you were forced to do what you did.

The soldiers of Hitler said they were under compulsion from Hitler and that they were obeying orders.

Their plea was not accepted and they were dumped in prison.

"Verily! We have believed in our Lord, that He may forgive us our faults, and the magic to which you did compel us. And Allah is better as regards reward in comparison to your [Fir'aun's (Pharaoh)] reward, and more lasting (as regards punishment in comparison to your punishment)."

(Ta-Ha 20:73)

The magicians said the Pharaoh forced them to do magic but enough is enough.

They decided not to continue on that path.

They saw the sign of Musa (AS) and decided they were going to die as Muslims.

Migrate from the land. Don't obey the tyrant.

Verily! As for those whom the angels take (in death) while they are wronging themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though emigration was obligatory for them), they (angels) say (to them) : "In what (condition) were you?" They reply: "We were weak and oppressed on earth." They (angels) say: "Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?" Such men will find their abode in Hell - What an evil destination!

(An-Nisa 4:97)

If you live amongst the kuffar, they will force you to apostate.

They are going to give you a test and you have to write on the test paper to be gay is normal

If you don't put that, you fail the test.

The white man is a dictator; he is going to force you to apostate.

The kaafir of Europe is a shaitaan and he wants you to be a shaitaan like him.

LESSON # 63: THE PHARAOH AND HIS MEN BELIEVED IN THEIR HEARTS BUT THEY DIED AS KUFFAR BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T EMBRACE THE TRUTH OUTWARDLY

There are millions of kuffar like this.

They did not take their shahada.

He couldn't testify to the truth because of the pride in is heart.

To believe in your heart is not enough, because the pharaoh believed in it in his heart.

If you want to be a Muslim, you have to believe in your heart, testify with your tongue and implement with you limbs.

Iman is of 3 dimensions: heart, tongue and limbs.

There are millions of kuffar who believe in their hearts that Islam is the truth, yet they are kuffar because they didn't testify it with their tongue or implement it with their limbs.

Don't be a murji.

I told people in South Africa that there is no such thing as a non-practicing Muslim.

A lot of people left the masjid grumbling.

They have people who aren't practicing in their families and they don't want to hear the truth.

If you were sincere, you would desire to hear the truth.

The Prophet (SAWS) had prisoners of war and they started to take their shahada. The sahabas were concerned. How do they know their shahada is real?

Allah (SWT) revealed Surah 9:11.

But if they repent, perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat) and give Zakat, then they are your brethren in religion. (In this way) We explain the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) in detail for a people who know.

(At-Tawbah 9:11)

THE STORY OF PROPHET
MUSA (AS) AND QAROUN

15 JAN 2014 / 14 RABI AL AWWAL 1435 HIJRI

Noted By Khmer Muslim

DARS FOUR

After the competition that took place between the magicians and Musa (AS), it was clear to everyone that was present that he won the competition.

It was Musa (AS) that set the date for the competition because he knew the Fiqh al Waqi' of Egypt.

The Pharaoh accused those who accepted Islam of conspiring to topple him so he was enraged and he crucified all 70 magicians, saying they conspired with Musa (AS) against him.

All 70 magicians died as shaheed

In those days, magicians were very important because the Pharaoh used magicians to claim that he had supernatural powers.

In our time, who are important to the Kafir systems? Sociologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and this is if you are living in a secular society like Europe and America.

The new Magicians are; in a Muslim society, the "magicians" there would be the scholars of the palace.

For example a person like Saleh al Fawzan, he is the new magician of the pharaoh, because he passed fatawa for the king, his allegiance is not to Allah (SWT), or to Islam, but to the king, they are called scholars of the palace.

So every wicked scholar of today are called "magicians of the Pharaoh"

Abu Dhar said, "I was with the Prophet (SAW) one day and I heard him saying: "There is something I fear for my Ummah than the Dajjal." It was then that I became afraid, so I said: "Oh Rasool Allah! Which thing is that?" He (SAW) said; "Misguided and astray scholars."

[Musnad Ahmad (5/145) No. 21334 and 21335]

The Madkhali (singular) Madakhila (plural) are the scholars of the palace but the magicians of the pharaoh were better than them because when they saw the truth they accepted Islam.

"we don't care if you kill us we are going to embrace the religion of Musa and Harun" they were sincere because when they saw the Haqq they embraced it.

But the wicked scholars, people like Tahir Qadri, Hamza Yusuf, Tariq Ramadan (democracy is shirk akbar) Hisham Kabani, Nazim al Haqqani, Saleh al Fawzan

They will never recant from their kufr if you go on youtube you will see people making Sajada (prostrating) to Tahir Qadri,  who claims the mujahedeen are "terrorists" he has no al wala wal bara because he is a Sufi

The kuffaar call the Sufis their natural allies.

The Rand foundation, which is the think tank of the kufaar, said so.

A 2007 report by the Rand Corp., a U.S. think tank, advised Western governments to
"Harness" Sufism, saying its adherents were "natural allies of the West." Read more: http://www.time.com/time/world/article/0,8599,1912091,00.html

A Madkhali is a Jew,

A Sufi is a Christian

A Shia is a Zoroastrian

A Barelvi is a Hindu

When the Pharaoh lost the competition he summoned for a crisis meeting, because Musa (AS) and Harun (AS) were still in Egypt and wielding their influence

Then the household of Fir'aun (Pharaoh) picked him up, that he might become for them an enemy and a (cause of) grief. Verily! Fir'aun (Pharaoh), Haman and their hosts were sinners.

(Al-Qasas 28:8)

He asked his right hand man Haman "I have been telling the people I am god, am I a liar"

Haman responded, "How dare they think the pharaoh is a liar"

Pharaoh said "but I am telling the Egyptians I am the only god, now Musa (AS) is telling them there is God above the heavens"

Haman said "Musa (AS) is the liar" he was massaging the ego of the pharaoh When you are in power they will tell you what you want to hear.

Haman was a spineless hypocrite, one of the characteristics of such is they never tell the truth they only say what you want to hear.

The pharaoh wasn't totally convinced about what Haman was saying, he believed Musa (AS) not Haman.

So see what was the end of the Mufsidun (disbelievers, disobedient to Allah, evil-doers, liars.).

(An-Naml 27:14)

But he didn't recant and follow Musa (AS) because his pride didn't allow him to admit that Musa (AS) brought the truth to Egypt

Pride is a dangerous thing, don't under estimate it.

It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah b. Mas'ud that the Apostle of Allah (SAW), observed: He who has in his heart the weight of a mustard seed of pride shall not enter Paradise. A person (amongst his hearers) said: Verily a person loves that his dress should be fine, and his shoes should be fine. He (the Holy Prophet) remarked: Verily, Allah is Graceful and He loves Grace. Pride is disdaining the truth (out of self-conceit) and contempt for the people.

[Sahih Muslim (1/93) No. 91]

The Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said, “Allah the Almighty said, ‘Pride is My cloak and greatness is My robe, and he who competes with Me in respect of either of them, I shall cast into the Hell Fire.’”

[Sunan Abu Dawud - Classed as Sahih by Shaykh al-Albaani]

It is incumbent for you to teach the Haqq from the beginning because when a man is 50, 60, 70, pride will cause him to reject the truth.

So see what was the end of the Mufsidun (disbelievers, disobedient to Allah, evil-doers, liars.).

(An-Naml 27:14)

In the meeting, the pharaoh said to his right hand man, "build a tower for me to look at Allah (SWT)"

And Fir'aun (Pharaoh) said: "O Haman! Build me a tower that I may arrive at the ways, "The ways of the heavens, and I may look upon the Ilah (God) of Musa (Moses) but verily, I think him to be a liar." Thus it was made fair-seeming, in Fir'aun's (Pharaoh) eyes, the evil of his deeds, and he was hindered from the (Right) Path, and the plot of Fir'aun (Pharaoh) led to nothing but loss and destruction (for him).

(Ghafir 40:36-37)

The law of physics would never allow such a tall tower, when you believe in your heart that Islam is the truth, that is only one aspect of Iman.

Iman is heart, tongue and limbs

Believe with your heart, testify with your tongue, implement with your limbs, then you are a believer

When pharaoh asked Haman to build the tower, he said "this is the first time I will disobey you, because there is no god except you"

Many scholars said if it wasn't for Haman the pharaoh would have accepted Islam

LESSON 64: PRIDE PREVENTS PEOPLE FROM EMBRACING ISLAM

The Pharaoh was a victim of pride

LESSON 65: THE WORST THING IN LIFE IS AN EVIL COMPANION

The companion of the pharaoh was Haman and when he saw the clear signs of Allah (SWT), he approached haman asking "am I a liar"?

haman said "Musa (AS) is the liar, you are the only god"

"Ah! Woe to me! Would that I had never taken so-and-so as a friend!

(Al-Furqan 25:28)

Every time the pharaoh wanted to believe, Haman advised him not to believe

The Pharaoh now held a second meeting and he asked the ministers about the Fiqh al Waqi' of Egypt

(current events underground)

Everybody in Egypt believed Musa (AS) won the competition because his snake was a giant snake and it ate the snake of the magicians.

The corpse of the magicians, we hang them on stakes and the people were terrified
then he asked "is there anyone who believes in Musa? yes they will" he gave his soldiers "anybody who believes in Musa (AS) kill them, rape their women"

LESSON 66: THE TAGHUT TERRORIZE THE POPULATION TO SCARE THEM AWAY FROM ISLAM

The British, Americans use this tactic

Musa (AS) had an internal enemy, from within, Qaroun; who was a cousin of Musa (AS) and he used to recite the Torah beautifully. He became rich and apostate from Islam

Wealth is a fitna

It took 60 mules to carry the keys to his treasures,
he had a big mansion, luxurious clothes, well bred horses, he wore jewellery, he used to show off on his people

Musa (AS) told him to pay Zakah

He said "why? I became rich because I am clever" he ignored the blessing of Allah (SWT)

"And those who are poor, they are so because they are not intelligent"

There are only two religions in the world, the right one and the wrong one. He calculated how much zakah he should pay for all the years he didn't pay zakah.

He became shocked that he had to part with a big chunk of his wealth so he refused to pay zakah; zakah isn't your wealth it belongs to poor people.

So he told the people "Musa (AS) came up with the zakat system because he always had his eyes on his wealth" and he paid people to slander his name.

They intend to put out the Light of Allah (i.e. the religion of Islam, this Qur'an, and Prophet Muhammad SAW) with their mouths. But Allah will complete His Light even though the disbelievers hate (it).

(As-Saff 61:8)

He paid a prostitute to say Musa (AS) had an affair with her.

Narrated Ibn `Abbas (May Allah be pleased with him) and As-Sadiy that Qarun gave a prostitute a sum of money to say to Musa (Peace be upon him) while he is accompanied with other people that he (Musa) committed with her (adultery). It is said that she did it and consequently, Musa (Peace be upon him) trembled with fear and he performed two Rak`ahs (bowing in prayer) and then said to her: By Allah! Tell me, who hired you to do this? She said: It was Qarun who hired me to do that. Then, she sought Allah's Forgiveness and repented to Him. Upon that, he (Musa (Peace be upon him)) prostrated himself and invoked Allah against Qarun. Allah the Almighty revealed to him that He subjugated the earth to obey him. Musa (Peace be upon him) commanded the earth to swallow Qarun and his dwelling place. And it was! Allah knows best! [Stories in the Quran: Ibn Katheer]

Musa (AS) went and prayed two Rakat of Salah to beg Allah (SWT) for help.

And thus, We have set up in every town great ones of its wicked people to plot therein. But they plot not except against their ownselves, and they perceive (it) not.

(Al-An'am 6:123)

Verily, Qarun (Korah) was of Musa's (Moses) people, but he behaved arrogantly towards them. And We gave him of the treasures, that of which the keys would have been a burden to a body of strong men. When his people said to him: "Do not be glad (with ungratefulness to Allah's Favours). Verily! Allah likes not those who are glad (with ungratefulness to Allah's Favours). But seek, with that (wealth) which Allah has bestowed on you, the home of the Hereafter, and forget not your portion of legal enjoyment in this world, and do good as Allah has been good to you, and seek not mischief in the land. Verily, Allah likes not the Mufsidun (those who commit great crimes and sins, oppressors, tyrants, mischief-makers, corrupts).

(Al-Qasas 28:76-77)

He said: "This has been given to me only because of knowledge I possess." Did he not know that Allah had destroyed before him generations, men who were stronger than him in might and greater in the amount (of riches) they had collected. But the Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, etc.) will not be questioned of their sins (because Allah knows them well, so they will be punished without account). So he went forth before his people in his pomp. Those who were desirous of the life of the world, said: "Ah, would that we had the like of what Qarun (Korah) has been given? Verily! He is the owner of a great fortune." But those who had been given (religious) knowledge said: "Woe to you! The Reward of Allah (in the Hereafter) is better for those who believe and do righteous good deeds, and this none shall attain except those who are patient (in following the truth)."

(Al-Qasas 28:78-80)

So We caused the earth to swallow him and his dwelling place. Then he had no group or party to help him against Allah, nor was he one of those who could save themselves. And those who had desired (for a position like) his position the day before, began to say: "Know you not that it is Allah Who enlarges the provision or restricts it to whomsoever He pleases of His slaves. Had it not been that Allah was Gracious to us, He could have caused the earth to swallow us up (also)! Know you not that the disbelievers will never be successful.

(Al-Qasas 28:81-82)

The people said "we want to be like Qaroun"

"If you are poor you won't be asked to join" (freemasons) you have to be wealthy. The freemasonic movement give their wala to the shaitan, they hate poor people

"The sun" UK news papers incite hatred against asylum seekers, and call them "scroungers"

They hate poor people yet have the audacity to call themselves "brotherhood"

LESSON 66: EVERY PROPHET HAS ENEMIES, WHO INCITE OTHERS AGAINST THIM

Who used to incite others against Musa (AS)? Qaroun

And so We have appointed for every Prophet enemies - Shayatin (devils) among mankind and jinns, inspiring one another with adorned speech as a delusion (or by way of deception). If your Lord had so willed, they would not have done it, so leave them alone with their fabrications.

(Al-An'am 6:112)

LESSON 67: THE KUFAAR USE WOMEN TO DESTROY THE CHARACTER OF RIGHTEOUS PEOPLE

Qaroun paid a prostitute to slander Musa (AS); these people don't believe in Allah (SWT), or the Last day.

Don't talk to people on pal talk unless you know them on a personal level, the story of Musa (AS) and Qaroun proves that the taghoot will always try to assassinate your character.

When Qaroun calculated the amount of Zakat he had to pay, he was shocked

LESSON 68: ZAKAH IS A BURDEN ON PEOPLE

This is why Qaroun didn't pay zakah.

Hurub ar Ridah = war against the apostates, Abu Bakr (RA) killed those who refused to pay Zakah.

Zakah is a pillar of Islam so when you deny Zakah you become a Kaafir.

LESSON 69: PEOPLE WITH WEAK IMAN ENVY THE RICH
