19 September 2013 / 13 Dhul-Qadah 1434

Hujurat means the private apartments of the wives of the prophet (SAWS)

When this surah came down to the Prophet, he had nine wives and he provided a private apartment for each of them; they didn’t share any apartment.

This surah was revealed in Medina and it focuses on Akhlaq (Good Manners).

So the main focus of this surah is to teach us good manners.

It contains many legal arguments because it is telling us what is HARAM (Unlawful) and what is HALAL (lawful).

It outlines to us what a Muslim character should be like; it forbids us from engaging in acts that will destroy the Islamic brotherhood and sisterhood.

This surah has condemned certain diseases of the heart like racism, tribalism, class system, etc.

These isms and schisms are diseases of the heart and that will destroy the society

Some scholars used to call this Surah AKHLAQ

This surah has 18 verses, all of them which are muhkamaat (clear verses).

There are no allegorical verses.

This means they cannot be abrogated.

So whenever an Islamic scholar sees these clear verses, he knows there is no abrogation of them.

This surah was revealed when the prophet was in Medina and many delegations used to come and meet him.

They were rough in their mannerism and so this surah was revealed to teach us and these Bedouins how to behave in Islam.

O you who believe! Do not put (yourselves) forward before Allah and His Messenger (SAW), and fear Allah. Verily! Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing.

(Al-Hujurat 49:1)

This means whenever there is an issue do not pre-empt Allah and His Rasool (SAWS).

Don’t jump to pass a verdict without hearing what Allah and His Rasool (SAWS) have to say about that issue.

There was a reason why has Allah revealed this ayah.

Narrated Ibn Abi Mulaika: 'Abdullah bin Az-Zubair said that a group of riders belonging to Banu Tamim came to the Prophet, Abu Bakr said (to the Prophet), "Appoint Al-Qa'qa bin Mabad bin Zurara as (their) ruler." 'Umar said (to the Prophet). "No! But appoint Al-Aqra bin Habis." Thereupon Abu Bakr said (to 'Umar). "You just wanted to oppose me." 'Umar replied. "I did not want to oppose you." So both of them argued so much that their voices became louder, and then the following Divine Verses were revealed in that connection: "O you who believe! Do not be forward in the presence of Allah and His Messenger..." (till the end of Verse)...(49:1)

[Sahih Bukhari (5/168) No. 4367]

The incident above was the reason why the revelation of the ayah came down.

This verse also means you should surrender to Allah and His Rasool (SAWS) and show them respect.

It also means whenever you do not have Islamic knowledge you should go seek it from those firmly grounded in knowledge and don’t say I think or I assume this might be the answer.

Allah said ask those who know if you do not know.

And We sent not (as Our Messengers) before you (O Muhammad SAW) any but men, whom We inspired, (to preach and invite mankind to believe in the Oneness of Allah). So ask of those who know the Scripture [learned men of the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)], if you know not.

(An-Nahl 16:43)

According to some scholars, the reason why this ayah was revealed was because some people went for Eid Al-Adha and slaughtered their animals before salah so Allah said they should not do this.

O you who believe! Raise not your voices above the voice of the Prophet (SAW), nor speak aloud to him in talk as you speak aloud to one another, lest your deeds may be rendered fruitless while you perceive not.

(Al-Hujurat 49:2)

When Abu Bakr and Umar (r.a) had an argument, their voices were raised in the presence of the Prophet (SAWS).

Whenever you are in the presence of a person of authority, you are not to raise your voice in their presence, so it does not stop at Allah and His Rasool.

It covers the Muslim leaders and the evidence for this is surah An Nisa verse 59

O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and those of you (Muslims) who are in authority. (And) if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger (SAW), if you believe in Allah and in the Last Day. That is better and more suitable for final determination.

(An-Nisa 4:59)

The raising of voices is not permissible in Islam unless there is a need for it, because raising your voice means you are ill mannered.

So only raise your voice when there is a need for it

For example at the battle of khaybar, Talha raised his voice telling the people the Rasul has made muta and donkey meat haraam.

Luqman the wise advised his son to lower his voice.

Allah said in Surah Luqman verse 19:

"And be moderate (or show no insolence) in your walking, and lower your voice. Verily, the harshest of all voices is the voice (braying) of the ass."

(Luqman 31:19)

Only the ignoramus will raise their voices and it is worse when it’s done by a woman.

A woman is not to raise her voice in public, and women who do are not marriage material.

We were talking about raising ones voice over the Rasul of Allah (SAWS).

You should treat him as alive in regards to respect and should not call him by his name but by his title.

Even Allah (SWT) never addressed him by his name but by his title only.

If the Rasul (SAWS) had made something haram and you made it halal, then you are guilty of raising your voice above the voice of the Prophet.

For example gold and silk is haram for men and so if you make them halal then you are guilty of raising your voice above the Prophet’s and therefore you have nullified all your pious deeds.

You pious deeds like your shahadah can be nullified.

This is why we did the topic: What Nullifies Your Pious Deeds?

1.       SHIRK

Allah (SWT) warned the Rasul (SAWS) against committing shirk.

Allah said in Surah Az-Zumar verse 65:

And indeed it has been revealed to you (O Muhammad SAW), as it was to those (Allah's Messengers) before you: "If you join others in worship with Allah, (then) surely (all) your deeds will be in vain, and you will certainly be among the losers."

(Az-Zumar 39:65)

Therefore, these Grave worshippers have all their pious deeds nullified.
Allah gave the similitude of those who commit shirk in surah An-Nur verse 39:

As for those who disbelieve, their deeds are like a mirage in a desert. The thirsty one thinks it to be water, until he comes up to it, he finds it to be nothing, but he finds Allah with him, Who will pay him his due (Hell). And Allah is Swift in taking account.

(An-Nur 24:39)

People like Mother Theresa have all their good deeds nullified because they committed shirk

If a person apostates, all his pious deeds are nullified

They ask you concerning fighting in the Sacred Months (i.e. 1st, 7th, 11th and 12th months of the Islamic calendar). Say, "Fighting therein is a great (transgression) but a greater (transgression) with Allah is to prevent mankind from following the Way of Allah, to disbelieve in Him, to prevent access to Al-Masjid-al-Haram (at Makkah), and to drive out its inhabitants, and Al-Fitnah is worse than killing. And they will never cease fighting you until they turn you back from your religion (Islamic Monotheism) if they can. And whosoever of you turns back from his religion and dies as a disbeliever, then his deeds will be lost in this life and in the Hereafter, and they will be the dwellers of the Fire. They will abide therein forever."

(Al-Baqarah 2:217)

When you apostate your ritual purity is gone, so you need to make Ghusl (Bath) when you come back to Islam.

And nothing prevents their contributions from being accepted from them except that they disbelieved in Allah and in His Messenger (Muhammad SAW); and that they came not to As-Salat (the prayer) except in a lazy state; and that they offer not contributions but unwillingly.

(At-Tawbah 9:54)

When you talk about the charity you give, it hurts the receiver’s pride.

Many times a poor woman goes to the Masjid for the imam to give her money.

What will he say about the donor who wishes to remain anonymous?

All the donor asks is for you to make dua for him.

Allah said speaking kind words and forgiving faults of your brothers is better than you reminding them of your generosity towards them.

Kind words and forgiving of faults are better than Sadaqah (charity) followed by injury. And Allah is Rich (Free of all wants) and He is Most-Forbearing.

(Al-Baqarah 2:263)

You are allowed to have a guard dog or a hunting dog but not a pet dog.

Abu Hurayra (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “Whoever keeps a dog that is not a dog for hunting, herding livestock or farming, two qiraats will be deducted from his reward each day.”

[Sahih Muslim (3/1203) No. 1575]

She likes to refuse her husband's call to bed.

Abu Huraira (RA) said: The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, "If a man calls his wife to his bed and she refuses, and thus he spends the night angry with her, the angels continue cursing her till the morning."

[Al-Bukhari (3237) and Muslim (1436)]

There are many Quranic verses which made it compulsory on us to follow hadith:

Allah said in the Quran: Surah Al Imran & Al Hashr

Say (O Muhammad SAW to mankind) : "If you (really) love Allah then follow me (i.e. accept Islamic Monotheism, follow the Qur'an and the Sunnah), Allah will love you and forgive you of your sins. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."

(Al Imran 3:31)

And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) gives you, take it, and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it), and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Severe in punishment.

(Al-Hashr 59:7)

The Parvezis are guilty of raising their voices above the Rasul (SAWS) because they reject hadith.

According to my shaikhs, Surah 16:44 is the knockout punch:

With clear signs and Books (We sent the Messengers). And We have also sent down unto you (O Muhammad SAW) the reminder and the advice (the Qur'an), that you may explain clearly to men what is sent down to them, and that they may give thought.

(An-Nahl 16:44)

Al-Hafiz Abu Ishaq Ibrahim bin 'Abdur-Rahman bin Ibrahim bin Duhaym recorded that Damrah narrated that two men took their dispute to the Prophet (SAW), and he gave a judgment to the benefit of whoever among them had the right. The person who lost the dispute said, "I do not agree." The other person asked him, "What do you want then" He said, "Let us go to Abu Bakr As-Siddiq."

They went to Abu Bakr and the person who won the dispute said, "We went to the Prophet (SAW) with our dispute and he issued a decision in my favor." Abu Bakr said, "Then the decision is that which the Messenger of Allah (SAW) issued." The person who lost the dispute still rejected the decision and said, "Let us go to 'Umar bin Al-Khattab." When they went to 'Umar, the person who won the dispute said, "We took our dispute to the Prophet (SAW) and he decided in my favor, but this man refused to submit to the decision."

'Umar bin Al-Khattab asked the second man and he concurred. 'Umar went to his house and emerged from it holding aloft his sword. He struck the head of the man who rejected the Prophet’s decision with the sword and killed him. Consequently, Allah revealed, [فَلا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّى يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ] (But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you judge in all disputes between them... (An-Nisa 4:65)).

[Tafseer Ibn Katheer (2/351-352)]

When Umar chopped off the man’s head in the above-mentioned incident, no one condemned what he had done.

Surah Al-Nisa verse 65 was revealed because of this incident.

But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you (O Muhammad SAW) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission.

(An-Nisa 4:65)

Verily! Those who lower their voices in the presence of Allah's Messenger (SAW), they are the ones whose hearts Allah has tested for piety. For them is forgiveness and a great reward.

(Al-Hujurat 49:3)

The tafsir of above ayah is: for example, a man was wearing a gold ring and when he is told about it being haraam he immediately removes it from his finger.

Another is seeing someone who is haraam for him and he was told that she is haraam for him. He abandoned the decision even though he loved her immensely.

Therefore this ayah is talking about those who bow down and give in to the hujjah, thereby lowering their voice to the Rasul (SAWS).

So you were tested for Taqwa and then passed it with flying colours.

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُنَادُونَكَ مِن وَرَاءِ الْحُجُرَاتِ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ ﴿٤﴾

Verily! Those who call you from behind the dwellings, most of them have no sense.

(Al-Hujurat 49:4)

The Rasul (SAWS) had 9 wives and the dwellings spoken about in this ayah are their dwellings.

Zainab Bint Jahsh (r.a) was Aisha's (r.a) biggest rival but she stood by her in the moment of need because she had Taqwa.

Safiyyah (r.a) was a Jew but became a very strong Muslim and loved the Rasul truly to the extent that she said she wishes she was the one dying instead of the Rasul (SAWS).

When the Prophet (SAW) was suffering from the fatal sickness due to which he died, Safiyyah (RA) said, "O Messenger of Allah, by Allah, I wish I were the one suffering instead of you." The other wives of the Prophet (SAW) looked at each other (as if they mocked what she said). The Prophet (SAW) saw them and said: "Wash your mouths." They said, "From what?" He said: "From ridiculing her with your looks to each other. By Allah, she is truthful."

[Related by Ibn Sa'd in al-Tabaqat al-Kubra (8/128)]

According to Islamic adab you need to knock at the front door three times and leave after that if there is no one openning the door, but these Bedouins went to the back door and started screaming, "Muhammad come out” because they were not sure which room he was in

These Bedouins were uncouth.

Narrated Anas bin Malik: A bedouin urinated in the mosque and the people ran to (beat) him, but the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: Leave him alone; don't interrupt him. He (the narrator) said: And when he had finished, he called for a bucket of water and poured it over.

[Al-Bukhari (6025) and Muslim (284)]

Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri: While I was present in one of the gatherings of the Ansar, Abu Musa came as if he was scared, and said, "I asked permission to enter upon 'Umar three times, but I was not given the permission, so I returned." (When 'Umar came to know about it) he said to Abu Musa, "Why did you not enter?'. Abu Musa replied, "I asked permission three times, and I was not given it, so I returned, for Allah's Apostle said, "If anyone of you asks the permission to enter thrice, and the permission is not given, then he should return.'"
'Umar said, "By Allah! We will ask Abu Musa to bring witnesses for it." (Abu Musa went to a gathering of the Ansar and said). "Did anyone of you hear this from the Prophet?" Ubai bin Ka'b said, "By Allah, none will go with you but the youngest of the people (as a witness)." (Abu Sa'id) was the youngest of them, so I went with Abu Musa and informed 'Umar that the Prophet had said so.

[Al-Bukhari (6245) and Muslim (2153)]

Allah said in the Quran Surah An-Nur verse 27:

O you who believe Enter not houses other than your own, until you have asked permission and greeted those in them that is better for you, in order that you may remember

(An-Nur 24:27)

When you are a guest in someone’s house you are not allowed to make demands or ask for anything specific nor should you ask embarrassing questions.

And if they had patience till you could come out to them, it would have been better for them. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

(Al-Hujurat 49:5)

If they had begged the Rasul in a civilised manner, then he would have released all the POWs for free, but because of their behaviour he released half of them for free and asked for money to release the other half.

Umar (r.a) decapitated a man for doing this.

Allah said in the Quran Surah An-Nisa Verse 59:

O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and those of you (Muslims) who are in authority. (And) if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger (SAW), if you believe in Allah and in the Last Day. That is better and more suitable for final determination.

(An-Nisa 4:59)

Therefore, who are the Leaders?

1. The Husband in the house

2. The Imam of the Masjid (If he is a qualified aalim)

3. The Scholars of the Shariah council

4. The Governor of the Muslims state

5. The Ameer on the battlefield

6. The overall caliph

So Allah (swt) said do not raise your voice above the Rasul

It did not stop at him because of Surah An-Nisa verse 59.

Therefore if the imam is giving khutbah in the Masjid, he is representing the Rasul and so should not preach kufr.

Allah said in the Qu'ran in Surah Luqman Verse 19:

"And be moderate (or show no insolence) in your walking, and lower your voice. Verily, the harshest of all voices is the voice (braying) of the ass."

(Luqman 31:19)

Abu Huraira narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, "I was sent to perfect good character."

[Al-Adab al-Mufrad al-Bukhari, No. 273, Muwatta Malik (2/75) No. 1885, Musnad Ahmad (2/381) No. 8939, Mustadrak al-Haakim (2/670) No. 4221]

One of them even urinated in the Masjid during a Dars (Islamic Lecture).

“And when is the Hour?” He said, “The one who is questioned does not know more about it than the one who asks.” He asked, “Then what are its Signs?” He said, “That a maid-servant will beget her mistress and that you see barefooted, naked-bodied, helpless shepherds construct tall buildings.”...

[Bukhari 47, Muslim 4, Tirmidhi 2619, Abu Dawud 4695, Nisai 5005,Ibn Majah 63, Ahmed 184]

Do not pre-empt the answered because you might be wrong

Or else there will be a breakdown of respect in the Muslims community.

Therefore you need to observe proper manners to uphold the respect in the community.

Without respect you are going around in circles, and no respect means no leadership.

Examples are major shirk, apostasy and hypocrisy.

-Good manners accomplish wonders and open many door to you but bad manners will cause you to lose many things in life.

You can't lodge them in the same house except if they agree.

Women are by nature very territorial.

22 September 2013 / 16 Dhul-Qadah 1434

The last time we were here we stopped at ayah 6 of Surah Al-Hujurat.

O you who believe! If a rebellious evil person comes to you with news, verify it, lest you harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful to what you have done.

(Al-Hujurat 49:6)

- Surah Al-Hujurat was revealed to help uproot EVIL from the Ummah.

- Ayah 6 is so important we could write a book about its lessons

- Surah Hujurat was revealed to teach us good character and morals, good upbringing and good orientation.

- The scholars call Surah Al-Hujurat Surah Al Akhlaaq.

- We are living in a wicked world in the last age where people are reckless with their tongues and private parts.

- The Kuffar will use their tongues to spread false news and give the impression that they are the ones following the commands of this Ayah.

- The fact is the Kuffar have a very bad reputation with regards to verifying news.

- The Kuffar have been guilty time and again of committing grievous crimes against humanity. They fire the bullets first and ask the questions later.

- The above link is proof of the murder of a Brazilian man who was killed by the British because they taught he was a Muslim from Algeria.

- The British Kuffar shot and murdered the Brazilian man in Stockwell Tube Station in London, England.

- They fired 7 bullets to his head because they assumed he was a Muslim.

- The above link is proof of the British Kuffar police shooting a Bangladeshi man in the chest claiming he was a terrorist when all he did was post letters.

- They targeted him only because he sported a beard.

- The Kuffaar murder people and then start to verify the news.

 - However, Allah has commanded us to VERIFY news first and then take action in order to avoid injustice.

- The infidels are unimaginably EVIL. They kill you first and then verify later.

- In the year 1991, the Kuffaar invaded IRAQ claiming that Iraqi soldiers invaded Kuwait, then dumped babies out of their incubators and shipped the incubators back to Iraq.

- The incubator story turned world opinion against Iraq.

- The girl who was crying on camera claiming babies were murdered turned out to be the daughter of the Kuwaiti ambassador to the United States of America.

- The film was captured in the U.S.

- The above linked is about the incubator hoax propagated by the Kuffaar during the First Gulf War that resulted in the murder of more than 500 000 Muslims.

- The fact is that not a single baby was dumped out of any incubator and when confronted with this fact the Americans said it does not matter anymore because the damage has already been done.

- Allah asked us to verify news because people always raise false flags; they stage disasters and kill their own people to further their cause.

- The Kuffar replayed their EVIL designs when they propagated the WMD hoax against IRAQ.

- The Kuffar then invaded IRAQ and killed MORE THAN 1 000 000 MUSLIMS.

- However, they never found any WMDs in Iraq.

- They murdered people, committed genocide and then verified the news they falsely propagated.

- We must make sure to verify news in order to avoid killing innocent people, and be left with regret.

- Vladimir Putin, killed his own people, blamed the bombings on Muslims in Chechnya and then invaded Muslim land to steal their wealth.

- The above link is proof of how Putin bombed and killed his own people to further his own EVIL cause.

- The evil plan of Putin was to control the oil wealth of the Caucasus.

- They believe that the END JUSTIFIES THE MEANS.

- They will and have KILLED MILLIONS OF BANI ADAM for OIL.

- The other major false flag event the Kuffaar propagate is SEPTEMBER 11 2001

- The plane that crashed into the World Trade Centre Towers in New York were Military Planes and not Passenger planes as claimed by the Kuffar.

- Many people who were listed as being on the plane were reporting their location to authorities and providing proof of them being alive and well.

- The Kuffar claim that the Black Boxes that are engineered to withstand plane crashes were severely burnt and unusable but somehow they were able to retrieve passports made of paper from the scene of the Crime.

- The Kuffar staged the attack on their own land to use it as a reason to invade Muslims lands to kill the people and steal our oil.

- The white man is a very bad liar and weak in presenting his case. His state is pitiful and appalling.

- ALLAH has made the Muslims a Fitna for the Kuffar because they need the OIL to fuel their modern day interest based economy.

- Another example of false flag news was the Lockerbie Bombing which was blamed on Libya when in fact it was the Iranians who bombed the American plane in retaliation to America bombing an Iranian plane.

- However, they gave an innocent Libyan man 30 years in Prison

- The above link is proof of the complete innocence of the Libyan they imprisoned for bombing the plane in Lockerbie.

- The Kuffar are willing to make anyone guilty of a crime to get good publicity.

- They like to brag and boast about their efficient and strong force; THEY LIE.

- The police force specifically has been guilty time and again of arresting innocent people, murdering them and imprisoning them without cause.

- They want the crowds to believe that they are doing their job well.

- The Kuffaar even killed Dr. David Kelly who was against the War on Iraq claiming he killed himself by slashing his own wrists.

- However, the forensic specialists disagreed that Dr. Kelley killed himself because there was no blood pooled around him when they found his dead body.

- The above mentioned link is proof that Dr. David Kelley was murdered by the Kuffaar.

- Dr David Kelley was a weapons expert who had proof there were no WMDs in IRAQ

- The UK or United Killers carry our extrajudicial killings all over the world.

- The Kuffaar have made the age of consent in many of their countries as 18, they say a 16 year old is too young and must be protected.

- Then you must ask the Kuffar why they killed the 16 year old son of Imam Anwar Al-Awlaki.

- We must expose the Kuffar by slicing them down by debate.

- Allah has asked us to verify the news of the FAASIQ, then what about the news of the KAAFIR.

- Lady Diana was murdered and did not die in a car crash as the Kuffaar claimed.

- The people who watch these Zionist propaganda machines always call the Mujahideen as Terrorists.

Had We willed, We could have shown them to you, and you should have known them by their marks, but surely, you will know them by the tone of their speech! And Allah knows all your deeds.

(Muhammad 47:30)

- These people end up cheering for the crusaders. They support the Kuffar army and slander the Mujahideen.

- Since Allah commanded us to verify the news of the Faasiq, it is incumbent on us to verify the news of the Kaafir even more.

It has been narrated from the Prophet (SAW) that 'He sent Waleed ibn 'Uqbah to Bani Mustalaq to collect the zakat. When they saw him they proceeded in his direction. He became afraid so he returned to the Prophet and informed him that they had apostated from Islam. The Prophet sent Khalid ibn Waleed and ordered him to confirm this and not to delay. Khaalid set out and he came to them at night. He dispatched his scouts and when they came (back) they informed Khalid that they (people of Bani Mustalaq) were holding fast to their Islam and they heard their adhan and their salah. So when Khalid came to them he saw that what they (the scouts) mentioned to him was correct, so he returned to the Prophet and informed him; then this ayah was revealed. In one narration the Prophet said "Hastiness is from Shaytan and deliberation (carefulness) is from Allah."

[Tafseer at-Tabari (22/288)]

- Ayah 6 of Surah of Al-Hujurat was revealed because of the above mentioned Hadith in order to uphold justice.

Narrated By 'Ubaid-ullah bin 'Adi bin Al-Khiyar: Al-Miswar bin Makhrama and 'Abdur-Rahman bin Al-Aswad bin 'Abu Yaghuth said (to me), "What forbids you to talk to 'Uthman about his brother Al-Walid because people have talked much about him?" So I went to 'Uthman and when he went out for prayer I said (to him), "I have something to say to you and it is a piece of advice for you"

'Uthman said, "O man, from you." (Umar said: I see that he said, "I seek Refuge with Allah from you.") So I left him and went to them. Then the messenger of Uthman came and I went to him (i.e. 'Uthman), 'Uthman asked, "What is your advice?" I replied, "Allah sent Muhammad with the Truth, and revealed the Divine Book (i.e. Quran) to him; and you were amongst those who followed Allah and His Apostle, and you participated in the two migrations (to Ethiopia and to Medina) and enjoyed the company of Allah's Apostle and saw his way.

No doubt, the people are talking much about Al-Walid." 'Uthman said, "Did you receive your knowledge directly from Allah's Apostle?" I said, "No, but his knowledge did reach me and it reached (even) to a virgin in her seclusion." 'Uthman said, "And then Allah sent Muhammad with the Truth and I was amongst those who followed Allah and His Apostle and I believed in whatever he (i.e. the Prophet) was sent with, and participated in two migrations, as you have said, and I enjoyed the company of Allah's Apostle and gave the pledge of allegiance him. By Allah! I never disobeyed him, nor did I cheat him till Allah took him unto Him.

Then I treated Abu Bakr and then 'Umar similarly and then I was made Caliph. So, don't I have rights similar to theirs?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Then what are these talks reaching me from you people? Now, concerning what you mentioned about the question of Al-Walid, Allah willing, I shall deal with him according to what is right." Then he called 'Ali and ordered him to flog him, and 'Ali flogged him (i.e. Al-Walid) eighty lashes.

[Sahih Bukhari, Vol 5, Book 57, Hadith 045]

- Waleed Ibn Uqbah was the son of the man who tied a cloth around the Prophet (SAWS) to seize him so that they could kill him, when Abu Bakr intervened and cut their plot.

Hudain b. al-Mundhir Abu Sasan reported: I saw that Walid was brought to Uthmin b. 'Affan as he had prayed two rak'ahs of the dawn prayer, and then he said: I make an increase for you. And two men bore witness against him. One of them was Humran who said that he had drunk wine. The second one gave witness that he had seen him vomiting. Uthman said: He would not have vomited (wine) unless he had drunk it.

He said: 'Ali, stand up and lash him. 'Ali said: Hasan, stand up and lash him. Thereupon Hasan said: Let him suffer the heat (of Caliphate) who has enjoyed its coolness. ('Ali felt annoyed at this remark) and he said: 'Abdullah b. Ja'far, stand up and flog him, and he began to flog him and 'Ali counted the stripes until these were forty.

He (Hadrat 'Ali) said: Stop now, and then said: Allah's Messenger (SAW) gave forty stripes, and Abu Bakr also gave forty stripes, and Umar gave eighty stripes, and all these fall under the category of the Sunnah, but this one (forty stripes) is dearer to me.

[Sahih Muslim (3/1331) No. 1707]

- Waleed Ibn Uqbah was an alcoholic and he once led Fajr Salah while he was drunk

Ubayd-Allah ibn ‘Adiyy ibn Khiyar that he entered upon ‘Uthman ibn ‘Affan (RA) when he was under siege and said: “You are the imam of the people and there has befallen you what we see, and now the imam of fitnah leads us in prayer and we are afraid of committing sin.” He said: “Prayer is the best deed that people can do. If the people do good then do good with them, but if they do evil, then avoid their evil.

[Sahih Bukhari (1/141) No. 695]

- If you go to pray your Salah in the Masjid and are led by a man who is a Faasiq, your Salah is still valid whereas the Faasiq’s salah is Baatil

Abu Hurairah narrated the Prophet (SAW) said: Striving in the path of Allah (jihad) is incumbent on you along with every ruler, whether he is pious or impious; the prayer is obligatory on you behind every believer, pious or impious, even if he commits grave sins; the (funeral) prayer is incumbent upon every Muslim, pious and impious, even if he commits major sins.

[Sunan Abu Dawud (3/18) No. 2533] (Daeef)

- According to Imam Shafi'i the Faasiq is not allowed to give away his daughter in marriage.

- According to Imam Abu Hanifa and Imam Malik, a Faasiq is still allowed to give his daughter away in marriage.

- The correct opinion is that of Imam Hanifa and Imam Malik.

- If you tell a man you cannot be the Wali of your daughter, you are going to cause bloodshed.

Narrated Abu Huraira: We were in the company of Allah's Messenger (SAW) in a Ghazwa, and he remarked about a man who claimed to be a Muslim, saying, "This (man) is from the people of the (Hell) Fire." When the battle started, the man fought violently till he got wounded. Somebody said, "O Allah's Messenger (SAW)! The man whom you described as being from the people of the (Hell) Fire fought violently today and died." The Prophet (SAW) said, "He will go to the (Hell) Fire." Some people were on the point of doubting (the truth of what the Prophet had said) while they were in this state, suddenly someone said that he was still alive but severely wounded. When night fell, he lost patience and committed suicide. The Prophet (SAW) was informed of that, and he said, "Allah is Greater! I testify that I am Allah's Slave and His Messenger." Then he ordered Bilal to announce amongst the people: 'None will enter Paradise but a Muslim, and Allah may support this religion (i.e. Islam) even with a disobedient man.'

[al-Bukhari (3062) and Muslim (111)]

- The Prophet (SAWS) said in a famous hadith that maybe ALLAH (SWT) will use a Faasiq to help ISLAM.

- Even when a person is a Faasiq, it is possible that he has some good in him and Allah will use him to benefit Islam with that good.

- Walid Ibn Uqbah lied about the people refusing to pay their Zakat.

- The Khawaarij used to believe that a liar is a Kaafir.

- Because of this Bukhari used to collect Hadith from the Khawaarij because they would not lie about the Hadith.

- The Khawaarij used to believe that a liar is a Kaafir.

- If a Muslims should lie on another Muslim he is not a Kaafir, he is a Faasiq.

- However, if a Muslim lie's on ALLAH or the PROPHET (SAWS), then he becomes a KAAFIR

Narrated By Anas: The fact which stops me from narrating a great number of Hadiths to you is that the Prophet said: "Whoever tells a lie against me intentionally, then (surely) let him occupy his seat in Hell-fire."

[Sahih Bukhari, Vol 1, Book 3, Hadith #108]

The one who claims that the Prophet (SAWS) said or did something he the Holy Prophet did not, and makes his own religion, becomes a KAAFIR.

- If a Muslims should lie on another Muslim he is not a Kaafir, he is a Faasiq.

Telling lies about the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is a great evil and a serious sin, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Telling lies about me is not like telling lies about anyone else. Whoever tells lies about me deliberately, let him take his place in Hell.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 1229. It was also narrated by Muslim in the Introduction to his Saheeh, without the phrase “Telling lies about me is not like telling lies about anyone else.” And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Do not tell lies about me, for whoever tells lies about me will enter Hell.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 106. And he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever narrates a hadeeth from me that he thinks is false is one of the liars.”

[Narrated by Muslim (1)]

A number of scholars are of the view that the one who deliberately tells lies about the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is a kaafir.

Al-Haafiz ibn Hajar said in al-Fath: If it is said that lying is a sin except in cases where one is trying to bring about reconciliation and the like, and that Hell is threatened for those who sin, what is there to distinguish the one who tells lies about the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) from those who tell lies about anyone else?

He answered this from two angles:

1 – That according to one scholar, Shaykh Abu Muhammad al-Juwayni, the one who tells lies about him deliberately is a kaafir.  But this view was classed as da’eef (weak) by his son Imam al-Haramayn and those who came after him. Ibn al-Muneer, however, favoured this view, based on the idea that the one who tells lies about him by describing forbidden things as permissible,

for example, either regards that forbidden thing as permissible or misleads others by making them believe that. Regarding forbidden things as permissible is kufr and leading others to kufr is also kufr. But this view is subject to further examination. The majority of scholars are of the view that this does not constitute kufr unless one believes that this forbidden thing is permissible.

- To lie on the Prophet (SAWS) is not like lying on the ordinary people. When you lie on Muhammad (SAWS), you lie on ALLAH (SWT).

And know that, among you there is the Messenger of Allah (SAW). If he were to obey you (i.e. follow your opinions and desires) in much of the matter, you would surely be in trouble, but Allah has endeared the Faith to you and has beautified it in your hearts, and has made disbelief, wickedness and disobedience (to Allah and His Messenger SAW) hateful to you. These! They are the rightly guided ones,

(Al-Hujurat 49:7)

- ALLAH (SWT) is reminding us that human beings will always have differences of opinions.

- Occasionally the Sahabas had differences of opinions with the Prophet (SAWS).

- For example, the treaty of Hudaibiyyah.

- The Prophet (saws) was very wise and he was right to sign the treaty.

- Allah (SWT) then revealed the Ayah they HE has given the PROPHET (SAWS) a CLEAR VICTORY. The victory was the treaty of Hudaibiyyah itself.

Verily, We have given you (O Muhammad SAW) a manifest victory. (Al-Fath 48:1)

- Another example is when Umar (r.a) wanted to chop off the head of Hatib and the Prophet (saws) disagreed because Hatib participated in the Battle of Badr.

Narrated By 'Ubaidullah bin Abi Rafi: I heard 'Ali saying, "...Allah's Messenger (SAW), said, "Hatib has told you the truth." Umar said, O Allah's Messenger! Allow me to chop off the head of this hypocrite." Allah's Messenger said, "Hatib participated in the battle of Badr, and who knows, perhaps Allah has already looked at the Badr warriors and said, 'Do whatever you like, for I have forgiven you..."

[Al-Bukhari (3007) and Muslim (2494)]

- Hatib sent the letter not because he doubted his faith, but because he wanted to ingratiate himself with the Quraish, in order to protect his family.

- ALLAH (SWT) reminded us that when the EMAAN is beautified in our hearts, our character becomes beautiful

There is a lump of flesh in the body, the nature of which is that when it is sound, the entire body is sound, and when it is corrupt, the entire body is corrupt - it is the heart.'"

[Al-Bukhari (52) and Muslim (1599)]

- ALLAH (SWT) has caused the believer to hate KUFR, and DISOBEDIENCE TO ALLAH and HIS COMMANDS.

- If you love SHARIA & KHILAFAH and hate democracy and wickedness you are rightly guided.

- Anyone who fights to make the WORD OF ALLAH THE HIGHEST is the one who is rightly guided. So what are you going to JIHAD for?

- Anyone who supports democracy or any other law other than Allah's law is misguided and will face the Wrath of Allah (SWT)

- ALLAH (SWT) causes the believer to LOVE THE DEEN and beautifies the person’s character by beautifying his HEART with EMAAN.

- There is only one solution for the CRISIS the UMMAH is drowning in. THAT SOLUTION IS THE BULLET. THAT SOLUTION IS JIHAD

Uqbah bin Amir (RA) narrated: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah (SAW) and he was on the Minbar when he read the verse: "(And make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of war...) [8:60], Verily strength is in throwing (i.e. shooting), verily strength is in throwing, verily strength is in throwing.”

[Sahih Muslim (3/1522) No. 1917, Musnad Ahmad (4/156) No. 17468, Sunan Abu Dawud (3/13) No. 2514, Sunan Tirmidhi (5/270) No. 3083, Sunan Ibn Majah (4/91) No. 2813, Sunan al-Darime (2/269) No. 2404]

Abu Huraira (RA) narrated the Prophet (SAW) said: "A believer is not bitten from the same hole twice.”

[Related by al-Bukhari (6133) and Muslim (2998)]

- Those who love Kufr, Shirk and Zandaqa and who fight to make the Taghoot superior made sure Morsi and his government fail in order to claim that ISLAM has failed.

فَضْلًا مِّنَ اللَّـهِ وَنِعْمَةً ۚ وَاللَّـهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ ﴿٨﴾
(This is) a Grace from Allah and His Favour. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.

(Al-Hujurat 49:8)

- Only ALLAH (SWT) can change the HEARTS.

Verily! You (O Muhammad SAW) guide not whom you like, but Allah guides whom He wills. And He knows best those who are the guided.

(Al-Qasas 28:56)

- Only Allah can guide a person to ISLAM.

- Only ALLAH (SWT) can put love in your heart for the DEEN.

- When people love ISLAM and hate kufr, it is a blessing from ALLAH.

- We must always pray to ALLAH (swt) and beg him to make us love HIS DEEN.

- We must make the DUA in SURAH AALI IMRAN VERSE 8

(They say): "Our Lord! Let not our hearts deviate (from the truth) after You have guided us, and grant us mercy from You. Truly, You are the Bestower."

(Aali Imran 3:8)

- ONLY ALLAH can make us love the DEEN, and only ALLAH can make you DIE ON THE DEEN.

23 September 2013 / 17 Dhul-Qadah 1434

AYAH 11:

O you who believe! Let not a group scoff at another group, it may be that the latter are better than the former; nor let (some) women scoff at other women, it may be that the latter are better than the former, nor defame one another, nor insult one another by nicknames. How bad is it, to insult one's brother after having Faith [i.e. to call your Muslim brother (a faithful believer) as: "O sinner", or "O wicked", etc.]. And whosoever does not repent, and then such are indeed Zalimun (wrong-doers, etc.).

(Al-Hujurat 49:11)

The importance of this ayah cannot be overemphasised.

Allah (SWT) said in this ayah that you should not laugh at a group of people.

It may be that you are laughing at people who are in fact better than you.

I have told you before that this Surah was revealed to instil in us good manners and to get rid of bad behaviours that are detrimental to the Ummah at large.

People will laugh at others to enable themselves to look better than them.

They seek to degrade you to a level beneath them.

When the British make documentaries about other countries, they always seek to show those
countries look bad and make their country seem superior.

This person that is laughing at you thinks that he is better than you.

Not every joke is innocent.

Some people seek to insult you through jokes because they don't have the guts to say it straight to your face but Allah showed you in Surah 9:65-66 that this wasn't an innocent joke.

If you ask them (about this), they declare: "We were only talking idly and joking." Say: "Was it at Allah, and His Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and His Messenger (SAW) that you were mocking?"

Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after you had believed. If We pardon some of you, We will punish others amongst you because they were Mujrimun (disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, criminals, etc.).
(At-Tawbah 9:65-66)

Some people said some things against the Rasul (SAWS) jokingly and they became apostates due to it so jokes are not always innocent; they even tried it on the Rasul (SAWS), so how about you.

If you say something jokingly against Islam you will become a kaafir.

People laugh at you because they have the disease of pride and arrogance.

This is a disease of the heart and was first demonstrated by Iblis.

And [mention] when We said to the angels, "Prostrate before Adam"; so they prostrated, except for Iblees. He refused and was arrogant and became of the disbelievers.

[Al Baqarah 2:34] Sahih International

My shaikhs told me that pride is not bad but arrogance is bad so if you are proud of your Deen (Al Islam) or profession you have done nothing wrong, therefore they made a difference between pride and arrogance.

This is the same with jealousy and envy.

Jealousy is necessary for a man to enter paradise whilst envy is haraam.

A man with no jealousy (dayouth) will never enter Paradise.

Abdullah ibn Umar reported that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Three people will not enter paradise and Allah will not look to them on the Day of Judgment: the one who is disobedient to his parents, the woman who imitates men and the ad-Dayooth (cuckold, weak man who feels no jealousy over his womenfolk)..."

[Musnad Ahmad (2/134) No. 6180, Musnad al-Bazzar (12/270) No. 6051, al-Sunnan al-Kubra al-Nasa'i (2/63) No. 2354, al-Mu’jam al-Awsat al-Tabarani (3/51) No. 2443]

And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "I will create a human being out of clay from an altered black mud And when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration." So the angels prostrated - all of them entirely, Except Iblees, he refused to be with those who prostrated. [Allah] said, O Iblees, what is [the matter] with you that you are not with those who prostrate?" He said, "Never would I prostrate to a human whom You created out of clay from an altered black mud"

(Al Hijr 15:28-33)

Hamma (arabic) means black mud altered.

Three sisters from Saudi Arabia translated the Quran in English known as Sahih International.

Angels prostrated to Adam entirely, except Iblis. He said he will not prostrate to a creation made out of altered black mud

This prostration was not an act of worship, but it was the prostration of respect.

The brothers of Yusuf prostrated to him in his dream, it was a sign of respect.

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, "If I were to command anyone to prostrate before anyone, I would have commanded the wife to prostrate before her husband, because of the enormity of his right upon her."

[Sunan Abu Dawud (2/244) No. 2140, Sunan al-Darime (1/406) No. 1463, al-Sunan al-Kubra al-Nasa'i (8/253) No. 9102, Sunan Tirmidhi (3/465) No. 1159, Sunan Ibn Majah (3/59) No. 1853, Musnad Ahmad (5/227) No. 22037]

In the shariah of Muhammad (SAWS) the prostration of respect is not allowed. You only prostrate to Allah.

Those who practice kung fu are not allowed to bow to their opponent; you can only nod your head.
You can only bow to Allah.

(Allah) said: "What prevented you (O Iblis) that you did not prostrate, when I commanded you?" Iblis said: "I am better than him (Adam); You created me from fire, and him You created from clay."

(Al-A'raf 7:12)

Iblis was the first racist and a mu'tazilite.

He refused to bow to Adam (AS)

Allah will disgrace the arrogant one.

"And turn not your face away from men with pride, nor walk in insolence through the earth. Verily, Allah likes not each arrogant boaster.

(Luqman 31:1)

Qaroon was another arrogant being. He used to humiliate the poor.

Verily, Qarun (Korah) was of Musa's (Moses) people, but he behaved arrogantly towards them. And We gave him of the treasures, that of which the keys would have been a burden to a body of strong men. When his people said to him: "Do not be glad (with ungratefulness to Allah's Favours). Verily! Allah likes not those who are glad (with ungratefulness to Allah's Favours).

(Al-Qasas 28:76)

There is discrimination in every aspect between the rich and poor (class system) in trains, planes, etc.

When the titanic was sinking they decided the first class passengers should be rescued first so even

when dead was knocking at their door, they upheld their class system.

In Europe if you are poor, old or ugly they hate you.

It is worst if you have all three combined.

Dr. Harold Shipman killed many old people in his clinic.

The motive for this is not exactly known because he refused to comment.

The Rasul (saw) said no one with an atom's weight of pride will enter Paradise.

'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "No one who has an atom's weight of pride in his heart will enter the Garden." A man said, "And if the man likes his clothes to be good and his sandals to be good?" He said, "Allah is Beautiful and loves beauty. Pride means to renounce the truth and abase people."

Arrogance is what Abu Lahab, Abu Jahl, etc. did by rejecting the truth out of pride and looking down upon others.

Abu Malik al-Ashari narrated the Prophet (SAW) said: ”There are four matters of jaahiliyyah that exist among my ummah and they will not give them up: boasting about one’s forefathers, casting aspersions upon people’s lineages, seeking rain by the stars and wailing for the dead.”

[Sahih Muslim (Vol. 2 pg. 644) No. 934]

People are proud of their lineage even though they are a bastard in the lineage.

These are attributes of jaahiliyah

Some people look down upon you because they are more beautiful / handsome than you.

Others look down on you because you are poorer than them.

Some people even laugh at you because you are deformed or you have a disability.

They even laugh at you because you are uneducated.

Some people look down upon you because of your address so some people have to lie about their address to get what they want.

Some laugh at you because of your skin colour.

All these are perpetuated by the movies and the media.

People are victims of the media.

Some look down on you because of your weight because people watch the catwalk models.

These models are so thin you can see the bones in their throat.

So Allah (SWT) tells you not to look down upon others.
Mitt Romney wanted to be the US president but he looked down upon the poor in the country

This speech was secretly recorded and that finished him so even the kuffar (the decent ones) don't like it when you look down upon people.

In the States people are humiliated because they are given food stamps so everyone knows that you are poor

The whole society of Europe and America hates poor people.

They even hate their own parents.

When Dr Shipman killed their parents no one made an outcry over the issue.

People look down upon you if you can't speak Arabic.

All the Imams except Imam Malik say that a woman can divorce her husband if he can't speak Arabic because she married beneath her status and wants her kids to be fluent in Arabic.

I was with one of my sheikhs who is from Palestine.

He was looking down at Al-Albani because he wasn't an Arab.

He went against him because Al-Albani wagged his finger in salah.

Imam Nawawi mentions in the Majmu‘(3.454) from Abu Dawud and others with a sound chain of narrators on the authority Abdullah Ibn Az-Zubayr, that he described the prayer of the Prophet (SAW) by saying, “He would point with his finger while supplicating without moving it.” As for what is present in the narration that mentions, that he (SAW) “used to move it”, the expression, “move it is an unreliable anomalous (Ar. shadhdh) narration because the narrator who relates [this Hadith] on the authority of the Companion Wael Ibn Hujr (RA) contradicts everyone else who narrated from him

One day the Rasul (SAWS) was eating with a man and asked him to eat with his right hand

Salama ibn 'Amr ibn al-Akwa' reported that a man ate with the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, using his left hand, and he said, "Eat with your right hand." He said, "I cannot." He said, "Then you cannot." Only pride had stopped him." He said, "He could not raise it to his mouth."

Haritha ibn Wahb said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say, 'Shall I tell you about the people of the Fire? All those who are coarse, domineering, and arrogant.'

[Agreed upon]

Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "On the Day of Rising, Allah will not look at anyone who drags his waist-wrapper out of pride."

[Agreed upon]

The hadith is talking about the waist-wrapper not the trouser.

Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "There are three people that Allah will not speak to on the Day of Rising nor purify nor look at and they will have a painful punishment: an old adulterer, a lying ruler and a poor person who is arrogant."

Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, said, 'Might is My wrapper, and pride is My cloak and I will punish anyone who contends with me [for them]."

Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Once a man was walking in his robe, proud of himself, his hair groomed, haughty in his gait, and Allah caused the earth to swallow him up. He will go on sinking into the earth until the Day of Rising."

[Agreed upon]

Some people would do anything for money.

The prostitutes sell their stories after sleeping with high profile people.

The prostitutes, politicians and newspaper reporters are low life scrums of the earth.

Paradise is filled with the poor and humble and hell is filled with the proud, arrogant and rich.

Salama ibn al-Akwa' reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, aid, "A man will continue to be arrogant until he is written among the tyrants and what strikes them will strike him."

On the authority of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (RA), who said that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Paradise and Hell-fire disputed together, and Hell-fire said: 'In me are the mighty and the haughty.' Paradise said: 'In me are the weak and the poor.' So Allah judged between them, [saying]: 'You are Paradise, My mercy; through you I show mercy to those I wish. And you are Hell-fire, My punishment; through you I punish those I wish, and it is incumbent upon Me that each of you shall have its fill.'"

[Muslim (2846) also by al-Bukhari (4850) and at-Tirmidhi (2561)]

It maybe that the one you are laughing at is better than you.

The Arabs laughed at Bilal (R.A) because he was black.

Narrated By Abu Huraira: At the time of the Fajr prayer the Prophet asked Bilal, "Tell me of the best deed you did after embracing Islam, for I heard your footsteps in front of me in Paradise." Bilal replied, "I did not do anything worth mentioning except that whenever I performed ablution during the day or night, I prayed after that ablution as much as was written for me."

[Sahih Bukhari, Vol 2, Book 21, Hadith #250]

They laughed at Salman Al farisi (R.A) because of his accent but these entered Jannah whilst the kufaar of Makkah are in hell.

The word 'Qaum' is a general word which included both men and women but Allah singled out women in the ayah because they are mostly the ones that laugh at others.

They pay attention to everything and laugh at people.

Men can wear same shoe for as long as necessary but women will need many pairs of shoes or else other women will laugh at them

Women are very competitive.

Some come online and slander people.

You wonder if they believe in Allah and the Day of Judgment.

Some of these people have such evil characters even the shaitan is ashamed of them.

If you defame and disgrace them and they don't forgive you, you will have to give them your good deeds on the Day of Judgment.

Abu Huraira (RA) narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “Whoever has wronged his brother with regard to his honour or something, let him ask him for forgiveness before the time when there will be neither dinar nor dirham, and if he has any good deeds it will be taken from him in proportion to the wrong he did, and if he does not have any good deeds (hasanaat), some of the other person's evil deeds (sayi’aat) will be taken and given to him to bear”

[Sahih Bukhari (3/129) No. 2449]

Abu Huraira (RA) reported: Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, "Do you know who is the bankrupt?" They said: "The bankrupt among us is one who has neither money with him nor any property" He said, "The real bankrupt of my Ummah would be he who would come on the Day of Resurrection with Salat, Saum and Sadaqah (charity), (but he will find himself bankrupt on that day as he will have exhausted the good deeds) because he reviled others, brought calumny against others, unlawfully devoured the wealth of others, shed the blood of others and beat others; so his good deeds would be credited to the account of those (who suffered at his hand). If his good deeds fall short to clear the account, their sins would be entered in his account and he would be thrown in the (Hell) Fire."

[Sahih Muslim (4/1997) No. 2581]

Do not offend one another with offensive nicknames

If a person doesn't like the nickname, it is haraam to call him by that name.

Nicknames are haraam; the only time it is halal is when the person doesn't mind.

Abu Huraira (R.A) which means 'the father of the kitten' was the name given to Abdur Rahman (which is his real name) by the Rasul because he loved cats.

Ali (r.a) was given the nickname Abu Turab by the Rasul because he had dust on him.

Narrated Sahl bin Sa'd: There was no name dearer to 'Ali than his nickname Abu Turab (the father of dust). He used to feel happy whenever he was called by this name. Once Allah's Messenger (SAW) came to the house of Fatima but did not find 'Ali in the house. So he asked "Where is your cousin?" She replied, "There was something (a quarrel) between me and him whereupon he got angry with me and went out without having a midday nap in my house."

Allah's Messenger (SAW) asked a person to look for him. That person came, and said, "O Allah's Messenger! He (Ali) is sleeping in the masjid." So Allah's Messenger (SAW) went there and found him lying. His upper body cover had fallen off to one side of his body, and so he was covered with dust Allah's Messenger (SAW) started cleaning the dust from him, saying, "Get up O Abu Turab! Get up, Abu Turab!"

[Al-Bukhari (6280) and Muslim (2409)]

In the days of jaahiliyah the Arabs used to have offensive nicknames and some continued calling them by these names even after they became Muslims.

This is why Allah asked them how offensive it is to call them such names even after they became Muslim.

The kuffar of Europe and America have nicknames for all races and nationals.

25 September 2013 / 19 Dhul-Qadah 1434

AYAH 12:

O you who believe! Avoid much suspicion, indeed some suspicions are sins. And spy not, neither backbite one another. Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? You would hate it (so hate backbiting). And fear Allah. Verily, Allah is the One who accepts repentance, Most Merciful.

(Al-Hujurat 49:12)

When Allah (SWT) said avoid suspicion it means the suspicion with no basis and no foundation.

For example ten people came to you and you lost your phone and you suspect the poorest among them just because he is poor.

You can't pick on people just because they are poor; some rich people steal too.

So this is the suspicion Allah has condemned in this ayah because it is baseless.

We asked our shaikhs about a man caught on camera committing zina, they said technology is so advanced that it can manipulate and distort the video to make it look like he is committing zina.

So we need 4 live witnesses for the punishment to be applied as the film is suspicion and not witness.

عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ادرءوا الحدود بالشبهات

Ibn Abbas (RA) narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Abandon the Hudood when there is doubt."

[Musnad Abu Hanifa (Kitab al-Hudood) No. 4]

The Rasul (SAWS) said we should drop the hudud if there is an element of doubt.

It is better for a man to get away with stealing than chop off his hand because you can't give him his hand back.

If you are a criminal investigative officer, you work with suspicion until you get to the bottom of the case.

The judge has to throw away the case if it is based on suspicion.
Therefore the evidence should be certainty and not doubt.

And most of them follow nothing but conjecture. Certainly, conjecture can be of no avail against the truth. Surely, Allah is All-Aware of what they do.

(Yunus 10:36)

However, if the suspicion has a basis then it is not a sin.

Spying is haram in Islam.

You are not allowed to spy on your Muslim brothers and sisters.

It has been reported that a man was brought before Abdullah bin Mas'ud (RA) because his beard was giving out smell of wine. Ibn Mas'ud said: "We have been prohibited from spying (on Muslims) and finding faults (with them). But if something is clear to us, then we punish for it."

[Sunan Abu Dawud (4/272-273) No. 4890]

One night, while Umar Ibn al-Khattab was patrolling in Medina, he heard a man singing in his house. He climbed the wall of the man’s house. He found that there was a woman with him and a bottle of wine. He said to the man: “O enemy of Allah, have you thought that Allah protects you while you are disobeying Him?” The man said: “O Ameerul Mu’mineen, do not hasten! If I have committed one sin, you have committed three sins; Allah has said: (do not spy) but you have spied, and He has said: (and go into the houses by their doors) but you have climbed the wall and He has said: (when you enter houses, greet each other) but you have not greeted us.” Umar said: “Would you do me good if I forgive you?” The man said: “Yes, I would.” Then Umar forgave him and went out.

[lil-Khara'iti (d. 327 H) in 'Makarim al-Akhlaq' (1/152) No. 448, Kanz al-Ummal (3/808) No. 8827]

Ibn Mas'ud threw a case out of court because we were commanded not to spy on Muslims and find out their faults as the kuffar do.

Some people have the habit of finding out the faults of people and spreading them.

So this surah was revealed to instil in us good akhlaq (manners) because when you are living in a Muslim community and you have people finding out the faults of Muslims to spread them this will cause fitna in the community.

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying: The servant (who conceals) the faults of others in this world, Allah would conceal his faults on the Day of Resurrection.

[Sahih Muslim, Book 32, Hadith #6267]

Asma' Bint Yazid narrated the Prophet (SAW) said: "Whoever defends the honour of his brother in absence has the right over Allah to be freed from the Fire."

[Musnad Ahmad (6/461) No. 27650, al-Mu’jam al-Kabir at-Tabarani (24/176) No. 443, Musnad Abu Dawud at-Tayalisi (3/201) No. 1737]

Some people go around spreading the faults of people and the Rasul (saws) asked us to conceal the faults of our brothers.

The kuffaar (USA) spy on their allies and partners; the Germans asked if the democrats spy on each other, but this question is stupid since the democrats are the greatest hypocrites.

This spying scandal caused the Brazilian president to cancel her trip to the US.

No one likes to be spied on but these kuffaar spy on you and track your every move.

Edward Snowden was disgusted by this and exposed their hypocrisy.

The whole world sees him as a hero because it is unethical to spy on anyone.

In some countries you need a court permit to tap the phones of people.

These kuffaar spy too much because they have too much blood on their hands and they keep looking behind their shoulders.

The top 10 countries with the highest crime rates are all democracies.

1. United States
2. United Kingdom
3. Germany
4. France
5. Russia
6. Japan
7. South Africa
8. Canada
9. Italy
10. India

The kuffaar spy on all the MPs and know everything about them, therefore if anyone misbehaves they will expose you and disgrace you.

David Mellow was a conservative MP who was anti-Israel in his speeches and the newspapers broke the news that he was having an affair.

These people have files about every single MP and have all your dirty secrets in them.

Even if you send a text to a girl for zina they know about it.

The kuffaar spy on each other because they blackmail you with your sins. This is their modus operandi.

If you are a son or daughter of a president or prime minister and you are sent to Harvard or other top universities they will keep a file on you because they expect you to be something in the future.

They will have all your secrets and make sure you dance to their tunes or else they will destroy you and disgrace you like they did to Mark Oaten because he criticised the policies of Tony Blair to go to war.

In the Islamic state we don't have a multi-party system and we don't spy on people and expose them because we are told to conceal their faults.

This is the culture of Europe and America.

Women in these countries sleep with high profile men and sell their stories.

There is no doubt that affairs happen in the Muslim world but no Muslim woman will go and expose the story in the press.

Only an apostate will do this and no newspaper will print it anyway because we have decency, morals, ethics and a sense of shame unlike in Europe and America.

This shows the superiority of Islam over them.

If you spy on the Muslims for the kuffaar you become a kaafir.

These people who spy for the kuffaar say it is just a job and use the story of Hatib Ibn Abi Balta as their justification. It is ijma amongst the Muslims that this makes you a kaafir.

Ibn Hazm Stated in Al-Muhalla (11/138): "What is correct is that His statement, the Most High, "And if any amongst you takes them as Auliya', then surely he is one of them." (The Quran 5:51), should be understood on the basis of its apparent meaning. The person being referred to is a disbeliever from the generality of disbelievers, and no two Muslims disagree regarding this."

Sheikh Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahab, may Allah have mercy on him, gathered ten actions that negate one's Islam (Nawaqid ul-'Ashr), the eighth one of which states: "Assisting the disbelievers (against the believers) (Mudhaharatul Mushrikeen) and supporting them against the believers (is from the actions that negates of one's faith). The Proof being the statement of Allah, "And if any amongst you takes them as Auliya', then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers and unjust). (The Quran 5:51)."

Sheikh Ibn Baz stated (Al-Fatawa 1/274): "There is a consensus amongst the scholars that whoever supports the disbelievers against the believers (Dhahar Al-Kuffar 'Ala Al-Muslimeen), and assists them by any means of assistance, then he is a disbeliever just like them (the disbelievers he supported)…"

When the Americans wanted to bomb Afghanistan, the Pakistanis allowed them to use their airspace and land space and shared with them all the intelligence they have on the Taliban so they know where to bomb.

This makes them kufaar; even Shaikh Bin Baaz passed this fatwa.

All the fatwas of Bin Baaz are accurate except one which he passed to allow the Dajjal army to have a military base in the holy land.

Shaikh 'Abdul-'Azeez Ibn 'Abdullah Ibn Baaz said: "There is no Eeman for the one who believes the laws of the people and their opinions are superior to the Hukm of Allah and His Messenger or that they are equal to it or that they resemble it or who leaves it or replaces it with fabricated laws and institutions invented by people, even if he believes that the laws of Allah are more encompassing and more just"

[Wujoob Tah'keem Shari'ah Allah' (pg. 16-17)]

Abu Huraira (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said: “Two characteristics cannot combine in a hypocrite: good character and an understanding of religion.”

[Sunan Tirmidhi (5/49) No. 2684, al-Thiqat Ibn Hibban (8/227) No. 13149, al-Mu’jam al-Awsat al-Tabarani (8/75) No. 8010, al-Madkhal ila al-Sunan al-Kubra al-Bayhaqi (pg. 256) No. 357]

The Americans are despised because of their spying; no one likes to be spied upon.

They made all their allies upset. They are the biggest hypocrites in the world.

They never keep their promises and they are liars, hypocrites, thieves and murderers.

Bush promised not to raise taxes but that was the first thing he did after he was elected

“Read my lips: no more taxes”:

Have you seen him who takes his own lust (vain desires) as his ilah (god), and Allah knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart, and put a cover on his sight. Who then will guide him after Allah? Will you not then remember?

(Al-Jathiyah 45:23)

Barack Obama Absolutely Promises To Close Guantanamo Bay:

Obama promised to close down Guantanamo Bay but it is still open.

They spy on all the Muslim students in New York and they are taking the government to court; this behaviour is disgraceful.

If we catch you spying on the mujahideen your head is gone and the hujjah is:

The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.

(Al-Ma'idah 5:33)

O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliya' (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but Auliya' to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as Auliya', then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust).

(Al-Ma'idah 5:51)

A spy is worse than a gay and we kill the gays in the Islamic state.

There is an exception to the rule of killing the spy and that is for reconnaissance missions.

If the Rasul didn't spy on Banu Mustalliq, he wouldn’t have known that they are planning to attack Medina.

You need to spy on your enemy and be a step ahead of them; the Jews spy on every one of their enemies.

Women make the best spies especially on their husbands.

They like to check the inboxes of their husbands but this spying may bring to light information that will hurt you.

Very few women don't spy.

Asian and Afro-Caribbean women spy on their husbands but Arabs and African women don't.

However, some scholars say that a father is allowed to intercept the emails of his daughter for her own protection and this is not considered spying.

Anyone who refuses to come on skype to talk to you, he is not sincere and hence dodgy.

Allah (SWT) said you should not backbite one another.

There is a difference between backbiting and slandering.

Backbiting is to say something about a person behind his back which he dislikes even though what you said is true.

Slandering is to say something behind his back which he dislikes and it is a lie; therefore slander is worse than backbiting.

Allah (SWT) mentioned wealth, backbiting and slander in the same surah because you need the wealth to spread your slander.

Woe to every slanderer and backbiter. Who has gathered wealth and counted it,
He thinks that his wealth will make him last forever! Nay! Verily, he will be thrown into the crushing Fire. And what will make you know what the crushing Fire is? The fire of Allah, kindled, Which leaps up over the hearts, Verily, it shall be closed in on them, In pillars stretched forth (i.e. they will be punished in the Fire with pillars, etc.).

(Al-Humuzah 104:1-9)

When you backbite or slander a person you have to give him your good deeds on the Day of Judgment.

The reason why backbiting is so evil is because you destroy a person's character.

-Your honour is one of the six sacred things in Islam

Life, Wealth, Honour, Aql, Lineage & Deen are all sacred things.

'Abdur-Rahmaan Ibn Muhammad Ibn Habeeb Ibn Abee Habeeb on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather [who] said: I witnessed Khaalid Ibn 'Abdullah Al-Qasree - and he addressed them at Waasit - "Oh People, make sacrifice, may Allah accept it from you. Verily I am sacrificing Al-Ja'd Ibn Dirham, for indeed he claims that Allah did not take Ibrahim as a khaleel (close friend), and [that] He did not speak to Moosa. Most Perfect is He and exalted is He from what Al-Ja'd says."

Then he descended and slaughtered him. I say: And the Jahmiyyah and Mu'tazilah speak with this, and they distort the text of the revelation regarding that, and they claim that the Lord is purified of that (i.e. having spoken to Moses and taken Ibrahim as a khalil).

[Mukhtasar al-Uluww of adh-Dhahabi, (p.134)]

Your deen is sacred and that is why the caliph doesn't allow people with dodgy Aqeeda to be in the Islamic state.

Ja'd Ibn Dirham lost his head because of dodgy Aqeeda.

People backbite and slander you because they are jealous of you; they can't accept Qadr Allah and they want to tell Allah who to bless

Neither those who disbelieve among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) nor Al-Mushrikun (the disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, idolaters, polytheists, pagans, etc.) like that there should be sent down unto you any good from your Lord. But Allah chooses for His Mercy whom He wills. And Allah is the Owner of Great Bounty.

(Al-Baqarah 2:105)

People do not only envy you for materials gains, they also envy you for your deen, especially the Jews.

Many of the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) wish that if they could turn you away as disbelievers after you have believed, out of envy from their ownselves, even, after the truth (that Muhammad Peace be upon him is Allah's Messenger) has become manifest unto them. But forgive and overlook, till Allah brings His Command. Verily, Allah is Able to do all things.

(Al-Baqarah 2:109)

The Goofy Sufis and Deobandis in South Africa printed leaflets against Mufti Menk because they had a different Aqeeda from him.

The worst hatred is not racial hatred but religious hatred.

Verily, you will find the strongest among men in enmity to the believers (Muslims) the Jews and those who are Al-Mushrikun (see V.2:105), and you will find the nearest in love to the believers (Muslims) those who say: "We are Christians." That is because amongst them are priests and monks, and they are not proud.

(Al-Ma'idah 5:82)

The kuffaar in Serbia massacred the Bosnians Muslims even though they were not strong Muslims.

They used to eat pork and drink alcohol and they had no al walaa wal baraa yet still the kufaar massacred them.

These people were plastic Muslims.

Vladimir Putin’s ‘girlfriend’ gives birth to his first son:

Sometimes backbiting is permissible; there is no backbiting for a person who is a wicked scholar (a scholar with dodgy aqeeda).

You need to expose his wicked Aqeeda, not his personal weaknesses

Imam Dhahabi and Hafidhh Asqalani write [that]: The scholars of Hadith have different opinions about Muhammad bin Is-haaq. Yahya bin Mo’een says that he is authentic but his narration of Hadith is not good. Ali Ibn Madini says his two narrations are unknown. Nasai said that he is not strong in the knowledge of Hadith. Imam Dar Qutni said that his Hadith cannot be used as evidence.

Imam Abu Bakr said that Muhammad bin Is-haah was Qadri. Imam Hashaam and Imam Salaiman said that he was a liar. Imam Malik said that he is a liar and is a Dajjal. Abdullah bin Mubarak said, “I saw Muhammad bin Is-haaq in Masjid ul Haif, I did not go near him because people might have said that I have wrong beliefs like him.”

Imam Ahmad said “When he narrates Hadith, he narrates Hadith from those people whom he never met. Imam Yahya bin Sa’eed says “I bear witness that Muhammad bin Is-haaq is a liar. He has narrated one thousand Hadith’s which no one else has narrated.”

Imam Bukhari never wrote any Hadith that was narrated by Muhammad bin Is-haaq. No one can use his narration of Hadith as evidence for halal and haraam. But there are a few people who praised him like Imam Shoba.

[Mizan ul I’tidaal, Tahzeeb ut Tahzeeb, Tazkarat ul Huffaaz, biography of Muhammad bin Is-haaq]

Concerning Kathir ibn ‘Abd Allah, Imam ash-Shafi‘i says: “He is one of the pillars of lying.” Ibn Hajar (al-‘Asqalani), Tahdhib at-Tahdhib (Dar al-Fikr), vol. 8, p. 377; Tahdhib al-Kamal, vol. 24, p. 138.

Shaykhul-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (rh) said: "When some people asked Imaam Ahmad bin Hanbal that they felt uneasy about criticizing people, he replied: "If I were to remain silent, how would the ignorant masses know the truth from falsehood?"

[Majmoo' al-Fataawaa (28/231)]

These statements of the Imams prove that you can backbite wicked scholars and call them by their names and this is the sunnah of Allah.

Perish the two hands of Abu Lahab (an uncle of the Prophet), and perish he!

(Al-Masad 111:1)

There is no backbiting for reference in marriage but you should not give reference until you are approached.

Fatimah bint Qays went to the Prophet seeking marital advice when both Mu’awiyah Ibin Abu Sufyan and Abu Jahm had proposed to her.  The Prophet told her, "Mu’awiyah is stingy and tight fisted) and Abu Jahm beats his women." So marry Usamah instead.

[Sahih Muslim (2/1114) No. 1480, Sunan Abu Dawud (2/285) No. 2284, Sunan Tirmidhi (3/440) No. 1134, Sunan An-Nasa'i (6/75) No. 3245]

There is no backbiting for a business transaction so if someone asked you for reference about a potential business partner then you should say all you know about him.

When you backbite your brother it is as if you are eating his flesh.

Ubaid, the freed slave of the Prophet (SAW), reported “Two women were once fasting during the lifetime of Allah’s Messenger and they almost died of thirst. This was mentioned to the Prophet (SAW) but he turned away from (allowing) them (to break the fast). Then they were mentioned to him again, so he called for them and ordered them to vomit, i.e. throw up, what was in their stomachs. So they both vomited and filled up a bowl with puss, blood and pieces of flesh. Then the Prophet (SAW) said: ‘These two fasted by refraining from what Allah made lawful for them. but they broke their fast by doing what Allah made unlawful for them. One of them sat with the other and they began to eat from the flesh of people.’”

[Musnad Ahmad (5/431) No. 23703]

Allah said you should abhor backbiting the same way you abhor eating the flesh of your dead brother.

Narrated By Uqbah ibn Amir: The Prophet (SAW) said: "He who sees something which should be kept hidden and conceals it will be like one who has brought to life a girl buried alive."

[Abu Dawood (4/273, No. 4891), al-Hakim (4/426, No. 8162), al-Bayhaqi (8/331, No. 17387), Sunan Kubra Nasa'i (4/307, No. 7281), At-Tabarani (17/319, No. 883)]

Backbiting is not a minor sin but a major sin because you smear his honour and character.

This surah (Al-Hujurat) forbids smear, sneer and jeer.

28 September 2013 / 22 Dhul-Qadah 1434
AYAH 14:

The Bedouins say: "We believe." Say: "You believe not but you only say, 'We have surrendered (in Islam),' for Faith has not yet entered your hearts. But if you obey Allah and His Messenger (SAW), He will not decrease anything in reward for your deeds. Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."

(Al-Hujurat 49:14)

This ayah is talking about imaan

It is making differentiating between a Mu'min and a Muslim

We use these two words interchangeably but they are not the same.
This ayah is a dars by itself as it talks about imaan.

Therefore we will unravel the reality of imaan.

The desert Arabs suffered drought and dire straits so they came to the Rasul (SAWS) and told him to feed them because they were believers.

So Allah (SWT) revealed this ayah saying they were only Muslims and not believers, thus making a difference between a Muslim and a Mu'min.

There is a difference between heaven and paradise.

There is a difference between The Arsh and the Kursi.

There is difference between destiny and pre-destination.

If you try to explain these differences to an ignoramus, his pride doesn't allow him to accept it because he had always used these interchangeably.

Their reward with their Lord is 'Adn (Eden) Paradise (Gardens of Eternity), underneath which rivers flow, they will abide therein forever, Allah Well-Pleased with them, and they with Him. That is for him who fears his Lord.

(Al-Baiyinah 98:8)

Allah (SWT) made a difference heaven and paradise. The above-mentioned ayah is talking about Paradise.

No eye has seen paradise before.

Adam (AS) was in heaven.

No one will enter paradise before Muhammad (SAWS).

Likewise Allah is making differentiating between a Muslim and a mu'min.

The hadith of Gabriel (AS) should teach you that there is a difference between a Muslim and a Mu’min.

Umar (RA) ibn al-Khattab (RA) said that they were with Allah’s Messenger (SAW) when a man came wearing extremely white clothing and deep black hair but signs of a journey could not be detected on him nor could they recognise him as one of them. He came to the Prophet (SAW) and sat down beside him, his knees touching the Prophet’s (SAW). He asked “O Muhammad, what is faith”?

He said, “It is to believe in Allah, His angels, His Books, His Messengers (peace be upon them all), in the Last Day and in Predestination of good and evil.” He asked, “And what is Islam?” He said, ‘It is. to testify that there is no God but Allah and that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger (SAW) to establish the Salah, to pay the Zakah, to perform pilgrimage of the House and to fast in Ramadan.’ He asked, “And

what is Ihsan”? He said, It is that you worship Allah as though you see Him, for it you cannot see Him, He sees you.” The visitor remarked, “In everything that you have spoken, you spoke truth.” Umar (RA) said that they were surprised at his questioning him and then confirming that he spoke the truth. Next, he asked, “And when is the Hour?” He said, “The one who is questioned does not know more about it than the one who asks.” He asked, “Then what are its Signs?” He said, “That a maid-servant will beget her mistress and that you see barefooted, naked-bodied, helpless shepherds construct tall buildings.”

Umar (RA) said that the Prophet (SAW) then met him after three days and said, “Umar (RA), do you know who the questioner was? He was Jibril come to teach you the basics of your religion.”

[Bukhari 47, Muslim 4, Tirmidhi 2619, Abu Dawud 4695, Nisai 5005, Ibn Majah 63, Ahmed 184]

There are different levels of paradise because people are different in their levels of imaan.

That should tell you that people have different statuses.

Some people pray tahajjud whilst others only pray Isha and go to sleep.

Islam is manifested by external actions whilst imaan is an action by the heart (unshakable belief).

A Muslim is someone who submits to Allah (SWT).

He may have weaknesses which may be major weaknesses like zina, alcohol, etc. but this doesn't make him a kaafir because these actions are minor kufr.

He is only a kaafir if he commits major kufr like black magic.

The mu'min doesn't have major weaknesses in his character.

Muslim is translated as submitter. Mu’min is translated as believer. Mushin is translated as doer of good.

The Muhsin is so careful that he abstains even from things that are makrooh.

All the ten people who were promised paradise were muhsin so the highest level is the muhsin.

When Sulaiman (AS) wrote to Bilqees he invited her to be a 'Muslim' and not a mu'min or a muhsin because he knew that you can't make a mushirk a mu'min overnight but they can start as a Muslim

"Be you not exalted against me, but come to me as Muslims (true believers who submit to Allah with full submission)'"

(An-Naml 27:31)

She was like a baby in Islam.

We give babies light food before we progress to hard food.

Also the magicians in the time of Musa (AS) also said they are 'Muslims' not Mu’mins because they were new in Islam.

"And you take vengeance on us only because we believed in the Ayat (proofs, evidences, lessons, signs, etc.) of our Lord when they reached us! Our Lord! pour out on us patience, and cause us to die as Muslims."

(Al-A'raf 7:126)

The magicians of the Pharaoh were like the wicked scholars of today but they are far better than the wicked scholars since they made taubah when the hujjah was presented to them and they died as martyrs.

A believer cries when he hears the Quran

When last did cry upon hearing the Quran, a khutbah or dars?

The believers are only those who, when Allah is mentioned, feel a fear in their hearts and when His Verses (this Qur'an) are recited unto them, they (i.e. the Verses) increase their Faith; and they put their trust in their Lord (Alone);

(Al-Anfal 8:2)

The believer has tawakkul on Allah (SWT).

Many people don't want to leave darul harb and make hijrah because they don't have tawakkul on Allah (SWT).

These people will not enjoy the barakah of living in a society ruled by sharia.

Another sign of a believer is to give in charity for the sake of Allah.

These will be given their reward twice over, because they are patient, and repel evil with good, and spend (in charity) out of what We have provided them.

(Al-Qasas 28:54)

Allah (SWT) described the characteristics of the mu'minun in Surah 23:1-11.

Successful indeed are the believers. Those who offer their Salat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that Allah has forbidden). And those who pay the Zakat. And those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame;

(Al-Mu'minun 23:1-6)

But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors; Those who are faithfully true to their Amanat (all the duties which Allah has ordained, honesty, moral responsibility and trusts etc) and to their covenants; And those who strictly guard their (five compulsory congregational) Salawat (prayers) (at their fixed stated hours) These are indeed the inheritors. Who shall inherit the Firdaus (Paradise). They shall dwell therein forever.

(Al-Mu'minun 23:7-11)

A believer doesn't break his promises.

If you lend him money, he will pay it back and if you lend him your property he returns it in the same condition or even better.

Allah (SWT) also described the special characteristics of the believers in Surah 2:177

It is not Al-Birr (piety, righteousness, and each and every act of obedience to Allah, etc.) that you turn your faces towards east and (or) west (in prayers); but Al-Birr is (the quality of) the one who believes in Allah, the Last Day, the Angels, the Book, the Prophets and gives his wealth, in spite of love for it, to the kinsfolk, to the orphans, and to Al-Masakin (the poor), and to the wayfarer, and to those who ask, and to set slaves free performs As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and gives the Zakat, and who fulfill their covenant when they make it, and who are As-Sabirin (the patient ones, etc) in extreme poverty and ailment (disease) and at the time of fighting (during the battles) Such are the people of the truth and they are Al¬Muttaqun (pious - see V.2:2)

(Al-Baqarah 2:177)

The believer is patient and doesn't insult Allah in times of calamity.

Allah (SWT) spoke about them again in surah 3:134.

Those who spend [in Allah's Cause - deeds of charity, alms, etc.] in prosperity and in adversity, who repress anger, and who pardon men; verily, Allah loves Al-Muhsinun (the good¬doers).

(Al Imran 3:134)

The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “The most perfect of the believers in faith is he who is the best of them in conduct, and the best of you in conduct are those who are best to their wives.”

Whenever Allah (SWT) is describing the muhsin, He always mentions spending because it is very difficult for people to spend.

Many Muslims are stingy and don't spend in the cause of Allah (SWT).

They are forgiving to those who offend them because if you don't forgive people Allah (SWT) won't you.

Sometimes it is very difficult to forgive people especially if they slander your character but if you don't forgive them their hereafter will be in jeopardy.

Those who listen to the Word [good advice La ilaha ill-Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah) and Islamic Monotheism, etc.] and follow the best thereof (i.e. worship Allah Alone, repent to Him and avoid Taghut etc) those are (the ones) whom Allah has guided and those are men of understanding (like Zaid bin 'Amr bin Nufail, Salman Al-Farisi and Abu Dhar Al-Ghifari)

(Az-Zumar 39:18)

They listen to a speech and pick the best from it and follow it.

Abu Dharr (R.A) and Salman Al Farsi (R.A) are examples of such people.

Some people claim that you should only give dawah if you are a mu'min and not just a Muslim.

You should give dawah even if you smoke weed or have a girlfriend.

And who is better in speech than he who [says: "My Lord is Allah (believes in His Oneness)," and then stands straight (acts upon His Order), and] invites (men) to Allah's (Islamic Monotheism), and does righteous deeds, and says: "I am one of the Muslims."

(Fussilat 41:33)

Allah (SWT) may guide people through you.

The above ayah says Muslims not mu'min.

There are many good Muslims who came to Islam through Elijah Pole or Louis Farrakhan

Allah (SWT) can help Islam through a faajir (a corrupt person).

Narrated Abu Huraira: We were in the company of Allah’s Apostle in a ghazwa, and he remarked about a man who claimed to be a Muslim, saying, “This (man) is from the people of the (Hell) Fire.” When the battle started, the man fought violently till he got wounded. Somebody said, “O Allah’s Apostle! The man whom you described as being from the people of the (Hell) Fire fought violently today and died.” The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “He will go to the (Hell) Fire.”

Some people were on the point of doubting (the truth of what the Prophet (peace be upon him) had said) while they were in this state, suddenly someone said that he was still alive but severely wounded. When night fell, he lost patience and committed suicide. The Prophet (peace be upon him) was informed of that, and he said, “Allah is Greater! I testify that I am Allah’s Slave and His Apostle.” Then he ordered Bilal to announce amongst the people: “None will enter Paradise but a Muslim, and Allah may support this religion (i.e. Islam) even with a disobedient man.”

[Sahih Al-Bukhari – Book 52 Hadith 297]

There was a mujahid in the time of Umar (R.A) who had a weakness for alcohol but he loved jihad. His name was Abu Mahjan.

You should still give dawah with your weaknesses; all you need to give dawah is to be a Muslim.

There are five different definitions of imaan in the Ummah.

All are wrong except for one.

Only Ahlu Sunnah wal Jamaah gives the correct definition of imaan

As long as you are aware of Islam being the haqq then you are good to go.

The scholars of Ahlu Sunnah wal Jamaah flushed this definition with Surah 17:102

[Musa (Moses)] said: "Verily, you know that these signs have been sent down by none but the Lord of the heavens and the earth as clear (evidences i.e. proofs of Allah's Oneness and His Omnipotence, etc.). And I think you are, indeed, O Fir'aun (Pharaoh) doomed to destruction (away from all good)!"

(Al-Isra 17:102)

The Pharaoh was aware that Islam was the truth yet he wasn't a Muslim.

This was the same plight as Abu Talib.

The scholars of Ahlu Sunnah wal Jamaah used surah 27:14 to refute this definition.

And they belied them (those Ayat) wrongfully and arrogantly, though their ownselves were convinced thereof [i.e. those (Ayat) are from Allah, and Musa (Moses) is the Messenger of Allah in truth, but they disliked to obey Musa (Moses), and hated to believe in his Message of Monotheism]. So see what was the end of the Mufsidun (disbelievers, disobedient to Allah, evil-doers, liars.)

(An-Naml 27:14)

Allah (SWT) said that the Pharaoh and his army were convinced that Musa (AS) brought the truth yet because of arrogance they refused to accept the truth.

The scholars used surah 15:36 to refute this dodgy definition

[Iblis (Satan)] said: "O my Lord! Give me then respite till the Day they (the dead) will be resurrected."

(Al-Hijr 15:36)

This definition makes the shaitan a Muslim perfect in imaan.

On the Day of Judgment, he will wash his hands off those who followed and worshipped him

He declared all the pillars of imaan.

A munafiq declares the shahadah with his tongue; therefore this definition includes them in the fold of Islam though Allah threw their shahadah back at them.

When the hypocrites come to you (O Muhammad SAW), they say: "We bear witness that you are indeed the Messenger of Allah." Allah knows that you are indeed His Messenger and Allah bears witness that the hypocrites are liars indeed.

(Al-Munafiqun 63:1)

This is why it is dangerous if you don't classify knowledge and have things defined properly.

This definition was attributed to Abu Hanifah (RA) and because of this many accused him of being a murji.

Allah knows best if he gave this definition because his fatwas were so rigid.

I'm not convinced that he said this.

Abu Hanifah (RA) said that if you give an egg to the fire worshipper you become a kaafir.

This definition lacks the implementation with the limbs.

Allah (SWT) swore by time in Surah 103.

By Al-'Asr (the time). Verily! Man is in loss,

(Al-'Asr 103:1-2)

Except those who believe (in Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, and recommend one another to the truth (i.e. order one another to perform all kinds of good deeds (Al-Ma'ruf)which Allah has ordained, and abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds (Al-Munkar)which Allah has forbidden), and recommend one another to patience (for the sufferings, harms, and injuries which one may encounter in Allah's Cause during preaching His religion of Islamic Monotheism or Jihad, etc)

(Al-'Asr 103:3)

Allah (SWT) mentioned both believing and working righteous deeds and that shows you that you can't have imaan without the implementation with limbs.

By the fig, and the olive, By Mount Sinai, And by this city of security (Makkah), Verily, We created man of the best stature (mould), Then We reduced him to the lowest of the low, Save those who believe (in Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous deeds, then they shall have a reward without end (Paradise).

(At-Tin 95:1-6)

The people who go by this definition of imaan always say “I'm a non-practicing Muslim”, all they do is recite the shahadah and that's it.

This is the ideology of a murji.

The scholars of Ahlu Sunnah wal Jamaah used Surah 9:11 to refute this definition

But if they repent, perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat) and give Zakat, then they are your brethren in religion. (In this way) We explain the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) in detail for a people who know.

(At-Tawbah 9:11)

The sahabah had prisoners of war and they started taking shahadah and the sahabah began worrying that they may be fake so Allah revealed this ayah (9:11) to clarify their doubts.

Allah (SWT) put down three conditions to accept them as Muslims

Therefore imaan is heart, tongue and limbs.

This is the definition of Ahlu Sunnah wal Jamaah and any other definition is wrong.

According to the murji our actions are not a part of our imaan.

However, Quran and Sunnah have proved otherwise.

1. The rasul (SAWS) said that the best mu'min is the best in character and the best is the one who treats his wife the best

Abu Huraira (RA) reported that Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, "The most perfect of believers in belief is the best of them in character. The best of you are those who are the best to their women."

[Musnad Ahmad (2/472) No. 10110, Sunan Tirmidhi (3/466) No. 1162, Sunan Abu Dawud (4/220) No. 4682]

2. Imaan consists of 70 branches and the highest is La Illaha Ilallaha with the lowest being to remove a harmful thing from the road

Abu Huraira narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Faith has over seventy branches or over sixty branches, the most excellent of which is the declaration that there is no god but Allah, and the humblest of which is the, removal of what is injurious from the path: and modesty is the branch of faith."

[Al-Bukhari (8) and Muslim (56)]

3. Allah said in surah 2:143:

And Allah would never make your faith (prayers) to be lost (i.e. your prayers offered towards Jerusalem). Truly, Allah is full of kindness, the Most Merciful towards mankind.

(Al-Baqarah 2:143)

This ayah is the ultimate hujjah because Allah (SWT) called the salah of the sahabah done facing Jerusalem as imaan.

Your salah is action but Allah (SWT) called it imaan.

This is the creed of Hizbu Tahrir

Hanzala reported: We were in the company of Allah's Messenger (SAW) and he delivered to us a sermon and made a mention of Hell-Fire. Then I came to my house and began to laugh with my children and sport with my wife. (Hanzala) further reported: I went out and met Abu Bakr and made a mention of that to him. Thereupon he said: I have done the same as you have mentioned. So we went to see Allah's Messenger (SAW) and said to him: Allah's Messenger, Hanzala has become a hypocrite. And he (the Holy Prophet) said Show respite. And then I narrated to him the story, and Abu Bakr said: I have done the same as he has done. Thereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: Hanzala, there is a time for worldly affairs and a time for (worship and devotion), and if your state of mind is always the same as it is at the time of remembrance of Allah, the Angels would shake hands with you and would greet you on the path by saying: As-Salamu-Alaikum.

[Sahih Muslim (4/2107) No. 2750]

It is human nature for your imaan to go up and down because you are not always in a state of spirituality to keep your imaan high at the same level.

You should show respite.

Your company affects your imaan.

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "An adulterer, at the time he is committing illegal sexual intercourse is not a believer; and a person, at the time of drinking an alcoholic drink is not a believer; and a thief, at the time of stealing, is not a believer." Ibn Shihab said: 'Abdul Malik bin Abi Bakr bin 'Abdur-Rahman bin Al-Harith bin Hisham told me that Abu Bakr used to narrate that narration to him on the authority of Abu Huraira. He used to add that Abu Bakr used to mention, besides the above cases, "And he who robs (takes illegally something by force) while the people are looking at him, is not a believer at the time he is robbing (taking).

[Al-Bukhari (5578) and Muslim (57)]

He is not a believer but still a Muslims when he is in the act.

Those (i.e. believers) unto whom the people (hypocrites) said, "Verily, the people (pagans) have gathered against you (a great army), therefore, fear them." But it (only) increased them in Faith, and they said: "Allah (Alone) is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us)."

(Aali Imran 3:173)

And whenever there comes down a Surah (chapter from the Qur'an), some of them (hypocrites) say: "Which of you has had his Faith increased by it?" As for those who believe, it has increased their Faith, and they rejoice.

(At-Tawbah 9:124)

Allah (SWT) states in the above ayahs that imaan increases.

It is haram to say inshaAllah I'm a Muslim, if you are asked whether you are a Muslim because that means that you are not sure. This is the fatwa of Abu Hanifah (RA).

The other imams say that if you have no doubt then you didn't do haram.

Zamakhshari took sides with Abu Hanifah (RA).

The evidence the other imams quote is Surah 48:27:

Indeed Allah shall fulfil the true vision which He showed to His Messenger (SAW) [i.e. the Prophet SAW saw a dream that he has entered Makkah along with his companions, having their (head) hair shaved and cut short] in very truth. Certainly, you shall enter AlMasjidalHaram; if Allah wills, secure, (some) having your heads shaved, and (some) having your head hair cut short, having no fear. He knew what you knew not, and He granted besides that a near victory.

(Al-Fath 48:27)

Even though Allah (SWT) was sure that the Rasul (SAWS) and the sahabah will enter Makkah, He still said inshaAllah.

29 September 2013 / 23 Dhul-Qadah 1434 Hijri

AYAH 15:

Only those are the believers who have believed in Allah and His Messenger, and afterward doubt not but strive with their wealth and their lives for the Cause of Allah. Those! They are the truthful.
(Al-Hujurat 49:15) [MOHSIN KHAN]

- Saheeh International is a Quran Translation compiled by THREE WOMEN in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The believers are only the ones who have believed in Allah and His Messenger and then doubt not but strive with their properties and their lives in the cause of Allah. It is those who are the truthful.

(Al-Hujurat 49:15) [SAHIH INTERNATIONAL]

- The Saheeh International translation is by far much more accurate in its delivery of the original text when compared to the translations made by men.

- Allah (SWT) is reminding us that we are not allowed to have any doubts in regards to our FAITH.

- Having doubts about our faith equals nullifying your SHAHADAH and hence your ISLAM.

- If a person is a FAASIQ who commits Zina and drinks Alcohol but yet is firm in his conviction about ISLAM and its articles of FAITH, he will still enter THE PARADISE.

- Alternatively a man could avoid all Major SINS and yet enter THE HELLFIRE because he doubts the SIX PILLARS OF EMAAN.

- Therefore to be sincere in your DEEN you must believe in ALLAH (SWT) and HIS MESSENGER and then HAVE NO DOUBTS AT ALL.

In their hearts is a disease (of doubt and hypocrisy) and Allah has increased their disease. A painful torment is theirs because they used to tell lies.

(Al-Baqarah 2:10)

- The disease ALLAH (SWT) speaks about in the above AYAH is the disease of DOUBT.

- To believe in ALLAH (SWT) is not enough to make you a BELIEVER.

- You must believe in all the articles of FAITH. Therefore a Unitarian who believes in ALLAH (SWT) but not in HIS MESSENGER MUHAMMAD (SAWS) is a KAAFIR.

He in Whose Hand is my soul! No member of this Ummah, no Jew or Christian, hears of me but dies without believing in what I was sent with, but will be among the people of the Fire.)

It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “By the One in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, no one among this nation, Jew or Christian, hears of me then dies not believing in that with which I was sent, but he will be one of the people of the Fire.”

[Narrated by Muslim, 153]

- The believers are those who believe in ALLAH (SWT) and HIS MESSENGER MUHAMMAD (SAWS).

The Prophet (SAWS) said, ‘He who fights to make Allah’s word (i.e. Islam) be superior is fighting in Allah’s cause.’”

[Saheeh ul-Bukhaari]

In Ayah 15 of Surah Al-Hujurat, Allah (SWT) laid down the above four conditions to be a believer.

- Therefore you are not allowed to fight for Democracy or any other faction promoting an opposing ideology.

- One of the conditions of the MUNAFIQ is that they always doubt their faith.

- We must be extremely careful about who we keep in our company and who we spend our time with.

- According to Imam Abu Hanifa (RA), if someone is asked if they are Muslim, they must not reply with INSHA-ALLAH because that denotes having doubt in your faith.

- However, according to Imam Ghazaali (RA) and Imam Shafi'i (RA) if a person is asked if they are Muslim, they are allowed to say INSHA-ALLAH, because they hope that when they DIE they will DIE AS A MUSLIM.

- The Prophet (SAWS) saw himself and his companions entering MAKKAH in his dream.

- The Shafi'is are saying that even though it is a SURETY that Muhammad (SAWS) will enter MAKKAH, yet ALLAH says INSHA-ALLAH

Indeed Allah shall fulfil the true vision which He showed to His Messenger (SAW) [i.e. the Prophet SAW saw a dream that he has entered Makkah along with his companions, having their (head) hair shaved and cut short] in very truth. Certainly, you shall enter Al¬Masjid¬al-Haram; if Allah wills, secure, (some) having your heads shaved, and (some) having your head hair cut short, having no fear. He knew what you knew not, and He granted besides that a near victory.

(Al-Fath 48:27)

The above ayah is the Hujjah used by the Shafi'i Madhab for their stance on replying with INSHA-ALLAH when asked if you are Muslim.

- Zamakhshari disagreed with the Shafi'i Madhab and replied saying that JIBREEL (a.s) put the words INSHA-ALLAH into the QURAN without the permission of ALLAH (SWT).

- This stance of Zamakhshari is considered KUFR by many scholars because he gave the Creation of ALLAH, power to change ALLAH's Will.

- The reason behind the mistakes of Zamakhshari was his inclination to use his AQL over the NAQL; he was a MUTAZILITE.

- We must note that Zamakhshari was a great scholar and we are allowed to take his works on LANGUAGE.

- However, we are not allowed to take from his works on AQEEDA.

- We must take our AQEEDA from IBN KATHIR and IBN TAYMIYYAH.

- Another proof used by the Shafi'i Madhab is the Hadith of the Messenger (SAWS) below:

It was narrated that ‘Aa’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): “O Messenger of Allah, what should I say to them (i.e., to the occupants of the graves)?” He said, “Say: Al-salaamu ‘ala ahl il-diyaar min al-mu’mineen wa’l-Muslimeen, wa yarham Allah al-mustaqdimeena minna wa’l-musta’khireen, wa innaa in sha Allah bikum la laahiqoon (Peace be upon the inhabitants of the graves, believers and Muslims. May Allah have mercy upon those who have gone ahead of us and those who come later on, and verily we will, in sha Allah, join you).”

[Narrated by Muslim, 974.]

- The Prophet (SAWS) used the words INSHA-ALLAH when giving SALAMS to the people of the GRAVES even though every soul shall taste DEATH and DEATH is a CERTAINTY.

Everyone shall taste death. And only on the Day of Resurrection shall you be paid your wages in full. And whoever is removed away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise, he indeed is successful. The life of this world is only the enjoyment of deception (a deceiving thing).

(Aali Imran 3:185)

Verily, you (O Muhammad SAW) will die and verily, they (too) will die.

(Az-Zumar 39:30)

- In the west a culture of scepticism is promoted day and night in regards to RELIGION.

- However, in the West they do not promote a culture of scepticism with regards to Government agendas and NEWS Media.

- The word scepticism means to DOUBT WHAT YOU HEAR.

- There are TWO types of DOUBTS/SKEPTICIMS: One is PRAISE WORHTY and the other is BLAME WORTHY.

- The minions of the Western Agenda have set up ideological media machines to promote doubts about ALLAH (SWT), ISLAM and MUHAMMAD (SAWS).

- They want you to think the HEREAFTER is nothing but a MYTH.

- Many Muslims today have become LOST SOULS, because they have become VICTIMS of this SKEPTICAL AND RELATIVE thinking.

- These people feed on scepticism and relativism to approach every topic concerning the DEEN of ALLAH (SWT).

- The BATTLE between HAQ and BAATIL is an ongoing process and this ideological warfare has gained ground in successfully snatching Muslims away from the HAQ.

 - A Muslim should not only be careful about who he keeps in his company but should also be extremely careful about what type of sources (websites, media etc) he uses to gain his knowledge and information.

- To doubt your RELIGION is BLAME WORTHY doubt.

- Similarly to DOUBT the AUTHENTICITY of the HOLY QURAN is also BLAME WORTHY.

- However, if you doubt that the Hadiths printed in a book authored by a SUFI or SHIA are fabricated, you are having a doubt that is PRAISE WORTHY, because the modus operandi of these groups is to quote fabricated Hadiths.

- There are two types of CERTAINTY:

The first type of CERTAINTY is called ILMUL YAQEEN

Ilmul Yaqeen means to be certain about a reality because you acquired knowledge or knowledge reached you about the subject matter.

- An example of Ilmul Yaqeen is that Muhammad (SAWS) was the LAST PROPHET AND MESSENGER OF ALLAH .

- You did not SEE the PROPHET MUHAMMAD (SAWS), yet you believe in his TRUTH.

Anas Ibn Malik (RA) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: I wish that I could meet my brothers. The Sahabah asked: Are we not your brothers? He replied: You are my companions, but my brothers are those who will believe in me without having seen me.

- You are sure he walked the face of the EARTH and you are sure he was the Messenger of ALLAH (SWT).

- Did you know that FIRAUN had Ilmul Yaqeen even though he died a KAAFIR.

- He was sure that MUSA (A.S) is the MESSENGER OF ALLAH and that ALLAH IS THE LORD OF THE WORLDS.

- When ALLAH (SWT) sent the punishment to FIRAUN and his people, they begged Musa to pray to ALLAH (SWT) to stop the punishment

And when the punishment fell on them they said: "O Musa (Moses)! Invoke your Lord for us because of His Promise to you. If you will remove the punishment from us, we indeed shall believe in you, and we shall let the Children of Israel go with you."
But when We removed the punishment from them to a fixed term, which they had to reach, behold! They broke their word!

(Al-A'raf 7:134-135)

- AINUL YAQEEN means to be certain/sure about a reality because you witnessed the event with your two eyes.

- This category of YAQEEN (i.e., Ainul Yaqeen) is better than the category of Ilmul Yaqeen.

- This is because there is absolutely no doubt left once you see something with your own eyes.

And again, you shall see it with certainty of sight!

(At-Takathur 102:7)

- On the Day of Judgement we will see the HELLFIRE with our own two eyes. That will be Ainul Yaqeen.

- For example, if your mother finds a girl who suits your precise expectations, you will accept that she actually found the girl without even seeing the girl yourself, because you mother is not a liar. This type of knowledge is called Ilmul Yaqeen.

- You are sure about a reality because knowledge reached you from a RELIABLE SOURCE.

If you go to the house of the girl to finally see her, that experience of yours is now considered to be Ainul Yaqeen.

- You have now seen her with your own eyes and she is exactly like your mother described her to be.

- Another Example: When you smell smoke in the house it is called Ilmul Yaqeen, however once you rush to the source of smell and you see the fire with your own eyes it is not Aynul Yaqeen.

And (remember) when Ibrahim (Abraham) said, "My Lord! Show me how You give life to the dead." He (Allah) said: "Do you not believe?" He [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Yes (I believe), but to be stronger in Faith." He said: "Take four birds, then cause them to incline towards you (then slaughter them, cut them into pieces), and then put a portion of them on every hill, and call them, they will come to you in haste. And know that Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise."

(Al-Baqarah 2:260)

- In the above Ayah, Nabi Ibrahim asks ALLAH (SWT) to show him how ALLAH (SWT) gives life to death.

- Ibrahim (AS) wanted to upgrade his certainty from Ilmul Yaqeen to Aynul Yaqeen.

- Ayah 15 in Surah Hujaraat provides us with one of the 7 conditions of your Shahadah.

- So the person who takes Shahadah and does now know what it means while he is saying it, is not considered to be Muslim.

except those who bear witness to the truth (i.e. believed in the Oneness of Allah, and obeyed His Orders), and they know (the facts about the Oneness of Allah).

(Az-Zukhruf 43:86)

- You must testify to the truth after having knowledge of the Truth

- The believer has absolutely no DOUBT in regards to his FAITH

Only those are the believers who have believed in Allah and His Messenger, and afterward doubt not but strive with their wealth and their lives for the Cause of Allah. Those! They are the truthful.

(Al-Hujurat 49:15)

Allah bears witness that La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), and the angels, and those having knowledge (also give this witness); (He is always) maintaining His creation in Justice. La ilah illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.

(Aali Imran 3:18)

- Anyone whose last words before he/she dies are LA ILAHA IL ALLAH will enter paradise.

Muadh Ibn Jabal (RA) narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "He whose last words (in life) were 'La ilaha-ill Allah' (None has the right to be worshipped but Allah) shall enter Paradise”

[Sunan Abu Dawud (2/207) No. 3116, Musnad al-Bazzar (7/77) No. 2626, Tabarani in ‘al-Mu’jam al-Kabir’ (20/112) No. 221, Mustadrak al-Hakim (1/503) No. 1299]

It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed in a plain error.

(Al-Ahzab 33:36)

O you who believe! Enter perfectly in Islam (by obeying all the rules and regulations of the Islamic religion) and follow not the footsteps of Shaitan (Satan). Verily! He is to you a plain enemy

(Al-Baqarah 2:208)

- You are not allowed to make your own opinions rule your decision; you must submit to QURAN and SUNNAH.

- We must enjoin the right and forbid the wrong.

Let there arise out of you a group of people inviting to all that is good (Islam), enjoining Al-Ma'ruf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam orders one to do) and forbidding Al-Munkar (polytheism and disbelief and all that Islam has forbidden). And it is they who are the successful.

(Aali Imran 3:104)

On the authority of Abu Sa’eed al-Khudree (RA) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (SAW) say, “Whosoever of you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so, then [let him change it] with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart — and that is the weakest of faith.”

[Sahih Muslim (1/69) No. 49, Musnad Ahmad (3/10) No. 11088, Sunan Ibn Majah (5/145) No. 4013, Sunan Tirmidhi (4/469) No. 2172, Sunan Abu Dawud (1/296) No. 1140, Sunan al-Nasa'i (8/112) No. 5009]

- We must change the evil with our HANDS, if we cannot then with our TONGUE and if we cannot do that then we must condemn it with our HEARTS.

- If you have the power to stop it with your hands, you must do so.

- We must not limit ourselves to speaking out with our tongues if we can change the evil with our hands.

Verily, Allah forgives not that partners should be set up with him in worship, but He forgives except that (anything else) to whom He pleases, and whoever sets up partners with Allah in worship, he has indeed invented a tremendous sin.

(An-Nisa 4:48)

"Allah the Almighty has said: 'O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me, and hope in Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds in the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I shall forgive you. O son of Adam, were you to come to Me with an earth ful of sins and were you then to face Me, without having associated anything with Me, I shall grant you an earth full of pardon.'"

And indeed it has been revealed to you (O Muhammad SAW), as it was to those (Allah's Messengers) before you: "If you join others in worship with Allah, (then) surely (all) your deeds will be in vain, and you will certainly be among the losers."

(Az-Zumar 39:65)

- ALLAH (SWT) even warned the PROPHET (SAWS) that if he was to commit SHIRK all his deeds would be nullified.

 - There is no such thing as having an EXCUSE OF IGNORANCE for worshipping a FALSE DIETY.

- IF the Prophet was warned about SHIRK, then we must be even more careful and keep in mind its seriousness.

- Allah (SWT) made Takfeer on the Jews, Christians and Pagans even before the Hujjah came to them.

Those who disbelieve from among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) and among Al-Mushrikun, were not going to leave (their disbelief) until there came to them clear evidence.

(Al-Baiyinah 98:1)

Narrated from Anas (RA) that a man said: “O Messenger of Allah, where is my father?” He said: “In Hell.” When he turned away he called him back and said: “My father and your father are in Hell.”

[Sahih Muslim (Vol. 1, pg. 191) No. 203]

- The above mentioned Hadith is clear evidence that there is no such thing as having an excuse of ignorance for worshipping a false deity.

- You must use the above hadith to checkmate the Munafiqs who claim that there is an excuse of ignorance for committing SHIRK

O you who believe! Take not My enemies and your enemies (i.e. disbelievers and polytheists, etc.) as friends, showing affection towards them, while they have disbelieved in what has come to you of the truth (i.e. Islamic Monotheism, this Qur'an, and Muhammad SAW), and have driven out the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) and yourselves (from your homeland) because you believe in Allah your Lord! If you have come forth to strive in My Cause and to seek My Good Pleasure, (then take not these disbelievers and polytheists, etc., as your friends). You show friendship to them in secret, while I am All-Aware of what you conceal and what you reveal. And whosoever of you (Muslims) does that, then indeed he has gone (far) astray, (away) from the Straight Path.

(Al-Mumtahinah 60:1)

- A real Muslim will never the love the enemies of ALLAH (SWT), HIS RASOOL (SAWS) and THE DEEN.

Indeed there has been an excellent example for you in Ibrahim (Abraham) and those with him, when they said to their people: "Verily, we are free from you and whatever you worship besides Allah, we have rejected you, and there has started between us and you, hostility and hatred for ever, until you believe in Allah Alone," except the saying of Ibrahim (Abraham) to his father: "Verily, I will ask for forgiveness (from Allah) for you, but I have no power to do anything for you before Allah." Our Lord! In You (Alone) we put our trust, and to You (Alone) we turn in repentance, and to You (Alone) is (our) final Return,

(Al-Mumtahinah 60:4)

You (O Muhammad SAW) will not find any people who believe in Allah and the Last Day, making friendship with those who oppose Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW ), even though they were their fathers, or their sons, or their brothers, or their kindred (people). For such He has written Faith in their hearts, and strengthened them with Ruh (proofs, light and true guidance) from Himself. And We will admit them to Gardens (Paradise) under which rivers flow, to dwell therein (forever). Allah is pleased with them, and they with Him. They are the Party of Allah. Verily, it is the Party of Allah that will be the successful

(Al-Mujadilah 58:22)

- If you love the enemies of Islam and the Munafiqs you are a waste of space and you do not practice Al Wala Wal Bara and hence nullify your Shahadah.

The believers, men and women, are Auliya' (helpers, supporters, friends, protectors) of one another, they enjoin (on the people) Al-Ma'ruf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam orders one to do), and forbid (people) from Al-Munkar (i.e. polytheism and disbelief of all kinds, and all that Islam has forbidden); they perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat) and give the Zakat, and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah will have His Mercy on them. Surely Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

(At-Tawbah 9:71)

O you who believe! Take not as (your) Bitanah (advisors, consultants, protectors, helpers, friends, etc.) those outside your religion (pagans, Jews, Christians, and hypocrites) since they will not fail to do their best to corrupt you. They desire to harm you severely. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, but what their breasts conceal is far worse. Indeed We have made plain to you the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses) if you understand.

(Aali Imran 3:118)

30 September 2013 / 24 Dhul-Qadah 1434

AYAH 16:

Say: "Will you inform Allah about your religion? While Allah knows all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth, and Allah is All-Aware of everything.

(Al-Hujurat 49:16)

Looking at this ayah you will know that Allah (SWT) is refuting some people and this is the Mu’tazilite and the bidattee (the people of bid'aa).

A mu'tazilite uses his aql and a bidatee innovates in the deen.

The first mu'tazilite in history was Iblis and he gave his reason for rebelling.

(Allah) said: "What prevented you (O Iblis) that you did not prostrate, when I commanded you?" Iblis said: "I am better than him (Adam), You created me from fire, and him You created from clay."

(Al-A'raf 7:12)

[Iblis (Satan)] said: "I am not the one to prostrate myself to a human being, whom You created from sounding clay of altered black smooth mud."

(Al-Hijr 15:33)

When you use your Aql you fall into the category of those that veto the rule of Allah (SWT) because you are seeking to teach Allah (SWT) His Deen.

So now you see people using their Aql to veto the laws of Allah (SWT) and you have people from all works of life deciding on what laws to govern the people with.

These are behaving like the Jews because they are claiming that what they come up with in the constitution is better than Allah’s (SWT) revealed laws.

The other set of people are the bidattee so who is a biddatee and what is bid'aa.

Bid'aa is to add a newly invented matter to the deen of Islam which is not from it.

Irbad ibn Sariyah (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) delivered a sermon to them one day after the Salah of Fajr: an eloquent admonition that brought tears to the eyes and fear to the heart. A man submitted, ‘This is the advice of one taking leave. What do you advice us, O Messenger of Allah (SAW)?” He said, “I instruct you to observe Taqwa, to listen and to obey even if a black slave (rules you). Those of you who survive will see many discords. Beware; refrain from innovations in religion, for that is error. So, he of you who encounters that must adhere to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the rightly guided caliphs. All of you should hold that firmly with your teeth.”

[Tirmidhi 2685, Ahmed 17145, Abu Dawud 4607, Ibn Majah 42]

On the authority of Abu Najeeh al-’Irbaad ibn Saariyah (RA) who said: The Messenger of Allah (SAW) gave us a sermon by which our hearts were filled with fear and tears came to our eyes. So we said, "O Messenger of Allah! It is as though this is a farewell sermon, so counsel us." He (SAW) said, "I counsel you to have taqwa (fear) of Allah, and to listen and obey [your leader], even if a slave were to become your ameer. Verily he among you who lives long will see great controversy, so you must keep to my Sunnah and to the Sunnah of the Khulafa ar-Rashideen (the rightly guided caliphs), those who guide to the right way. Cling to it stubbornly [literally: with your molar teeth]. Beware of newly invented matters [in the religion], for verily every bidah (innovation) is misguidance."

[It was related by Abu Dawud and at-Tirmidhi, who said that it was a good and sound hadith.]

On the authority of Aisha (RA): The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "He who innovates something in this matter of ours that is not of it will have it rejected."

[Al-Bukhari (2697) and Muslim (171]

Abu Hazim added: An-Nu'man bin Abi 'Aiyash, on hearing me, said. "Did you hear this from Sahl?" I said, "Yes." He said, " I bear witness that I heard Abu Said Al-Khudri saying the same, adding that the Prophet said: 'I will say: They are of me (i.e. my followers). It will be said, 'You do not know what they innovated (new things) in the religion after you left'. I will say, 'Far removed, far removed (from mercy), those who changed (their religion) after me."

[Sahih Bukhari (8/120) No. 6584]

There are various types of bidaa.

Bidaa can be in regards to Aqeeda, Fiqh or Manhaj (methodology on how to establish the Islamic state)

The worst amongst them all is bidaa with regards to Aqeeda because Abu Hanifa said that the Greatest Fiqh is Aqeeda.

You are not allowed to take your deen from anyone except if he is a Salafi Jihadi.

This is the Aqeeda of Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn Kathir.

Therefore you can't take it from a Saudi Salafi, Goofy Soofy, Shady Shiite, etc.

The worst bidaa is bidaa with regards to Aqeeda.

One day a man came to Hassan Al Basri and said that he saw people who make takfir on people who commit sins (khawaarij) and others who gave them complete hope (Murji); the man asked who was right and who was wrong.

Before Hassan Al Basri could answer, Waasil Ibn Ataa jumped and said they are neither here nor there but in the fence.

Allah (SWT) made us in three categories: Muslim, kaafir and Munafiq. There is nothing in between.

But this man brought about a third category and said you are on the fence and this is bidaa in Aqeeda.

He was kicked out of the study circle because hypocrisy is contagious just like the AIDS virus.

This is the mu'tazilite, but what about the Saudi salafis? Their aqeeda is dangerous and they are a cancer in the body of the Ummah today.

And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the disbelievers.

[AL Ma’idah 5:44] Sahih International

And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the Kafirun (i.e. disbelievers - of a lesser degree as they do not act on Allah's Laws).

(Al-Ma'idah 5:44) Muhsin Khan

The Saudi salafis also came with another category (kaafir of a lesser degree) and they put a spin in the translation of the ayah (5:44) - Muhsin Khan Translation.

You can't tell a kaafir that he is a kaafir but not to worry because he is a kaafir of a lesser degree.

You only have one of three spiritual statuses: Muslims, kaafir or Munafiq.

So the Pope and Salman Rushdie are kaafirs.

Abu Muhammad Al Maqdisi (RA) is a Muslim.

So you can't say anyone is on the fence or a kaafir of a lesser degree; this is ridiculous.

A faasiq (sinful Muslim) is a Muslim likewise a deviant is a Muslim.

So no matter how many labels you come up with, they will have to fall under one of these categories.

The Muwahhid (a person upon authentic Tauheed) is a Muslim.

Another bidaa in Aqeeda that the Saudi salafis have is that you can only condemn and make takfir on someone who commits major kufr if he legitimises his kufr or else you can't.

If we catch you bowing to idols or spying against the mujahideen for the kufaar, you are a kaafir and we don't ask you what you think you were doing.

This condition they put on major kufr is only applicable in the case of minor kufr.

So if a man commits ZINA or drinks ALCOHOL he is not a kaafir.

We only make takfir on him when he legitimised the kufr and makes it halal.

This bidaa in Aqeeda is the worst form of bidaa.

Another example of bidaa is the bidaa of the Goofy Sufi; they believe that Allah is everywhere.

Abu Haneefah (RA) used to make takfir on people who believe Allah is everywhere.

Abu Haneefah (rh) said, when asked of his opinion of the one who says, ‘I do not know whether Allah is above the heavens or on the earth.’ - “He has disbelieved, because Allah says, “The Most Merciful rose above the Throne,” and His Throne is above His seven heavens.’ He was then asked, ‘what if he said that Allah is above His Throne but he does not know whether the Throne is in the heavens or on the earth?’ He said, ‘He has disbelieved, because He has denied that He is above the heavens, And whosoever denied that He is above the heavens has disbelieved.”

(‘Sharh Usul I'tiqaad Ahlus Sunnah’ of al-Laalikaaee (d.414AH), ‘al-Uluww’ of adh- Dhahabee, also ‘Sharh Aqueedah at-Tahaawiyyah’ of ibn Abee al-Izz al-Hanafee)

The Most Beneficent (Allah) Istawa (rose over) the (Mighty) Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty).

(Ta-Ha 20:5)

Another bidaa is the bidaa of wahdatul wujood (union) meaning a man can become so pious until he becomes Allah (SWT) and after that he neither prays no does anything else.

This is the big secret of those who believe that ALLAH (SWT) is everywhere and also believe in wahdatul wujood (the Sufis): if they believe that Allah is above the Arsh then their union cannot take place.

This was introduced by Ibn Arabi (the Sufi of Spain) and the Tablighi Jamaat always praise him.

Aisha narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Those who give respect to a bid'ati (innovator in Religion) surely will be counted as a helper of destroying Islam."

[al-Tabarani in 'al-Mu’jam al-Awsat' (7/35) No. 6772 and al-Bayhaqi in 'Shu'ab al-Emaan' (12/57) No. 9018]

The prophet said that anyone who gives respect to a person of bidaa has helped to destroy Islam in the above mentioned hadith, so how can the tablighi jamaat praise him?

‘No jihad without a caliph’ - this is a bidaa in regards to Fiqh.

When a person is a Munafiq he always puts conditions in Islam that don’t exist.

In the year 1260 C.E the Muslims fought a battle against the Tartars and defeated them.

This battle (the battle of Ain Jaloot) was fought with no caliph.

The caliph (Musta'sim) was killed two years before that in 1258 C.E.

He had a Shiite as an adviser who was a double agent spying for the tartars whilst he was advising the caliph.

They killed the caliph and destroyed all the Islamic books that were in Baghdad.

The Muslims fought them and defeated them so we wonder where they got their dodgy ideology from.

Bin Baaz called for jihad and said it was fard ul ayn to fight against the USSR; this was in 1979 and there was no caliph then.

A Munafiq will always put dodgy conditions on jihad.

Another bid'aa is 'no jihad until you are firmly grounded in knowledge'.

So asked these people who say that, about the man who took his shahahdah and died the same day on the battlefield and the Rasul said that his action was small but his reward is great.

After he conquered Makkah, almost immediately after he took the tulaqaa (the new Muslims from Makkah) to the battle of hunain and didn't tell them to seek knowledge first.

If you hear the adhaan of the shiites you will be shocked.

They will say Ash-hadu an la ilaha illallah Ash-hadu anna Muhammadar-rasūl ullāh Ash-hadu anna Ali un-wali Allah’.

This last part is bidaa.

Therefore some think Islam is too harsh and so they reduce from Islam.

Others think Islam is incomplete, so they add to it.

Others are cowards so they put dodgy conditions on jihad.

The shiites don't wash their feet in wudhu.

They just damp their hands and wipe over the naked skin so it is easy to tell if a person is a Shia because they are not allowed do taqiyyah (deception) with regards to wudhu.

On the authority of ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr (RA) who said: The Prophet (SAW) stayed behind us on a journey and then caught up with us, and we were late in praying ‘Asr. We started doing wudoo’ and wiping out feet (not washing them properly), and he called out at the top of his voice: “Save your heels from the fire” two or three times.

[Al-Bukhari (163) and Muslim (241)]

If the Rasul (SAWS) told the man who had a dry spot the size of a coin on his feet to save his feet from the fire, this means the shiites have their feet in hell.

Another bid'aa in regards to fiqh is to wipe your face after making duas this is rife among the Goofy Sufis.

They are all jaahil and can't give you the hadith to back up their claim.

Another bidaa is khatam (death anniversary).

This is business in many places in Africa and hence they are not speaking against it.

Another bid’aa is to recite the Quran in the graveyard over the dead; there is no evidence for this practice.

Another bid’aa is making a dua after single Fard salah.

If you do it sometimes and leave it off at other times it is ok, but otherwise you give the impression that the dua is a part of the salah.

I was forced to do this practice in my South African tour, when I was appointed the imam of a Masjid; this practice is rife in the African and Indo-Pak community.

Shaking hands with the person besides you after every salah is also bidaa.

I can go on and give 100 examples of bidaa.
You should call the people to Tauheed and not to Shariah first; they don't even know who Allah is.

The rasul (SAWS) told Muadh (RA) to call the people of Yemen to Tauheed before shariah.

Narrated By Ibn Abbas: When the Prophet sent Muadh to Yemen, he said to him, "You are going to a nation from the people of the Scripture, so let the first thing to which you will invite them, be the Tauhid of Allah. If they learn that, tell them that Allah has enjoined on them, five prayers to be offered in one day and one night. And if they pray, tell them that Allah has enjoined on them Zakat of their properties and it is to be taken from the rich among them and given to the poor. And if they agree to that, then take from them Zakat but avoid the best property of the people." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 9, Book 93, Hadith 469]

When the people embraced Islam, the Verses regarding legal and illegal things were revealed. If the first thing to be revealed was: 'Do not drink alcoholic drinks.' people would have said, 'We will never leave alcoholic drinks,' and if there had been revealed, 'Do not commit illegal sexual intercourse, 'they would have said, 'We will never give up illegal sexual intercourse.' [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 6, Book 61, Hadith 515]

Allah (SWT) revealed the Surahs about Tauheed in Makkah and Surahs about Fiqh in Medinah.

Another bid’aa in regards to manhaj is to use democracy to establish the Shariah.

This is the Aqeeda of the Muslims brotherhood in Egypt and they are being disgraced and have been banned from politics.

The way forward is not the ballot but it is the bullet. Democracy is the greatest shirk.

Another bid’aa is to replace jihad with dawah. This is the Manhaj of the Tablighi Jamaat and they say when Allah (SWT) said to strive in His path, it means to give dawah. They put a spin on the ayah.

The scholars split right down the middle as to whether there is anything such as a good bid’ah.

The Saudis say there is no good bid'ah and those from Azhar say that there is good bid'ah. They give the incident of Umar (r.a) collecting the people to pray 20 rakahs of taraweeh in congregation.

The counter argument is that taraweh is not a bid'ah.

'Abdur Rahman bin 'Abdul Qari said, "I went out in the company of 'Umar bin Al-Khattab one night in Ramadan to the mosque and found the people praying in different groups. A man praying alone or a man praying with a little group behind him. So, 'Umar said, 'In my opinion I would better collect these (people) under the leadership of one Qari (Reciter) (i.e. let them pray in congregation!)'. So, he made up his mind to congregate them behind Ubai bin Ka'b. Then on another night I went again in his company and the people were praying behind their reciter. On that, 'Umar remarked, 'What an excellent Bid'a (i.e. innovation in religion) this is; but the prayer which they do not perform, but sleep at its time is better than the one they are offering.' He meant the prayer in the last part of the night. (In those days) people used to pray in the early part of the night."

[Sahih Bukhari (3/45) No. 2010]

Umar only organised the salah to avoid chaos and confusion and we don't call this bid'ah but we call it maslaha (public interest).

Another example of this is when Abu bakr (RA) compiled the Quran in book form.

Another example is when Uthman (RA) introduced a second adhan on Jumuah day.

AYAH 17:

They regard as favour upon you (O Muhammad SAW) that they have embraced Islām. Say: "Count not your Islām as a favour upon me. Nay, but Allāh has conferred a favour upon you, that He has guided you to the Faith, if you indeed are true.

(Al-Hujurat 49:17)

Some people think that they are doing a favour by accepting Islam but Allah is telling them in the ayah that He did a favour to them by guiding them to Islam.

AYAH 18:

Verily, Allāh knows the unseen of the heavens and the earth. And Allāh is the All-Seer of what you do.

(Al-Hujurat 49:18)
