And those who believed, and emigrated and strove hard in the Cause of Allāh (Al-Jihād), as well as those who gave (them) asylum and aid; - these are the believers in truth, for them is forgiveness and Rizqun Karīm (a generous provision i.e. Paradise). (Al-Anfal 8:74)

When Allah says: ‘those who believe’; it means those who believe in the six pillars of faith
- without having any doubt about your faith

i. Allah
ii. Angels
iii. Books
iv. Prophets and Messengers
v. Judgement day
vi. Qadr

Those who immigrated (Muhajiroon) and those who gave asylum (Ansar); are the real believers
- There are three types of sahabah: Muhajiroon, Ansar and Tulaqaa
- Al-Muhajiroon are those who migrated from Makkah to Madina
- Al-Ansar are those who took them in and gave them asylum - the helpers
- there is a third type of sahabah: tulaqaa
- Taaliq = divorce
- Tulaqaa means set them free

When the prophet conquered Makkah, everyone expected him to take revenge
- to the surprise of everyone, the Prophet (SAW) set them free; without taking revenge
- the Muhajiroon and the Ansar are mentioned in the Quran
- the Tulaqaa took shahadah the day the Prophet conquered Makkah

"O Quraish, what do you think I will do to you?" They said, “You are a brother, the son of a noble brother.” He said: "Go your way, for you are free.” [al-Sunan al-Kubra al-Bayhaqi (9/199) No. 18276, Fath ul-Bari Ibn Hajar (8/18) No. 4289, Seerah Ibn Hisham (2/412), al-Seerah al-Nabawiyyah Ibn Kathir (3/570)]

The tulaqaa are not in the same category as the Muhajiroon and the Ansar
- they are inferior
- because Allah said so; in surah 57:10

Not equal among you are those who spent and fought before the conquering (of Makkah) (with those among you who did so later). Such are higher in degree than those who spent and fought afterwards. But to all, Allāh has promised the best (reward). And Allāh is All-Aware of what you do. (Al-Hadid 57:10)

- Allah was speaking about the Tulaqaa in the above verse
- at the end of the day, they took their shahadah and will get a reward
- because they took shahadah, spent their wealth and did jihad

The sahabah are arranged in the following category in regards to prestige:
i. the Muhajiroon
ii. the Ansar
iii. the Tulaqaa

And the first to embrace Islām of the Muhājirûn (those who migrated from Makkah to Al-Madinah) and the Ansār (the citizens of Al-Madinah who helped and gave aid to the Muhājirûn) and also those who followed them exactly (in Faith). Allāh is well-pleased with them as they are well-pleased with Him. He has prepared for them Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise), to dwell therein forever. That is the supreme success. (At-Tawbah 9:100)

When Allah said "those who followed them" He is speaking about the tabi'e
- they became great scholars, like Taawoos
- another tabi'e that shines is Saeed ibn al-Musayyib
- Ibn Abbas was the teacher of Taawoos
- Abu Hurairah was the teacher of Saeed ibn al-Musayyib

Allāh has forgiven the Prophet (SAW), the Muhajirûn (Muslim emigrants who left their homes and came to Al-Madinah) and the Ansar (Muslims of Al-Madinah) who followed him (Muhammad SAW) in the time of distress (Tabûk expedition, etc.), after the hearts of a party of them had nearly deviated (from the Right Path), but He accepted their repentance. Certainly, He is unto them full of Kindness, Most Merciful. (At-Tawbah 9:117)

- the above is another verse; Allah made mention of the Muhajiroon
and the Ansar

(And there is also a share in this booty) for the poor emigrants, who were expelled from their homes and their property, seeking Bounties from Allāh and to please Him. And helping Allāh (i.e. helping His religion) and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW). Such are indeed the truthful (to what they say);- And those who, before them, had homes (in Al-Madinah) and had adopted the Faith, love those who emigrate to them, and have no jealousy in their breasts for that which they have been given (from the booty of Banī An-Nadīr), and give them (emigrants) preference over themselves, even though they were in need of that. And whosoever is saved from his own covetousness, such are they who will be the successful. (Al-Hashr 59:8-9)

- the above is another verse that talks about the Muhajiroon and the Ansar

The Ansars were not jealous when they saw the prophet giving the Muhajiroon the booty
- they preferred others above themselves
- you are required to love for your brother; what you love for yourself

Narrated by Anas ibn Malik (RA) that the Prophet (SAW) said: “No one of you truly believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself.” [al-Bukhari (13) and Muslim (45)]

- the sahabahs went further than that
- they preferred their Muslim brothers above themselves
- even when poverty became their lot

Narrated Ibrahim bin Sa'd from his father from his grandfather: 'Abdur Rahman bin 'Auf said, "When we came to Medina as emigrants, Allah's Messenger established a bond of brotherhood between me and Sa'd bin Ar-Rabi'. Sa'd bin Ar-Rabi' said (to me), 'I am the richest among the Ansar, so I will give you half of my wealth and you may look at my two wives and whichever of the two you may choose I will divorce her, and when she has completed the prescribed period (before marriage) you may marry her.' 'Abdur-Rahman replied, "I am not in need of all that. Is there any marketplace where trade is practiced?' He replied, "The market of Qainuqa." 'Abdur- Rahman went to that market the following day and brought some dried buttermilk (yogurt) and butter, and then he continued going there regularly. Few days later, 'Abdur-Rahman came having traces of yellow (scent) on his body. Allah's Messemger asked him whether he had got married. He replied in the affirmative. The Prophet said, 'Whom have you married?' He replied, 'A woman from the Ansar.' Then the Prophet asked, 'How much did you pay her?' He replied, '(I gave her) a gold piece equal in weigh to a date stone (or a date stone of gold)! The Prophet said, 'Give a Walima (wedding banquet) even if with one sheep.'" [Sahih Bukhari (3/52) No. 2048]

'Imran bin Husain (RA) reported: The Prophet (SAW) said, "The best of you, are my generation, then those who follow them, then those who will come after them. ('Imran said, I do not know if he said this twice or thrice). Then, they will be followed by those who will testify but will not be called upon to testify; they will betray the trust, and will not be trusted. They will make vows but will not fulfill them, and obesity will prevail among them." [al-Bukhari (2651) and Muslim (2535)]

Abdullah ibn Mas’ood (RA) said: “Whoever among you wishes to follow (someone), let him follow one who has died, for the one who is still alive is not safe from fitnah. The companions of Muhammad (SAW) were the best of this ummah, the most righteous of heart and the deepest in knowledge and the most straightforward, people whom Allah chose to accompany His Prophet and establish His religion. So acknowledge their virtue and follow in their footsteps, and adhere as much as you can to their morals and religion, for they were following right guidance. [Narrated by Ibn ‘Abd al-Barr in al-Jaami’, no. 1810]

Verily, those who believed, and emigrated and strove hard and fought with their property and their lives in the Cause of Allāh as well as those who gave (them) asylum and help, - these are (all) allies to one another. And as to those who believed but did not emigrate (to you O Muhammad SAW), you owe no duty of protection to them until they emigrate, but if they seek your help in religion, it is your duty to help them except against a people with whom you have a treaty of mutual alliance, and Allāh is the All-Seer of what you do. (Al-Anfal 8:72)

- Allah said that the people who refused to make hijra; you have nothing to do with them
- Allah said those who refuse to migrate, we owe them nothing
- You do not owe them any protection

On the authority of Jarir bin 'Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) sent a military expedition to Khath'am. So some people (living there) sought safety by prostrating, but they were met quickly and killed. News of this reached the Prophet (SAW) upon which he commanded that they be given half of the 'Aql (blood money). And he said: "I am free from every Muslim that lives among the idolaters." They said: "O Messenger of Allah: How is that?" He said: "They should not see each other's campfires." [Sunan Tirmidhi (4/155) No. 1604 and Sunan Abu Dawud (3/45) No. 2645]

- the Prophet (SAW) said he is innocent of any Muslim who lives with the kuffaar

- they walk around with Muslim names
- while they live among the kuffaar; they cheer for the kuffaar when there is a jihad
- you have millions of them in Europe and America
- they choose to live with the kuffaar because they love the kuffaar
- they donate to kuffaar causes; not Muslim causes
- the scholars of Islam say these people are apostates

Ibn Hazm (rh) states that: “Whoever joins the ‘land of war’ and disbelief, of his own free will and in defiance of whoever amongst the Muslims calls him to his side, is by virtue of this act an apostate, by all the laws of apostasy, in Islam. Whoever is able to kill him must do so. His property is unprotected, his marriage null and void, all his rights are swept away. [Ibn Hazm, al-Muhalla’: (13/139-140)]

- Ibn Hazm is saying; if we establish the dawla and we invite these people to live there
- if they say no; this is the person Ibn Hazm is talking about in the above fatwa
- this person has no al-wala wal-baraa because he prefers to live with the kuffaar
- even though he was invited to live with the Muslim

- maybe he went to their land to do fraud and sent the money back home
- or to educate himself or dawah training etc
- in his heart; he has no love for the kuffaar
- and he doesn't cheer for them when there is a jihad
- the scholars say this person is not a kaafir
- because he did not lose his al-wala wal-baraa
- neither did he become bedfellows with the taghoot (e.g. MADkhali)

- the MADkhali's - they are bedfellows with the taghoot
- the MADkhali spy for the taghoot and make it halal to do so
- a MADkhali is a human filth and human garbage

- the most we can say about this person is that he is doing makruh
- because by living among the taghoot, he swells the ranks of the kuffaar
- and the Muslim should always try his best to swell the ranks of the believers

Shaykh ul Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (rh) said, “The state of a place reflects the state of a person. It is possible to be sometimes a Muslim and at other times a disbeliever; sometimes sincere and at other times hypocritical; sometimes good and pious and at other times rotten and corrupt. Thus, a person becomes like the place of his abode. The migration of a person from a land of disbelief and profanity to one of faith and probity is an expression of repentance and of his turning away from disobedience and perversion to belief and obedience. This is so until the Day of Resurrection.” [Majmu’al-Fatawa, (18/284)]

- a person becomes like the place of his abode
- Hijra is compulsory on you until the day of resurrection

Al-Hassan Ibn Salih said: "whoever remains in the land of the enemy, will be treated like the disbelievers, so long as he was able to join the Muslims but did not do it. If one of the disbelievers accepts Islam, but still remains with the disbelievers, even though he was able to go to join the Muslims, he is to be treated like them; neither his blood nor his property will be protected. [Al-Jasaas, "Ahkam al-Qur'an", Vol.3/216.]

Verily! As for those whom the angels take (in death) while they are wronging themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though emigration was obligatory for them), they (angels) say (to them): "In what (condition) were you?" They reply: "We were weak and oppressed on earth." They (angels) say: "Was not the earth of Allāh spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?" Such men will find their abode in Hell - What an evil destination! Except the weak ones among men, women and children who cannot devise a plan, nor are they able to direct their way. (An-Nisa 4:97-98)

- Allah spoke about the mustad'afeen in 4:97-98 (above verses)
- Allah made an excuse for the mustad'afeen who live among the kuffaar
- they don't have any money to buy a dodgy passport - Allah will forgive them
- Darul harb = the land of the enemy
- if the man could leave and chose not to, his destiny is the hellfire
- maybe he loves alcohol, casino, nightclub, girlfriend etc more than Islam and chose to stay
- Allah also spoke about jihad in the above ayah

- Continuing with the Tafseer of 8:74

And those who believed, and emigrated and strove hard in the Cause of Allāh (Al-Jihād), as well as those who gave (them) asylum and aid; - these are the believers in truth, for them is forgiveness and Rizqun Karīm (a generous provision i.e. Paradise). (Al-Anfal 8:74)

Allah also spoke about jihad and hijrah in the ayah

Jihād (holy fighting in Allāh's Cause) is ordained for you (Muslims) though you dislike it, and it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allāh knows but you do not know. (Al-Baqarah 2:216)

- Allah spoke about jihad in the above ayah
- sometimes you hate your wife and she's good for you
- this is a general ayah

It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: One who died but did not fight in the way of Allah nor did he express any desire (or determination) for Jihad died the death of a hypocrite. [Sahih Muslim (3/1517) No. 1910]

Ibn 'Umar (RA) narrated 'I heard the Messenger of Allah (SAW) say: "If you deal in usury (al-'Aina) and hang onto the tails of cows, being satisfied with cultivation and ceasing to take part in Jihad, Allah will inflict a humiliation upon you which will not be removed until you return to your religion." [Sunan Abu Dawud (3/274) No. 3462, Musnad Ahmad (2/28) No. 4825 and (2/42) No. 5007, al-Sunan al-Kubra al-Bayhaqi (5/516) No. 10703, Hilyat al-Awliya Abu Naeem (5/208) and Bulugh al-Maraam (pg. 247) No. 844; Ibn Hajar said: a reliable chain of narrators and Ibn al-Qattan graded it as Sahih]

- ‘return to your religion’ - means to return to jihad

Salamah bin Nufail Al-Kindi (RA) said that one day I was sitting with Prophet (SAW) then a person said ”O Prophet of Allah! The value of horse has decreased in the eyes of people and they have left the weapons and they say that Jihad has ended, because battle has ended." On hearing this the Prophet (SAW) faced him and said: "They are lying, fighting has stopped for now and a section (group) of my Ummah will always fight (do Jihad) for the truth. Allah will turn them away from Kufr to Imaan and will give them rizq from amongst them until Qiyamah and until the promise of Allah comes. And Allah has written good in the forehead of horses until Qiyamah. And He has revealed on me that my ruh (soul) will be taken away and you will follow me after dividing into several groups, and you will kill each other. And the center (‘Uqr) of Mumineen (believers) is Ash-Shaam." [Sunan al-Nasa'i (6/214) No. 3561, Musnad Ahmad (4/104) No. 17006, Sahih Ibn Hibban (16/296) No. 7307]

On the authority of Masruq who said: We asked 'Abdullah about the Qur'anic verse: “Think not of those who are killed in the Way of Allah as dead. Nay, they are alive, with their Lord, and they have provision.” (Aali Imran 3:169). He said: We asked the meaning of the verse (from the Holy Prophet) who said: "The souls of the martyrs live in the bodies of green birds who have their nests in chandeliers hung from the throne of the Almighty. They eat the fruits of Paradise wherever they like and then nestle in these chandeliers. Once, their Lord cast a glance at them and said: "Do you want anything?" They said: "What more can we desire? We eat the fruit of Paradise wherever we like." Their Lord asked them the same question thrice. When they saw that they would be continued to be asked and not left (without answering the question), they said: "O Lord, we wish that You may return our souls to our bodies so that we may be slain in Your cause once again. When He (Allah) saw that they had no need, they were left (to their joy in Heaven)." [Sahih Muslim (3/1502) No. 1887]

- the shaheed cannot intercede for the kuffaar
- he only wishes for his soul to return to his body; so that he can fight for Allah again

- Nuri al Maliki has to go. The Shi'as are being killed in Iraq like flies

And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allāh) and the religion (worship) will all be for Allāh Alone [in the whole of the world[]]. But if they cease (worshipping others besides Allāh), then certainly, Allāh is All-Seer of what they do. (Al-Anfal 8:39)

On the authority of Abdullah ibn Umar (RA), that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “I have been ordered to fight against the people until they testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and until they establish the salah and pay the zakat. And if they do that then they will have gained protection from me for their lives and property, unless [they commit acts that are punishable] in Islam, and their reckoning will be with Allah.” [al-Bukhari (25) and Muslim (22)]

- you are allowed to acquire the booty if your aim and objective is to spread Islam

Ibn Umar narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "I was sent by the sword from now until Judgment Day, until Allah Alone is worshipped with no partners, and my livelihood is in the shadow of my spear, and humiliation and submission are on those who disobey me and whoever imitates a people is one of them" [Musnad Ahmad (2/50) No. 5115, Shu'ab al-Eman al-Bayhaqi (2/417) No. 1154, Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah (4/212) No. 19401]

al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar (rh) said: “This hadeeth indicates that war booty is permissible for this ummah, and that the provision of the Prophet (SAW) has been placed in war booty and not in other kinds of earnings. Hence some of the scholars said that it is the best kind of earnings.” [Fathul Baari (6/98)]

al-Shawkani (rh) said: “Ibn Abi Jamrah said: The scholars of hadeeth are of the view that if the primary motive is to make the word of Allah supreme, it does not matter what else is also achieved.” [Nayl al-Awthaar (7/254)]

When you listen to BBC and CNN they say ISIS is rich - the kuffar respect ISIS
- they do not talk about al-Qaeda - but you cannot dismiss al-Qaeda
- because ISIS came out of al-Qaeda
- Abu Musab az-Zarqawi is the father of ISIS
- Abu Musab az-Zarqawi gave his bayat to al-Qaeda

Abu Huraira reported that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: I have been given superiority over the other prophets in six respects: I have been given words which are concise but comprehensive in meaning; I have been helped by terror (in the hearts of enemies): spoils have been made lawful to me: the earth has been made for me clean and a place of worship; I have been sent to all mankind and the line of prophets is closed with me. [Sahih Muslim (1/371) No. 523]

So, when you meet (in fight Jihād in Allāh's Cause), those who disbelieve smite at their necks till when you have killed and wounded many of them, then bind a bond firmly (on them, i.e. take them as captives). Thereafter (is the time) either for generosity (i.e. free them without ransom), or ransom (according to what benefits Islām), until the war lays down its burden. Thus [you are ordered by Allāh to continue in carrying out Jihād against the disbelievers till they embrace Islām (i.e. are saved from the punishment in the Hell-fire) or at least come under your protection], but if it had been Allāh's Will, He Himself could certainly have punished them (without you). But (He lets you fight), in order to test you, some with others. But those who are killed in the Way of Allāh, He will never let their deeds be lost, (Muhammad 47:4)

It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allāh desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allāh is All-Mighty, All-Wise. (Al-Anfal 8:67)

- because the aim objective is to lessen the population of the kuffaar,
- Allah says do not take prisoners of war in the above ayah

Ibn Nuhaas transmits from An-Nawawi in Ar-Raudah: “If the enemy capture a Muslim or two, then is it equivalent to invading a Muslim land? There are two opinions on this. The first opinion is no, because the troubling of one Muslim soldier is insignificant. The more correct and other opinion of the two is yes, because the sanctity of a single Muslim is greater than the sanctity of an entire state.” [Mashari Al-Ashwaq ila Masari' Al-Ushaq (2/838)]

Sheikh-ul-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said: “Freeing the prisoners is one of the greatest compulsory deeds and spending ransom money and other means towards that, is one of the greatest ways to come close to Allah.” [Al-Fatawa (28/635)]

Ibn Qudaamah (rh) said: ‘It is obligatory to pay the ransom money for the Muslim prisoners, if it is possible. This was also said by Umar bin Abdul-Aziz, Imam Malik and Ishaq. It has been narrated from Ibn Zubair that he asked al-Hassan bin Ali about freeing the prisoners. al-Hassan replied: “It is obligatory upon the entire Earth on which he was fighting.”

It has been established from the Messenger of Allah (SAW) that he said: “Feed the hungry, visit the sick and free the prisoner.”

It has been narrated by Saeed through his chain from Hibban bin Jabalah, that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “Indeed it is obligatory upon the Muslims to free their captives or to pay their ransoms.”

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) wrote a letter advising the Muhajireen and Ansar: “To restrain the enemy soldiers in their fortresses and to free the Muslim captives with goodness.”

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) paid the ransom for two Muslim men with a man who he (SAWS) had taken from Bani Uqail, and he paid the ransom for two people with a woman who was given as a gift by Salamah bin Al-Akwa.’ [al-Mughni (9/284) No. 7567]

Ibn `Abbas said that the Messenger of Allah fixed four hundred (Dirhams) in ransom from the people of Jahiliyyah in the aftermath of Badr. [Sunan Abu Dawud (3/61) No. 2691]

Ibn Katheer said: ‘The majority of the scholars say that the matter of prisoners of war is up to the Imam. If he decides, he can have them killed, such as in the case of Bani Qurayzah. If he decides, he can accept a ransom for them, as in the case of the prisoners of Badr, or exchange them for Muslim prisoners. The Messenger exchanged a woman and her daughter who were captured by Salamah bin Al-Akwa`, for exchange of some Muslims who were captured by the idolators, or if he decides he can take the prisoner as a captives.’ [Tafseer Ibn Katheer (4/91)]

Maybe boko haraam read the hadiths above
- if you release our people, we will release your people

And those who believed afterwards, and emigrated and strove hard along with you, (in the Cause of Allāh) they are of you. But kindred by blood are nearer to one another regarding inheritance in the decree ordained by Allāh. Verily, Allāh is the All-Knower of everything. (Al-Anfal 8:75)

- strove in the ayah above means jihad feesibillilah
- the sunnah of the prophet is that before he attacks a land
- he always gives them three choices

Imam Ahmad recorded that Buraydah bin al-Hasib al-Aslami said, "When the Messenger of Allah would send a commander with an expedition force or an army, he would advise him to have Taqwa of Allah and be kind to the Muslims under his command. He used to say, Fight in the Name of Allah, in the cause of Allah. Fight those who disbelieve in Allah. When you meet your Mushrik enemy, then call them to one of three choices, and whichever they agree to, then accept it and turn away from them. Call them to embrace Islam, and if they agree, accept it from them and turn away from them. Then call them to leave their area and come to areas in which the Muhajirin reside. Make known to them that if they do this, they will have the rights, as well as, the duties of the Muhajirin. If they refuse and decide to remain in their area, make known to them that they will be just like Muslim bedouins, and that Allah's law applies to them just as it does to all believers. However, they will not have a share in the war booty or Fai' (booty without war), unless they perform Jihad along with Muslims. If they refuse all of this, then call them to pay the Jizyah, and if they accept, then take it from them and turn away from them. If they refuse all these ﴿threeoptions, then trust in Allah and fight them. [Musnad Ahmad (5/358) No. 23080 and Sahih Muslim (3/1357) No. 1731]

- it is worthy of mentioning that whenever we do anything, whether is jihad or hijra
- our intention cannot be tainted

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Verily, my Salāt (prayer), my sacrifice, my living, and my dying are for Allāh, the Lord of the 'Alamīn (mankind, jinns and all that exists). (Al-An'am 6:162)

- it has to be for the sake of Allah and Allah alone because of the above mentioned ayah

Umar ibn al-Khattab said, 'I heard the Messenger of Allah (SAW), say, "Actions are but by intentions and every man shall have only that which he intended. Thus he whose migration (hijrah from Makkah to Madina) was for Allah and His Messenger, his migration was for Allah and His Messenger, and he whose migration was to achieve some worldly benefit or to take some woman in marriage, his migration was for that for which he migrated." [al-Bukhari (1) and Muslim (1907)]

- this hadith above is talking about making hijra for the sake of Allah

Narrated by Abu Musa: A man came to the Prophet and asked, "A man fights for war booty; another fights for fame and a third fights for showing off; which of them fights in Allah's Cause?" The Prophet said, "He who fights that Allah's Word (i.e. Islam) should be superior, fights in Allah's Cause." [al-Bukhari (123) and Muslim (1904)]

- the above hadith is about fighting for the sake of Allah

Allah says in the ayah (8:75) that a stranger cannot inherit your property
- only blood relatives and your wife
- there are members in the family by blood, milk and marriage
- not even members of the family by milk can inherit
- however, if a man dies and leaves a gift to a person in his will that is allowed
- the members of the family have to respect his will

- this gift may be given to a total stranger

Tafsir Surah Anfal (6): Horses Are Used for Three Purposes

Bismillah ...

And if you could see when the angels take away the souls of those who disbelieve (at death), they smite their faces and their backs, (saying) : "Taste the punishment of the blazing Fire." (Al-Anfal 8:50)

When an angel takes the soul of a believer, it’s done with ease
-such ease, it is like water pouring from the skin bag
-and the angel of death passes the soul over to other angels who are standing there
-these angels wrap it up with a sweet smelling cloth and take it to the heavens

However the kafir is not fortunate,
-his soul is pulled out from his body viciously,
-it’s like the cat that plays with the cushion,
-you can see the thread of the cushion protruding,
-or another analogy is pulling a thorny stick from a wet ball of wool
-this is how the soul of a Kafir is pulled from his body
-the angel of death passes the soul to be wrapped up in a cloth,
-and the cloth has a very foul smell coming from it
Upon the authority of al-Bara’ ibn `Aazib who said Then the Messenger of Allah (saw) sat down and we sat around him....Then the Messenger of Allah (saw) sat down and we sat around him....When the believer is about to depart from this world and go forward into the Next World, angels with faces as bright as the sun descend from the heavens and sit around him in throngs stretching as far as the eye can see. Then the Angel of Death comes and sits at his head and says, “Good soul, come out to forgiveness and pleasure from Allah!” Then his soul emerges like a drop of water flows from a water-skin and the angel takes hold of it. When he has grasped it, the other angels do not leave it in his hand even for the twinkling of an eye. They take it and place it in a perfumed shroud and a fragrance issues from it like the sweetest scent of musk found on the face on the earth.[insert takreej]
By those (angels) who pull out (the souls of the disbelievers and the wicked) with great violence; (An-Nazi'at 79:1)

By those (angels) who gently take out (the souls of the believers); (An-Nazi'at 79:2)

And if you could but see when the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers, etc.) are in the agonies of death, while the angels are stretching forth their hands (saying) : "Deliver your souls! This day you shall be recompensed with the torment of degradation because of what you used to utter against Allah other than the truth. And you used to reject His Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) with disrespect!" (Al-An'am 6:93)

In Surah 6:93 Allah SWT told you why the angels viciously take the souls of the Kuffar,
- and it is because of the Haram things they used to do in the dunya

"This is because of that which your hands had forwarded. And verily, Allah is not unjust to His slaves." (Al-Anfal 8:51)

In Surah 8:51 too Allah SWT told you why He commanded
-the angels to take the souls of the kuffar viciously
-and Allah SWT told you He is not a tyrant nor oppressive in the same ayah
-this ayah is similar to 3:182

And certainly, Allah is never unjust to (His) slaves. (Aali Imran 3:182)

Then they denied him and they killed it. So their Lord destroyed them because of their sin, and made them equal in destruction (i.e. all grades of people, rich and poor, strong and weak, etc.)! (Ash-Shams 91:14)

The scholars use this Ayah (91:14) to prove that natural disasters
-are a direct result of our sins

Narrated Ibn Namir from Abdullah from Naafi‘ from Safiyyah who said: The earth shook at the time of ‘Umar, and he addressed the people and said: “If it happens again, I shall definitely abandon you and leave.” [Ibn Abi Shaybah in al-Musannaf (Vol.2, pg.221) No. 8335 and ibn al-Jawzi in Al-Muntazam fi Tarikh al-Muluk wal-Umam (Vol.4, pg.295)]
-this statement of Umar (r.a) approves that
-tornadoes, hurricane, earthquakes, vulcanic erruptions,
-and other natural disasters are a direct result of our sins

Similar to the behaviour of the people of Fir'aun (Pharaoh), and of those before them; they rejected the Ayat (proofs, verses, etc.) of Allah, so Allah punished them for their sins. Verily, Allah is All-Strong, Severe in punishment. (Al-Anfal 8:52)

Allah SWT never punishes the wayward before He sends a messenger to warn them

And We never punish until We have sent a Messenger (to give warning). (Al-Isra 17:15)

-the people of Salih (a.s) were killed after they killed the she camel of Allah
-all the people that were destroyed in the past,
-were only destroyed after a messenger came to them.

As soon as the kuffar sent their armies to Iraq to kill the Muslims,
-Hurricane Katrina destroyed them
-"airforce one" is the plane used to transport American presidents,
-the disaster zone was so huge that Bush had to tour the zone with "airforce one"

-the Sunnah of Allah SWT today, is to use the blessed hands of the mujahideen
-to punish the kuffar

-and to humiliate them, and heal the breast (heart)
-of a people who are hurting (Kashmir, Burma, etc)

Fight against them so that Allah will punish them by your hands and disgrace them and give you victory over them and heal the breasts of a believing people, (At-Tawbah 9:14)

-when you see what is taking place in Palestine, Kashmir, Burma, Afghanistan, Iraq,
-Chechnya, your hearts are hurting
It was narrated from Abd-Allaah ibn Masood (RA) that the Prophet (SAW) said: "Whoever starts his day caring about something other than Allaah has nothing to do with Allaah, and whoever does not care about the Muslims is not one of them." [Narrated by al-Haakim in al-Mustadrak (4/356)]
-so when a Madkhali tells you "fiqh al waqi'" is not important, mention this hadith

That is so because Allah will never change a grace which He has bestowed on a people until they change what is in their ownselves. And verily, Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower. (Al-Anfal 8:53)

-Allah SWT revealed His names and attributes, for you to understand Him
-and shape your character
-when you know Allah SWT is Merciful, you will have mercy on others.

Ahmad Ibn Hanbal used to sweat before he passed a fatwa
-out of fear of Allah and realising the burden
-of passing a fatwa for the muslim Ummah
-when you know Allah SWT is All-knowing,
-you will realize you don’t know everything
-half of knowledge is to say "I don’t know"
-people of today are so quick to pass fatawa

If you are living in a state of felicity, Allah SWT will never exchange it for adversity
-unless you abandon your deen
-when good comes, it comes from Allah SWT,
-when bad comes it comes from your own doings, you caused on yourself
-some people are on the hospital bed dying of AIDS,
-the three men that made AIDS famous were homosexuals

Whatever of good reaches you, is from Allah, but whatever of evil befalls you, is from yourself. And We have sent you (O Muhammad SAW) as a Messenger to mankind, and Allah is Sufficient as a Witness. (An-Nisa 4:79)

ISIS is so successful because they obey their Amir,
-they have one aqeeda and that gives them unity
-unity is strength
-there is another ayah similar to this ayah, 13:11

......Verily! Allah will not change the good condition of a people as long as they do not change their state of goodness themselves (by committing sins and by being ungrateful and disobedient to Allah). (Ra'd 13:11)

-the Quran resembles the Quran

Obama (LA) doesn’t want to get involve in the situation with ISIS
-because there is no military solution
-there is no "military solition" to the Ummah of Muhammad SAW
-the people want khilafa, you cannot kill them because of that
-and every time they take over a piece of land, the people are happy,
-because they can sleep with their doors open
-the military experts and politicians say that you can’t call them terrorists,
-because they formed a government
-and own all oil wells in Syria and Iraq
-terrorists hide but these people formed a government
-and established justice when they take over a piece of land
-they possess 50 billion barrels of oil
-ad dawla al Islamia means the Islamic State, Baqia means it is here to stay

Similar to the behaviour of the people of Fir'aun (Pharaoh), and those before them. They belied the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), of their Lord, so We destroyed them for their sins, and We drowned the people of Fir'aun (Pharaoh) for they were all Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.). (Al-Anfal 8:54)

Allah SWT is reiterating the point that sins cause natural disasters

And when the punishment fell on them they said: "O Musa (Moses)! Invoke your Lord for us because of His Promise to you. If you will remove the punishment from us, we indeed shall believe in you, and we shall let the Children of Israel go with you." (Al-A'raf 7:134)

But when We removed the punishment from them to a fixed term, which they had to reach, behold! They broke their word! (Al-A'raf 7:135)

-the Pharaoh broke his promise when the flood was removed

Then [Musa (Moses)] showed him the great sign (miracles). (An-Nazi'at 79:20)
But [Fir'aun (Pharaoh)] belied and disobeyed; (An-Nazi'at 79:21)
Then he turned his back, striving hard (against Allah). (An-Nazi'at 79:22)
Then he gathered his people and cried aloud, (An-Nazi'at 79:23)
Saying: "I am your lord, most high", (An-Nazi'at 79:24)

-if you were found to be worshiping a god other than the pharaoh in Egypt,
-you were imprisoned for life
-in his heart he believed, but outwardly he rejected
-because of pride arrogance and haughtiness

And they belied them (those Ayat) wrongfully and arrogantly, though their ownselves were convinced thereof [i.e. those (Ayat) are from Allah, and Musa (Moses) is the Messenger of Allah in truth, but they disliked to obey Musa (Moses), and hated to believe in his Message of Monotheism]. So see what was the end of the Mufsidun (disbelievers, disobedient to Allah, evil-doers, liars.). (An-Naml 27:14)

Verily, The worst of moving (living) creatures before Allah are those who disbelieve, - so they shall not believe. (Al-Anfal 8:55)

Surah 8:55 is similar to Surah 98:6

Verily, those who disbelieve (in the religion of Islam, the Qur'an and Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) from among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) and Al-Mushrikun will abide in the Fire of Hell. They are the worst of creatures. (Al-Baiyinah 98:6)

why did Allah SWT dismiss the kuffar as the worst of creatures in the above mentioned?

1. They worship their evil and corrupted desires instead of Allah SWT

Have you seen him who takes his own lust (vain desires) as his ilah (god), and Allah knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart, and put a cover on his sight. Who then will guide him after Allah? Will you not then remember? (Al-Jathiyah 45:23)

 2. They prefer the Aql over the Naql
-they prefer their own understanding, over the holy text
-the Jews wrote a book called the Talmud, from their own aql, it’s the most racist book
-they claimed it is better than the Taura which Allah SWT revealed

 3. They reject Muhammad SAW even though they know he is the messenger of Allah SWT

Those to whom We gave the Scripture (Jews and Christians) recognise him (Muhammad or the Ka'bah at Makkah) as they recongise their sons. But verily, a party of them conceal the truth while they know it - [i.e. the qualities of Muhammad which are written in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)]. (Al-Baqarah 2:146)

-they reject Muhammad SAW in the name of racism (asibiyah)
-asabiya means racism, tribalism, nationalism, and regionalism
-regionalism means for example, "if i am from Washington DC,
-I will prefer someone also from Washington, over a man from Texas"
-this is another disease of the heart
-aristocracy means 'the more money you have the better you are'
-pigmentocracy , for example 'dark are inferior, light are superior"

 4. Every decision they make is for sake of their bellies and private parts
- and because of that they are beneath the level of the cattle

Or do you think that most of them hear or understand? They are only like cattle; nay, they are even farther astray from the Path. (i.e. even worst than cattle). (Al-Furqan 25:44)

 5. Everything that is haram they make it halal

Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allah, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islam) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah[] with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. (At-Tawbah 9:29)

-in France, a man can date (have sex) his daughter
-in some countries you can legally marry your horse or your dog

-in the UK they have same sex marriage
-in USA there are thousands of gay churches
-in 1966, they opened the church of satan

They are those with whom you made a covenant, but they break their covenant every time and they do not fear Allah. (Al-Anfal 8:56)

-Makka was conquered after the pagans of Makka broke the treaty of Hudaibiyah ,
-the reason is because their hearts were deviod of Taqwa

Is it not (the case) that every time they make a covenant, some party among them throw it aside? Nay! the truth is most of them believe not. (Al-Baqarah 2:100)

But if they violate their oaths after their covenant, and attack your religion with disapproval and criticism then fight (you) the leaders of disbelief (chiefs of Quraish - pagans of Makkah) - for surely their oaths are nothing to them - so that they may stop (evil actions). (At-Tawbah 9:12)

-you are commanded to punish the kuffar when they break their treaty
-in the above mentioned Ayah

So if you gain the mastery over them in war, punish them severely in order to disperse those who are behind them, so that they may learn a lesson. (Al-Anfal 8:57)

O Prophet (Muhammad SAW)! Strive hard against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be harsh against them, their abode is Hell, - and worst indeed is that destination. (At-Tawbah 9:73)

Allah SWT told you to be harsh with the Kuffar in order to make an example out of them
-so those with similar intentions to fight you will run away

If you (O Muhammad SAW) fear treachery from any people throw back (their covenant) to them (so as to be) on equal terms (that there will be no more covenant between you and them). Certainly Allah likes not the treacherous. (Al-Anfal 8:58)

If you don’t trust the people you make the covenant with,
-abort it and render it null and void

And let not those who disbelieve think that they can outstrip (escape from the punishment). Verily, they will never be able to save themselves (from Allah's Punishment). (Al-Anfal 8:59)

A US president (Reagan) said "you can run but you can’t hide"
-that means this person has a god-complex
-only Allah SWT can say that
-Allah SWT is All-seeing, All knowing, All wise
-where ever you are hiding, death will overtake you
-even though you are in fortified and fortresses

"Wheresoever you may be, death will overtake you even if you are in fortresses built up strong and high!" (An-Nisa 4:78)

And make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of war (tanks, planes, missiles, artillery, etc.) to threaten the enemy of Allah and your enemy, and others besides whom, you may not know but whom Allah does know. And whatever you shall spend in the Cause of Allah shall be repaid unto you, and you shall not be treated unjustly. (Al-Anfal 8:60)

And prepare against them whatever you are able of power and of steeds of war by which you may terrify the enemy of Allah and your enemy and others besides them whom you do not know [but] whom Allah knows. And whatever you spend in the cause of Allah will be fully repaid to you, and you will not be wronged. (Al-Anfal 8:60) Sahih international

Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of Allah and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom Allah doth know. Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of Allah, shall be repaid unto you, and ye shall not be treated unjustly. (Al-Anfal 8:60) Yusuf Ali

Turhiboona = to strike terror into the hearts of the enemy
-it does not mean "to threaten"
-it means to strike terror into the heart of the enemy

Imam Shafi'i (rh) said: "Every Muslim is obligated to learn the Arabic tongue to the utmost of his power in order [to be able] to profess through it that "There is no Ilah but Allah and Muhammad is His Messenger" and to utter what is mandated upon him, the takbir, and what is commanded, the tasbih, and the tashahhud and others." [al-Risala al-Shafi'i (pg. 47)]
Ibn Taymiyyah said: "Moreover, the Arabic language itself is part of Islam, and knowing Arabic is an obligatory duty. If it is a duty to understand the Qur’an and Sunnah, and they cannot be understood without knowing Arabic, then the means that is needed to fulfil the duty is also obligatory.” [Iqtida' as-Sirat al-Mustaqeem (1/527)]
Ibn Taymiyya said to learn Arabic is Fard, (not only Sunnah)
By the (steeds) that run, with panting (breath), (Al-'Adiyat 100:1)
Striking sparks of fire (by their hooves), (Al-'Adiyat 100:2)
And scouring to the raid at dawn (Al-'Adiyat 100:3)
And raise the dust in clouds the while, (Al-'Adiyat 100:4)
Penetrating forthwith as one into the midst (of the foe); (Al-'Adiyat 100:5)
Verily! Man (disbeliever) is ungrateful to his Lord; (Al-'Adiyat 100:6)
And to that fact he bears witness (by his deeds); (Al-'Adiyat 100:7)
And verily, he is violent in the love of wealth. (Al-'Adiyat 100:8)

A man insured his wife for a million dollars and paid a hitman to kill her
-to collect the insurance money
-in the love of wealth man is violent, atrocious and scrupulous
Ibn 'Umar (RA) reported: The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, "Good will remain (as a permanent quality) in the foreheads of horses (for Jihad) till the Day of Resurrection." [al-Bukhari (2849) and Muslim (1871)]
horses are kept for three purposes

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "Horses are kept for one of three purposes; for some people they are a source of reward, for some others they are a means of shelter and for some others they are a source of sins. The one for whom they are a source of reward, is he who keeps a horse for Allah's Cause (i.e. Jihad) tying it with a long tether on a meadow or in a garden with the result that whatever it eats from the area of the meadow or the garden where it is tied will be counted as good deeds for his benefit, and if it should break its rope and jump over one or two hillocks then all its dung and its foot marks will be written as good deeds for him; and if it passes by a river and drinks water from it even though he had no intention of watering it, even then he will get the reward for its drinking. As for the man for whom horses are a source of sins, he is the one who keeps a horse for the sake of pride and pretense and showing enmity for Muslims: such a horse will be a source of sins for him. Maliks muwatta Volume 4, Book 52, Number 112

Omens are in three things, horses, houses, and spouses

Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar: I heard the Prophet saying. "evil omen is in three things: The horse, the woman and the house." (Bukhari Book #52, Hadith #110)
Ibn Abbas narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "The most favoured horses are the sorrel." [Sunan Abu Dawud (3/22) No. 2545 and Musnad Ahmad (1/272) No. 2454]

In the above mentioned ayah, Allah SWT commanded us to strike terror
-in the hearts of the infidels
-8,000 mujahideen chased away 30,000 Iraqi soldiers
-the Kuffar are asking, how can they run away
-when they were trained by the American army?
-nobody can stand up to the Mujahideen,
-where the Iraqi soldiers fought for the paycheck
-the Mujahideen fight for sake of Allah SWT
-how can you defeat an army,
-where they see into the barrel of your gun; they see paradise,
-it’s not possible!
-they run away because the plot of shaitan is weak

Those who believe, fight in the Cause of Allah, and those who disbelieve, fight in the cause of Taghut (Satan, etc.). So fight you against the friends of Shaitan (Satan); Ever feeble indeed is the plot of Shaitan (Satan). (An-Nisa 4:76)

-if you were to ask the question, why America and the Shiites want to link up
-the answer is in 8:73

And those who disbelieve are allies to one another, (and) if you (Muslims of the whole world collectively) do not do so (i.e. become allies, as one united block with one Khalifah - chief Muslim ruler for the whole Muslim world to make victorious Allah's Religion of Islamic Monotheism), there will be Fitnah (wars, battles, polytheism, etc.) and oppression on earth, and a great mischief and corruption (appearance of polytheism). (Al-Anfal 8:73)

Ibn Hazm — "Shia are not even Muslims", when Christians debating him brought a Shia book as reference.See al-Millal wa al-Nahl الفصل في الملل والنحل 2/213
-some kuffar came to debate with ibn Hazim and they brought Shiite book to debate
-he dismissed the book and the Shiites, as they are not even muslims

Ibn Hazm Stated in Al-Muhalla (11/138): "What is correct is that His statement, the Most High, "And if any amongst you takes them as Auliya', then surely he is one of them." (The Quran 5:51), should be understood on the basis of its apparent meaning. The person being referred to is a disbeliever from the generality of disbelievers, and no two Muslims disagree regarding this."

O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliya' (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but Auliya' to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as Auliya', then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust). (Al-Ma'idah 5:51)

-there are enemies you don’t know about
-and these are the hypocrites
-and because you don’t know them, angel Gabriel (a.s)
-came and told the prophet (saw) the names of the hypocrites
