- And among His Signs is this, that He created you (Adam) from dust, and then [Hawwa' (Eve) from Adam's rib, and then his offspring from the semen, and], - behold you are human beings scattered! (Ar-Rum 30:20)

- What Allah is saying is; the very first man created (Adam), was from hama.
- In Arabic, hama means: black mud altered.

And We did certainly create man out of clay from an altered black mud. (Al-Hijr 15:26) [Sahih International]

- Allah created Adam (AS) with His own Two Hands.
- In order to give prestige and honour to Adam (AS).

Mujahid narrated Abdullah ibn Umar (RA) said: “Allah created four things with His Hand; 1. The Throne 2. The Pen 3. Aadam and 4. The paradise of ‘Adn. He then said to the rest of the creation ‘Kun’ [Be] and it was.” [Adh Dhahabi in ‘Mukhtasar al-‘Uluw’ (p105), Abu al-Shaikh al-Asbahani in 'al-‘Adhuma' (5/1555), Tafsir al-Tabari (21/239), ‘The chain is authentic according to the conditions of Muslim.’]

1. the Arsh,
2. the Kalam,
3. Adam (AS),
4. Jannatul-‘Adn.

- Allah didn't create the jinn with His own Two Hands, as a result this caused jealousy in the heart of Iblees over Adam (AS).
- After creating Adam, Allah created Eve.
- She was created from the rib of Adam.

Abu Huraira (RA) reported the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Take my advice with regard to women: Act kindly towards women, for they were created from a rib, and the most crooked part of a rib is its uppermost. If you attempt to straighten it; you will break it, and if you leave it alone it will remain crooked; so act kindly toward women." [al-Bukhari (3331) and Muslim (1468)]

- The prophet (saws) said that he marries women, and if you don't than you're not part of his ummah.
- As a Muslim, we marry the opposite gender.

Anas (RA reported: ...the Prophet (SAW) said: "…I marry women. Whoever turns away from my Sunnah is not of me.” [al-Bukhari (5063) and Muslim (1401)]

- The prophet (SAWS) said, a white man is not superior to a black man and vice versa. He also said an Arab is not better than a non-Arab and vice versa.
- That is because we all came from Adam (AS).

Saeed al-Jurairi narrated Abi Naddra told me of a sermon he heard from the Messenger of Allah (SAW) in middle during the Days of Tashreeq said: “O people, your Lord is One and your father [i.e., Adam] is one. There is no superiority of the Arab over the non-Arab, or of the non-Arab over the Arab, or of the red over the black, or of the black over the red – except with regard to taqwa...” [Musnad Ahmad (5/411) No. 23536]

O mankind! We have created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that you may know one another. Verily, the most honourable of you with Allah is that (believer) who has At-Taqwa [i.e. one of the Muttaqun (pious - see V.2:2). Verily, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware. (Al-Hujurat 49:13)

And among His Signs is this, that He created for you wives from among yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who reflect. (Ar-Rum 30:21)

- Allah is saying that one of the greatest barakah (blessing) is marriage.
- Two things were mentioned in this ayah: love and mercy.
- Therefore it is insanity to live in a marriage that has no love or mercy.

i. Islam
ii. Taqwa
iii. Respect
iv. Trust
v. Unselfishness
vi. Loyalty with each other
[Side-note: a narcissist always gets divorced because he is selfish]

Ibn Taymiyyah said, “Humans and jinn have gotten married and have had children; this has happened often and is well-known.” [Majmoo Fatwa, (vol 19, p 39)]

- Ibn Taymiyyah agrees that people marry jinn and even have kids.
- However, he did not say it is permissible.

al-Khateeb ash-Shirbini (d. 977 H), (a Shafi’i scholar) said: ‘There are two kinds of prohibitions to marriage: perpetual and non-perpetual. Of the perpetual prohibitions is marriage between humans and jinn; it is not lawful for a member of human kind to marry a jinni. Allah Almighty says: ''O people! be careful of (your duty to) your Lord, Who created you from a single being and created its mate of the same (kind)" (An-Nisaa': 1). He Almighty also says: "It is He Who created you from a single person, and made his mate of like nature." (Al-A`raf: 189). An unauthentic hadith was reported on the authority of Ibn Abi Ad-Dunya to the effect that it is forbidden to marry the jinn.’ [Mughni al-Muhtaj (4/286)]

ash-Shabli, (d.769 H) (a Hanifi scholar), stated: ‘Scholars are of two opinions regarding marriage between humans and jinn. One says it is unlawful and the other says it is lawful. The first view was adopted by a group of Hanbali scholars and was also reported in As-Seraji Fatwas. They cited as evidence in this respect Almighty Allah's words "And Allah has made wives for you from among yourselves" (An-Nahl: 72) and "And among His Signs is this, that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that ye may dwell in tranquillity with them, and He has put love and mercy between your (hearts): verily in that are Signs for those who reflect" (Ar-Rum: 21). They also cited as evidence in this regard a hadith to the effect that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibited marriage to jinns. The second point of view in this regard was reported to have been adopted by al-Hasan al-Basri, Qatadah, and others.’ [Akam al-Marjan (pg. 114)]

- The Ulama say it is not permissible to marry from the jinn kind because it is crossing species, i.e. you cannot marry an animal either.

And among His Signs is this, that He created for you wives from among yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who reflect. (Ar-Rum 30:21)

- The above verse states to marry wives from among yourselves and not of a different kind of species.

And among His Signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the difference of your languages and colours. Verily, in that are indeed signs for men of sound knowledge. (Ar-Rum 30:22)

- Allah said He created you in different colours and different languages.

- He did not create different races because there is only one race: the human races.
- The shaytaan used language barrier and colour to cause problems between people.

Narrated Jubair ibn Mut’im: The Messenger of Allah (SAW), said: "He is not one us who calls for `Asabiyah, (nationalism/tribalism) or who fights for `Asabiyah or who dies for `Asabiyah." [Sunan Abu Dawud (Vol. 2, pg. 753) No. 5121]

- Who are the most racist people? None other than the Jews.

Those to whom We gave the Scripture (Jews and Christians) recognise him (Muhammad or the Ka'bah at Makkah) as they recognise their sons. But verily, a party of them conceal the truth while they know it - [i.e. the qualities of Muhammad which are written in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)]. (Al-Baqarah 2:146)

Ibn Ishaq on the authority of 'Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr ibn Muhammad Ibn 'Amr Ibn Hazm narrated: Safiyya bint Huyayy (RA) said: I was my father's favourite and also a favourite with my uncle Yasir. They could never see me with one of their children without picking me up. When the Messenger of Allah (SAW) came to Medina, my father and my uncle went to see him. It was very early in the morning and between dawn and sunrise. They did not return until the sun was setting. They came back worn out and depressed, walking with slow, heavy steps. I smiled to them as I always did, but neither of them took any notice of me because they were so miserable. I head Abu Yasir ask my father, "Is it him?" "Yes, it is." "Can you recognize him? Can you verify it?" "Yes, I can recognize him too well." "What do you feel towards him?" "Enmity, enmity as long as I live." [Seerah Ibn Hisham (2/119)]

- They recognized prophet Muhammad (SAWS) yet rejected due to racism.
- Furthermore, they kill Palestinian because of racism in their heart.
- The Jews say their aql (intellect) is better than what was revealed to Musa (AS), this was stated in the Talmud.

Baba Kamma 113a. Jews may use lies (“subterfuges”) to circumvent a Gentile. Non-Jewish Children are Sub-Human

- This is the most racist book on the face of the earth.
- The Jews believe that non-Jews are inferior being.
- They have total contempt when murdering non-Jewish lives.

Yebamoth 98a. All gentile children are animals.

Abu Huraira narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “Indeed Allah has removed from you the blind loyalties of jahiliyyah and the pride for ancestry. Either be a pious believer or a miserable sinner. (All of) you are children of Adam, and Adam is from dust. Let some men cease to take pride in others, who are nothing but burning coal for the HellFire, it will be easier for Allah to handle them than a dung beetle driving his nose into filth.” [Sunan Abu Dawud (4/331) No. 5116, Musnad Ahmad (2/361) No. 8721]

- Why is it that we have different skin colour?
- Why is it that we have different personalities?

Abu Musa al-Ash’ari (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said, “Indeed, Allah created Adam (AS) from a fistful (of dust) which he took from all over the earth. Thus, there are among them (children of Adam), the red (coloured), the white, the black and those between these (colours) and the mild and the rugged, and the evil and the good.” [Sunan at-Tirmidhi (5/204) No. 2955, Musnad Ahmad (4/406) No. 19659, Sunan Abu Dawud (4/222) No. 4693]

- The above hadith explains why we have different skin tone.
- We have five complexion in the world: red, black, white, yellow, and brown.

- The most noble language is the Arabic language.
- Arabic is the sunnah of Allah.

Verily, We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur'an in order that you may understand. (Yusuf 12:2)

- English is an ambiguous language.
- If I said: ‘the cat jumped on the book, it fell off’, what fell off; the cat or the book?
- In Arabic there is masculine and feminine, so it is not ambiguous as the English language.

- The Jews learn their language, why don't you learn your language (Arabic)?

Imam Shafi'i (rh) said: "Every Muslim is obligated to learn the Arabic tongue to the utmost of his power in order [to be able] to profess through it that "There is no Ilah but Allah and Muhammad is His Messenger" and to utter what is mandated upon him, the takbir, and what is commanded, the tasbih, and the tashahhud and others." [al-Risala al-Shafi'i (pg. 47)]

Ibn Taymiyyah said: "Moreover, the Arabic language itself is part of Islam, and knowing Arabic is an obligatory duty. If it is a duty to understand the Qur’an and Sunnah, and they cannot be understood without knowing Arabic, then the means that is needed to fulfil the duty is also obligatory.” [Iqtida' as-Sirat al-Mustaqeem (1/527)]

- The language you speak, it destroys your psyche.
- It affects your mentality and your psyche.
- This is when the white man invades your country, he forces you his language.
- Ibn Taymiyyah said it is makrooh to speak a language other than Arabic.

Ibn Taymiyyah said: “As for becoming accustomed to talking to one another in a language other than Arabic, which is the symbol of Islam and the language of the Qur’aan, so that this becomes a habit in the land, with one’s family and household members, with one’s friends, in the marketplace, when addressing government representatives or authority figures or when speaking to people of knowledge, undoubtedly this is makrooh (disliked), because it involves being like the non-Arabs, which is makrooh, as stated previously.

Hence when the early Muslims went to live in Syria and Egypt, where the people spoke Byzantine Greek, and in Iraq and Khurasaan, where the people spoke Farsi, and the Maghrib (North Africa) where the people spoke Berber, they taught the people of those countries to speak Arabic, so that Arabic became the prevalent language in those lands, and all the people, Muslim and kaafir alike, spoke Arabic. Such was also the case in Khurasaan in the past, then they became lax with regard to the language and got used to speaking Farsi until it became prevalent and Arabic was forgotten by most of them. Undoubtedly this is makrooh.

The best way is to become accustomed to speaking Arabic so that the young people will learn it in their homes and schools, so that the symbol of Islam and its people will prevail. This will make it easier for the people of Islam to understand the Qur’aan and Sunnah, and the words of the Salaf, unlike a person who gets used to speaking one language, then wants to learn another, and finds it difficult.

Know that being used to using a language has a clear and strong effect on one’s thinking, behaviour and religious commitment. It also has an effect on making one resemble the early generations of this Ummah, the Sahaabah and Taabi’een. Being like them improves one’s thinking, religious commitment and behaviour.

Moreover, the Arabic language itself is part of Islam, and knowing Arabic is an obligatory duty. If it is a duty to understand the Qur’aan and Sunnah, and they cannot be understood without knowing Arabic, then the means that is needed to fulfil the duty is also obligatory.

There are things which are obligatory on all individuals (fard ‘ayn), and others which are obligatory on the community or ummah (fard kifaayah, i.e., if some people fulfil them the rest are relieved of the obligation).

This is the meaning of the report narrated by Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah who said: ‘Eesa ibn Yoonus told us from Thawr from ‘Umar ibn Yazeed that ‘Umar wrote to Abu Moosa al-Ash’ari (may Allaah be pleased with him) and said: ‘learn the Sunnah and learn Arabic; learn the Qur’aan in Arabic for it is Arabic.’

According to another hadeeth narrated from ‘Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him), he said: ‘Learn Arabic for it is part of your religion, and learn how the estate of the deceased should be divided (faraa’id) for these are part of your religion.’

This command of ‘Umar, to learn Arabic and Sharee’ah, combines the things that are needed, for religion involves understanding words and actions. Understanding Arabic is the way to understand the words of Islam, and understanding the Sunnah is the way to understand the actions of Islam…”
[Iqtida' as-Sirat al-Mustaqeem (1/526-528)]

And among His Signs is the sleep that you take by night and by day, and your seeking of His Bounty. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who listen. (Ar-Rum 30:23)

- The ayah states that the night was created for rest, and the day to earn your livelihood.

And have made your sleep as a thing for rest. (9) And have made the night as a covering (through its darkness), (10) And have made the day for livelihood. (An-Naba 78:9-11)

Ibn Umar narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "I was sent by the sword from now until Judgment Day, until Allah Alone is worshipped with no partners, and my livelihood is in the shadow of my spear, and humiliation and submission are on those who disobey me and whoever imitates a people is one of them" [Musnad Ahmad (2/50) No. 5115, Shu'ab al-Eman al-Bayhaqi (2/417) No. 1154, Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah (4/212) No. 19401]

al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar (rh) said: “This hadeeth indicates that war booty is permissible for this ummah, and that the provision of the Prophet (SAW) has been placed in war booty and not in other kinds of earnings. Hence some of the scholars said that it is the best kind of earnings.” [Fathul Baari (6/98)]

- The Islamic State earned $480 Million in 1 day due to jihaad.

And among His Signs is that He shows you the lightning, by way of fear and hope, and He sends down water (rain) from the sky, and therewith revives the earth after its death. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who understand. (Ar-Rum 30:24)

- Allah is saying the lighting is for two purpose: for fear and hope.
- Because the lighting was used to punish the wayward.
- It was used to punish the people of Thamud.
- Following the lighting we have rain; which is a barakah.
- Rain revives the earth.

Ata' bin Abi Rabah reported that he heard 'A'isha, the wife of the Prophet of Allah (SAWS), as saying: When there was on any day windstorm or dark cloud (its effects) could be read on the face of the Messenger of Allah (SAWS), and he moved forward and backward (in a state of anxiety); and when it rained, he was delighted and it (the state of restlessness) disappeared. ‘A’isha said: I asked him the reason of this anxiety and he said: I was afraid that it might be a calamity that might fall upon my Ummah, and when he saw rainfall he said: It is the mercy (of Allah). [Sahih Muslim (2/616) No. 899]

- He (SAWS) was happy to see the rain.
- Because it was barakah.

- Many farmers in India commit suicide when it doesn't rain.
- They take a loan from the bank and when it doesn't rain, they lose their money and commit suicide.

And among His Signs is that the heaven and the earth stand by His Command, then afterwards when He will call you by single call, behold, you will come out from the earth (i.e from your graves for reckoning and recompense). (Ar-Rum 30:25)

See you not that Allah has subjected to you (mankind) all that is on the earth, and the ships that sail through the sea by His Command? He withholds the heaven from falling on the earth except by His Leave. Verily, Allah is, for mankind, full of Kindness, Most Merciful. (Al-Hajj 22:65)

- Allah says the Heaven and the Earth is controlled by Him, by His Command.
- However a Shia will say: it is their imams; who has full control of the earth!

"Certainly the Imam has a dignified station, a lofty rank, a creational caliphate, and a sovereignty and mastery over all the atoms of creation. It is definitely a basic belief in our school of thought, that our Imams occupy a station unattainable by either an angel or a major Prophet. [Khomeini: "Al-Hukumah Al-Islamiyyah" Page 52]

The spiritual status of the imam is the universal divine vice-gerency that is sometimes mentioned by the imams (peace be upon them). It is a vice-gerency pertaining to the whole of creation, by virtue of which all the atoms in the universe humble themselves before the holder of authority (imams). It is one of the essential beliefs of our Shia school that no one can attain the spiritual status of the imams, not even the cherubim or the prophets. Imam Khomeini, Islam and Revolution: Writings and Declarations of Imam Khomeini, (Berkeley: Mizaan Press, 1981)

Verily! Allah grasps the heavens and the earth lest they move away from their places, and if they were to move away from their places, there is not one that could grasp them after Him. Truly, He is Ever Most Forbearing, OftForgiving. (Fatir 35:41)

- When you debate with the Shia, always use the Quran because their creed contradicts the Quran!

To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth. All are obedient to Him. (Ar-Rum 30:26)

- Everything in heaven and earth obeys Allah only ath-thaqalain (mankind and jinn) rebels.

Whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on the earth glorifies Allah. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. (As-Saff 61:1)

- Only men and jinn will go to Jannah or Jahannam (Paradise or Hell) because it is only them that have the ability to rebel.

And He it is Who originates the creation, then will repeat it (after it has been perished), and this is easier for Him. His is the highest description (i.e. none has the right to be worshipped but He, and there is nothing comparable unto Him) in the heavens and in the earth. And He is the AllMighty, the AllWise. (Ar-Rum 30:27)

On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (RA), who said that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "Allah Almighty has said: 'The son of Adam denied Me and he had no right to do so. And he reviled Me and he had no right to do so. As for his denying Me, it is his saying: 'He will not remake me as He made me at first' (i.e., bring me back to life after death.) - and the initial creation [of him] is no easier for Me than remaking him. As for his reviling Me, it is his saying: 'Allah has taken to Himself a son,' while I am the One, the Everlasting Refuge. I begot not nor was I begotten, and there is none comparable to Me.'" [related by al-Bukhari (4974) also by an-Nasa'i (2078)].

- Mankind denies Allah and reviles Allah.
- Allah has the highest description, as stated in the above ayah.
- What is the highest description?
- The highest description is: none has the right to be worshipped except Allah and Allah has no equal or comparable.

…There is nothing like unto Him, and He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer. (Ash-Shura 42:11)

- There is nothing like unto Him, this is similar to the verse from Surah Ikhlaas.
- He has no co-equal.

Say (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)): "He is Allah, (the) One. (1) "Allah-us-Samad (The Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need, He neither eats nor drinks). (2) "He begets not, nor was He begotten; (3) "And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him." (Al-Ikhlas 112:1-4)

- The word kufuwan (coequal) is also used in fiqh.
- So if the woman is a doctor and a man is a garbage collector, they're not kufuwan.
- This was said by Abu Hanifa, Shafi'i, and Ahmad.

He sets forth for you a parable from your ownselves, - Do you have partners among those whom your right hands possess (i.e your slaves) to share as equals in the wealth We have bestowed on you? Whom you fear as you fear each other? Thus do We explain the signs in detail to a people who have sense. (Ar-Rum 30:28)

- Allah is saying: does your slave share your estate? Of course not.
- Likewise, if your slave cannot claim your estate; than what makes you say others can share in His Authority and Power?
- Allah is using this parable because Allah is the best of teacher.
- Why give Allah partners; when you fear partners for yourself?
- A wise statement from the Creator.
- Some of you only put one name in your bank account due to fear.

Nay, but those who do wrong follow their own lusts without knowledge, Then who will guide him whom Allah has sent astray? And for such there will be no helpers. (Ar-Rum 30:29)

- The ayah is saying: those people who are astray, they follow their desires.

Have you seen him who takes his own lust (vain desires) as his ilah (god), and Allah knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart, and put a cover on his sight. Who then will guide him after Allah? Will you not then remember? (Al-Jathiyah 45:23)

- The Quran explains the Quran, it doesn't contradict itself.

- In a democracy, they follow their hawa (desire) which is a false god as explained in the above ayah.
- In France, a father can date his daughter, in Denmark, you can have sex with animals. That is democracy!

Top Ten Countries With Highest Reported Crime Rates
1) USA
2) Germany

- All the top democratic countries have the highest crime rate.
- In Saudi Arabia, a police has a very easy job, due to low crime rate.
- They basically sit and relax and get paid for it.
