(Notes & Audio) The 21 Reasons Why The Quran Is A Wise Book

The 21 Reasons Why The Quran Is A Wise Book
By Shaikh Abdullah Faisal
Monday 1st December 2014

Allah (swt) has referred to the Quran as a wise book in 36:1-2

Ya-Sin. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Qur'an, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.] (Ya-Sin 36:1)
By the Qur'an, full of wisdom (i.e. full of laws, evidences, and proofs), (Ya-Sin 36:2)

There are 21 reasons to be listed here as the reasons why it is a wise book

One of Allah's 99 names and attributes is Al Hakim (The All Wise)
Whenever Allah authors a book, it will be a wise book
Because the source of the book is A Wise Being

Example, 96:16 below

A lying, sinful forelock! (Al-'Alaq 96:16)

The brain surgeons discovered that the section of the brain a person uses to lie
Is the front lobe of the brain
But the Quran speaks about the lying sinful forehead 1400 years ago
As mentioned in the above Ayah

Another scientific fact is 55:19-21 below

He has let loosed the two seas (the salt water and the sweet) meeting together. (Ar-Rahman 55:19)
Between them is a barrier which none of them can transgress. (Ar-Rahman 55:20)
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? (Ar-Rahman 55:21)

The scientists who specialize in the ocean discovered
That there are two types of water that do not mix when they meet only 20 years ago
But Allah (swt) spoke about it more than 1400 years ago

There are 100s of scientists that have embraced Islam
Because of these Quranic verses that agree with science

He has created the heavens without any pillars, that you see and has set on the earth firm mountains, lest it should shake with you. And He has scattered therein moving (living) creatures of all kinds. And We send down water (rain) from the sky, and We cause (plants) of every goodly kind to grow therein. (Luqman 31:10)

In 31:10 Allah (swt) told you that the purpose of the mountains
Is to keep the earth still so that it doesn’t wobble

Blessed be He Who has placed in the heaven big stars, and has placed therein a great lamp (sun), and a moon giving light. (Al-Furqan 25:61)

Allah (swt) spoke about the sun and the moon in 25:61 above
The scientists say this is a great Quranic verse because Allah (swt) refers the sun as a lamp
However, He doesn't refer to the moon as a lamp anywhere in the Quran
The sun produces its own light and heat
The moon does not but is a reflector
Because of that, Allah (swt) will never refer to the moon as a lamp

Alif Lam Mim. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Qur'an, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings]. (Ar-Rum 30:1)
The Romans have been defeated. (Ar-Rum 30:2)
In the nearer land (Syria, Iraq, Jordan, and Palestine), and they, after their defeat, will be victorious. (Ar-Rum 30:3)

The battle referred in the above ayah is the battle
Between the Romans and Persians
The place where the battle took place was in Jordan (adnaa)
This means ‘lowest’
And geographically that is the lowest place on earth

The Bible, Qur'an and Science by Dr. Maurice Bucaille -

Do they not then consider the Qur’an carefully? Had it been from other than Allah, they would surely have found therein much contradictions. (An-Nisa 4:82)

The above Ayah is a question Allah (swt) is asking you.
Won’t you reflect on the Quran?
There are no contradictions because its author is Allah (swt)
If you find two Quranic verses that appear to contradict each other
You should bring it to a scholar to explain them and reconcile them for you
You think it contradicts because you don't understand the tafsir of the Quran
I will give you a contradiction:

God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? (Numbers 23:19) King James Version

And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. (Genesis 6:6) King James Version

The Bible says God doesn't repent in Numbers 23:19; but in Genesis 6:6 it says God repented
I use these when I debate with Christians and they are mortified

Allah (swt) revealed the Surahs of Makkah as short and they focus on tawheed
Example Surah Ikhlas.
It is equal to 1/3 of the Quran and focuses on Tawheed
However, the Surahs of Madinah are long and focus of Sharia
Because Makkah was darul harb
But when the people went to Madinah, the verses were long to focus on Shariah law
So that they could use them to govern the city
Madinah was darul Islam
The Prophet (saw) needed Surahs to govern the Islamic State
The sunnah of Allah (swt) is to start off with tawheed to invite people to Islam

Ibn 'Abbas (RAA) narrated that when the Prophet (Sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) sent Mu'adh Ibn Jabal to Yemen (as governor), he said to him: "You are going to a people who are People of the Scripture. Invite them to testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that I am His Messenger. If they obey you in this, then teach them that Allah, the Glorious One, has enjoined five prayers upon them in every day and night (in twenty-four hours), and if they obey you in this, then tell them that Allah has made it obligatory for them to pay Zakah upon their assets and it is to be taken from the wealthy among them and given to be poor among them." [Related by Al-Bukhari]

Narrated By Ibn Abbas: When the Prophet sent Muadh to Yemen, he said to him, "You are going to a nation from the people of the Scripture, so let the first thing to which you will invite them, be the Tauhid of Allah. If they learn that, tell them that Allah has enjoined on them, five prayers to be offered in one day and one night. And if they pray, tell them that Allah has enjoined on them Zakat of their properties and it is to be taken from the rich among them and given to the poor. And if they agree to that, then take from them Zakat but avoid the best property of the people." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 9, Book 93, Hadith #469]

Narrated Yusuf bin Mahk: While I was with Aisha, the mother of the Believers, a person from Iraq came and asked, "What type of shroud is the best?" 'Aisha said, "May Allah be merciful to you! What does it matter?" He said, "O mother of the Believers! Show me (the copy of) your Qur'an," She said, "Why?" He said, "In order to compile and arrange the Qur'an according to it, for people recite it with its Suras not in proper order." 'Aisha said, "What does it matter which part of it you read first? (Be informed) that the first thing that was revealed thereof was a Sura from Al-Mufassal, and in it was mentioned Paradise and the Fire. When the people embraced Islam, the Verses regarding legal and illegal things were revealed. If the first thing to be revealed was: 'Do not drink alcoholic drinks.' people would have said, 'We will never leave alcoholic drinks,' and if there had been revealed, 'Do not commit illegal sexual intercourse, 'they would have said, 'We will never give up illegal sexual intercourse.' While I was a young girl of playing age, the following Verse was revealed in Mecca to Muhammad: 'Nay! But the Hour is their appointed time (for their full recompense), and the Hour will be more grievous and more bitter.' (54.46) Sura Al-Baqara (The Cow) and Surat An-Nisa (The Women) were revealed while I was with him." Then 'Aisha took out the copy of the Qur'an for the man and dictated to him the Verses of the Suras (in their proper order) . [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 6, Book 61, Hadith #515]

Allah (swt) begins the dawah with tawheed not sharia
Because it is the Sunnah of Allah
The people don't know who their Lord is
Some think Jesus (as) is their Lord
They don't have a concept of the four branches of tawheed
They will only submit to sharia after they know and accept Allah (swt)
As their One and only Lord

In the previous books, like the Torah, some things in the sea were haram to eat
But in our sharia, everything in the sea is halal to eat

Abu Huraira reported that a man asked the Prophet (SAW): 'We travel in the sea and we carry with us little water. If we used it for wudu then we would be suffering thirst! So should we still use this water for wudu?' The Prophet (SAW) replied: "Its [sea] water is pure and its dead meat [fish and whatever lives in sea and die by leaving it] is Halal to eat" [Sunan Tirmidhi (1/100) No. 69, Sunan Abu Dawud (1/21) No. 83, Sunan al-Nasa'i (1/50) No. 59, Sunan Ibn Majah (1/250) No. 386, Sunan al-Darime (1/201) No. 729, Musnad Ahmad (2/361) No. 8720]

It was reported that the Prophet (SAW) became angry when he saw that ‘Umar had a page with something from the Torah written on it, and he (SAW) said: “Are you in doubt, O son of al-Khattab? Have I not brought you something shining and pure? If my brother Musa were alive, he would have no choice but to follow me.” [Musnad Ahmad (3/387) No. 15195 and Sunan al-Darime (1/126) No. 435]

The Quran abrogates all the previous books
A person might say, why can't a Muslim woman marry a kaafir?
Because the wife of the Pharaoh was a Muslim and the Pharaoh was a kaafir
Say to him that was the sharia of Musa (as)
We don't follow the sharia of Musa, we follow the sharia of Muhammad (saw)
And it says in 60:10 a Muslim woman is not lawful to a kaafir man and vice versa

O you who believe! When believing women come to you as emigrants, examine them, Allah knows best as to their Faith, then if you ascertain that they are true believers, send them not back to the disbelievers, they are not lawful (wives) for the disbelievers nor are the disbelievers lawful (husbands) for them. But give the disbelievers that (amount of money) which they have spent [as their Mahr] to them. And there will be no sin on you to marry them if you have paid their Mahr to them. Likewise hold not the disbelieving women as wives, and ask for (the return of) that which you have spent (as Mahr) and let them (the disbelievers, etc.) ask back for that which they have spent. That is the Judgement of Allah. He judges between you. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. (Al-Mumtahinah 60:10)

Al-Haafidh Ibn Katheer (d. 774H):
“Allah ta’ala makes Inkaar (i.e. vehemently objects to) those who turn away from Allah’s Sharee’ah; the laws that are good for the Muslims; the laws that forbid what is evil. Allah rejects those who follow laws of personal desires and who adopt laws of Kufr such as the laws enforced by the Tartars who were under the control of Genghis Khan, their King. These laws were a mixture of Judaism, Christianity and laws chosen by their King which suited his desires. Should we prefer these laws over the Sharee’ah of Allah and His Prophet (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam)?! Whoever does this is a Kaafir and killing him is Waajib!” – “Tafseer Ibn Katheer”, explanation of Surah Al-Ma’idah, Ayah 50.
“So whoever leaves the clear Shari’ah, which was revealed to Muhammad Ibn Abdullah, the Seal of the Prophets, and takes the Hukm to other than it from the laws of Kufr which are abrogated, he has disbelieved. So what about the one who takes the Hukm to the ‘Yasiq’ (the law of the Tartars which mixed Shari’ah rulings with invented rulings) and puts it before it?! Whoever does that, he has disbelieved by the Ijmaa’ of the Muslims.” – “Al-Bidaayah wa Nihaayah”, Vol. 13/118-119.

A person might say, why can't I bow down to my leader out of respect.
That was the Sharia of Jesus (as)
We bow down to Allah (swt) alone.

Narrated By Qays ibn Sa'd: I went to al-Hirah and saw them (the people) prostrating themselves before a satrap of theirs, so I said: The Apostle of Allah (pbuh) has most right to have prostration made before him. When I came to the Prophet (pbuh), I said: I went to al-Hirah and saw them prostrating themselves before a satrap of theirs, but you have most right, Apostle of Allah, to have (people) prostrating themselves before you. He said: Tell me , if you were to pass my grave, would you prostrate yourself before it? I said: No. He then said: Do not do so. If I were to command anyone to make prostration before another I would command women to prostrate themselves before their husbands, because of the special right over them given to husbands by Allah. [Abu Dawud, Book 5, Hadith #2135]

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, "If I were to command anyone to prostrate before anyone, I would have commanded the wife to prostrate before her husband, because of the enormity of his right upon her." [Sunan Abu Dawud (2/244) No. 2140, Sunan al-Darime (1/406) No. 1463, al-Sunan al-Kubra al-Nasa'i (8/253) No. 9102, Sunan Tirmidhi (3/465) No. 1159, Sunan Ibn Majah (3/59) No. 1853, Musnad Ahmad (5/227) No. 22037]

.....This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion. But as for him who is forced by severe hunger, with no inclination to sin (such can eat these above-mentioned meats), then surely, Allah is OftForgiving, Most Merciful. (Al-Ma'idah 5:3)

This Ayah is used by the scholars to refute the modernist and the secularist
They believe Islam is outdated and we need another religion
You are not allowed to have this concept
It means you don't believe that Allah (swt) has perfected Islam
They say keep Islam in the four corners of the masjid only
Don’t bring it in other aspects of live
Don’t take it in the ministry of agriculture, education etc.

Allah said in 12:2:

Verily, We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur'an in order that you may understand. (Yusuf 12:2)

English is not a proper language
If I say to you ‘when the cat jumped on the book, it fell off’. What fell off?
With English, it is easy to play with words
Because English is full of ambiguities
Most people who speak English are hypocrites
When the colonial masters enter the country,
They shove their language down your throats
Because it's easy to brainwash you this way
You become coconuts

Usama Hasan led prayers in a gay mosque in London

Usama Hasan Prays at a Gay Mosque:

Hamza Yusuf says you can pray to the rasul (saw)

hamza Yusuf - saying we can pray to Muhammed SAW in the grave

Suhaib Webb promotes gay marriages

suhaib webb promotes gay marriages:

The above links shows the hypocrisy of some English speaking people
None of these support the Islamic States

Allah (swt) revealed the most sacred book – The Quran via
His closest angel – Gibril (as)
To His favorite Prophet – Muhammad (saw)
In the best language - The Arabic language.

Everything about the English culture is dodgy
The Prophet (saw) said you can't sell fish in the sea until you catch the fish
You can't sell a horse or cow that run away until you catch the horse or cow
These are called invisible assets
But the kuffaar can buy and sell these in their markets
Assets that are invisible
This is haram

They have something in the English language called a love child
This means a bastard child
They use the word affair - a nice word to refer to cheating on your spouse
Gay meant a happy person in the 1950's
Now it means homosexuals
They have corrupted many words and their meanings

Imam Shafi'i (rh) said: "Every Muslim is obligated to learn the Arabic tongue to the utmost of his power in order [to be able] to profess through it that "There is no Ilah but Allah and Muhammad is His Messenger" and to utter what is mandated upon him, the takbir, and what is commanded, the tasbih, and the tashahhud and others." [al-Risala al-Shafi'i (pg. 47)]

Sometimes people that work for the FBI, MI5, MI6, CIA etc are fluent in Arabic.
Aren't you ashamed?

The bedouins are the worst in disbelief and hypocrisy, and more likely to be in ignorance of the limits (Allāh's Commandments and His Legal Laws, etc.) which Allāh has revealed to His Messenger. And Allāh is All-Knower, All-Wise. (At-Tawbah 9:97)

Ibn Taymiyyah said: "Moreover, the Arabic language itself is part of Islam, and knowing Arabic is an obligatory duty. If it is a duty to understand the Qur’an and Sunnah, and they cannot be understood without knowing Arabic, then the means that is needed to fulfill the duty is also obligatory.” [Iqtida' as-Sirat al-Mustaqeem (1/527)]

It is incumbent on Muslims to learn Arabic

Perish the two hands of Abu Lahab (an uncle of the Prophet), and perish he! (Al-Masad 111:1)
His wealth and his children (etc.) will not benefit him! (Al-Masad 111:2)
He will be burnt in a Fire of blazing flames! (Al-Masad 111:3)
And his wife too, who carries wood (thorns of Sadan which she used to put on the way of the Prophet (Peace be upon him) , or use to slander him). (Al-Masad 111:4)
On her neck is a twisted rope of Masad (palm fibre). (Al-Masad 111:5)

Surah 111 above is a prediction.
Allah (swt) here is promising the hellfire to Abu Lahab and his wife
He could have just embraced Islam
To prove that the Quran is a dodgy book
But he didn’t do that
His wife is mentioned to tell you that every kaafir has his wife to support him in his kufr
They even plant their women on you to disgrace you and to find out your secrets
As soon as Clinton was leaning to the Palestinians in the negotiations,
His affair (adultery) was exposed and he was disgraced

I will cast him into Hell-fire (Al-Muddaththir 74:26)

Surah 74:26 above is another example of a prediction in the Quran
Allah predicted Walid Ibn Mugheerah will never accept Islam
And will be dumped into the hell fire.

Alif Lām Mīm. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Qur’an, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings]. (Ar-Rum 30:1)
The Romans have been defeated. (Ar-Rum 30:2)
In the nearer land (Syria, Iraq, Jordan, and Palestine), and they, after their defeat, will be victorious. (Ar-Rum 30:3)
Within three to nine years. The decision of the matter, before and after (these events) is only with Allah, (before the defeat of Romans by the Persians, and after, i.e. the defeat of the Persians by the Romans). And on that Day, the believers (i.e. Muslims) will rejoice (at the victory given by Allah to the Romans against the Persians), (Ar-Rum 30:4)

Surah 30:1-4 is another example of a prediction in the Quran above
The Muslims were sad when the Romans lost the war
But Allah (swt) predicted that they would have a comeback and defeat the Persians
And exactly as Allah predicted, the Romans came back and defeated the Persians
The Persians were pagans and the Romans were Christians
This was why the muslims supported them

And We took the Children of Israel across the sea, and Fir'aun (Pharaoh) with his hosts followed them in oppression and enmity, till when drowning overtook him, he said: "I believe that La ilaha illa (Huwa) : (none has the right to be worshipped but) He," in Whom the Children of Israel believe, and I am one of the Muslims (those who submit to Allah's Will)." (Yunus 10:90)
Now (you believe) while you refused to believe before and you were one of the Mufsidun (evil-doers, corrupts, etc.). (Yunus 10:91)
So this day We shall deliver your (dead) body (out from the sea) that you may be a sign to those who come after you! And verily, many among mankind are heedless of Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs , revelations, etc.). (Yunus 10:92)

Surah 10:90-92 is another prediction in the Quran
That has caused 1000's of people to embrace Islam
The Pharaoh took shahada and Allah threw it back in his face like a dirty rag
Allah predicted that the Pharaoh’s body will remain intact in the ocean
In 1897 the Pharaoh's body was discovered on the bottom of the ocean floor
By some divers still intact
Well preserved as Allah promised

The above verses inspired Maurice Bucallie to embrace islam:

al-Qurtubi (rh), said in his tafseer of this ayah: "Allah says ‘al-ummi.’ Ibn ‘Abbas (RA), said: ‘Your Prophet was unlettered, unable to read or write or calculate.’ Allah says: ‘Neither did you (O Muhammad) read any book before it (this Qur’an), nor did you write any book (whatsoever) with your right hand..’ [al-‘Ankaboot 29:48]." [Tafseer al-Qurtubi (7/298)]

And Muhammad (saw) did not write the Quran with his right hand

Neither did you (O Muhammad SAW) read any book before it (this Qur'an), nor did you write any book (whatsoever) with your right hand. In that case, indeed, the followers of falsehood might have doubted. (Al-'Ankabut 29:48)

Muhammad (saw) was right handed

Allah burdens not a person beyond his scope. He gets reward for that (good) which he has earned, and he is punished for that (evil) which he has earned...... (Al-Baqarah 2:286)

Abu Talhah (RA) narrated: We complained to Allah’s Messenger (SAW) about our hunger and raising from our stomach (the garment) bared the stone each of us had tied to it. He showed that he had two stones (tied to his stomach.) [Sunan Tirmidhi (4/585) No. 2371, Bayhaqi in ‘Shu'ab al Emaan’ (13/54) No. 9943]

Had Allah sent an angel to teach you Islam,
You would have used it as an argument against Allah
But Allah sent Muhammad (saw), a man like you.

Say (O Muhammad SAW) : "I am only a man like you. It has been inspired to me that your Ilah (God) is One Ilah (God i.e. Allah). So whoever hopes for the Meeting with his Lord, let him work righteousness and associate none as a partner in the worship of his Lord." (Al-Kahf 18:110)

The Prophet (saw) had emotions, sexual needs etc. just like you

So set you (O Muhammad SAW) your face towards the religion of pure Islamic Monotheism Hanifa (worship none but Allah Alone) Allah's Fitrah (i.e. Allah's Islamic Monotheism), with which He has created mankind. No change let there be in Khalqillah (i.e. the Religion of Allah Islamic Monotheism), that is the straight religion, but most of men know not. [Tafsir AtTabari, Vol 21, Page 41] (Ar-Rum 30:30)

That is your natural instinct to worship one God
Allah knows that you like women, so Allah has made marriage halal for you in 30:21

And among His Signs is this, that He created for you wives from among yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who reflect. (Ar-Rum 30:21)

How many of you knew that Allah said you should have fun?
Allah said this in 28:77 below

But seek, with that (wealth) which Allah has bestowed on you, the home of the Hereafter, and forget not your portion of legal enjoyment in this world, and do good as Allah has been good to you, and seek not mischief in the land. Verily, Allah likes not the Mufsidun (those who commit great crimes and sins, oppressors, tyrants, mischief-makers, corrupts). (Al-Qasas 28:77)

Allah says to make sure the fun is "Legal Enjoyments"
Don’t go to clubs and pubs but have halal enjoyments

And if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphangirls, then marry (other) women of your choice, two or three, or four but if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one or (the captives and the slaves) that your right hands possess. That is nearer to prevent you from doing injustice. (An-Nisa 4:3)

Because Allah knows that some men like to have a variety of women,
Allah permits polygamy

Men are polygamous by nature. However, if you can't do justice, marry one.
Polyamory is to have many girlfriends
Polyandry is when a woman has two or three husbands

Polyandry in India:

Allah knows you love wealth, so Allah allow trading and made riba haram

.....whereas Allah has permitted trading and forbidden Riba (usury)...... (Al-Baqarah 2:275)

Communism failed because it went against all of your natural instincts
They don’t allow you to own anything
Everything is own by the state
The Doctor earns the same as the genitor

For Catholics to stay away from women is a cursed innovation
Allah did not ordain this for them
People who don't have intercourse have migraine headache and bellyache
Because their lifestyle in unnatural

….But the Monasticism which they invented for themselves, We did not prescribe for them,..... (Al-Hadid 57:27)

The Quran is the only religious book which is memorized

And We have indeed made the Qur'an easy to understand and remember, then is there any that will remember (or receive admonition)? (Al-Qamar 54:17)

Because the Quran is revealed in a rhythmatic form it is easy to memorize
Allah has made the Quran easy for you to understand
By using Muhammad (saw) to explain it for you
Because Allah (swt) said in 16:44

With clear signs and Books (We sent the Messengers). And We have also sent down unto you (O Muhammad SAW) the reminder and the advice (the Qur'an), that you may explain clearly to men what is sent down to them, and that they may give thought. (An-Nahl 16:44)

By revealing the Quran gradually, it was easy to understand, memorize and practice
Example, 3 ayaat came down about intoxicants:

2:219 was the first Ayah
The people ask the Prophet (saw) about intoxicants
Because they see the many ills that intoxicants bring to the society

They ask you (O Muhammad ) concerning alcoholic drink and gambling. Say: "In them is a great sin, and (some) benefit for men, but the sin of them is greater than their benefit." And they ask you what they ought to spend. Say: "That which is beyond your needs." Thus Allah makes clear to you His Laws in order that you may give thought." (Al-Baqarah 2:219)

4:43 was the second verses that come down about intoxicants

O you who believe! Approach not AsSalat (the prayer) when you are in a drunken state until you know (the meaning) of what you utter, nor when you are in a state of Janaba, (i.e. in a state of sexual impurity and have not yet taken a bath) except when travelling on the road (without enough water, or just passing through a mosque), till you wash your whole body. And if you are ill, or on a journey, or one of you comes after answering the call of nature, or you have been in contact with women (by sexual relations) and you find no water, perform Tayammum with clean earth and rub therewith your faces and hands (Tayammum). Truly, Allah is Ever OftPardoning, OftForgiving. (An-Nisa 4:43)

When Allah (swt) revealed the verse "don’t approach Salah when you are drunk"
The sahabah were still drinking alcohol
This ayah was abrogated by 5:90-91

O you who believe! Intoxicants (all kinds of alcoholic drinks), gambling, AlAnsab, and AlAzlam (arrows for seeking luck or decision) are an abomination of Shaitan's (Satan) handiwork. So avoid (strictly all) that (abomination) in order that you may be successful. (Al-Ma'idah 5:90)

Shaitan (Satan) wants only to excite enmity and hatred between you with intoxicants (alcoholic drinks) and gambling, and hinder you from the remembrance of Allah and from As-Salat (the prayer). So, will you not then abstain? (Al-Ma'idah 5:91)

So a person who is a hypocrite will continue to drink and will quote 4:43
Because he likes to drink
People who drink alcohol and smoke (weed) will miss their Salah
Because these are intoxicants

It was narrated from Abu Bakr bin 'Abdur-Rahman bin al-Harith that his father said: "I heard 'Uthman (RA) say: 'Avoid Khamr for it is the mother of all evils... [Sunan al-Nasa'i (8/315) No. 5666, al-Sunan al-Kubra al-Bayhaqi (8/500) No. 17339]

‘Abdullah ibn Umar (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said, “If anyone drinks wine then his salah over forty days are not approved. If he repents then Allah will relent to him. If he reverts (to it), then Allah will not approve his salah over forty days. If he repents, Allah will relent to him but if he reverts (to it) then Allah will not approve his salah over forty days. If he repents then Allah will relent to him. Again, if he reverts the fourth time, Allah will not approve his salah over forty days and if he repents then Allah will not relent to him and He will give him to drink from the river of Khabal.” Someone asked, “O Abu Abdur Rahman! what is the river of Khabal?’ He said, “The pus of the dwellers of the people of fire.” [Sunan Tirmidhi (4/290) No. 1862, Sunan Nasa'i (8/317) No. 5670, Musnad Ahmad (2/35) No. 4917, al-Mu’jam al-Kabir al-Tabarani (12/390) No. 13441]

The people spat out the alcohol when they heard 5:90-91
Because they had taqwa
Shariah has now arrived in Iraq
When the dawla conquers a land, you see them displaying the alcoholic bottles
That the kurds were drinking
They burn them all and ban it in that land
You can’t implement the sharia in piecemeal now
The deen has been complete
So Dawla can’t say that they let them drink for a while before banning it

Example: When the hypocrites accused Aysha (ra) of having an affair,
The Prophet (saw) did not know what to believe

Narrated 'Aisha: (when the slanderers said what they said about her): I went to my bed knowing at that time that I was innocent and that Allah would reveal my innocence, but by Allah, I never thought that Allah would reveal in my favor a revelation which would be recited, for I considered myself too unimportant to be talked about by Allah in the Divine Revelation that was to be recited. So Allah revealed the ten Verses (of Surat-an-Nur). 'Those who brought a false charge...' (24.11-20) [Sahih Bukhari (9/158) No. 7545]

When the news broke to Ayesha, a woman said "May Allah curse Mistah"
Because he spread the rumor
Allah (swt) revealed 24:11 as a response to the rumor

Verily! Those who brought forth the slander (against 'Aishah the wife of the Prophet SAW) are a group among you. Consider it not a bad thing for you. Nay, it is good for you. Unto every man among them will be paid that which he had earned of the sin, and as for him among them who had the greater share therein, his will be a great torment. (An-Nur 24:11)

This is an example of how the Quran was revealed to solve a dilemma faced by the Prophet (saw) and he did not know what to do
Ayesha's co-wife defended her from the accusation to the Prophet (saw)
Because she had taqwa
Her name was Zainab Bint Jahsh (ra) and she was her biggest rival in status

Aisha further said: Allah's Apostle also asked Zainab bint Jaysh about my case. He said, "O Zainab! What have you seen?" She replied, "O Allah’s Apostle! I protect my hearing and my sight (by refraining from telling lies). I know nothing but good (about Aisha)." Of all the wives of Allah's Apostle, it was Zainab who aspired to receive from him the same favor as I used to receive, yet, Allah saved her(from telling lies) because of her piety. But her sister, Hamna, kept on fighting on her behalf so she was destroyed as were those who invented and spread the slander. [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 6, Book 60, Hadith #274]

The women of today need to study the lives of the wives of the Prophet (saw)
We studied the lives of the wives of the Prophet (saw) in this room

The Prophet (saw) even approached Usama Ibn Zaid (ra) and asked
His opinion about the slander and he told him to keep her

...Usama bin Zaid told Allah's Apostle of what he knew about the innocence of his wife and of his affection he kept for her. He said, "O Allah's Apostle! She is your wife, and we do not know anything about her except good." But 'Ali bin Abi Talib said, "O Allah's Apostle! Allah does not impose restrictions on you; and there are plenty of women other than her. If you however, ask (her) slave girl, she will tell you the truth."... [al-Bukhari (4750) and Muslim (2770)]

The Ulamaa agree that anyone who says Ayesha (ra) had an affair
After the verse was revealed is a kaafir because he's trying to veto Allah (swt)
This is one of the reasons why the shia are kuffaar

SHIA HUJJAH: The Shia believe that at the time of Mahdi’s return Imam Mahdi will resurrect Aisha (Prophet Mohammad’s wife) and execute the law of Hudud on her, for committing Zina (adultery) during her marriage. (Al-Anwar Al-Numaniyah, vol. 1, p.  161, Tafsir al-Shafi, vol. 2, p. 108, Haq al-Yaqeen, vol. 2, p. 256, Hayat al-Qulub, vol. 2, p. 611)

The rasul (saw) made a number of mistakes and
The Quran came down to correct him
Allah allowed him to make mistakes so that we don’t worship him
And to proof that he is a human being who can commit mistakes too
Here are some mistakes:

1. He frown at a blind man who was a muslim

His name was Abdullah Bin Umm Maqtuum (ra)
The rasul (saw) was giving dawah to the leaders of Quraish
When he approached him so he frown at him

(The Prophet (Peace be upon him)) frowned and turned away, ('Abasa 80:1)
Because there came to him the blind man (i.e. 'Abdullah bin Umm-Maktum, who came to the Prophet (Peace be upon him) while he was preaching to one or some of the Quraish chiefs). ('Abasa 80:2)
The Shia don't believe the Prophet (saw) mad mistakes
The Shia say Abu Jahl frowned to the blind man, not the Prophet (saw)
We say to the Shia, why would the blind man go to Abu Jahl for ilm?
So the tafsir of the Shia doesn't make sense
Don’t go to a Shia room here in Paltalk
You will be
Paltalk is a double edge sword
You can learn the haqq or become confused

The Prophet (saw) loved this blind man after the above verse came down
Because Allah (swt) corrected him with this verse
This blind man used to go to Jihad even though he was blind
He was blind in his eyes but not in his heart
He carried the flag on the battlefield for the Muslims
There is no blame on the blind if he doesn’t fight but this blind man still went to Jihad
Allah (swt) excused and exempted him but he still went to Jihad

No blame or sin is there upon the blind, nor is there blame or sin upon the lame, nor is there blame or sin upon the sick (that they go not forth to war)And whosoever obeys Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad SAW), He will admit him to Gardens beneath which rivers flow (Paradise); and whosoever turns back, He will punish him with a painful torment. (Al-Fath 48:17)

People of today call the mujahideen terrorists because
They don't want to go to Jihad
Democracy cannot work
The way forward is the bullet, not the ballot
You have tried the ballot and all you got was a kick in the teeth
All the people who believe in democracy are kuffaar outside the fold of Islam
Democracy is their (the kuffaar) stadium, their rules and their game
You cannot win in this arena especially when they are the referees
So when you score a gold, they give you a red card

2. He took ransom from the prisoners of Badr instead of killing them
It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allah desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise. (Al-Anfal 8:67)

The Prophet followed the opinion of Abu Bakr (ra) instead of Omar (ra)
But Omar was correct.
Allah (swt) revealed the above verse siding with Omar's opinion
Omar knows the mentality of the Arabs and that they will come back to fight them
Arabs love to revenge

The Muslims that day (i. e. the day of the Battle of Badr) killed seventy persons and captured seventy. The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said to Abu Bakr and 'Umar (Allah be pleased with them): What is your opinion about these captives? Abu Bakr said: They are our kith and kin. I think you should release them after getting from them a ransom. This will be a source of strength to us against the infidels. It is quite possible that Allah may guide them to Islam. Then the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: What is your opinion. Ibn Khattab? He said: Messenger of Allah. I do not hold the same opinion as Abu Bakr. I am of the opinion that you should hand them over to us so that we may cut off their heads. Hand over 'Aqil to 'Ali that he may cut off his head, and hand over such and such relative to me that I may but off his head. They are leaders of the disbelievers and veterans among them. The Messenger of Allah (SAW) approved the opinion of Abu Bakr and did not approve what I said The next day when I came to the Messenger of Allah (SAW), I found that both he and Abu Bakr were sitting shedding tears. I said: Messenger of Allah, why are you and your Companion shedding tears? Tell me the reason. For I will weep, if not, I will at least pretend to weep in sympathy with you. The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: I weep for what has happened to your companions for taking ransom (from the prisoners). I was shown the torture to which they were subjected. It was brought to me as close as this tree. (He pointed to a tree close to him.) Then God revealed the verse:" It is not befitting for a prophet that he should take prisoners until the force of the disbelievers has been crushed..." to the end of the verse:" so eat ye the spoils of war, (it is) lawful and pure. So Allah made booty lawful for them." [Sahih Muslim (3/1383-1385) No. 1763]

The Prophet (saw) cried because he made a mistake after the battle
And that Allah (swt) him the punishment that would have befallen them
If the ransom wasn’t halal for his Ummah

Uqbah ibn Aamir (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said, “If there were to be a Prophet after me then he would be Umar ibn Al-Khattab.” [Musnad Ahmad (4/154) No. 17441, Sunan Tirmidhi (5/619) No. 3686, Mustadrak al-Haakim (3/92) No. 4495]

Allah corrected the Prophet (saw) when he set the captives free saying that it would have been better for him to kill the captives in 8:67
You see the dawlah chopping the heads of the captives
And some people are condemning them
But Allah (swt) threatened the muslims for taking ransome
Because they may always come back to fight and kill muslims
Like the captive in Badr that he set free
He came back in Uhud to fight and kill muslims
However, ransom is halal though killing is preferable

3. When he made honey forbidden for himself to please his wives

O Prophet! Why do you ban (for yourself) that which Allah has made lawful to you, seeking to please your wives? And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (At-Tahrim 66:1)

When he said he will never drink honey again
This Ayah is a knock-out punch for the Shia
There is no room for allegations or assumptions in the Quran

Narrated By 'Aisha: The Prophet used to stay (for a period) in the house of Zainab bint Jahsh (one of the wives of the Prophet) and he used to drink honey in her house. Hafsa and I decided that when the Prophet entered upon either of us, she would say, "I smell in you the bad smell of Maghafir (a bad smelling raisin). Have you eaten Maghafir?" When he entered upon one of us, she said that to him. He replied (to her), "No, but I have drunk honey in the house of Zainab bint Jahsh, and I will never drink it again." Then the following verse was revealed: 'O Prophet ! Why do you ban (for you) that which Allah has made lawful for you?... (up to) If you two (wives of the Prophet turn in repentance to Allah.' (66.1-4) The two were 'Aisha and Hafsa And also the Statement of Allah: 'And (Remember) when the Prophet disclosed a matter in confidence to one of his wives!' (66.3) i.e., his saying, "But I have drunk honey." [al-Bukhari (5267) and Muslim (1474)]

If the Prophet (saw) stopped drinking honey,
All of the Muslims would have stopped drinking honey
And this would have been depriving us of the benefits of honey
So Allah (swt) had to reveal the above verse

4. When he prayed over a munafiq (hypocrite)

And never (O Muhammad SAW) pray (funeral prayer) for any of them (hypocrites) who dies, nor stand at his grave. Certainly they disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger, and died while they were Fasiqun (rebellious, - disobedient to Allah and His Messenger SAW). (At-Tawbah 9:84)

Ibn Umar (RA) narrated: Abdullah son of Abdullah ibn Ubayy came to Allah’s Messenger (SAW) when his father died, and said, ‘Give me your shirt that I may shroud him in it, and offer his funeral Salah and seek forgiveness for him.” So, he gave him his shirt and said, “When you are over (with preparations), call me.” When he intended to offer the Salah, Umar pulled him, saying, “Has not Allah forbidden us to pray over the hypocrites?” He said, “I am between two options either to seek forgiveness for them or not to seek forgiveness for them”, and he offered Salah over him. So Allah revealed. "And never offer a prayer on any one of them who dies, and do not stand by his grave." (At-Tawbah 9:84) [al-Bukhari (1269) and Muslim (2774)]

The Quran is a wise book because it was revealed to correct
All the mistakes made by the Prophet (saw)
It proves the Quran is Kalamullah
It proves that Muhammad (saw) did not write the Quran
Why would he be correcting himself?

Neither did you (O Muhammad SAW) read any book before it (this Qur'an), nor did you write any book (whatsoever) with your right hand. In that case, indeed, the followers of falsehood might have doubted. (Al-'Ankabut 29:48)

Muhammad (saw) was write handed and
Allah said he did not write the Quran with his right hand

........We have neglected nothing in the Book, then unto their Lord they (all) shall be gathered. (Al-An'am 6:38)

In the above Ayah Allah said ‘We did not leave anything out of this book’
Every subject is in the Quran

12:5 is talking about sibling rivalry and that is psychology
Because the brothers of Yusuf (as) were jealous of him
To the extent that they plotted to kill him

He (the father) said: "O my son! Relate not your vision to your brothers, lest they arrange a plot against you. Verily! Shaitan (Satan) is to man an open enemy! (Yusuf 12:5)

Surah 12:18 is talking about false blood on the shirt
This was when the brothers of Yusuf brought his shirt
Which was stained with false blood
That is called forensic

And they brought his shirt stained with false blood. He said: "Nay, but your ownselves have made up a tale. So (for me) patience is most fitting. And it is Allah (Alone) Whose help can be sought against that which you assert." (Yusuf 12:18)

This verse (12:26-27) is about criminology
In which you are going to determine who is lying and who is speaking the truth

He [Yusuf (Joseph)] said: "It was she that sought to seduce me," - and a witness of her household bore witness (saying) : "If it be that his shirt is torn from the front, then her tale is true and he is a liar! (Yusuf 12:26)
"But if it be that his shirt is torn from the back, then she has told a lie and he is speaking the truth!" (Yusuf 12:27)

29:29 is telling you history

Verily, you do sodomy with men, and rob the wayfarer (travellers, etc.)! And practise Al-Munkar (disbelief and polytheism and every kind of evil wicked deed) in your meetings." But his people gave no answer except, that they said: "Bring Allah's Torment upon us if you are one of the truthful." (Al-'Ankabut 29:29)

Allah (swt) is telling you what they use to be up to in the past
That is called history

Say (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) : "He is Allah, (the) One. (Al-Ikhlas 112:1)
"Allah-us-Samad (The Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need, He neither eats nor drinks). (Al-Ikhlas 112:2)
"He begets not, nor was He begotten; (Al-Ikhlas 112:3)
"And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him." (Al-Ikhlas 112:4)

Surah 112 is talks about theology

Surah 29:41 is about zoology
Allah (swt) says here that the female spider builds the nest

The likeness of those who choose other patrons than Allah is as the likeness of the spider when she taketh unto herself a house, and lo! the frailest of all houses is the spider's house, if they but knew. - Pickthall 29:41

Surah 27:18 is talking about animal psychology
Because it proves that animals communicate

Till, when they came to the valley of the ants, one of the ants said: "O ants! Enter your dwellings, lest Sulaiman (Solomon) and his hosts crush you, while they perceive not." (An-Naml 27:18)

It also proves that animals have rahma (mercy)
You are not allowed to kill one animal in front of another animal
This is because of the rahma of the animal
In this Ayah Allah said a female ant cried out (27:18)
So when the ant cried out, it was the ant acting in accordance to her motherly instinct

55:19-21 is called oceanographic

He has let loosed the two seas (the salt water and the sweet) meeting together. (Ar-Rahman 55:19)
Between them is a barrier which none of them can transgress. (Ar-Rahman 55:20)
Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? (Ar-Rahman 55:21)

Verse 31:10 is about geography

He has created the heavens without any pillars, that you see and has set on the earth firm mountains, lest it should shake with you. And He has scattered therein moving (living) creatures of all kinds. And We send down water (rain) from the sky, and We cause (plants) of every goodly kind to grow therein. (Luqman 31:10)

Are you now convinced that every subject is in the Quran?

23:12-14 is about embryology

And indeed We created man (Adam) out of an extract of clay (water and earth). (Al-Mu'minun 23:12)
Thereafter We made him (the offspring of Adam) as a Nutfah (mixed drops of the male and female sexual discharge) (and lodged it) in a safe lodging (womb of the woman). (Al-Mu'minun 23:13)
Then We made the Nutfah into a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood), then We made the clot into a little lump of flesh, then We made out of that little lump of flesh bones, then We clothed the bones with flesh, and then We brought it forth as another creation. So blessed be Allah, the Best of creators. (Al-Mu'minun 23:14)

It talks about the development of the fetus within the mother’s womb
Dr. Keith Moore embraced Islam after reading the above verse
Because Allah (swt) spoke about the stages of the fetus development in the mother’s womb

Keith Moore :

And she, in whose house he was, sought to seduce him (to do an evil act), she closed the doors and said: "Come on, O you." He said: "I seek refuge in Allah (or Allah forbid)! Truly, he (your husband) is my master! He made my stay agreeable! (So I will never betray him). Verily, the Zalimun (wrong and evil-doers) will never be successful." (Yusuf 12:23)

12:23 is about Sociology
Many people think that sexual harassment is only done by men to women
You are naïve
Women also harass men sexually as in the case of Zulaika and Yusuf (as)

And women in the city said: "The wife of Al-'Aziz is seeking to seduce her (slave) young man, indeed she loves him violently; verily we see her in plain error." (Yusuf 12:30)

Surah 12:30 is also sociology

When we did this tafsir in the University, my shaikhs said this is sociology
Anything that talks about sex (who is having an affair) it will spread like wildfire
So the women of the city didn't have a problem with the affair
They had a problem with who she was having an affair with
They said they don't sleep with men beneath their status
They were very secular in their mentality

[Sulaiman (Solomon)] said: "We shall see whether you speak the truth or you are (one) of the liars. (An-Naml 27:27)

Sulayman (as) said we will see whether you speak the truth
Or you are one of the liars in the above ayah
This subject is called social justice
Don’t shoot first and investigate later
That’s what the kuffaar do
Sulayman didn't act upon her speech, he said he would investigate first
That is Justice in the Quran

4:135 speaks about justice

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you may avoid justice, and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever WellAcquainted with what you do. (An-Nisa 4:135)

Harvard University said there is no religious book that speaks about justice
Better than this verse
They hung it in the university where they study law

Blessed be He Who has placed in the heaven big stars, and has placed therein a great lamp (sun), and a moon giving light. (Al-Furqan 25:61)

Allah (swt) speaks about the sun being a lamp and not the moon in 25:61
This is called general science

When HE said that when you are about to lie,
The section of the brain that you use is the front lob of the brain in 96:16

A lying, sinful forelock! (Al-'Alaq 96:16)

This subject is call neurology

She said: "Verily! Kings, when they enter a town (country), they despoil it, and make the most honourable amongst its people low. And thus they do. (An-Naml 27:34)

This subject in the above ayah is called political science
When Sulayman refused her gift is also called political science

So when (the messengers with the present) came to Sulaiman (Solomon), he said: "Will you help me in wealth? What Allah has given me is better than that which He has given you! Nay, you rejoice in your gift!" (An-Naml 27:36)

He inspected the birds, and said: "What is the matter that I see not the hoopoe? Or is he among the absentees? (An-Naml 27:20)
"I will surely punish him with a severe torment, or slaughter him, unless he brings me a clear reason." (An-Naml 27:21)

When Sulaiman inspected the birds and didn't see the hoopoe
(he was going to pluck out his feathers or slaughter him)... is called military art
Because when you are going to the battlefield you cannot be late
Why was Sulaiman so emotional about this bird?
Ibn Abbas (ra) said this bird was a water expert
When they were in the desert and needed water,
This bird would tell them where the water was
And the jinns would dig up the water for them to drink

Allah said the purpose of the stars is to adorn the skies
This is Astronomy

And indeed We have adorned the nearest heaven with lamps, and We have made such lamps (as) missiles to drive away the Shayatin (devils), and have prepared for them the torment of the blazing Fire. (Al-Mulk 67:5)

Every other book was corrupted except the Quran

Verily We: It is We Who have sent down the Dhikr (i.e. the Qur'an) and surely, We will guard it (from corruption). (Al-Hijr 15:9)

Falsehood cannot come to it from before it or behind it (it is) sent down by the All-Wise, Worthy of all praise (Allah). (Fussilat 41:42)

A zindeeq is a heretic
An example is when the Jews say they are God’s chosen people
Allah (swt) told you how to challenge them by telling them to wish for death

Say to (them) : "If the home of the Hereafter with Allah is indeed for you specially and not for others, of mankind, then long for death if you are truthful." (Al-Baqarah 2:94)
But they will never long for it because of what their hands have sent before them (i.e. what they have done). And Allah is All-Aware of the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers). (Al-Baqarah 2:95)
And verily, you will find them (the Jews) the greediest of mankind for life and (even greedier) than those who - ascribe partners to Allah (and do not believe in Resurrection - Magians, pagans, and idolaters, etc.). Everyone of them wishes that he could be given a life of a thousand years. But the grant of such life will not save him even a little from (due) punishment. And Allah is All-Seer of what they do. (Al-Baqarah 2:96)

Allah said every Jew wants to live for 1000 years and are greedy for life
And when the Christians worship Jesus (as)
And say ‘holy Mary mother of god’
Allah use three words to refute their claim that Jesus and his mother were gods
These were: "they ate food"

......They both used to eat food (as any other human being, while Allah does not eat)..... (Al-Ma'idah 5:75)

When the Nation Of Islam (NOI) said that the white man was created by a mad scientist
You refute them by 22:73

O mankind! A similitude has been coined, so listen to it (carefully) : Verily! Those on whom you call besides Allah, cannot create (even) a fly, even though they combine together for the purpose. And if the fly snatched away a thing from them, they would have no power to release it from the fly. So weak are (both) the seeker and the sought. (Al-Hajj 22:73)

When the NOI said that Allah appeared in the person of Master Farad Muhammad
Use 42:51 to refute them

It is not given to any human being that Allah should speak to him unless (it be) by Inspiration, or from behind a veil, or (that) He sends a Messenger to reveal what He wills by His Leave. Verily, He is Most High, Most Wise[] . (Ash-Shura 42:51)

Allah (swt) will never speak to you unless from behind a veil
Or He will inspire you like He inspired the mother of Moses (as) to put him in the basket
Or He sends an angel to talk to you
Allah does not come on earth in the form of a man
That is the ideology of the NOI

Allah refute the atheist with 52:35

Were they created by nothing, or were they themselves the creators? (At-Tur 52:35)

Allah used one sentence to refute the atheist
‘There is no creation without a creator’

How did Allah refute the gay ‘Muslims’?
There is no such thing as a gay Muslim anyway, you are a kaafir

So We brought out from therein the believers. (Adh-Dhariyat 51:35)
But We found not there any household of the Muslims except one [i.e. Lout (Lot) and his two daughters]. (Adh-Dhariyat 51:36)

Allah said we destroyed the gay in Sodom and Gomorrah
Allah said we only found one Muslim home in Sodom and Gomorrah
And they were Prophet Lut (as) and his two daughters

Refute the Ashaa'ira with 38:75 when they say Allah has no hands

(Allah) said: "O Iblis (Satan)! What prevents you from prostrating yourself to one whom I have created with Both My Hands. Are you too proud (to fall prostrate to Adam) or are you one of the highly exalted?" (Sad 38:75)

Allah said He created Adam with His two hands
They say we are giving Allah body parts
Allah's hands don't look like our hands
They think like that because their hearts are corrupted
They have kufr and shirk in their hearts
When you read the Quran, you read it, believe it and you leave it
Surah 67:16 refutes the Ashaa'ira also

Do you feel secure that He, Who is over the heaven (Allah), will not cause the earth to sink with you, then behold it shakes (as in an earthquake)? (Al-Mulk 67:16)

Don’t put a spin on the Ayah, don't say two hands means two powers
They also say Allah is everywhere
Abu Haneefa (rh) used to make takfir on people who don’t believe Allah is above the heavens

How did Allah (swt) refute the grave worshipping Sufi?

Surely, the religion (i.e. the worship and the obedience) is for Allah only. And those who take Auliya' (protectors and helpers) besides Him (say) : "We worship them only that they may bring us near to Allah." Verily, Allah will judge between them concerning that wherein they differ. Truly, Allah guides not him who is a liar, and a disbeliever. (Az-Zumar 39:3)

Allah said "you are a liar and a kaafir" in 39:3
or 35:14 where people pray to the graves but the people inside cannot hear

If you invoke (or call upon) them, they hear not your call, and if (in case) they were to hear, they could not grant it (your request) to you. And on the Day of Resurrection, they will disown your worshipping them. And none can inform you (O Muhammad SAW) like Him Who is the AllKnower (of each and everything)[]. (Fatir 35:14)

How do you refute the Berailvis?
They say Muhammad (saw) is alive in the grave

Verily, you (O Muhammad SAW) will die and verily, they (too) will die. (Az-Zumar 39:30)

39:30 tells us that Muhammad (saw) will die
They say Muhammad (saw) is not a man, but is nur (light)
Allah refuted them in 18:110
Saying to tell the people Muhammad (saw) is only a man like them

Say (O Muhammad SAW) : "I am only a man like you. It has been inspired to me that your Ilah (God) is One Ilah (God i.e. Allah)........ (Al-Kahf 18:110)

How did Allah refute the Shia?
Because they make takfir on Abu Bakr (ra)
9:40 says Abu Bakr is a sahabah

If you help him (Muhammad SAW) not (it does not matter), for Allah did indeed help him when the disbelievers drove him out, the second of two, when they (Muhammad SAW and Abu Bakr) were in the cave, and he (SAW) said to his companion (Abu Bakr) : "Be not sad (or afraid), surely Allah is with us." Then Allah sent down His Sakinah (calmness, tranquillity, peace, etc.) upon him, and strengthened him with forces (angels) which you saw not, and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowermost, while it was the Word of Allah that became the uppermost, and Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise. (At-Tawbah 9:40)

31:34 refutes their claim that their Imams know when they are going to die
And that they die only when they choose to die

Allah says in 31:34 that no one knows when they are going to die
Their ideology contradicts the Holy Quran

Verily, Allah! With Him (Alone) is the knowledge of the Hour, He sends down the rain, and knows that which is in the wombs. No person knows what he will earn tomorrow, and no person knows in what land he will die. Verily, Allah is AllKnower, AllAware (of things). (Luqman 31:34)

7:188 Allah said to tell the people that they don't know the future

Say (O Muhammad SAW) : "I possess no power of benefit or hurt to myself except as Allah wills. If I had the knowledge of the Ghaib (unseen), I should have secured for myself an abundance of wealth, and no evil should have touched me. I am but a warner, and a bringer of glad tidings unto people who believe." (Al-A'raf 7:188)

Allah (swt) states in 2:179 that ‘taking a life saves a life’

And there is (a saving of) life for you in Al-Qisas (the Law of Equality in punishment), O men of understanding, that you may become Al-Muttaqun (the pious - see V.2:2). (Al-Baqarah 2:179)

He didn’t go further but the deep meaning of these words is bigger than them
It means that with the hadd punishment of killing the murderer deters the others
Else there will be killing left right and center
But because you know your will be taken if you murder another
You won’t even entertain the idea
And hence ‘lives are saved’

Allah uses majaaz (metaphor) to bring the Quran to life
For example Allah speaks about the wicked scholars that
They are like donkeys carrying books

The likeness of those who were entrusted with the (obligation of the) Taurat (Torah) (i.e. to obey its commandments and to practise its legal laws), but who subsequently failed in those (obligations), is as the likeness of a donkey who carries huge burdens of books (but understands nothing from them). How bad is the example (or the likeness) of people who deny the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah. And Allah guides not the people who are Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers, disbelievers, etc.). (Al-Jumu'ah 62:5)

Because a donkey carrying books is not aware of the value of what he has on his back
7:175-176 is another metaphor

And recite (O Muhammad SAW) to them the story of him to whom We gave Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), but he threw them away, so Shaitan (Satan) followed him up, and he became of those who went astray. (Al-A'raf 7:175)

And had We willed, We would surely have elevated him therewith but he clung to the earth and followed his own vain desire. So his description is the description of a dog: if you drive him away, he lolls his tongue out, or if you leave him alone, he (still) lolls his tongue out. Such is the description of the people who reject Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.). So relate the stories, perhaps they may reflect. (Al-A'raf 7:176)

Here Allah says the wicked scholars are like dogs.
If you give him knowledge, he sells out
Whether you give him knowledge or withhold the knowledge he will still become a coconut

2:187 Allah says "until the white thread of dawn appears"
The white thread means the breaking of dawn
But this metaphor gives it a different flavor and makes you reflect
White thread here means fajr and black thread means night

.......and eat and drink until the white thread (light) of dawn appears to you distinct from the black thread (darkness of night), then complete your Saum (fast) till the nightfall.... (Al-Baqarah 2:187)

Allah revealed these stories of previous nations and previous Prophets
To teach us lessons
For example: 2:259 about the man who passed by a city which was destroyed
Beyond repair and he asked how can Allah (swt) bring it back to life

Or like the one who passed by a town and it had tumbled over its roofs. He said: "Oh! How will Allah ever bring it to life after its death?" So Allah caused him to die for a hundred years, then raised him up (again). He said: "How long did you remain (dead)?" He (the man) said: "(Perhaps) I remained (dead) a day or part of a day". He said: "Nay, you have remained (dead) for a hundred years, look at your food and your drink, they show no change; and look at your donkey! And thus We have made of you a sign for the people. Look at the bones, how We bring them together and clothe them with flesh". When this was clearly shown to him, he said, "I know (now) that Allah is Able to do all things." (Al-Baqarah 2:259)

The other amazing story is about Yusuf (as) and his 11 brothers

We relate unto you (Muhammad SAW) the best of stories through Our Revelations unto you, of this Qur'an. And before this (i.e. before the coming of Divine Inspiration to you), you were among those who knew nothing about it (the Qur'an). (Yusuf 12:3)

Another amazing story is Habib of Surah Yasin

And there came running from the farthest part of the town, a man, saying: "O my people! Obey the Messengers; (Ya-Sin 36:20)
"Obey those who ask no wages of you (for themselves), and who are rightly guided. (Ya-Sin 36:21)

They killed him because he invited the people to tawheed

Sulaiman (as) and Bilqis is another amazing story in the Quran

She said: "O chiefs! Verily! Here is delivered to me a noble letter, (An-Naml 27:29)
"Verily! It is from Sulaiman (Solomon), and verily! It (reads) : In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful; (An-Naml 27:30)

...... "My Lord! Verily, I have wronged myself, and I submit (in Islam, together with Sulaiman (Solomon), to Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists)." (An-Naml 27:44)

Yusuf (as) and Zulaikha is another amazing story

And women in the city said: "The wife of Al-'Aziz is seeking to seduce her (slave) young man, indeed she loves him violently; verily we see her in plain error." (Yusuf 12:30)

So when she heard of their accusation, she sent for them and prepared a banquet for them; she gave each one of them a knife (to cut the foodstuff with), and she said [(to Yusuf (Joseph)]: "Come out before them." Then, when they saw him, they exalted him (at his beauty) and (in their astonishment) cut their hands. They said: "How perfect is Allah (or Allah forbid)! No man is this! This is none other than a noble angel!" (Yusuf 12:31)

She said: "This is he (the young man) about whom you did blame me (for his love), and I did seek to seduce him, but he refused. And now if he refuses to obey my order, he shall certainly be cast into prison, and will be one of those who are disgraced." (Yusuf 12:32)

Ibrahim (as) and Nimrod is another amazing story in the Quran

Have you not looked at him who disputed with Ibrahim (Abraham) about his Lord (Allah), because Allah had given him the kingdom? When Ibrahim (Abraham) said (to him) : "My Lord (Allah) is He Who gives life and causes death." He said, "I give life and cause death." Ibrahim (Abraham) said, "Verily! Allah causes the sun to rise from the east; then cause it you to rise from the west." So the disbeliever was utterly defeated. And Allah guides not the people, who are Zalimun (wrong-doers, etc.). (Al-Baqarah 2:258)

Another amazing story is Moses (as) in the Pharaoh

"Go to Fir'aun (Pharaoh)! Verily, he has transgressed (all bounds in disbelief and disobedience, and has behaved as an arrogant, and as a tyrant)." (Ta-Ha 20:24)
[Musa (Moses)] said: "O my Lord! Open for me my chest (grant me self-confidence, contentment, and boldness). (Ta-Ha 20:25)
"And ease my task for me; (Ta-Ha 20:26)
"And make loose the knot (the defect) from my tongue, (i.e. remove the incorrectness from my speech) [That occurred as a result of a brand of fire which Musa (Moses) put in his mouth when he was an infant]. [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 16, Page 159]. (Ta-Ha 20:27)
"That they understand my speech, (Ta-Ha 20:28)
"And appoint for me a helper from my family, (Ta-Ha 20:29)
"Harun (Aaron), my brother; (Ta-Ha 20:30)
"Increase my strength with him, (Ta-Ha 20:31)
"And let him share my task (of conveying Allah's Message and Prophethood), (Ta-Ha 20:32)
That we may glorify You much, (Ta-Ha 20:33)
"And remember You much, (Ta-Ha 20:34)
"Verily! You are of us Ever a Well-Seer." (Ta-Ha 20:35)
Allah said: "You are granted your request, O Musa (Moses)! (Ta-Ha 20:36)

Question 1: Asalaamu alaikum shaykh, regarding the hujjah to prove that a gay is not a Muslim, please correct me if I am wrong, but were the people of the time of prophet Lut (as) kuffaar to begin with? So a person can say that this verse means that the people were kuffaar to begin with and had nothing to do with their sexuality?

Answer 1: We say to them when Abu Bakr (ra) was Caliph
He burned their body and refused to do janaza over them
If they were Muslims, janaza would have been performed over them
The gay is also stoned to death
When you say that a gay can be Muslim they will establish a gay mosque

There is a difference of opinion concerning the punishment for the one who commits sodomy. The following are the opinions that were mentioned by Imam Ash-Shawkani in "Nayl Al-Awtar" , Vol. 7/p122-124
1) That he is killed with the sword, then burnt. This is narrated from Abu Bakr and 'Ali Ibn Abi Talib.
2) That they are burned. This was narrated by Al-Bayhaqi, that Abu Bakr gathered the Sahabah and 'Ali mentioned this, and the Sahabah agreed upon it. It was also mentioned by Al-Munthiri that it was done by Abu Bakr, 'Ali, 'Abdullah Ibn Az-Zubayr, and Hisham Ibn 'Abdil-Malik.
3) That he is stoned, then burnt with fire. This is narrated from the Sahabah agreeing upon it in the time of Abu Bakr.

Ibn Qudamah said: "If two women engage in lesbian sexual relations, then they are guilty of zina and are cursed, because it was narrated that the Prophet (SAW) said: “If a woman has sexual relations with another woman, then they are both guilty of zina.” There is no hadd punishment for them because they did not have intercourse, rather it is likened to intimate relations that are less than intercourse, and they are to be subjected to a ta’zeer punishment." [Al-Mughni (9/61)]

The Holy Prophet said: “Any one who goes to a soothsayer and believes in him, or enters a woman in the anus has rejected faith in what was revealed to Muhammad”. (Musnad Ahmad Vol.1 pg.86)

However, the lesbian is not killed because their sex is fake

Question 2: Where can I find hujjah for the following proverb: "Every kafir is a hypocrite, and every hypocrite is a kafir?"

Answer 2: This is deduced from reading the Quran meticulously
Look at 27:14
The Pharaoh showed that he was a kaafir but he believed in his heart

And they belied them (those Ayat) wrongfully and arrogantly, though their ownselves were convinced thereof [i.e. those (Ayat) are from Allah, and Musa (Moses) is the Messenger of Allah in truth, but they disliked to obey Musa (Moses), and hated to believe in his Message of Monotheism]. So see what was the end of the Mufsidun (disbelievers, disobedient to Allah, evil-doers, liars.). (An-Naml 27:14)

Also in 29:65 the kuffaar in the sea demonstrated that
They knew that Allah alone should be worshipped
Yet when they reached dry land they returned to worshipping idols

And when they embark on a ship, they invoke Allāh, making their Faith pure for Him only, but when He brings them safely to land, behold, they give a share of their worship to others. (Al-'Ankabut 29:65)
