The Animals Of The Holy Quran - Part 1
By Shaikh Abdullah Faisal
19th January 2015

Allah (swt) mentioned many animals in the Quran and there are over 35 animals mentioned
He mentioned these animals to teach you something
There is a lesson with every animal
Though the animal may seem insignificant to you

There is not a moving (living) creature on earth, nor a bird that flies with its two wings, but are communities like you. We have neglected nothing in the Book, then unto their Lord they (all) shall be gathered. (Al-An'am 6:38)

Nothing is left out of the Quran
Every branch of knowledge is in the Quran
Allah (swt) told us in the ayah above that all of the animals are a community
Exactly like your communities
Animals have leadership; they are organized
They praise Allah (swt); they are believers

Whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on the earth glorifies Allah. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. (As-Saff 61:1)

Every animal was created for a purpose
For example, the hyena is here to clean up the earth
It prevents a lot of diseases from spreading in the earth
Even the mosquito plays a role in this world
Although no animal has killed more people in the world than the mosquito
You will ask why Allah created it.
The mosquito is a source of food for many animals

Verily! In the creation of the heavens and the earth, and in the alternation of night and day, there are indeed signs for men of understanding. (Aali Imran 3:190)

Those who remember Allah (always, and in prayers) standing, sitting, and lying down on their sides, and think deeply about the creation of the heavens and the earth, (saying) : "Our Lord! You have not created (all) this without purpose, glory to You! (Exalted be You above all that they associate with You as partners). Give us salvation from the torment of the Fire. (Aali Imran 3:191)

This tells you that every animal was created for a purpose
Even though you admire some animals and look down on others
Like the horse was given good press and the hyena was given bad press
All animals have a purpose
The cockroach is a source of food for many animals

Allah (swt) made mention of the bee in 16:68

And your Lord inspired the bee, saying: "Take you habitations in the mountains and in the trees and in what they erect. (An-Nahl 16:68)

Not only does man get inspiration - so does the bee
The mother of Musa (as) was inspired by Allah (swt) to throw in the river

The scholars have studied honey
And realised that the best honey is the one made in the mountain
Second best is made in the trees
Most inferior was made in boxes erected by man
So Allah (swt) arranged them in the order of best quality
The female bees make the honey
Like the hyena and the lion, the female does the hunting
Likewise, in the bee colony, the female bee makes the honey

Allah said there is a cure for man in the honey in 16:69 below:

"Then, eat of all fruits, and follow the ways of your Lord made easy (for you)." There comes forth from their bellies, a drink of varying colour wherein is healing for men. Verily, in this is indeed a sign for people who think. (An-Nahl 16:69)

The honey has antibiotics in it and it can cure you from many ailments
Anywhere in the world, the supermarkets have honey on its shelves
Honey is important
Our Prophet (saw) used to drink a lot of honey

Narrated By 'Aisha: The Prophet used to stay (for a period) in the house of Zainab bint Jahsh (one of the wives of the Prophet) and he used to drink honey in her house. Hafsa and I decided that when the Prophet entered upon either of us, she would say, "I smell in you the bad smell of Maghafir (a bad smelling raisin). Have you eaten Maghafir?" When he entered upon one of us, she said that to him. He replied (to her), "No, but I have drunk honey in the house of Zainab bint Jahsh, and I will never drink it again." Then the following verse was revealed: 'O Prophet ! Why do you ban (for you) that which Allah has made lawful for you?... (up to) If you two (wives of the Prophet turn in repentance to Allah.' (66.1-4) The two were 'Aisha and Hafsa And also the Statement of Allah: 'And (Remember) when the Prophet disclosed a matter in confidence to one of his wives!' (66.3) i.e., his saying, "But I have drunk honey." [al-Bukhari (5267) and Muslim (1474)]

O Prophet! Why do you ban (for yourself) that which Allah has made lawful to you, seeking to please your wives? And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (At-Tahrim 66:1)

Allah revealed the above verse in the Quran to correct the Prophet (saw)
When he decided to abstain from honey
People may have stopped drinking honey if the prophet (saw) did

Allah always mentions the bees in plural, not singular
This proves that the bee cannot survive by itself
1. They exist in a colony
2. The bees are well organized - because of that, they get things done
3. They have effective leadership - without leadership, you are headless chickens
4. The bee is hardworking (not lazy)

The rasul (saw) said it is better to chop firewood and sell them than to beg

It was narrated that Abu Hurayrah (RA) said: The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “For one of you to chop wood and carry it on his back is better for him than asking (begging) from anyone who will either give him something or refuse to give him anything.” [al-Bukhari (1968) and Muslim (1042)]

On the authority of Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "A man who persists in begging people to give him charity, will come on the Day of Judgment and there will not be a piece of flesh on his face." [al-Bukhari (1474) and Muslim (1040)]

You should not be a deadbeat husband

5. They cooperate - they are united
There is no mutiny in the colony

6. They are very clean

Till, when they came to the valley of the ants, one of the ants said: "O ants! Enter your dwellings, lest Sulaiman (Solomon) and his hosts crush you, while they perceive not." (An-Naml 27:18)

So he [Sulaiman (Solomon)] smiled, amused at her speech and said: "My Lord! Inspire and bestow upon me the power and ability that I may be grateful for Your Favours which You have bestowed on me and on my parents, and that I may do righteous good deeds that will please You, and admit me by Your Mercy among Your righteous slaves." (An-Naml 27:19)

There are many lessons to be learnt from these Ayaat

1. Animals have a language that they communicate with

There is not a moving (living) creature on earth, nor a bird that flies with its two wings, but are communities like you. We have neglected nothing in the Book, then unto their Lord they (all) shall be gathered. (Al-An'am 6:38)

2. Animals are able to recognise people
3. The ant that called out was a female ant
4. Females have motherly instinct - both animals and humans
5. Animals have emotions like humans
(you cannot kill one animal in front of another animal on eid day or other days)
6. The animal was not selfish

Narrated by Anas ibn Malik (RA) that the Prophet (SAW) said: “No one of you truly believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself.” [al-Bukhari (13) and Muslim (45)]

The ant was a believer, which is why she looked out for her brothers and sisters

7. Everything fears death - Even animals fear death
- For you to commit suicide because you do not fear death, you are abnormal

8. Sulayman (as) was able to understand and speak the language of animals
9. Sulayman smiled when he was able to understand the language of animals
- Knowledge gives you happiness
- Ignorance gives you sadness
- The only cure for ignorance is knowledge
- The only way you will get the knowledge is to ask
- If you don't know, ASK

The Prophet said: 'The cure for ignorance is to question.' (Sunan Abi Dawud)

10. Sulayman thanked Allah (swt) for blessing him with knowledge

- When you have knowledge, you should thank Allah and do not become proud
- Many scholars went astray even though they had knowledge
- Ibn Arabee knew so much that he said he could become one with Allah
- He introduced "wahdatul wujood" (union)
- Mirza Ghulam Ahmad is another example of someone who became proud with knowledge
- Sulayman humbled himself

Ants have similar characteristics to the bee:
- They live in a colony
- They are organized
- They have leadership
- They are hard working

Allah spoke about the spider in 29:41 above

The likeness of those who take Auliya' (protectors and helpers) other than Allah is as the likeness of a spider, who builds (for itself) a house, but verily, the frailest (weakest) of houses is the spider's house; if they but knew. (Al-'Ankabut 29:41)

The likeness of those who choose other patrons than Allah is as the likeness of the spider when she taketh unto herself a house, and lo! the frailest of all houses is the spider's house, if they but knew. (Al-'Ankabut 29:41)

The above is Pictal translation
It is preferred because it correctly translates the spider as a female
This is why it is important to learn Arabic.
Otherwise you are at the mercy of the translator and they don't always get it correct

This is a scientific fact in the Quran that the female spider makes the nest

Allah says if you take others for protection other than Allah, your stance is weak
The Arab kuffaar of today are placing their trust on the USA, UK, Israel etc
To fight Islam and Muslims
These people can’t help them
The Shah of Iran put his trust on America but to no avail

Don't waste your money to build a wall to keep IS out.
It is easy to place dynamites to blow up the wall
The Chinese built a wall to keep Genghis Khan out
Yet they breached the wall and that was in the middle ages
Give the money away to feed the poor instead.

And indeed you knew those amongst you who transgressed in the matter of the Sabbath (i.e. Saturday). We said to them: "Be you monkeys, despised and rejected." (Al-Baqarah 2:65)

Some Jews broke the sabbath so Allah turned them into monkeys
Monkeys like to copy others without thinking about the consequences
The Jews who lived during the time of Prophet Dawud (as) were copycats
This is why Allah (swt) turned them into monkeys

Say (O Muhammad SAW to the people of the Scripture) : "Shall I inform you of something worse than that, regarding the recompense from Allah: those (Jews) who incurred the Curse of Allah and His Wrath, those of whom (some) He transformed into monkeys and swine, those who worshipped Taghut (false deities); such are worse in rank (on the Day of Resurrection in the Hellfire), and far more astray from the Right Path (in the life of this world)." (Al-Ma'idah 5:60)

Allah did not only turn some Jews into monkeys, He also turned them into swine
Why did Allah turn some Jews into swine?
The swine is shameless
You broke the Sabbath with no shame
A camel would never have intercourse in front of you, but the dog and pig would
They are shameless
Allah is saying to the Jews, since you are shameless I will turn you into swine
Because you behave like the swine; shameless

The likeness of those who were entrusted with the (obligation of the) Taurat (Torah) (i.e. to obey its commandments and to practise its legal laws), but who subsequently failed in those (obligations), is as the likeness of a donkey who carries huge burdens of books (but understands nothing from them). How bad is the example (or the likeness) of people who deny the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah. And Allah guides not the people who are Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers, disbelievers, etc.). (Al-Jumu'ah 62:5)

The scholars who have knowledge but don't practice it are like donkeys carrying books
Because the donkey is not aware of the value of the knowledge on its back
Allah mentioned the donkey again in 31:19

"And be moderate (or show no insolence) in your walking, and lower your voice. Verily, the harshest of all voices is the voice (braying) of the ass." (Luqman 31:19)

Don't marry women who speak loudly
Because they are considered uncouth
They are also ghetto
They speak loudly
If you marry them, they will disgrace you

Narrated by ‘Aishah that the Prophet said: “The most despicable person to Allah is one who is harshly argumentative." [al-Bukhari (2457) and Muslim (2668)]

Allah mentioned the donkey a third time in 2:259

Or like the one who passed by a town and it had tumbled over its roofs. He said: "Oh! How will Allah ever bring it to life after its death?" So Allah caused him to die for a hundred years, then raised him up (again). He said: "How long did you remain (dead)?" He (the man) said: "(Perhaps) I remained (dead) a day or part of a day". He said: "Nay, you have remained (dead) for a hundred years, look at your food and your drink, they show no change; and look at your donkey! And thus We have made of you a sign for the people. Look at the bones, how We bring them together and clothe them with flesh". When this was clearly shown to him, he said, "I know (now) that Allah is Able to do all things." (Al-Baqarah 2:259)

Allah (swt) kept this man’s food intact for 100 years
And made him sleep for 100 years but his donkey died and decomposed
Allah resurrected and recreated the donkey in front of him
To teach him HIS Power and Might

Allah said the wicked scholars are like dogs

And recite (O Muhammad SAW) to them the story of him to whom We gave Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), but he threw them away, so Shaitan (Satan) followed him up, and he became of those who went astray. (Al-A'raf 7:175)

And had We willed, We would surely have elevated him therewith but he clung to the earth and followed his own vain desire. So his description is the description of a dog: if you drive him away, he lolls his tongue out, or if you leave him alone, he (still) lolls his tongue out. Such is the description of the people who reject Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.). So relate the stories, perhaps they may reflect. (Al-A'raf 7:176)

This man lived in the time of Musa (as) and he incited the people not to follow Musa
Because of dunya reasons; he wanted money
He was a scholar but acted like a jaahil
That is the wicked scholar
Whether he has knowledge or not he still sells out

Allah said the wicked scholars are like dogs because Allah is the Greatest Teacher
You underestimate the power of the Quran
You will never appreciate the Quran unless someone explains it to you
Verse by verse, word by word, surah by surah
You will then begin to appreciate the Quran

(Remember) when the young men fled for refuge (from their disbelieving folk) to the Cave, they said: "Our Lord! Bestow on us mercy from Yourself, and facilitate for us our affair in the right way!" (Al-Kahf 18:10)

And you would have thought them awake, while they were asleep. And We turned them on their right and on their left sides, and their dog stretching forth his two forelegs at the entrance [of the Cave or in the space near to the entrance of the Cave (as a guard at the gate)]. Had you looked at them, you would certainly have turned back from them in flight, and would certainly have been filled with awe of them. (Al-Kahf 18:18)

The dog followed these men, spoke to them saying he was a believer
And they allowed him to join them
The dog’s name was Qitmeer
The dog kept guard at the mouth of the cave
The scholars say a guard dog is not haram because of this surah

Al-Nawawi said in Sharh Muslim (10/340): Is it permissible to keep a dog to guard houses, alleys and the like? There are two points of view. The first is that it is not permissible, because of the apparent meaning of the ahaadeeth, which clearly state that keeping dogs is forbidden except for farming, hunting and herding. The more correct view is that it is permissible, by analogy with those three cases, knowing that the reason that is understood from the ahaadeeth is necessity. End quote.

The view that was classed as saheeh by al-Nawawi (may Allaah have mercy on him), that keeping a dog to guard the house is permissible, was also classed as saheeh by Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him)

Some scholars say a guard dog is haram because of the following hadith:

Narrated By Abu Huraira: the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, "“Whoever keeps a dog, a qiraat from his good deeds will be deducted every day, except a dog for farming or herding livestock.” [Sahih Bukhari (4/130) No. 3324]

But imam An Nawawi and Uthaymeen say this is a weak view.
The correct opinion is that of Uthaymeen (above)
A dog CANNOT be a pet
The pet dog cannot guard your property
It cannot bite the thief
You are not allowed to keep a pet dog - it is haram

Another hadith that explains why a dog is haram in the home is below:

Abu Talhah (RA) said: The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, “The angels do not enter a house in which there is a dog or a portrait.” [al-Bukhari (3225) and Muslim (2106)]

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "If a dog licks the vessel of any one of you, let him wash it seven times, the first time with dust." [Sahih Muslim (1/234) No. 279, Sunan al-Nasa'i (1/177) No. 338, Musnad Ahmad (2/427) No. 9507]

It was reported from ‘Abdullah ibn al-Samit that Abu Dharr said: “The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: ‘If any one of you stands up to pray, then he has a sutrah [an item placed in front of a praying person as a “screen”] if he has something the height of the back of a saddle in front of him. If he does not have something the height of the back of a saddle in front of him, then his prayer is invalidated if a donkey or a woman or a black dog passes in front of him.’” I [‘Abdullah] asked, “O Abu Dharr, what is the difference between a black dog and a red or yellow dog?” He said, “O son of my brother, I asked the Messenger of Allah (SAW) the same question, and he said, ‘The black dog is a shaytan (devil).’” [Sahih Muslim (1/365) No. 510, Sunan Abu Dawud (1/187) No. 702, Sunan al-Nasa'i (2/63) No. 750, Sunan Tirmidhi (2/161) No. 338, Sunan Ibn Majah (2/102) No. 952, Musnad Ahmad (5/155) No. 21415]

The black dog is the shaytan
In another hadith, the Prophet (saw) said you should kill all black dogs

Abdullah ibn Mughaffa reported that Allah’s Messenger said, “Were dogs not a creation of the creations (of Allah). I would have commanded that all of them should be exterminated. So, kill all those of them that are black.” [Tirmidhi 1491, Ahmed 16788]

Dogs kill hundreds of people every year
They even kill children
Seek refuge in Allah from the shaytan when you hear the dog barking:

Jabir ibn 'Abdullah reported that the Prophet (SAW), said "Do not go out often after the night is still. Allah has animals which he sends out. Anyone who hears the barking of a dog or the braying of a donkey should seek refuge with Allah from the Accursed Shaytan. They see what you do not see." [al-Adab al-Mufrad al-Bukhari, No. 1233 and al-Sunan al-Kubra al-Nasa'i (9/344) No. 10712]

Three earnings are haram:

Abu Mas'ud al-Badri (RA) said: “The Messenger of Allah (SAW) prohibited the price of a dog, the earning of an prostitute, and the money given to a soothsayer.” [al-Bukhari (2237) and Muslim (1567)]

Because of the above hadith, it is haram to sell a dog.
Abu Hanifa (rh) has a different opinion as mentioned in the fatwa below:
(fatawa of ibn Hazm)

Ibn Hazm (rh) said: It is not permissible to sell a dog at all, whether it is a hunting dog or a herding dog, or any other kind. If a person is forced to buy a dog and cannot find someone to give him one, then he may buy it, and it is halaal for the buyer and haraam for the seller, and the buyer may take back his money whenever he is able. This is like a bribe in order to ward off oppression and ransoms for freeing prisoners and appeasing an oppressor. There is no difference. [al-Muhalla (7/493) No. 1514]

The majority of scholars go along with Ibn Hazm fatwa above
However, Abu Hanifa says you are allowed to sell a dog that is trained
Because it is expensive to train a dog
Like a Seeing Eye dog, drug sniffing dog etc.
The dog that is not allowed to be sold is the dog that is a waste of space
Like a pet dog
Some actresses in Hollywood spend thousands of dollars on their dogs, per year.

Allah spoke about the horse in 100:1-6

By the (steeds) that run, with panting (breath), (Al-'Adiyat 100:1)
Striking sparks of fire (by their hooves), (Al-'Adiyat 100:2)
And scouring to the raid at dawn (Al-'Adiyat 100:3)
And raise the dust in clouds the while, (Al-'Adiyat 100:4)
Penetrating forthwith as one into the midst (of the foe); (Al-'Adiyat 100:5)
Verily! Man (disbeliever) is ungrateful to his Lord; (Al-'Adiyat 100:6)

Allah (swt) spoke about the noble qualities of the horse in the above ayaat
The horse is considered a healthy animal
They are swift and loyal
When they run, they leave behind a cloud of dust
There are many hadith about horses

Allah puts barakah on the forehead of horses:

Urwah Bariqi reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said, Goodness is tied to the forelocks of horses till the day of resurrection...it is reward and value. [Bukhari 2850, Muslim 1873, Tirmidhi 1700]

Evil omens are found in three things:

“If there was [such thing as] bad omens in anything, they would have been in houses, spouses and horses.” [al-Bukhari, al-Sahih and Muslim, al-Sahih]

Why, because people envy you for these things more than anything else
The evil eye is on these things

The sorrel horse:

Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: The Prophet () said: The most favoured horses are the sorrel. Sunan Abi Dawud 2545: Book 14, Hadith 2539

Sorrel horse means the horse is reddish brown with white in its forehead
That is a beautiful horse

Barakah from the dung of your horse

If you fight jihad on the back of the horse, you get three portions of the booty
But if you fight without a horse, you get one portion.
You get more booty if you fight with a horse

The Messenger of Allah () said, “He who keeps a horse for Jihad purposes, having faith in Allah and relying on His Promise, will find that its fodder, drink, droppings and urine will all be credited to him in his Scales on the Day of Resurrection." [Al- Bukhari] Riyad as-Salihin: Book 12, Hadith 1330

Keepers of camels and horses are proud:

Abu Huraira (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said, “Faith came from Yaman while disbelief came from the direction of east. The shepherds possess tranquillity and humility while the keepers of camels and horses are arrogant and ostentatious. When the dajjal will reach the Uhud mountain, on its other side, the angels will turn him about towards the direction of Syria. And, there he will perish.’ [Tirmidhi 2250, Bukhari 3499, Muslim 52]

Why, because these are proud animals.
The horse knows its worth
When you don't know your worth, you have low self-esteem
Not the horse, he knows its worth

The rasool (saw) said the best thing to do in the times of fitna is hold on the reins of horses

“The best of people during fitnah is a man who takes up the reins of his horse pursuing the enemies of Allah, causing them fear yet they make him fearful too, or a man who secludes himself in the desert fulfilling the rights of Allah upon him.” (AL- Hakim, Sahih)

Horse Meat is Halal:

Narrated By Jabir bin Abdullah: On the day of Khaibar, Allah's Apostle forbade the eating of donkey meat and allowed the eating of horse meat. [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 5, Book 59, Hadith #530]

You can eat the horse in his old age.
Cook it with a pressure cooker to make the meat tender
Zebra is also halal

As-Sa'b bin Jath-thamah al-Laithi (RA) narrated, 'He presented to the Prophet (Sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) the meat of a zebra while he was in the area known as al-Abwa' or Waddan. The Prophet (Sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) declined it, and said to him, “We declined your present only because we are in the state of Ihram. [Al-Bukhari (1825) and Muslim (1193)]

Allah spoke about the hudhud in 27:20-27

He inspected the birds, and said: "What is the matter that I see not the hoopoe? Or is he among the absentees? (An-Naml 27:20)
"I will surely punish him with a severe torment, or slaughter him, unless he brings me a clear reason." (An-Naml 27:21)
But the hoopoe stayed not long, he (came up and) said: "I have grasped (the knowledge of a thing) which you have not grasped and I have come to you from Saba' (Sheba) with true news. (An-Naml 27:22)
"I found a woman ruling over them, and she has been given all things that could be possessed by any ruler of the earth, and she has a great throne. (An-Naml 27:23)
"I found her and her people worshipping the sun instead of Allah, and Shaitan (Satan) has made their deeds fair-seeming to them, and has barred them from (Allah's) Way, so they have no guidance," (An-Naml 27:24)
Al-La (this word has two interpretations) (A) [As Shaitan (Satan) has barred them from Allah's Way] so that they do not worship (prostrate before) Allah, or (B) So that they may worship (prostrate before) Allah, Who brings to light what is hidden in the heavens and the earth, and knows what you conceal and what you reveal. [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 19, Page 149] (An-Naml 27:25)
Allah, La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Lord of the Supreme Throne! (An-Naml 27:26)
[Sulaiman (Solomon)] said: "We shall see whether you speak the truth or you are (one) of the liars. (An-Naml 27:27)

1. A good army general inspects his army meticulously
2. Animals can participate in a war
3. An absentee has no deputy
4. Punctuality is crucial in a war - you can't be late when going for jihad
Punishing the bird means Sulayman was going to pluck out his feathers:

(I will surely punish him with a severe torment) Al-A'mash said, narrating from Al-Minhal bin 'Amr from Sa'id that Ibn Abbas said: "He meant, by plucking his feathers." 'Abdullah bin Shaddad said: "By plucking his feathers and exposing him to the sun." This was also the view of more than one of the Salaf that means plucking his feathers and leaving him exposed to be eaten by ants. (or slaughter him,) means, killing him. (unless he brings me a clear reason.) i.e. a valid excuse, Sufyan bin 'Uyaynah and 'Abdullah bin Shaddad said: "When the hoopoe came back, the other birds said to him: "What kept you Sulayman has vowed to shed your blood." The hoopoe said: "Did he make any exception (did he say 'unless') They said, "Yes, he said: (I will surely punish him with a severe torment or slaughter him, unless he brings me a clear reason.)" The hoopoe said, "Then I am saved." [Tafseer Ibn Kathir]

Why was Sulaiman so emotional about this bird when it was late?

Sufyan bin 'Uyaynah and 'Abdullah bin Shaddad said: "When the hoopoe came back, the other birds said to him: "What kept you Sulayman has vowed to shed your blood." The hoopoe said: "Did he make any exception (did he say 'unless') They said, "Yes, he said: (I will surely punish him with a severe torment or slaughter him, unless he brings me a clear reason.)" The hoopoe said, "Then I am saved." [Tafseer Ibn Kathir]

Because this bird was a water expert.
When there was water under the soil, the bird would say where it was
And the jinns would dig up the water

5. Don’t underestimate the ability of birds to travel far
Sulayman (as) was in Jerusalem and the bird was in Yemen
That is 5 hours by plane
Birds of Africa have been to America

6. Women ruled men even before the Rasool (saw)
But the Prophet said a nation won’t be successful if they have a woman as their leader
As stated in the hadith below:

It was narrated that Abu Bakrah (RA) said: When the Messenger of Allaah (SAW) heard that the people of Persia had appointed the daughter of Chosroes as their ruler, he said: “No people will ever prosper who appoint a woman in charge of their affairs.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari (4425).

The scholars differ about this hadith
Some scholars say a woman can become anything except the Caliph
The correct opinion is a woman can become a minister of heath, education etc
But not the ruler of a country

7. Whenever people commit shirk, they are owned by others
Because the bird said to Sulayman "she owned her subjects"

8. Animals are aware about the plots of the shaytan
The bird told Sulayman the shaytan led the people astray
The shaytan had them worshipping the sun and not Allah SWT

"I found her and her people worshipping the sun instead of Allah, and Shaitan (Satan) has made their deeds fair-seeming to them, and has barred them from (Allah's) Way, so they have no guidance," (An-Naml 27:24)

Every animal knows about the shaytan and his web

Whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is on the earth glorifies Allah. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise. (As-Saff 61:1)

The evidence is 61:1 above

9. SULAIMAN listened attentively to the bird without interrupting
Prophets have good adhab (character)
The evidence is 68:4

And verily, you (O Muhammad SAW) are on an exalted standard of character. (Al-Qalam 68:4)

A great listener is a great learner
Many of you interrupt when your friends are telling you something
That’s bad manners
Sulaiman let the bird talk uninterrupted

10. Sulaiman said let me verify
To see if you are speaking the truth or telling me a lie

O you who believe! If a rebellious evil person comes to you with a news, verify it, lest you harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful to what you have done. (Al-Hujurat 49:6)

As mentioned in the above Quranic verse
People don't verify stories
If your enemy heard you were having an affair, he would not verify
He would spread the news, to verify is not is his interest
The Prophet (saw) said:

Abu Huraira narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "It is enough to call a man a liar that he narrates everything he hears" [Sahih Muslim (1/10) No. 5, Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah (5/237) No. 25617, al-Zuhd al-Ahmad Ibn Hanbal (p. 41) No. 249]

Only the people of taqwah verify news

11. Animals can be deceptive
If the animal could not be deceptive, why did Sulaiman verify his story?

The Animals Of The Holy Quran – Part 2
By Shaikh Abdullah Faisal
24th January 2015

This is mentioned in the following ayaat:

Do they not see that We have created for them of what Our Hands have created, the cattle, so that they are their owners. (Ya-Sin 36:71)
And We have subdued them unto them so that some of them they have for riding and some they eat (Ya-Sin 36:72)
And they have (other) benefits from them (besides), and they get (milk) to drink, will they not then be grateful? (Ya-Sin 36:73)
And they have taken besides Allāh āliha (gods), hoping that they might be helped (by those so called gods). (Ya-Sin 36:74)
They cannot help them, but they will be brought forward as a troop against those who worshipped them (at the time of Reckoning). (Ya-Sin 36:75)
So let not their speech, then, grieve you (O Muhammad SAW). Verily, We know what they conceal and what they reveal. (Ya-Sin 36:76)

Allah (swt) made mention of the cattle in the above verses
What are the benefits of the cattle?

1. You eat the cattle as food
2. You drink its milk
3. You use the hide of the cattle for leather to make belts, bags etc.
4. You use its dung for fertilizer
5. The urine is used for medicine
6. The dung is used to build houses
7. The dung is used to kill mosquitos
8. The cattle’s horn is used as medicine
9. The cattle used to plow the soil

People worship the cow in India because of the many benefits of the cow
However, you should worship Allah - The Creator of the cattle - and not the cattle
The amount of cattle you own shows how wealthy you are in many countries
The cattle is killed every Eid (eid ul Adha)
7 families come together to kill a cow for sacrifice of eid ul Adha

Narrated by Abu Hurairah (ra) that Muhammad Rasool Allah (saw) sacrificed a sheep on behalf of himself and his entire family. Ibn Majah # 3122 & Musnad Ahmad # 225/6

Do they not look at the camels, how they are created? (Al-Ghashiyah 88:17)

Allah (swt) spoke about the camel in the above verse in the Quran
The camel can travel for many days in the desert without having water

Abu Huraira (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said, “Faith came from Yaman while disbelief came from the direction of east. The shepherds possess tranquility and humility while the keepers of camels and horses are arrogant and ostentatious. When the dajjaal will reach the Uhud Mountain, on its other side, the angels will turn him about towards the direction of Syria. And, there he will perish.’ [Tirmidhi 2250, Bukhari 3499, Muslim 52]

The animal is arrogant as well as the people that own it
However, the people that keep humble animal (sheep etc) are humble people

Bara bin Aazib (RA) said that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) was asked about making ablution after eating camel flesh. He said, “Make ablution after that”. Then he was asked about mutton. He said, “It is not necessary after that.” [Sunan Dawud (1/47) No. 184, Sunan Tirmidhi (1/122) No. 81, Sunan Ibn Majah (1/311) No. 494, Musnad Ahmad (4/303) No 18725]

In the above hadith, the Prophet (saw) said when you eat camel meat
You should make wudu

The Prophet (saw) said the camel is made of the Jinn
This is why you have to make wudu after eating its meat

On the authority of al-Bara’ bin 'Azib: 'that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) was asked about praying in camel pens. He replied; "Do not pray in camel pens, for they are of the devils." And he was asked about praying in sheep pens. He replied: "pray there for they are of blessing."' [Sunan Abu Dawud (1/133) No. 493]

Allah (swt) spoke about the people of Thamud.
Their miracle was the camel
They asked Prophet Salih (as) for a miracle
To prove that Allah exist so Allah made a camel come out from the rock
They complained that the camel drank too much from the well
They plotted to kill it
They killed the she-camel for a promise to marry a beautiful girl
Allah spoke about them in 91:11-15

Thamûd (people) denied (their Prophet) through their transgression (by rejecting the true Faith of Islāmic Monotheism, and by following polytheism, and by committing every kind of sin). (Ash-Shams 91:11)
When the most wicked man among them went forth (to kill the she-camel). (Ash-Shams 91:12)
But the Messenger of Allāh [Sālih (Saleh)] said to them: "Be cautious! Fear the evil end. That is the she-camel of Allāh! (Do not harm it) and bar it not from having its drink!" (Ash-Shams 91:13)
Then they denied him and they killed it. So their Lord destroyed them because of their sin, and made them equal in destruction (i.e. all grades of people, rich and poor, strong and weak, etc.)! (Ash-Shams 91:14)
And He (Allāh) feared not the consequences thereof. (Ash-Shams 91:15)

Everyone was destroyed here because they did not enjoin the right and forbid the wrong

The Prophet (saw) sent some people to drink some camel urine as a cure for their illness
After they became cured, they turned on their hosts.
The prophet (saw) killed them because of their apostasy, theft and murder

Narrated Anas: Some people from the tribe of 'Ukl came to the Prophet and embraced Islam. The climate of Medina did not suit them, so the Prophet ordered them to go to the (herd of milch) camels of charity and to drink, their milk and urine (as a medicine). They did so, and after they had recovered from their ailment (became healthy) they turned renegades (reverted from Islam) and killed the shepherd of the camels and took the camels away. The Prophet sent (some people) in their pursuit and so they were (caught and) brought, and the Prophets ordered that their hands and legs should be cut off and that their eyes should be branded with heated pieces of iron, and that their cut hands and legs should not be cauterized, till they die. Sahih Al-Bukhari Vol. 8, Bk. 82, No. 794.

Have you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) not seen how your Lord dealt with the Owners of the Elephant? [The elephant army which came from Yemen under the command of Abrahah Al-Ashram intending to destroy the Ka'bah at Makkah]. (Al-Fil 105:1)
Did He not make their plot go astray? (Al-Fil 105:2)
And sent against them birds, in flocks, (Al-Fil 105:3)
Striking them with stones of Sijjīl. (Al-Fil 105:4)
And made them like an empty field of stalks (of which the corn has been eaten up by cattle). (Al-Fil 105:5)

In those days the elephant were used in war like battle tanks
They were used to trample over the enemy

As if they were frightened (wild) donkeys. (Al-Muddaththir 74:50)
Fleeing from a hunter, or a lion, or a beast of prey (Al-Muddaththir 74:51)

These kuffaar are horrified of Islam because they think Islam is too restricted
They run away like donkeys running away from a lion

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Messenger () said, ‘There is) no 'Adwa (no contagious disease is conveyed without Allah's permission). nor is there any bad omen (from birds), nor is there any Hamah, nor is there any bad omen in the month of Safar, and one should run away from the leper as one runs away from a lion.'' Sahih al-Bukhari : Vol. 7, Book 71, Hadith 608

Meaning, if you know the person has a disease, you don't marry the person.
Because some diseases are contagious
However, you can only catch a disease if it is qadr to catch the disease
But you should tie your camel

Hamza Bin Abdul Muttallib (ra), the uncle of the Prophet (saw) was called
The Lion of Allah because of his performance in the battlefield

Jabir (RA) narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "The master of the martyrs is Hamza ibn Abdul Mattalib, and a man who stands (in front of) an oppressive ruler and enjoins the good and forbids the evil and so is killed for it." [Mustadrak al-Haakim (3/215) No. 4884]

And they came to their father in the early part of the night weeping. (Yusuf 12:16)
They said:"O our father! We went racing with one another, and left Yûsuf (Joseph) by our belongings and a wolf devoured him; but you will never believe us even when we speak the truth." (Yusuf 12:17)

Allah mentioned the wolf in the above verse
However, Yaqub (as) replied in 12:18

And they brought his shirt stained with false blood. He said: "Nay, but your ownselves have made up a tale. So (for me) patience is most fitting. And it is Allāh (Alone) Whose help can be sought against that which you assert." (Yusuf 12:18)

Yaqub did not believe their story
Did you know, when Aisha (ra) was slandered, she recited the same ayah?
When she was accused of having an affair by the hypocrites of Madina

And (He has created) horses, mules and donkeys, for you to ride and as an adornment. And He creates (other) things of which you have no knowledge. (An-Nahl 16:8)

Allah (swt) spoke about the mule in 16:8 above
A mule is made when a male donkey copulates with a female horse
Mules are wiser than donkeys but not as wise as a horse
And most mules are unable to give birth

Even though we are allowed to eat horses, it is haram to eat donkeys and mules

Allah (swt) spoke about the fish in 16:14 below

And He it is Who has subjected the sea (to you), that you eat thereof fresh tender meat (i.e. fish), and that you bring forth out of it ornaments to wear. And you see the ships ploughing through it, that you may seek (thus) of His Bounty (by transporting the goods from place to place) and that you may be grateful. (An-Nahl 16:14)

Fish is so important for us to eat

1. It fights heart disease
2. It lowers the risk of Alzheimer
3. It fights cancer
4. It eases depression
5. It reduces the risk of arthritis
6. It helps the flow of the blood (blood circulation)
7. It’s good for skin care
8. It helps with erectile dysfunction
9. It slows down mental decline linked to old age
10. It improves fertility

Allah mentioned the sheep and the goat in 6:143

Eight pairs; of the sheep two (male and female), and of the goats two (male and female). Say: "Has He forbidden the two males or the two females, or (the young) which the wombs of the two females enclose? Inform me with knowledge if you are truthful." (Al-An'am 6:143)

"The Devil is like a wolf among humans as a wolf is among sheep; it snatches the stray sheep. So beware of the paths which branch off and adhere to the Jama'ah, the masses and the masjid." (Collected by Imam Ahmad)

Narrated Umm Kurz:The Messenger of Allah () said: Two sheep which resemble each other are to be sacrificed for a boy and one for a girl. Abu Dawud said: This is a sound tradition, and the tradition narrated by Sufyan is misunderstanding.  Sunan Abi Dawud: Book 15, Hadith 2830

Narrated by Abu Hurairah (ra) that Muhammad Rasool Allah (saw) sacrificed a sheep on behalf of himself and his entire family. Ibn Majah # 3122 & Musnad Ahmad # 225/6

Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri: Allah’s Messenger () said, "A time will soon come when the best property of a Muslim will be sheep which he will take on the top of mountains and the places of rainfall (valleys) so as to flee with his religion from afflictions." Sahih al-Bukhari: Vol. 1, Book 2, Hadith 19

Allah made mention of the snake on many occasions

Then [Mûsa (Moses)] threw his stick and behold! it was a serpent, manifest! (Al-A'raf 7:107)
"And what is that in your right hand, O Mûsa (Moses)?" (Ta-Ha 20:17)
He said: "This is my stick, whereon I lean, and wherewith I beat down branches for my sheep, and wherein I find other uses." (Ta-Ha 20:18)
(Allāh) said: "Cast it down, O Mûsa (Moses)!" (Ta-Ha 20:19)
He cast it down, and behold! It was a snake, moving quickly. (Ta-Ha 20:20)

In 27:10, when Musa (as) ran away from the snake he didn't even look back

"And throw down your stick!" But when he saw it moving as if it were a snake, he turned in flight, and did not look back. (It was said): "O Mûsa (Moses)! Fear not, verily! The Messengers fear not in front of Me. (An-Naml 27:10)

The above ayah proves that it is our natural instinct to fear snakes
Because a snake is a cruel animal
In South America the anaconda swallows babies
The Prophet (saw) said in a hadith you should kill snakes
Even if you are on hajj or umrah

Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas’ud: The Prophet said: Kill all the snakes, and he who fears their revenge does not belong to me. Sunan of Abu Dawud Book 41, Number 5229

Narrated By AbuSa'id al-Khudri: The Apostle of Allah (SAW) said: Some snakes are jinn; so when anyone sees one of them in his house, he should give it a warning three times. If it return (after that), he should kill it, for it is a devil. [Abu Dawud, Book 36, Hadith #5236 & Sunan Abu Dawud Book 43 Hadith 484]

Abu as-Sa'ib, the freed slaved of Hisham b. Zuhra, said that he visited Abu Sa'id Khudri in his house, (and he further) said: I found him saying his prayer, so I sat down waiting for him to finish his prayer when I heard a stir in the bundles (of wood) lying in a comer of the house. I looked towards it and found a snake. I jumped up in order to kill it, but he (Abu Sa'id Khudri) made a gesture that I should sit down. So I sat down and as he finished (the prayer) he pointed to a room in the house and said: Do you see this room? I said: Yes. He said: There was a young man amongst us who had been newly wedded. We went with Allah's Messenger (to participate in the Battle) of Trench when a young man in the midday used to seek permission from Allah's Messenger to return to his family. One day he sought permission from him and Allah's Messenger (after granting him the permission) said to him: Carry your weapons with you for I fear the tribe of Quraiza (may harm you). The man carried the weapons and then came back and found his wife standing between the two doors. He bent towards her smitten by jealousy and made a dash towards her with a spear in order to stab her. She said: Keep your spear away and enter the house until you see that which has made me come out. He entered and found a big snake coiled on the bedding. He darted with the spear and pierced it and then went out having fixed it in the house, but the snake quivered and attacked him and no one knew which of them died first, the snake or the young man. We came to Allah's Apostle and made a mention to him and said: Supplicate to Allah that that (man) may be brought back to life. Thereupon he said: Ask forgiveness for your companion and then said: There are in Medina “Jinns” who have accepted Islam, so when you see any one of them, pronounce a warning to it for three days, and if they appear before you after that, then kill it for that is a devil. Muslim Book 26 No. 5557

Narrated AbdurRahman Ibn Abu Layla: The Apostle of Allah was asked about the house-snakes. He said: When you see one of them in your dwelling, say: I adjure you by the covenant which Noah made with you, and I adjure you by the covenant which Solomon made with you not to harm us. Then if they come back, kill them. Sunan of Abu Dawud, Book 41, Number 5240

Saalim ibn Abdullah reported from his father that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said, “Kill snakes. Also kill those snakes that have black spots on their back. Also kill the snakes with tiny tails because both of them harm eye sight and cause miscarriage.” [Trans Sahih Al-Bukhari Vol 4 Book 59 Hadith (3297) and Muslim (2233), Tirmidhi (1488)]

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "Whoever is made wealthy by Allah and does not pay the Zakat of his wealth, then on the Day of Resurrection his wealth will be made like a bald-headed poisonous male snake with two black spots over the eyes. The snake will encircle his neck and bite his cheeks and say, 'I am your wealth, I am your treasure.' "Then the Prophet recited the holy verses: -- 'Let not those who withhold . . .' (to the end of the verse). (3.180). Sahih Al Bukhari Volume 2, Book 24, Number 486 & Bukhari: Volume 1 Book 24 Chapter 3 (1403)

"Whoever is made wealthy by Allah and does not pay the Zakat of his wealth, and then on the Day of Resurrection his wealth will be made like a bald-headed poisonous male snake with two black spots over the eyes. The snake will encircle his neck and bite his cheeks and say, 'I am your wealth, I am your treasure.' (Bukhari Volume 2, Book 24, Number 486.)

Nuh (as) and Sulayman (as) are the only two prophets able to subdue snakes

It is worthy of mentioning that the Prophet (saw) said it is haram to kill frogs.
Because when Ibrahim (as) was dumped in the fire, the frog filled his mouth with water and tried to put the fire out

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: “The Messenger of Allah () forbade killing shrikes*, frogs, ants and hoopoes.” Sunan Ibn Majah:  Vol. 4, Book 28, Hadith 3223

It is confirmed in a Hadeeth that it is prohibited to kill frogs, and the jurists relied on this evidence in prohibiting eating them. Some of them said that the reason is that they are dirty as stated by Al-Munaawi . Moreover, it is confirmed that ‘Abdullaah Ibn ‘Amr  said that the reason for this is that its croak is Tasbeeh (saying Subhaanah Allaah, i.e. how perfect Allaah is) and Al-Bayhaqi  classified this narration from Ibn ‘Amr  as Saheeh [authentic].

Besides, Ash-Shawkaani said that Ibn ‘Amr used to take from the Israelites. It was also reported from Anas that the frog took water in its mouth to put out the fire that was prepared to burn the Prophet Ibraaheem (Abraham) .

The Fatwa of Ibn Jibreen about eating frogs:

IBN JIBREEEN'S FATWA ON EATING FROGS: What is the ruling on dishes containing frogs’ legs? Praise be to Allaah. We put this question to Shaykh ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Jibreen, may Allaah preserve him, who answered as follows: Frogs are haraam and so are the parts of their bodies, because they are regarded as revolting and unclean. And Allaah knows best. (end)

It is worthy of mentioning it is halal to eat locust because of 7:133 below

So We sent on them: the flood, the locusts, the lice, the frogs, and the blood: (as a succession of) manifest signs, yet they remained arrogant, and they were of those people who were Mujrimûn (criminals, polytheists, sinners, etc.). (Al-A'raf 7:133)

Ibn Abu Aufa reported: We went on seven expeditions with Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) and ate locusts. SAHIH MUSLIM: Book 21 Number 4802

Locust is mentioned in the above hadith as being eaten by the Prophet (saw)

22. LICE

So We sent on them: the flood, the locusts, the lice, the frogs, and the blood: (as a succession of) manifest signs, yet they remained arrogant, and they were of those people who were Mujrimûn (criminals, polytheists, sinners, etc.). (Al-A'raf 7:133)

Allah (swt) spoke about the lice in 7:133 above
The locust, lice and frogs were all used as a punishment against the Pharaoh
They can turn your country into a desert by eating all the crops

Narrated: Abdur Rahman bin Abi Laila: Kab bin Ujra said that Allah’s Apostle said to him (Kab), “Perhaps your lice have troubled you?" Kab replied, "Yes! O Allah's Apostle." Allah’s Apostle said, "Have your head shaved and then either fast three days or feed six poor persons or slaughter one sheep as a sacrifice." (BUKHARI)

The Prophet spoke about lice in the above hadith
advising the companion to shave, fast, feed poor people or sacrifice a sheep

Verily, Allāh is not ashamed to set forth a parable even of a mosquito or so much more when it is bigger (or less when it is smaller) than it. And as for those who believe, they know that it is the Truth from their Lord, but as for those who disbelieve, they say: "What did Allāh intend by this parable?" By it He misleads many, and many He guides thereby. And He misleads thereby only those who are Al-Fāsiqûn (the rebellious, disobedient to Allāh). (Al-Baqarah 2:26)

Allah spoke about the mosquito in the above verse
The Arabs wondered why Allah speak about the mosquito in the Quran
It stings you, sucks your blood and gives you diseases
The mosquito kills more people than any animal in the world

Allah is saying He can use any animal he wants to use to give an example

Allah spoke about the fly in 22:73

O mankind! A similitude has been coined, so listen to it (carefully): Verily! Those on whom you call besides Allāh, cannot create (even) a fly, even though they combine together for the purpose. And if the fly snatched away a thing from them, they would have no power to release it from the fly. So weak are (both) the seeker and the sought. (Al-Hajj 22:73)

According to the NOI, the white man was created in a science lab by Yakub

MAD SCIENTIST YAKUB: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yakub_(Nation_of_Islam)

How can the white man be created in a science lab
When Allah says man can't even create a fly?
The NOI's version of Islam is Hislam - a made up religion

Saeed al-Jurairi narrated Abi Naddra told me of a sermon he heard from the Messenger of Allah (SAW) in middle during the Days of Tashreeq said: “O people, your Lord is One and your father [i.e., Adam] is one. There is no superiority of the Arab over the non-Arab, or of the non-Arab over the Arab, or of the red over the black, or of the black over the red – except with regard to taqwa...” [Musnad Ahmad (5/411) No. 23536]

They are Black Nationalists - no place for that in Islam

O mankind! We have created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that you may know one another. Verily, the most honourable of you with Allāh is that (believer) who has At-Taqwa [i.e. one of the Muttaqûn (pious - see V.2:2). Verily, Allāh is All-Knowing, All-Aware. (Al-Hujurat 49:13)

No superiority of one race over another except with taqwa
Like Allah (swt) said in the above ayah

Then Allāh sent a crow who scratched the ground to show him to hide the dead body of his brother. He (the murderer) said: "Woe to me! Am I not even able to be as this crow and to hide the dead body of my brother?" Then he became one of those who regretted. (Al-Ma'idah 5:31)

When Cain killed Abel he did not know how to bury his brother
So Allah had to send a crow to teach him how to bury his brother
Cain was ashamed
Allah sent an animal which was not noble - the crow

Abdullah Ibn Mas‘ud (RA) narrated the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: “No soul is killed unlawfully, but there is a share of the sin on the first son of Adam, because he was the first one to set the precedent of killing.” [Related by al-Bukhari (3335) and Muslim (1677)]

Every time a man kills another man, Cain shares in the sin
Because he was the first person to establish the sunnah of killing people

2. Mosquito
3. Fly
4. Snake
5. Scorpion
6. Hippo
7. Crocodile
8. Elephant
9. Cape Buffalo
10. DOG

Is it permissible to kill insects that may be found in the house, such as ants, cockroaches and the like, by burning them? If it is not permissible, what should we do? If these insects are harmful, they may be killed with insecticides, but not with fire. The Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “There are five pests that may be killed whether one is in ihraam or not: rats, scorpions, crows, kites [a hawk-like bird], and mad dogs.” (Reported by Muslim, 2071). Another report adds a sixth, snakes. Thus the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) told us that they are harmful pests, and that they are unlike other animals which do not do harm, and so he told us to kill them whether we are in ihraam or not. If other creatures, such as ants or cockroaches or dung-beetles, cause harm, they may also be killed with insecticides, but not with fire. And Allaah knows best. (end)

Only Allah has the right to kill with fire
That’s why you cannot kill with fire

Question 1: Asalamu Alaika sheikh. Martyrs are in the form of green birds in Jannah, are there other animals in Jannah?

Answer 1: Yes, there are other animals in Jannah
There are birds in Jannah, horses and camels too.
However your question needs research

Question 2: Please comment on the death of King Abdullah. They are saying he died on Friday, a lot of Saudi salafis are misguiding the people.

Answer 2: King Abdullah joined the coalition against the Dawla
He died an apostate because aiding with the kuffaar against muslims
Is one of the 10 nullifiers of Islam listed by Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahaab (rh)
Hence he is a kaafir as per the fatawa below

Shaykh Abdul Latif ibn Abdur Rahman said: after his discussion about the obligation of having enmity and Bara’ah toward the Kuffar: “So how about the one who helps them or draws them towards the countries of the people of Islam or praises them or holds them as being more just than the people of Islam or selects their states and their dwellings (as preferable to live) and their allegiance (Wilayah) while loving for them to become dominant; then this is clear Riddah, according to the agreement. He, the Most High, said: And whosoever disbelieves in the faith then his deeds are invalidated, and in the Hereafter he will be among the losers. Al Ma’idah 5 (Ad Durar As Saniyyah vol 8/326)

Ibn Hazm Stated in Al-Muhalla (11/138): "What is correct is that His statement, the Most High, "And if any amongst you takes them as Auliya', then surely he is one of them." (The Quran 5:51), should be understood on the basis of its apparent meaning. The person being referred to is a disbeliever from the generality of disbelievers, and no two Muslims disagree regarding this."

Sheikh Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahab, may Allah have mercy on him, gathered ten actions that negate one's Islam (Nawaqid ul-'Ashr), the eighth one of which states: "Assisting the disbelievers (against the believers) (Mudhaharatul Mushrikeen) and supporting them against the believers (is from the actions that negates of one's faith). The Proof being the statement of Allah, "And if any amongst you takes them as Auliya', then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers and unjust). (The Quran 5:51)."

His army is bombing the dawla and killing muslims

Another taghoot bites the dust
He joined the coalition to kill muslims
So he dies the death of an apostate

When the Prophet (saw) said when you die on Friday
You will be protected from the punishment of the grave
He is talking about real muslims not hypocrites
So the Hindu, Buddhist, apostate etc. go to hell even if they die on Friday

Abdullah ibn Amr (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said, “No Muslim dies on the day of Friday or the night of Friday but Allah protects him from the trial in the grave.” [Sunan Tirmidhi (3/386) No. 1074, Musnad Ahmad (2/169) No. 6582]

Question 3: Asalaamu alaykum sheikh, is it permissible to kill mice? Also if a Muslim hates polygamy does that nullifies the shahada?

Answer 3: You can kill mice because they are pest

Hating polygamy doesn't nullify shahadah
Fatimah (ra) - The daughter of the Prophet (saw) hated polygamy
And she was among the 4 best women to walk earth

Question 4: Asalamu Alaykum, is the practice of naming your children after animals e.g. Assad, halal?

Answer 4: It's halal because Ali's name was Haidar
And the Prophet called his uncle Assad of Allah (Lion of Allah)
Assad is a noble animal
But you cannot name your child "dog" or kalb
A dog is not a noble animal
