Question & Answer

The Balanaced Nation

Question 1: Salaamu alaikum, can Allah change destiny [Qadr]?
Answer 1: Yes destiny can change, and nothing can change destiny except dua. Your daily dua can change qadr.

"Nothing could change the qadar except du`a’." (musnad ahmad, vol. 5, hadith no. 277; sunan at-tirmidhi, vol. 3, hadith no. 139;
Allah blots out what he wills and confirms (what he wills). And with him is the mother of the book
(al-lauh al-mahfûz) (ra'd 13:39)

This ayah is evidence for that your destiny can be changed by dua.

Question 2: Why is it that the most of the ummah are celebrating Mawlid as though it is a third Eid, when we only have two Eids? Why is this not being corrected by the scholars if we know that it is not from the Sunnah of the Khulafa Ar Rasheedin?
Answer 2: To celebrate the Prophet’s birthday is not from the 4 rightly guided Khalifs. This is bid'ah. You have to wait for the Khalif to come and stop it. That’s sheikh opinion. You don’t have to take it. Sheikh toured 12 African country and the sheikh couldn’t stop it.

Question 3: Sheikh, we know for a fact that no one can slide Tawheed Hakimiyyah under Rububiyyah, but can we slide Hakimiyyah under Uluhiyyah while believing that ruling by the shari'ah is worshipping Allah because some scholars say it's ok to hold that opinion so long we rule by the laws of Allah?
Answer 3: It’s ok to hold that opinion as long as you don’t over rite Tauheed Hakimiya. You are not allowed to slide one Tawheed under the other. It’s called tahreef (deception). They want to get rid of Tawheed Hakimiyah. The apostate regimes are falling over one another like dominos.

Muhammad Ibrahim [the shaikh of bin baaz] said in page 6 of his book tahkeem al qawaneen:  "tawheed haakimiyya is the twin half of tawheed ibaada."

Question 4: As salaamu alaikum . Please elaborate just a little more on La ilaha illa allah being the highest level of politics? Does the word politics as it was used, refer to government, policy, state of affairs, strategy, control, and similar meanings of the general understanding politics? Jzk
Answer 4: La ilaha ilallah has two parts to it. La ilaha ilal la, negation and affirmation. You believe in the shariah of Allah and reject the false deities. La ilaha ilal la is the highest form of politics.

They had nothing against them, except that they believed in Allah, the all-mighty, worthy of all praise! (al-buruj 85:8)

This ayah tells you, that you believe in the politics of Allah and reject all the isms and schisms.

'Burka martyr' faces two years in french jail after wearing veil: http://www.metro.co.uk/news/884784-burka-martyr-faces-two-years-in-french-jail-after-wearing-veil

Kufur Bit Taghud. When you believe in Allah you reject in everything else and the kufar have a problem with La ilaha ilal la, because you believ in Allah’s religion and reject all isms and schisms. Tawheed Hakimiyah = Allah is the law giver. Tawheed Rububiyah = Allah is the lord of the worlds. The 4 Tawheeds were taught by Prophet Yusuf in prison.

"O two companions of the prison! are many different lords (gods) better or Allah, the one, the irresistible? (yusuf 12:39)
"You do not worship besides him but only names which you have named (forged), you and your fathers, for which Allah has sent down no authority. the command (or the judgement) is for none but Allah. He has commanded that you worship none but him (i.e. his monotheism), that is the (true) straight religion, but most men know not. (yusuf 12:40)

Question 5: What is the difference between Tawheed Hakimiyyah and Tawheed Uluhiyyah?
Answer 5: you cannot slide Tawheeds under each other it is called Tahreef (deception). You have to worship Allah with his 99 names and attributes. (Tawheed Asma'Siffat)

Prophet Yusuf as taught all four Tawheed in prison.

Tafseer Surah At-Tin

Question 1: Sheikh can you explain the meaning of the hadith that says whoever dies addicted to alcohol (khamr) dies the death of a mushrik? I took it at face value but you said only the khyawarij believe a muslim is a kaafir because he drinks.
Answer 1: Yes, you are not allowed to think a drinker is a kaafir, because of the hadith below.

Narrated by 'Umar bin Al-Khattab: during the lifetime of the prophet there was a man called 'abdullah whose nickname was donkey, and he used to make allah's apostle laugh. the prophet lashed him because of drinking (alcohol). and one-day he was brought to the prophet on the same charge and was lashed. on that, a man among the people said, "o allah, curse him ! how frequently he has been brought (to the prophet on such a charge)!" the prophet said, "do not curse him, for by allah, i know for he loves allah and his apostle." [sahih bukhari, vol 8, book 81, hadith #771]

The hadith in the question talks about the person who thinks his drinking is halal. Because then he has legitimated it. Only khawarij think drinkers and muslims with girlfriends are kaafirs.

Verily, Allah forgives not that partners should be set up with him in worship, but he forgives except that (anything else) to whom he pleases, and whoever sets up partners with Allah in worship, he has indeed invented a tremendous sin. (an-nisa 4:48)

We say otherwise because of the ayat above that Allah forgives all sins except shirk.
There is no such a thing as a perfect Muslim.
Some Maulanas smoke weed. Sheikh saw this on his African tour. People have weaknesses so we need to have mercy on the muslims. Allah said so in the hadith Qudsi. That as long as you call upon me and ask for forgiveness i will and i don’t mind.

On the authority of Anas (ra) who said: i heard the Messenger of Allah (saw) say, "Allah the almighty has said: ‘O Son of Adam, as long as you invoke me and ask of me, i shall forgive you for what you have done, and i shall not mind. O Son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and you then asked forgiveness from me, I would forgive you. O Son of Adam, were you to come to me with sins nearly as great as the earth, and were you then to face me, ascribing no partner to me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great as it too."
[It was related by at-tirmidhi, who said that it was a hasan hadeeth.]

Question 2: Are we allowed to judge people?
Answer 2: We send a judge as Allah swt instructed us in surah Nisa.

If you fear a breach between them twain (the man and his wife), appoint (two) arbitrators, one from his family and the other from hers if they both wish for peace, Allah will cause their reconciliation. Indeed Allah is ever all knower, well acquainted with all things. (an-nisa 4:35)

We appoint a judge from the husband's side and a judge from the wife's side when there is a disagreement. we appoint human being to judge according to Qur’an and sunnah. We appoint a judge from the husband's side and a judge from the wife's side when there is a disagreement.

(And) if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to allah and his messenger (saw), if you believe in allah and in the last day. That is better and more suitable for final determination. (an-nisa 4:59)

The reason why we judge with the kitab of Allah swt is because Allah swt commanded us to refer back to Qur’an and sunnah.

Question 3: I study history at university, but history of west is it useless, must i change? What is the place of history amongst other sciences in Islam?
Answer 3: studying history is a total waste of your time. It’s better for you to study medicine or engineering because you can have a good job when you make hijrah. Sheikh can discuss with you as to what you can study when you go to university. If you study petroleum engineering the Arab countries will snatch you off from the west. Study something that can be used to benefit the ummah once you make hijrah. Rasuallah (saws) sought refuge from ilm that brought no benefit. Greek philosophy and western history are total waste of you time and money.

Question 4: A saudi man in saudi arabia was given the verdict of 2,000 lashes and jail time for raping his daughter for 7 years isn’t this going against Tawheed Haakimiyya (this happened recently)?
Answer 4: The man must be killed because incest's penalty is death according to shariah law.

Question 5: Shaikh Abu Hanifa made takfir on the one who gives an egg to the pagans on their festival, therefore, if does muslim become an apostate for receiving a Christmas card or going to Christmas dinner?
Answer 5: every year Christmas is a big fitnah for Muslims. Many reverts invite their Christians relatives during Christmas. The aqeeda of the Christians is to believe that Allah swt has a son and giving them a card will make you promote their kufr. If you eat during a Christmas dinner because you leave with your parents you didn’t commit haram. Whenever an animal is slaughtered specifically for a Christmas dinner that mean is haraam for you. If you realize that shunning your parents will cause a greater harm than good, do not forsake them for the sake of Dawa’ah

Question 6: Philosophy is it a bad thing in Islam, what do you think about? Could we practice philosophy if we have the intention to be in accordance with Quran every time?
Answer 6: Ibn Taymiyyah (rh) allowed some of his students to study philosophy but not all because it was fitnah

Question 7: What is the explanation of a hadith where prophet said that if Bismillah is said over a bone, Allah will put meat on it and it is the meat of the Muslim jinn and dung is also their food, found in Muslim?
Answer 7: Some jinn came from Basra and Rasuallah saws recited surah Ar-Rahman for them. They also asked Rasuallah (saws) what is their food.

“Every bone on which the name of Allah is recited is your provision. The time it will fall in your hand it would be covered with flesh, and (you can have) all the droppings as food for your animals.” The Prophet (peace and blessings of allah be upon him) said, “so do not use (these things) for cleaning yourselves (after relieving oneself), for they are the food and provision of your brothers (jinn).” (Reported by Muslim)

Rasuallah (saws) told them every bone on which the Basmallah is recited will be prepared for them and the dung will be the food of their animals.

Tafseer Surah Muhammad [Part2]

Question1: Salaam Alaikum wr wb. You said you would not wear a Versace shirt because he was gay but if it had been an armani shirt, maybe you would have worn it. As muslims, we are to dress to please Allah. would dressing with name brand clothing be displeasing to Allah since we are trying to show off a name brand?
Answer 1: to wear a name brand is not haraam, but if the designer is racist, gay, or atheist, do not wear it. Also avoid the designer who worships the devil.

Question 2: Can a muslim be tortured in the grave?
Answer 2: Your grave is either a pit of the hellfire or a garden from among the gardens of jannah.

'Abdallah Ibn 'Umar reported, "the prophet (saw), said, 'this is (sa'd ibn mu'azh), for whom the throne (of allah) moved. the doors of heaven were opened for him and seventy thousand angels participated (in his funeral prayer). (his grave) was compressed and later on was expanded for him'.'' (nasa'i)

Question 3: I am planning on making hijrah (currently in west). My children live with my ex-wife. Should i apply for citizenship here (in west), before leaving so that i can return at ease to see my children?
Answer 3: The only time you are allowed to do that is when you are educating yourself. The worst place is to live amongst the kuffar in the west who have waged war against Islam & the muslims.

Question 4: I am looking into marriage with a sister, is it ok to chat with her online (pm and video chat) to help me decide whether to marry her or not?
Answer 4: There is no khalwa in the internet. A sister should break off the engagement if the brother is not compatible with her. You are not allowed to expose your body on camera. The Hanbali Madhab have allowed the sister to show her hair yet imam abu hanifa said only the hands and face are allowed to be expose. The correct opinion is that of Imam Ahmed (rh).

Question 5: In some masjids in Pakistan, they say today Mawlana will be here for lecture. Are they supposed to call their sheikh Mawlana?
Answer 5: The word "Mawlana" is not problematic if the intention is not to worship him. when a scholar dies, the ilm dies with him. Laith Ibn Sa'ad (a great scholar in Egypt) had more ilm than Imam Maalik and he took it all with him in his grave. He did not write books.

Question 6: With regards to the clip of Brelvis breakdancing in the masjid, some Asharite unbelievably asked me this following question:  "where does it say in Islam you can't spas out [i.e. act retarded] with your friends?  So what? "Kindly provide some hujjah to respond to this apparently idiotic comment. Jzk.
Answer 6: You are not allowed to imitate the Christians who dance in their churches. Nor can you imitate the dervishes in their "masajid" Hizbu Tahrir are Mu'tazilites, Salafis are Khawarij with the ummah. Everyone knows who our sister Aafia Siddiqi is and for a salafi to say he doesn’t know about her, is disgraceful.

Narrated by abdullah ibn umar (ra): the prophet (saw) said: "indeed, anyone who imitates a people is one of them." [abu dawud, book 27, hadith #4020]

Question 7: Should i follow Sheikh Uthaymin or Ibn Baaz or Sheikh Albanai?
Answer 7: Utaymeen & Ibn Baaz had issues, they were government scholars. Ibn Utaymeen was the leading scholar in Fiqh of the century. Al-Albani was the leading scholar of Ahadith of the century. Ibn Baaz was one of the leading scholar of aqeeda of the century. Al-Albani was not a government scholar. Bin Baaz never passed a fatwa against the Zionists. Albani believed that one does not die as a kaafir were he to insult Rasulallah (saws). Some have said that Albani isn’t a Muslim because he said dismantling the shari'ah is minor kufr. Al Albani spoke out viciously against the American presence in KSA. Albani was deported because he differed about the issue of niqaab with Bin Baaz. Albani had done a lot of good for the Ahadith but he had issued with his aqeeda. Albani went against the ijma' of the ummah. When he said dismantling the shari'ah was minor kufr .

Ibn Taymiyyah said: and it is known from the religion (of Islam) by necessity and by the consensus of all muslims that whoever legalizes to follow other than the religion of Islam or a sharia other than the sharia of Muhammad (saw), he is a kaafir. And his kufr is similar to that of the one who believes in some part of the book (Quran) and reject some of it.  majmua al-fataawa: vol 28, p. 524.

"A scholar who abandons what has learnt from the Quran and the sunnah and follows a ruler who does not rule in accordance with the teaching of Allah and his messenger is an apostate and a disbeliever who deserves punishment in this world and in the hereafter "  fatawa ibn taymiyyah, volume 35/373

You become a zindiq when you believe that to dismantling the shari'ah is a minor kufr. Because you have gone against the ijma' of our ummah.

And whoever contradicts and opposes the messenger (Muhammad saw) after the right path has been shown clearly to him, and follows other than the believers' way. We shall keep him in the path he has chosen, and burn him in hell - what an evil destination. (an-nisa 4:115)

The goofi sufis believe that Rasulallah is alive in his grave and hears everything. They went against that which is known in Islam by necessity. Imam Maalik said to believe Allah is on his Arsh is Waajib but to ask how Allah is on his Arsh is bid'ah.

Question 8:  I want to remarry my ex-wife, but my mother doesn't approve because she turned her back on me out of impatience during times of trials by Allah, but i forgave her, but i mother refuse to forgive her. I want to marry her. Would i do you suggest in this situation?
Answer 8: A man does not need the permission to marry a woman he likes, that is according to shari'ah but the woman needs the permission of her parents. However if the parents forbid you to marry a pious brother, you can have another wali. They always look for a doctor or engineer. If you listen to your parents, you will never do jihaad nor make hijrah. Most muslim parents are racist. The muslimah can appoint her own wali if her parents are munafiqoon or racists. Many muslimahs cannot marry because they financially support their families and that is the plight of many muslimahs around the world.

Question 9: What are your thoughts on the current truce between TTP and Pakistan army?
Answer 9: The Pakistani is fighting Islam and Muslims and that truce is meaningless
Pakistani army is a Burelvi army and they are worthless. The burelvis call Ahlu Sunnah Wal Jama’ah "Wahhabis". The Pakistani army killed 1500 niqaabis & 1500 huffaz in Lal masjid. musharraf (a shi'i) sent that army. Brelvis is similar to a Jew or a Christian. Your salah behind them is baatil!

Siege of Lal Masjid: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/siege_of_lal_masjid

Question 10: The reason why i asked is because there was a Sahaba who married a woman whom her mother didn't approve, and when he was on his death bed he couldn't say ‘La ilaha ila la’ so the Prophet asked about her parents, and they found out that the reason why he couldn't say it was because her mother had that against him his whole life until his death bed, so the Rasool Sallahu Alayhi Wa Salaam said since he disobeyed you, let us just throwing in the fire and burn him right now, so she said no, so the Prophet asked her to forgive him and she did and he was able to say the Kalimah. That’s the reason why I asked, other than that i would do it without thinking about it
Answer 10: Ibn Umar & Ismaeel as were both commanded to divorce their wives and they did obey their fathers. It is haraam for a woman to be ungrateful to her husband. According to shari'ah, a man doesn't have a wali.

On that Ishmael said, 'did he advise you anything?' she replied, 'yes, he told me to convey his salutation to you and to tell you to change the threshold of your gate.' ishmael said, 'it was my father, and he has ordered me to divorce you. go back to your family.' so, ishmael divorced her and married another woman from amongst them (i.e. jurhum) [sahih bukhari, vol 4, book 55, hadith #583]

Tafseer of Surah Muhammad [Part1]

Question 1: You mentioned that on the Day of judgment those Muslims who were wronged by others will be compensated with others good deeds, but what about if a Muslim was wronged by many Kuffar? What will be the case if some of these kuffar die as kuffar and some of them embrace Islam, but do not ask for forgiveness of the muslim they wronged? Jzk khair.
Answer 1: Did you know that on Judgment day Allah will take away your deeds and give to the kuffaar. Allah will take the sins of Muslims and put in the scale of the kuffaar. Because they wronged the muslims. They wrong us in the west like the sun newspaper. You have to ask for forgiveness from the muslims you wronged. You can’t give up on a sinful Muslims.

A Hadith Qudsi advocates, on the judgment day, the sins of Muslims will be put upon the backs of Jews & Christians, by the command of Allah, and these sinful muslims as well as the righteous Muslims will all be admitted to the heaven by Allah’s order. [This hadith is sound and mentioned in mustadrak of hakim]

Question 2:  I live in the west, could i have a girl amongst my friends? What are the rules of friendship in islam? A muslim boy could he be friend with a girl, even if she isn't muslim?
Answer 2:  A girl can be the friend of a family not just the single man or woman. We have fiancé in Islam not girlfriend. You can’t single out one boy or girl from the family to be your friend. You need to be friend of the whole family.

Question 3: Sheikh Faisal, i know the shaheed that dies on the battlefield his pain is that of pin prick, but what about the shaheed who is captured and tortured to death?
Answer 3: The shaheed captured and tortured to death is different from the one that dies instantly in the field. Their martyrdom’s are different.

Question 4: After the muslims pass over the seerat they will need to settle disputes that happened on the Dunya. Will muslims be able to forgive each other at that time or will it only be Allah who will settle the dispute?
Answer 4: The dispute is settled before we cross the siraat at the hisaab. You will give up your good deeds to those you wronged. We will be resurrected barefooted, naked, un circumcised.
 1. The resurrection
 2. The lake fount
 3. Reckoning - give account for your money, pleasures
 4. Al Mizaan - the deeds are weighed.
 5. As-Siraat - the bridge set over hellfire (sharper than a blade and thinner than hair)

Nay! If you knew with a sure knowledge (the end result of piling up, you would not have occupied yourselves in worldly things) (at-takathur 102:5)

Al-Qari'ah (the striking hour i.e. the day of resurrection), (al-qari'ah 101:1)
Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, (al-qari'ah 101:6)
He will live a pleasant life (in paradise). (al-qari'ah 101:7)
But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light, (al-qari'ah 101:8)
He will have his home in hawiyah (pit, i.e. hell). (al-qari'ah 101:9)

Those whose good deeds are heavy will go to paradise, but those whose good deeds are light will go to hellfire. Some scholars believe it is the man himself that will be weighed. This was an opinion some scholars had because of the hadith about Ibn masud. The sahabah were laughing at his thin legs but Rasul (saw) said they will be heavier than mount Uhud on judgment day.
Allah will give light to cross it but he will snatch it away if you used to go forward and backwards in the deen. If a Muslim fall off in the hell, he will come out with shafa'a (intercession) but the kuffaar will not have this.

Question 5: What did the sheikh mean the Quran exposes saudi salafis?
Answer 5: The Quran exposed them in Surah [5: 60].

Say (o muhammad saw to the people of the scripture): "shall i inform you of something worse than that, regarding the recompense from allah: those (jews) who incurred the curse of allah and his wrath, those of whom (some) he transformed into monkeys and swines those who worshipped taghût (false deities); such are worse in rank (on the day of resurrection in the hellfire), and far more astray from the right path (in the life of this world)." (al-ma'idah 5:60)

The Quran is a hujjah for you or against you. They believe to dismantle shariah is minor kufr. They are saying Allah over reacted by turning Jews into apes and swine’s for not following the law of Allah.
And thus do we explain the ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) in detail, that the way of the mujrimûn (criminals, polytheists, sinners), may become manifest. (al-an'am 6:55)

The Qur’an will either be evidence in your favor or evidence against you, if a person acts upon the commandments in the Quran by following its guidance, it will benefit him. If he does not follow its guidance then it will be against him.’ (Recorded in Muslim)

They say to study Fiqhul Waqia is like studying the Injeel but Allah said he make the ayat clear in order to show us the way of the mujrimeen. So the scholars say this ayat is talking about the importance of Fiqhul Waqia. The other ayat that exposes them is Surah [18:26].

Say: "Allah knows best how long they stayed. With him is (the knowledge of) the unseen of the heavens and the earth. how clearly he sees, and hears (everything)! They have no wali (helper, disposer of affairs, protector, etc.) other than him, and he makes none to share in his decision and his rule."
(Al-kahf 18:26)

This is the hujjah for Tauheed Haakimiyya.

Muhammad Ibrahim [the Sheikh of Bin Baaz] said in page 6 of his book Tahkeem Al Qawaneen:  "Tawheed Haakimiyya is the twin half of Tawheed Ibaada."

The Sheikh of Bin Baz said this Tauheed is the twin half of tauheed ibaadah. A thing is a bid'ah if it cannot be found anywhere in Quran and sunnah but this is not the case because Allah told us about it in the Quran.

The believers, men and women, are auliya' (helpers, supporters, friends, protectors) of one another, they enjoin (on the people) al-ma'rûf (i.e. islamic monotheism and all that islam orders one to do), and forbid (people) from al-munkar (i.e. polytheism and disbelief of all kinds, and all that islam has forbidden); they perform as-salat (iqamat-as-salat) and give the zakat, and obey allah and his messenger. allah will have his mercy on them. surely allah is all-mighty, all-wise. (at-tawbah 9:71)

Allah told us the believers are helpers of one another but how can you do this if you don’t pay attention to the affairs of the Ummah. The other ayat is [5:51.]

O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as auliya' (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but auliya' to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as auliya', then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the zalimûn (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust). (al-ma'idah 5:51)

It was narrated that the prophet (saw) said, “the muslim who does is not concerned about Muslims affairs is not one of them.” (at-tabarani, in al-mu`jam al-awasat from hudhayfah)

They believe it is allowed to spy for the kuffaar against the Muslims but Allah said we should not take the Jews and Christians as friends and if we do this we become like one of them.

Spying in Brixton (uk): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zfa--dv8lmo

Abdul Haqq Baika say he have been spying against the Muslims. If you give your wala to the disbelievers you become one of them.

How to be Sincere To Allah

Question 1: My question is regarding Abu Talha, him and his wife have recently passed away while on hajj in a fire. The circumstances of their death show a good sign of death. But for some reason he was associated with the munafiq, Abu khaadija. What is your opinion of this brother? Jzk khair.
Answer 1: Abu khadija is a 5 star kaafir. He writes books slandering the Mujahideen and call them khawarij. This person that followed him was Jaahil (ignorant). We make excuse for him.

Question 2: If i don't roll up my jeans to show my ankles for salah,is my salah still valid ?
Answer 2: Yes it is and what the Rasul (saw) was talking about was the izaaq. What the Arabs wear and drag it for pride. People in cold areas if they don’t roll their jeans their salah are accepted. The only ones cursed are those that do it for pride.

Question 3: Sheikh, the Saudi filthy Salafis say the hadith which says, "Topple the leader if u see clear kufr". They put conditions before doing the act, is it this permissible to put conditions, the Prophet (saws) never put conditions?
Answers 3: They put condition because they are trying to change Islam to protect their kaafir master. Whenever a person is dodgy he puts conditions, which are also dodgy. The Rasul (saw) did not put conditions.

Question 4: How do we know the good Muslim who deserves zakat Feesabillah? Can i still go to hajj if i have credit card debts?
Answer 4: Umar said we judge by actions, if he prays salah and fast in ramadan and practises al walaa wal baraa then you can give him your zakat. If the debts you owe is from the kuffaar you can go. If it is from Muslim you have to pay first.

Question 5: Is it true Shias are Kaafir Asli? Like all Shi’ites are kuffar and can’t be given Udhur Bil Jahl? What if a Shia doesn’t no his Aqeedah is Kufr or he wasn’t taught this he was taught Sunni and Shia are Muslims and it’s just a political issue he doesn’t believe in 12 infallible imams, the Quran being distorted or the Sahaba are kuffar. Is this type of Shia a kaafir?
Answer 5: A shia is kaafir Asli. So he has to take his Shahadah again if he wants to be a Muslim just like the Jews and Christians.

The excuse is not given to people who commit major kufur.

The excuse of ignorance is not given to a person who worships a false deity.

And (remember) when your lord brought forth from the children of adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam's loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying): "am i not your lord?" they said: "yes! we testify," lest you should say on the day of resurrection: "verily, we have been unaware of this." (al-a'raf 7:172)

Islamic etiquettes [Part2]

Question 1: Why did the historians assume A'isha (ra) held grudges against Ali (ra) when they fought at Siffin when there are no Sahih hadith saying she did? Are we not to assume the best concerning the believers especially regarding the mothers of the believers?
Answer 1: They fought at the battle of the camel.

Question 2: Shaikh in Darul Harb such us and U.k and other kafir countries there is kufr and shirk everywhere on the buses, trains, bill boards, at the work place, newspaper, tv etc. As a Muslim if you witness shirk from kuffar or all the places mentioned above then will be sinful?
Answer 2: Go live in a country where there are no nudist billboards, such as Makkah and Madinah.

Question 3: Assalam Aleikom, is it permissible to say may the curse of Allah be upon fellow Muslim like the Saudi Salafi and is it true the Saudi Salafi are Khawarij.?
Answer 3:
And whoever opposes the messenger after guidance has become clear to him and follows other than the way of the believers - we will give him what he has taken and drive him into hell, and evil it is as a destination. [Surah 4:115]

Islamic Etiquettes [Part1]

Question 1: Is it ok to stand up and urinate? And if you are, can you use tissue paper after you have urinated?
Answer 1: If you stand up, and the urine will not touch your trouser then it is not haram. If you use tissue to wash yourself you cannot pray Salah on the clothes which had urine splashed on them. It can lead to punishment in the grave.

"If anyone of you goes to an open space for answering the call of nature he should neither face nor turn his back towards the Qibla; he should either face the east or the west." [bukhari, Volume 1, Book 4, Number 146]

Ibn ‘Abbas related that the Messenger of God, upon him be God’s blessings and peace, passed by two graves and said: “They are being punished, but not for a great matter (on their part). One of them did not clean himself from urine, and the other used to spread slander.” (Tirmidhi, “Tahara,” 53)

Question 2: Can you joke about the kuffar who are deep in kufr?
Answer 2: There is no hadith or Quranic verse that said you cannot joke about kuffaar who are antagonistic to Islam but but if they are sympathisers, then it is not allowed.

Allah does not forbid you to deal justly and kindly with those who fought not against you on account of religion and did not drive you out of your homes. Verily, Allah loves those who deal with equity.
 (Al-Mumtahinah 60:8)

Question 3: When is the day of Ashura and what days should we fast insha’Allah?
Answer 3: The sunnah is to fast the 9th and the 10th or the 10th and the 11th to be different from the Jews because we are not allowed to be similar to them.

Question 4: Assalam aleikum, when wanting to get married if you consider the beauty of a girl and the deen at the same time are you doing something haraam?
Answer 4: You are not doing anything haram, because you need chemistry in the marriage.
Without chemistry you won’t have an erection. Someone did it and became impotent. marriage should be attractive in order to help you lower your gaze, if not you can’t, the best wives are those that are pious and beautiful. if you have these your bread is buttered on both sides.

and if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with the orphan girls, then marry other women of your choice, two or three, or four but if you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with them, then only one or (the captives and the slaves) that your right hands possess. that is nearer to prevent you from doing injustice. (An-nisa 4:3)

Question 5: Can the sins of others, be carried by others? I’m confused re: this hadith:
'Umar said, 'don't you know that the prophet said: the deceased is tortured for the weeping of the living?'"
[Sahih bukhari, vol 2, book 23, hadith #377]
Answer 5: This hadith is Sahih because it is in Bukhari. The reason he is tortured is because he did not leave a will to tell them not to do so wail when he dies. he should have written a will to tell them not to wail over him and who to pray over him.

Prophecies of Al Qur'an [Part2]

Question 1: Shaikh how can you refute Jews that use biblical scripture to say Palestine is their homeland and Promised Land?
Answer 1: When Suleiman died, the Jews slandered and killed prophets then Nebuchadnezzar came in 1948, they became proud and arrogant and established the own state in occupied Palestine. Nebuchadnezzar came and disbursed the Jews all over the world. They had no homeland.

Question 2: Why do you say the Arabs are superior when Allah Azza wa Jal says the ones with the most Tawqa are the most noble with Him in Surah [49:13] and the hadith says whites are not  better than blacks and vice versa and there is no difference between the Arab and the Ajam except Taqwa. Don't the Qur'an and the Hadith nullify our personal opinions? Only Allah Azza wa Jal knows who is more pious, not us.
Answer 2: If 2 Muslims who are equal in piety, equal in taqwah, one speaks Arabic and the other doesn't speak it, the one who speaks Arabic is superior because it's the Sunnah of Allah. Many of them (non Arabic speakers) worship graves and practice bidah (this doesn't apply to everyone but usually the case). Those who speak Arabic have better understand of tawheed. If the arab is a kaafir, like Abu Lahab or Abh Jahl, he is the lowest of the low.

Question 3: There is a hadith Collected by Bukhari, narrated by Abu Dharr ''The Prophet enjoined three three things: Hear and obey, even if the ruler is a slave with his limbs cut off. What does this mean?
Answer 3:  Many hadith say "hear and obey" this one is only emphasizing obeying an ameer. The part of hadeeth that says any leader is not correct because it contradicts Qur'an.

O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger Muhammad (saws), and those of you Muslims who are in authority. (And) if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger, if you believe in Allah and in the Last Day. That is better and more suitable for final determination. (An-Nisa 4:59)

Question 4: Very recently there was a incident in a muslim country, That a man raped 48 dead women after they had been shrouded and buried.what is the proper action to take about this individual?
Answer 4: I can't even type this answer it is so vile having s-x with dead people is not the same as one who was alive. We don’t know of a scholar who said to kill the man who had s-x with dead people. It is a psychological disease and he should receive 100 lashes for these acts .

Question 6: Imran Hossein states that the signs of the last day are not in strict chronological order.. Hence the coming of Gog & Magog is not necessarily after Isa (AS). Is there clear evidence whether or not the list of signs are chronological?
Answer 6: Don't go to these websites and listen to these such things.
To believe Gog and magog are on earth is insanity ,they emerge when Isa returns . As he will kill the swine, break, the cross, kill Gog and Magog, abolish the jizya.

He would then call that young man and he will come forward laughing with his face gleaming with happiness and it would at this very time that Allah would send Christ, son of Mary, and he will descend at the white minaret in the eastern side of Damascus wearing two garments lightly dyed with saffron and placing his hands on the wings of two Angels. When he would lower his head, there would fall beads of perspiration from his head, and when he would raise it up, beads like pearls would scatter from it. Every non-believer who would smell the odour of his self would die and his breath would reach as far as he would be able to see. He would then search for him (Dajjal) until he would catch hold of him at the gate of Ludd and would kill him. Then a people whom Allah had protected would come to Jesus, son of Mary, and he would wipe their faces and would inform them of their ranks in Paradise and it would be under such conditions that Allah would reveal to Jesus these words: I have brought forth from amongst My servants such people against whom none would be able to fight; you take these people safely to Tur, and then Allah would send Gog and Magog and they would swarm down from every slope. The first of them would pass the lake of Tibering and drink out of it. And when the last of them would pass, he would say: There was once water there. Jesus and his companions would then be besieged here at Tur, and they would be so much hard pressed that the head of the ox would be dearer to them than one hundred dinirs and Allah's Apostle, Jesus, and his companions would supplicate Allah, Who would send to them insects which would attack their necks, and in the morning they would perish like one single person. Allah's Apostle, Jesus, and his companions
[Sahih Muslim, Book 41, Hadith #7015]

Question 8: Is a muslim obliged to follow a MADHAB?
Answer 8: You are obliged to go to a mufti to teach you fiqh.
and give you the correct opinion.

Question 9: I found a wife but she has had bad previous husband. What should i do?
Answer 9: Marry her and pamper her and treat her well  to show her the beauty of islam. Divorced and widows women are one of the best women.

Qestion 10: In the west there is a saying that states 'God helps those who help themself'. Please can u put this in context? as you did not put this in context previously?
Answer 10: This saying has some truth to it as [53:39] says the same thing.

And that man can have nothing but what he does (good or bad), (An-Najm 53:39)

The people use this saying to be selfish but Muhammad (saws) said we're to help our brothers then Allah will help us.

Question 11: Whatis the difference between minor and major Qadr. Insha Allah pls give us some examples. And which Qadr is changed with du'a?
Answer 11: Destiny = Can be changed by Dua' but predestination can not be changed.

"Nothing could change the Qadar except Du`a’." (Musnad Ahmad, Vol. 5, Hadith no. 277; Sunan At-Tirmidhi, Vol. 3, Hadith no. 139; and classified as Hasan (good) Hadith by Al-Abaani in Sahih Al-Jami` Hadith no. 7687)”
Predestinant - How the sun rises, Jesus killin Gog and Magog.

The Prophesies of Al Quran Part1]

Question 1: I am new here, but what did the Prophet pbuh said to become a better believer and a better human. Most Muslims are unfortunately not worthy of praising their actions or expressions, so how can we bring Islamic teachings in to our personal lives?
Answer 1: The person is asking how to improve imaan and character. The first step to increase your imaan is to stay in the company of the righteous people. Join a halaqa with a sincere scholar.

O you who believe! Be afraid of Allah, and be with those who are true (in words and deeds). (At-Tawbah 9:119)
The second step to increase imaan and have a good character is to go to a masjid every Friday where the kutba helps your imaan. If you have a mobile phone, you need to recharge the battery your imaan also must be recharged. Go to a jumuah where the kutba boosts your iman. Another way to boost your imaan is to have a library at home with Islamic cds, dvds, etc. Turn your house into a seat of learning and shun bollywood and Bollywood. Movies from hollywood and bollywood take away your al walaa wal baraa. The other way to cater for yourself spiritually is to join the battlefield and to fast on Mondays and Thursdays.

Question 2: Shaikh, is [5:82] a prediction of the Qur'an, because also now the world has witness that the most hostile and worst enemies of Islam and Muslims are the Filthy Jews and the pagans such as the hindus and the their allies? jazkAllah khair.
Answer 2: No doubt that it’s a prediction. Allah swt is predicting who your worst enemies shall be.

Verily, you will find the strongest among men in enmity to the believers (Muslims) the Jews and those who are Al-Mushrikûn (see V.2:105), and you will find the nearest in love to the believers (Muslims) those who say: "We are Christians." That is because amongst them are priests and monks, and they are not proud. (Al-Ma'idah 5:82)
Question 3: Shaikh there are many scholars that are of the view that the mahdi is alive and our midst and he will emerge at the appropriate time. Is this view correct in light of Quran and sunnah. Can you please explain the hadith about the sea of Galilee in palestine drying up and the 10 major signs of yammal qiyamah starting, because some experts say the sea will dry up in the next 20 to 40 years?
Answer 3: The correct aqeedah is that the dajjal is alive. There’s another scholar Hussein that say Gog and magog are out, they haven’t broken the barrier yet. They will break it when Jesus comes. Tamim Ad- Daarih saw him and he is tied up in an island.

Question 4: We make takfir on the grave worshippers BEFORE establishing the hujjah while we make takfir on those who vote AFTER establishing the hujjah if they persiste on their belief, and both are major Shirk. Why is that? When can we then give the excuse of ignorance?
Answer 4: You are not allowed to make takfir on those who vote before you establish the hujjah. The muslims did not know democracy was the greatest shirk when Shaikh talked about it. The only people who heard of al wala wa bara were the Arabs in the UK. This aspect of Islam wasn’t taught to them. You can make takfir on those who pray to the grave because this shirk is clear. If you don’t know the meaning of la ilaha illa lah you have no shahadah. You have no shahadah becase the first condition is knowledge of what the shahadah means.

Question 5: I called someone a kaafir as i assumed he was a kaafir because on paltalk kuffar say salaam and insult the nabi sallahu alayhi wasalam and he mentioned his marriage to Aisha r.a out of nowhere i found out he was muslim i apologized to him he said he forgave me but i had to make salat ut tawbah then asked Allah to forgive him and me and I asked for his forgiveness again he said he don’t hold grudges to anyone and wants khair for his brothers is this considered apology accepted also was i sinful to call him a kaafir or not and did i do the right thing by repenting in the way i said in the question?
Answer 5: Whenever you make takfir on somebody and he’s not a kafir, it makes you a kafir. You make takfir when there are no impediments of takfir. A slip of the tongue is a impediment of takfir. Madness is an impediment of takfir.
Impediments of takfir: 1-Jahil 2-immature 3-slip of the tongue 4-in duress 5-insanity
Jahil is an impediment of takfir because in the last days knowledge will be lifted up and all people will know is la ilaha illa lah. We make takfir on those who don’t pray. There will be a time when all people know is Allah Allah Allah.

Allah's Sunnah Will Never Change [part-4]

Question 1: What is the difference between major & minor Nifaq? Please give us some examples Insha Allah.
Answer 1: There is a difference between major nifaaq and minor nifaaq just like that of major and minor kufr. If you do not make a difference between the two you will lose your aqeedah. Minor hypocrisy is like drinking alcohol (that of the limbs) and major hypocrisy that of the heart e,g if you say you believe in Allah, his messenger etc. but you have doubt in your heart. Minor hypocrisy does not make you a kaafir but major does. Allah said He increased them in hypocrisy, because they have hypocrisy of the heart.

In their hearts is a disease (of doubt and hypocrisy) and Allāh has increased their disease. A painful torment is theirs because they used to tell lies. (Al-Baqarah 2:10)

Question 2: If someone u tell goes into a toilet when u say the jinn are there you make dua when going also with the left foot then they come making a mocking scream like noise is this mocking the belief jinns inhabit the toilet is this kufr.
Answer 2: It is kufr because its mockery of the signs.

If you ask them (about this), they declare: "We were only talking idly and joking." Say: "Was it at Allah, and His Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and His Messenger (SAW) that you were mocking?"  (9:65)

Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after you had believed. If We pardon some of you, We will punish others amongst you because they were Mujrimun (disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, criminals, etc.). (9:66)

This person is mocking the hadith. Allah said in the above ayat that they said they were talking idly and mockingly but Allah said they have left the deen. You are not allowed to laugh at any aspect of the deen.

Question 3: Can we follow the example of the people of the cave in surah khaf and make hijrah for the sake of Allah with just a plane ticket and tawakul in Allah, or is this not good?
Answer 3: There is a verse that said take your provisions and the best is that of taqwa. So please educate yourself and tie your camel then you put your trust in Allah. It’s better to live amongst the Arabs than to live among the white infidels of Europe. They make carttons to insult Allah.

Question 4: Shaikh, when you say that those who believe in the covenant of security are Munafiqeen, which Nifaq are you referring to? Major or minor?
Answer 4: The COS is major nifaaq to believe that we have COS with the blood thirsty white kuffar. This is hypocrisy of the highest order. The rasul said the muslims will be like ghuthaa. To love dunya and fear death. You will have wahn which is cowardice. Shaikh Hamud ibn Uqla said the COS does not exist.

Fatwa of sheikh hamud ibn uqla : http://d.1asphost.com/TawheedJihad/FATWA_911.htm

The kuffaar broke the covenant when they invaded our lands and raped our women. Those who passed the fatwa of COS have no ijaza to do so.

Allah's Sunnah Will Never Change  [part-3]

Question 1: Natural disasters happen in the Muslim land too. How do we explain it?
Answer 1: Yes, natural disasters happen in Turkey and Indonesia. This is because they dabble in magic, zina as well as khamar (alcohol etc).

Question 2: Salaam. I'm noticing strange behaviors nowadays amongst apparently practising muslims who are taking 'banter' too far in each other’s company. E.g. in the name of 'joking' and 'humour', they get carried away with persistently and relentlessly calling each other things like 'dumb', 'gay', etc, targeting the passive ones in the group! Kindly advise on the level of sin in mocking and hurting the feelings of fellow brothers, and please do a seperate sitting on the "Etiquettes Of Humour" insh'allah.. as humour is epidemically used to insult people, Jzk.
Answer 2: I will do the tafseer of surah Hujrat (49) Inshallah because it covers this topic. We were commanded by Allah not to laugh at other people. The people that do this do not have proper adaab.

O you who believe! Let not a group scoff at another group, it may be that the latter are better than the former; nor let (some) women scoff at other women, it may be that the latter are better than the former, nor defame one another, nor insult one another by nicknames. How bad is it, to insult one's brother after having Faith [i.e. to call your Muslim brother (a faithful believer) as: "O sinner", or "O wicked", etc.]. And whosoever does not repent, then such are indeed Zalimûn (wrong-doers, etc.). (Al-Hujurat 49:11)

You are not allowed to call each other by offensive nick names. If you call somebody gay or pedophile in Jamaica you will be killed.

Question 3: Shaikh I have worry and concern about the ummah of Muhammed (saw) as there many issues such as muslim lands being occupied: Iraq and Afghanistan. Thousands of muslims being killed every day, we have no khilafah, our Islamic scholars being killed and the infidels stealing our natural resources. i try to help ummah by making dua and giving donations needy Muslims. as an individual it is impossible to solve the problems of the ummah. within my capacity as an individual can u please tell me what will Allah hold me account to on yammal qiyamah in relation my duties to help the ummah and Allah religion?
Answer 3: You are an individual and you have tried your best. It’s the job of the Islamic scholars to wake up the ummah but if the scholars are in the pockets of the rulers who are in the pockets of the shaytan, they are lulling the muslims to sleep. They turn them from lions into goats. The Rasul said i fear for you a fitnah worse than that of Dajjaal wicked scholars. They believe in the covenant of security and anyone who believes in this is a hypocrite.

Abu Dhar said, "I was with the Prophet (SAW) one day and I heard him saying: "There is something I fear for my Ummah than the Dajjal." It was then that I became afraid, so I said: " Oh Rasool Allah! Which thing is that?" He (saws) said: "Misguided and astray scholars." Recorded in Musnad Imam Ahmad (no.21,334 and no.21,335).

Question 4: I need an answer to why women need to wear hijab ? jazak allah khair.
Answer 5: Because Allah has commanded the women of the believers to do so in the ayat of hijab in surah [24:31] and [33:59].
And tell the believing women to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts, etc.) and not to show off their adornment except only that which is apparent (like palms of hands or one eye or both eyes for necessity to see the way, or outer dress like veil, gloves, head-cover, apron, etc.), and to draw their veils all over Juyubihinna (i.e. their bodies, faces, necks and bosoms, etc.) and not to reveal their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers, their sons, their husband's sons, their brothers or their brother's sons, or their sister's sons, or their (Muslim) women (i.e. their sisters in Islam), or the (female) slaves whom their right hands possess, or old male servants who lack vigour, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex. And let them not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And all of you beg Allah to forgive you all, O believers, that you may be successful. (An-Nur 24:31)

O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veils) all over their bodies (i.e.screen themselves completely except the eyes or one eye to see the way). That will be better, that they should be known (as free respectable women) so as not to be annoyed. And Allah is Ever OftForgiving, Most

The 13 Law of Nature

Question 1: Assalamu Alaikum Shaikh, is it true that Nuruddeen az-Zinki is the 6th rightly guided khalifah (although he never was a khalifah) according to historians?
Answer 1: The 6 rightly guided khalif was Harun ar-Rasheed

"O people! Do not wish to meet the enemy, and ask Allah for safety, but when you face the enemy, be patient, and remember that Paradise is under the shades of swords." Then he said, "O Allah, the Revealer of the Holy Book, and the Mover of the clouds and the Defeater of the clans, defeat them, and grant us victory over them." [Bukhari]

Question 2: Is it permissible to use body lotions and fabric softeners that are scented…would that be considered as a perfume?
Answer 2: You are allowed to use body lotions and fabric softeners that are scented. It is not haram. Women are allowed to use mild perfume and for her husband she can adorn and wear perfume in their home. If a women is going to a party where there is no free mixes, or its a separate room she can wear perfume.

Question 3: What were the muhajiroon who slept in the masjid called?
Answer 3: Ashaab Suffah.

Question 4: Do kafir women wear hijab in islamic state
Answer 4: They wear jilbab not hijab.

The 5 needs of Mankind

Question 1: There are some brothers who put it to sisters that they leave their jobs and wear niqab in order to marry. What should these women do when they know that they can't fulfill these conditions. Are they being sinful or giving up better for less by not going ahead with the marriage since they can't fulfill the conditions of the brother?
Answer 1: When you get a proposal, you ask the brother am I expected to wear niqab or just hijab, live in my own space, or with my in-laws. When you get a proposal, you need to ask the man whether you will be allowed to finish your education. Sisters like to receive proposals so much they do not ask these questions. It is halaal for a sister to work if their job doesn’t affect their deen. If the job environment is not damaging for her deen.

Question 2: On salatul jumuah, should the imam deliver in Arabic or in the local language?
Answer 2: As long as he open the jumuah khutbah with a dua. Then he recites an ayah that talks about taqwa. The rest of the khutbah can be in English or any other language. It would not make sense making the khutba in a language that the audience don’t understand.

Question 3: What if u have been trespassed from most masjids and all the other ones support and promote democracy, i only know one masjid i go to and the khutbaa doesn't affect me. Whatsoever on top of that about 98% there hate the mujahedeen and i can see the wahn in them. I don’t want to be infected what can do. I also do not have the people to make my own jummuah with.
Answer 3: This is a very important question. The solution for you is to establish your own masjid. If you can find 3 brothers on the haqq, this will be fine. All you need is an imam and 2 other brothers.

Question 4: As salaamu alaikum. I would like to know if I should stop talking to my friend who is cursing the al-Shabab because she is brainwashed by her husband. It’s quite annoying. I've spoken to her several times; and given her daleel (evidence) after daleel. She even supports the crusaders over there.
Answer 4: If you support the crusaders it makes you a kafir.

O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliya' (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.)Tthey are but Auliya' to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as Auliya', then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the Zalimûn (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust). (Al-Ma'idah 5:51)

Question 5: Shaikh there is a notion that the covenant of security is a matter of ijtihad and it is up to an individual’s discretion. Does this give the individual who has based his covenant with kafir crusaders legitimate shariah justification for their covenant to be valid and intact, regardless of whatever the crusaders do burning the Quran, insulting the messenger of Allah, slaughter a million muslim in Iraq?
Answer 5: The shaikh has refuted COS. Those who believe in COS, they have wahn in their hearts. They have they disease of hypocrisy.

Question 6: Teaching Quran is the best action. What in particular is it to teach the reading of the Quran or the tafsir. which should be given priority? Is there an ijma on either one?
Answer 6: It’s talking about the tajweed and the tafsir.
Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “The best of you are those who learn the Qur’an and teach it. (Bukhari)

Question 7: There are some black & white pictures of a flood that took place in Makkah in the old days. Did that fall into the category of a natural disaster?
Answer 7: It’s not a natural disaster because nobody died. The Rasul (saw) made a dua for rain and someone asked to stop the rain because it would damage the crops.

Question 8: Salam, a man loves his wife a lot BUT there is a gap intellectually, she doesn’t show interest in learning deen, shows no interest in fiqh ul waaqi and watches a lot of TV haram programmes, whilst he hates all this should he stay with her?
Answer 8: You need to invite her to a study circle where she can grow in iman. Do not make takfir on her, it is minor hypocrisy.

Question 9: What's TA'IFA MANSOORA?
Answer 9: It means the mujahideen or the safe sect. the victorious group.

Question 10: If a muslim doesn’t believe in COS in the west, is it really wise for him to speak about it in Public, since he will only be arrest as one intending to go to Jihad?
Answer 10: The kufaar wants you to believe in COS. Don’t live among them just make hijrah. They killed 1 million in Iraq and 1 million in Afghanistan. A kafir believes in collective punishment. If one muslim should do something, many muslims should pay the price.

Allah's Sunnah Will Never Change [part-2]

Question 1: I understand touching a woman lustfully breaks wudu. Is it permissible to shake a woman's hand un-lustfully? In the UK, it's incredibly akward to avoid shaking hands with female clients/reps, and there's no real heart in it when shaking the hand. Kindly advice.
Answer 1: If you shake the hands of a woman your wudu is broken. it’s not broken if you accidentally brush them in a train

Question 2: I live in darul harb. Is it ok to have a mortgage that I pay?
Answer 2: Mortgage is halal if the price is fixed and it remains in that price. This is allowed in shariah, to buy anything so long as the price is fixed.

Question 3: What is the priority of the Muslim woman? Is it to make Da'wah, to seek a secular education/Islamic education, or to take care of her family? What about the women who are not married? What are their priorities Insha Allah?
Answer 3: This question is important. You need to get married to get righteous children to pray for you in the grave. However, to have dunya education is halal like Doctor, Nursing etc. Having an Islamic education is the best as said in the hadith.

Uthmaan, may Allah be pleased with him, said that the Prophet (sallAllahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) said:  The best of you are the ones who learn the Qur’an and teach it to others” [Al-Bukhari]

Question 4: Shaikh you mentioned the 2 ease after every hardship [94:5-6], are Imaam AL-Mahdi and Prophet Isaa (AS) the two ease after the fitna and hardship of Ad-Dajjal?
Answer 4: There is no doubt it can be interpreted that way.

Question 5: Shaikh some of the Ashairas use the verse 11 in surah as shura He is the Creator of the heavens and the earth: He has made for you pairs from among yourselves, and pairs among cattle: by this means does He multiply you: there is nothing whatever like unto Him, and He is the One that hears and sees (all things). To give credence to belief that Allah exists without a time a place and they also use this ayah to refute the aqeedah that Allah is above the Arsh. What is the meaning of this ayah and how can u refute the Asharies?
Answer 5: We have done a series called JOKERS IN THE PACK and we refuted the ashaira. They say that Allah is not the Arsh but is everywhere.

Zainab used to boast before the wives of the Prophet and used to say, "You were given in marriage by your families, while I was married (to the Prophet) by Allah from over seven Heavens." And Thabit recited, "The Verse: 'But (O Muhammad) you did hide in your heart that which Allah was about to make manifest, you did fear the people,' (33.37) was revealed in connection with Zainab and Zaid bin Haritha." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 9, Book 93, Hadith 516]

If you ask them whether they trust the mothers of the believers? They will say yes. So you say to them that Zainab Bint Jash said that all the wives of the prophet were married to him on earth but her marriage took place above the heavens. The slave girl was also asked by the Rasul where Allah is and she said ABOVE THE HEAVENS.

It is narrated that the companion Mu`awiyah ibn al-Hakam, (RA) slapped his servant girl who used to tend his sheep, and as a result went to the Prophet (SAWS) and asked what should be done as an atonement for having slapped her. The Prophet replied, "Bring her to me" so Mu`awiyah brought her to the Prophet. The Prophet then asked her, "Where is Allah?" and she replied "Above the Sky" then the Prophet asked her, "Who am I?" and she replied, "You are Allah’s Messenger", so the Prophet said, "Free her, for verily she is a true believer." (Saheeh Muslim, Vol 1, Hadith #1094)

Question 6: If a Muslim dies with a dodgy aqeedah on a Friday, is that person protected from the punishment of the grave?
Answer 6: If a burelvi or a shia dies on a Friday they will be punished in the grave. This rule is applicable to only people on the right aqeedah. Many people die on Fridays.

Question 7: Democracy is shirk, voting is shirk , why do you give excuse for them? Where is proof?
Answer 7: There are some muslims who think am too soft on my takfir because I don’t make takfir on those who vote. You are not allowed to make takfir on them until you establish the hujjah. This is because the muslims are jaahil even the deobandis bring senators in the masjids and vote for them. So you are only allowed to make takfir after you establish the hujjah.

Whoever goes right, then he goes right only for the benefit of his ownself. And whoever goes astray, then he goes astray to his own loss. No one laden with burdens can bear another's burden. And We never punish until We have sent a Messenger (to give warning). (Al-Isra 17:15)

Ali did not make takfir on the khawarij until he sent Ibn Abbas to refute them. There is something called excuse of ignorance.

THE 13 LAWS OF NATUREhttp://www.authentictauheed.com/2011/11/222-13-laws-of-nature.html

Question 8: As there is no Daar al Islaam in the world, If a Muslim living in the west commits a major sin in particular Rape, Incest, and homosexuality, What is the appropriate action to take? Please comment on the crimes mentioned.
Answer 8: You need to make tauba (repentance) and give up your evil ways. We cannot ship you to Saudi Arabia for example to be punished.

Question 9: You said yesterday masturbation is halal according to hambali fiqh, and that sisters who are virgin are not allowed to put objects into their private parts but why would it be for sisters who are not virgin? Since i don't believe masturbation objects such as those which exist today existed during the time of imam Ahmed r.a and i believe he meant masturbation using no objects such as those that exist today and which were created by the kuffar and that would be following the ways of the kuffar into the lizard hole, since it is something they started because they are evil and immoral beyond limit
Answer 10: I agree with you that you should not masturbate with objects.

Allah's Sunnah Will Never Change [part-1]

Question 1: I believe there's a hadith where a person asks our Prophet (pbuh) if doing the minimum is enough to take him to paradise, i.e. no more than 5 salah per day. Kindly clarify if this applies to someone who ONLY PRAYS the FARD Salah (i.e. no sunnah, nafl, or witr).
Answer 1: The hadith says do you think if i should pray 5 daily prayers, treat what is halal as halal will I enter paradise? The Rasul (saw) told him yes. The man got up and said he will never add to it and neither subtract. So you will enter paradise if you do the fard only.

On the authority of Abee Abdillaah Jaabir ibn Abdillaah al-Ansaaree (may Allaah be pleased with both of them) who said: “A man asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), “Tell me if I were to perform the obligatory [prayers], fast in Ramadhaan, treat the lawful as permissible and treat the forbidden as unlawful and I do not add anything to that, would I enter Paradise?” He [the Prophet] answered “Yes”. Recorded by Muslim

Question 2: The prophet (saw) says in a hadith "the best jihad is to speak against an oppressive leader is this a contradiction when the highest deed is al qital fisabililah ?
Answer 2: There is no contradiction because when you speak the truth in front of a tyrannical ruler you are killed as a shaheed.

Question 3: Does touching your private parts invalidate wudhu and does this also include the touching of a woman's chest?
Answer 3: Touching a woman lustfully breaks your wudu. Touching yourself accidentally does not break your wudu.
Touching yourself lustfully breaks your wudu.

Question 4: What type of shubuhat is very common today, the one we should take care of, and how do we protect ourselves from it?
Answer 4: The most common shubuhat (dodgy aqeeda that leads an un-suspecting Muslim astray) is kufr duna kufr. This hadith is a weak hadith. Why do the Saudi salafi brag about knowledge and yet you quote weak hadith. The other one is democracy is Islamic. Democracy is the greatest shirk. Allah commanded us to establish shura. Next is the Prophet Muhammed is alive in his grave. Also if you commit kufr with your actions you are not a kaafir until you make it halal with your tongue, this is aqeeda of the murj'i. A man was killed for sleeping with his father's wife and he was not asked. This is because he married her making it legitimate.

Narrated By Al-Bara' ibn Azib: I met my uncle who was carrying a standard. I asked him: Where are you going? He said: The Apostle of Allah (pbuh) has sent me to a man who has married his father's wife. He has ordered me to cut off his head and take his property. [Abu Dawud, Book 33, Hadith #4442]

Yahya related to me from Malik from Muhammad ibn Abd ar-Rahman ibn Sad ibn Zurara that he had heard that Hafsa, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, killed one of her slave-girls who had used sorcery against her. She was a mudabbara. Hafsa gave the order, and she was killed. [Malik Muwatta, Book 43, Number 43.19.14]

A girl worked black magic on Hafsah and she was killed as a kaafir.

Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: “The hadd (prescribed punishment) for the practitioner of magic is a blow with the sword (i.e., execution). (Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 1460; al-Daaraqutni, 3/114; al-Haakim, 4/360; al-Bayhaqi, 8/136; see al-Silsilah al-Da’eefah, 3/641, no. 1446)

So you don’t need to tell us your kufr is halal for us to make takfeer on you. The mere act alone makes you a kaafir. Committing black magic, sleeping with your father's wife etc. The witch was killed and she was not interrogated.

Where did you get your aqeedah from?

The Saudi salafi and murj'i have this belief in order to make excuse for the apostate leaders. They spy on the muslims claiming they are spying on the khawarij. If a person should throw the Qur'an in a dustbin or urinate on it, you become a kaafir. We only make excuse of ignorance if your kufr was not clear e.g. to vote in elections. You have to give them the hujjah first because the wicked scholars tell them it’s halal. Democracy brings us bestiality. It means the government of the people for the people and by the people. It means the demons have gone crazy. In Spain you can date your sister. Democracy means the demons have gone crazy, demon-crazy.

You are extreme in your love of the shaytan. You have hatred towards the haqq. You ban everything, niqab, minerette, hijab. You lie on Allah saying He exist but beget a son.

Question 5: Sheikh said the one who commit incest is not a kafir unless he makes it legitimate and Prophet saw killed this man who slept with his step mother he was killed without investigation. Please explain.
Answer 5: This is because he married his father’s wife, by marrying his father’s wife he was making a mockery. If a man marry his sister/aunt he’s a kafir. A father sleeps with his daughter, both a killed. Shaikhs did not tell him they are kufaar. If both of them are on puberty, none raped, mad, both are killed. However, he doesn't know if incest makes you a kafir.

And marry not women whom your fathers married, except what has already passed; indeed it was shameful and most hateful, and an evil way. (An-Nisa 4:22)

Ibn Abbas reported that the Holy Prophet (saw) said, “Any man who commits the crime of incest must be put to death and any man who cohabits with an animal both him and the animal must be put to death”.  (Sunnan Ibn Majah No.2564 also Naylul Awthaar Vol. 7 pg.118)

Question 6: Is masturbation haram?
Answer 6: Someone stopped coming to this room because they were offended by Sheikh’s 2 opinions. Imam Malik said masturbation is haram.

Successful indeed are the believers. (Al-Mu'minun 23:1)
Those who offer their Salat (prayers) with all solemnity and full submissiveness. (Al-Mu'minun 23:2)
And those who turn away from Al-Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk, falsehood, and all that Allah has forbidden). (Al-Mu'minun 23:3)
And those who pay the Zakat . (Al-Mu'minun 23:4)
And those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) (Al-Mu'minun 23:5)
Except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then, they are free from blame; (Al-Mu'minun 23:6)
But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors; (Al-Mu'minun 23:7)

Muslim girls who are virgins, you cannot put objects in your private parts. Ahmed Ibn Hamble said it is allowed if you fear falling into zina.

The 10 Laws of Nature

Question 1: Shaikh are the laws of nature a part of the Shariah of Allah Ta’ala as He Allah says: “This is the established way of Allah which has occurred before. And never will you find in the way of Allah any change.” (48:23); please clarify this for those who worship nature and the duniya to make it in this worldly life alone and forget Allah and the hereafter?
Answer 1: There is no doubt that all these laws are established by Allah. He said in surah [2:251] The Rasul (saws) also said haste makes waste.

Question 2: What is meant by "opposites attract" and yet "like attracts like" are you contradicting?
Answer 2: When we say opposites attracts we mean male attract female. The opposite sexes and races attract. You are not allowed to be attracted by the same sex. Abu Bakr RA said if the story of Soddom was not explained in the Qur'an he would not have imagined it. The unlike poles of magnet attract and the 2 like poles of the magnet repel. Another law says like personalities attract. If a man is compatible with a woman he will marry her. Nobody wants to marry a person who contradicts everything he says. Allah said this in the Qur'an so there is no contradiction. Brothers and sisters panic if they know they are not compatible with someone. Life is stressful and nobody wants to marry someone they are not compatible with.

Question 3: Which is more serious crime in Islaam, Incest, Rape or Homosexuality?
Answer 3: These things are not the same. Rape and incest don’t make you a kaafir but homosexuality makes you a kaafir. Incest is having sex with your mahrams. It only makes you a kaafir if you make it legitimate. A gay is a kaafir and is not prayed upon neither is he buried in our buried grounds. There is nothing like gay Muslim.

Question 4: You mentioned that when we eat haram products our dua’a will not be answered, is it possible that some filthy jews and some filthy kafirs laced products with haram in order to make the Muslims’ du’as not to be answered, like what is happening in Holland banning halal meat, and will Allah answer our dua’a if we do not know even after sincere research of the source of the product?
Answer 4: Yes this is hadith no.10 of Imam Nawawi. The only time your dua is not answered is when you eat the haram deliberately. Allah said in surah [6:121]. That if we follow the pagans and eat the dead meat we will become pagans like them. the hadith said Allah forgives my ummah for the mistakes they commit. so if you did not know then this is a mistake and you dua will be accepted. If you drink alcohol your salah is rejected for 40 days.

Eat not (O believers) of that (meat) on which Allāh's Name has not been pronounced (at the time of the slaughtering of the animal), for sure it is Fisq (a sin and disobedience of Allāh). And certainly, the Shayātin (devils) do inspire their friends (from mankind) to dispute with you, and if you obey them [by making AlMaytatah (a dead animal) legal by eating it], then you would indeed be Mushrikûn (polytheists) [because they (devils and their friends) made lawful to you to eat that which Allāh has made unlawful to eat and you obeyed them by considering it lawful to eat, and by doing so you worshipped them, and to worship others besides Allāh is polytheism]. [Al-An'am 6:121]

Question 5: I live in the Heathrow area. If I travel to Central London Mosque Baker Street/Regents Park can I join and shorten my salah ? (e.g. 2 Zuhr + 2 Asr)  Also I was told it is not permissible to have your sleeves rolled up your arms during Salah. Is that correct?
Answer 5: This is hahafi fiqh. they don’t allow you to pray in short sleeves. Your salah in short sleeves is accepted. If you travel from one town to the other you can shortened your salah.

Surah Al-kafh [part-2]

Question 1: Do we have to recite the whole of surah kahf or some of it?
Answer 1:  The first 10 verses are sufficient to save you from the fitnah of the Dajjal. You read the surah before the imam goes on the mimbar.

Question 2: I would like to ask the shaikh to recommend 5 countries to make hijra to.
Answer 2: Maybe you will not like them. Brunei, it is a rich country. A Muslim country and the king is planning to implement shariah. The king of Brunei does not want Allah to ask him on the day of judgement. Makkah and Madina, Malaysia, etc.

BRUNEI:  www.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islam_in_Brunei

Question 3: In the Tafseer of ayah 14 of Al-Khaf, did the young men proclaim all the branches of Tauheed openly to their people?
Answer 3: The branches of tauheed are in surah [18:26]. It has tauheed haakimiyyah. Surah [18:38] talks about tauheed rububiyyah and Surah [18:110] talks about tauheed uluhiyyah.

And He makes none to share in His Decision and His Rule." (Al-Kahf 18:26)

"But as for my part (I believe) that He is Allah, my Lord and none shall I associate as partner with my Lord. (Al-Kahf 18:38)

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I am only a man like you. It has been inspired to me that your Ilah (God) is One Ilah (God i.e. Allah). So whoever hopes for the Meeting with his Lord, let him work righteousness and associate none as a partner in the worship of his Lord." (Al-Kahf 18:110)

All the tauheeds are here separated. They are not slided under one another. To do this is an act of deception.

Question 4: Shaykh what do you think about Eragdon of turkey he seems to be a sincere Muslim but he is not strong enough to establish or call for shariah in his country because the kuffar army and elite of turkey would imprison or kill him. What do you think about us respecting and viewing him as a muslims since there is no shariah in turkey?
Answer 4: This person is the most popular Muslim leader in the world because he walked out of the talk with the Israeli minister. So he got a hero’s welcome when he returned to Turkey. The Turkish army is a free mason army so this president is trapped. If he wants to implement the sharia the army will take him out. His wife and daughters wear the hijab and he needs to come out of the system. He is a part of Nato and sends troops to Afghanistan. This is done by the army not the president.

Question 5: Shaikh recently Omar Bakri was saying that u can’t make chain takfir on ordinary shias. However, heretics such as shias and barelvies who have major kufr and shirk as part of their creed, should be deprived from giving the excuse of ignorance and declared as infidels and apostates of deen at face value, because we don't have time and resource to interview every individual heretic?
Answer 5: The shia and burelvis are original kaafirs. To pray salah behind them is baatil and
Shaikh Omar did make takfir on Nasrullah and he is even going to court re: this next week. There is no difference between them and the Christians and the Jews.

Question 6: What does Sheikh Faisal say about the raid of brother Anjem’s house?
Answer 6: It means the COS is a myth and the white man does not believe in freedom of speech. that he is a dictator. The COS is for prostitutes. Those who preach the COS believe that even if their mothers are raped it still exist. Those who preach this have wahn in their hearts.

Tafseer Surah Al-Kahf [part-1]

Question 1: Shaikh we know one of the 10 nullifiers of Islam is to believe another shariah other than the shariah of Muhammad (s.a.w.). There are millions of so called Muslims who believe in the satanic creed of democracy. Can the excuse of ignorance be given to them or they made takfir on themselves by accepting the religion of Iblis.
Answer 1: There is no doubt democracy is the religion of iblis, will you believe in Islam or democracy? The Muslims who believe in democracy have left Islam.

Answer 2: This incident took place in Turkey. It took place 500 years after Jesus.

Question 4: Shaikh you said that the pet dog is makruh. If this is so, why did Rasoolullah (saw) say that if anyone kept a dog without a valid reason (i.e. pet) he will lose so much of his reward. I can't remember how much of the reward each day, wouldn't this saying of the Prophet s.a.w. make it haraam to have a dog as a pet?
Answer 4: The word haraam is too strong. It is better to say makrooh, a pet dog is makrooh. A guard dog is permissible as well as a hunting dog but we can keep cats.

Question 5: Imran Hussein used the hadith in sahih muslim of the hole being opened and yayuj and majoj are released today is this correct? [18:99] On that day We shall leave them to surge like waves on one another. Who are these people?
Answer 5: Yajug and majuj have not been released yet. They will be released after the return of Jesus. Take time to learn your deen. The Gog and Magog will come after Jesus. He is coming to slay them.       http://www.authentictauheed.com/2011/10/211-empire-strikes-back.html

Surah An-Naml [part-4]

Question 1: Shaikh is it mandatory in Islam that a scholar must have a sanad to be a bofied scholar?
Answer 1:  The scholars in Saudi Arabia have a sanad that goes back to Rasul (saw). As long as he took his knowledge from a bornified scholar that’s fine. For a scholar to be bornified, his aqeeda, fiqh and manhaj have to be bornified.

Question 2: Shaikh I live with kaafir parents who buy me Christmas presents on christmas day and I accept these gifts for three years. I never knew it was kufr to accept them I only thought it was kufr to give them gifts on their festivals. I only found out its kufr to receive in the dars tonight and I’m a revert. I took my shahadah three years ago.
Answer 2: I told you some scholars have the view you can accept those gifts. Ali accepted a gift from a fire worshipper on the day of his festival.

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: As for accepting a gift from them on the day of their festival, we have quoted above that ‘Ali ibn Abi Taalib was brought a gift on the occasion of Nayrooz and he accepted it.

Question 3: The person who did not know fiqh till tonight, is not responsible for not knowing, correct?
Answer 3:  No you can’t hold him responsible.

Tafseer Surah an-Naml [part-3]

Question 1: If I'm about to embark on a long journey, is it permissible to join Zuhr & Asr at home before leaving? Otherwise if I return at maghrib, I'll miss Asr.
Answer 1: You can but you have to do 8 rakah. 4 dhur 4 asr. You don’t pray sunnah between them. We join prayers before dars sometime. When you join the prayers you don’t pray sunnah between them, its biddah. When you join the prayers it’s to make life easier for you. You are allowed to join the prayers at home when you are busy and when you are travelling.

Question 2: Can you please explain a little about free-mixing, and if we're able to go to families home where the men and women are not in separate, but we're not separate when we go shoppig or to work so please elaborate
Answer 2: Some cultures do not have men and women sitting together. In Saudi they don’t sit together. The Sudanese sit in same room , large room, but not side by side. These are both halal but you must cover properly, and not uncover niqab or hijab. You must respect your husband gheerah.

Question 3: If I borrow somebody £4.50 and they give me back a £5 note- is the extra 50p riba?
Answer 3: It can be riba, or it can be a gift. You have to ask the intention of the person. The Islamic scholars say: when you put money in banks and you see interest added on to the money, some scholars say that this money is not ribaa, it’s a gift. You didn’t ask for the extra money as ribaa, because they used your money and gave you a gift to thank you. Concerning the money that comes from bank as a gift: (that which is not ribaa) you are not allowed to eat from it. You can only pay things like car tax etc.

Question 4: Do we have any evidence on when monarchy/kingship first ever started? If so, how did it start?
Answer 4: Kings were allowed in the past before Islam  but Muawiyah was the first Muslim king.

Tafseer Surah Al-Naml [part-2]

Question 1: How did the hoopoe know for a fact that Nabi Suliman did not know about Sheba in Yemen? Is it because if he (Suliman) alayhi salaam knew of disbelieving nations that he would of do Jihad or invite them to Islam?
Answer 1: That’s because the Hoopi was intelligent and it had proper aqeedah.

Question 2: Can a woman be a governor of a state although we know that she cannot be the Khalifah?
Answer 2: A woman can be a governor of a state but not the khalif. And this opinion is even controversial. Some say she can be a minister. Second opinion is she can be the governor of a state but not over all khalif. The latter is the correct opinion. the hadith says any civilization that a woman is the head of it won’t prosper.

Question 3: A salafi made a comment that in certain circumstances it would be better to have US forces ruling a Muslim land rather than an Ashaira takeover (i.e. if there was good reason to believe that the Ashaira would oppress the Salafis and force them to abandon their beliefs for instance). What shall I tell him?
Answer 3: Say to him the salafi is a khawarij that’s why he made that statement. The army that conquered Constantinople was Ashaira. You are allowed to pray behind an ashaira but not behind a US kaafir leader. Abu Khadija said he never heard about Affia Siddiqi.

Question 4: I've noticed the shahada slightly differing in the way it is said. Is there a hujjah on how to exactly give the shahada?
Answer 4: As long as the person testifies that nothing deserves to be worshipped but Allah and that Muhammed is his last prophet and messenger. With these 2 conditions the shahadah is perfect.

Question 5: Shaykh we know homosexuals are infidels and there is no such a thing as a 'gay muslim'.  However, I would like to clarify the Islamic shariah punishment for child abusers and pedophiles because before Afghanistan became an Islamic state, this Muslim country was infested with rapists and child abusers. Hence, Ameerul Mumineen Mullah Omar (RA) and other senior Islamic scholars of the shurah council of the islamic emirate of Afghanistan decided to punish pedophiles by either shooting them dead or hanging them as kafirs due to their abhorrent crime. Do you think this method of punishment and killing child predators and pedophiles as kafirs is in conjunction with Quran and Sunnah?
Answer 5: The only time you can call a pedophile kaafir is when he does a homosexual act with the child. You kill him if the child dies as a result of the molestation because it is also murder. You kill him if he molest his own daughter or sister or niece. This is because it is pedophile plus incest. If he did not kill the child but loses her virginity then you ask for compensation. If the pedophile was raped then he has to die but if the child submitted her body then you lock him up in prison for a year and he pays compensation.
-pedophilie + homosexuality
-pedophilie + incest
-peophilie + murder
These conditions above warrant killing the pedophile
If the paedophile is married you have to kill him because that was adultery

You kill the pedophile if he was married because then he has committed adultery.

Tafseer Surah An-Naml [part-2]

Question 1: Salaam.  Sportswear such as 'Puma' has a logo of an animal on the clothing.  Is it ok to wear such T-shirts or Track-suits during salah ?
Answer 1: If there are no eyes displayed you can wear it. It is only haram if eyes are displayed.

Question 2: A while back i heard a lecture by somebody and he was saying that Ibn Qayyum r.a said that you are not allowed to eat the food of those who don't pray and are its haram to live under one roof with them, and if you do then expect the punishment of Allah or the wrath to come down upon you too?  Is there hujja for that, since i live with my family and they are kafirs?
Answer 2: This was the personal ijtihad of ibn Qayyim and whenever people make such claims ask them for takhreej (reference). This applies to the murtads (apostates) not christians who are classified as original kaafirs.

Question 3: Is there any punishment for the one that doesn’t do Udhiya?
Answer 3: The salah for eid is fard. Those who say so are weak in fiqh. Why? When eid clashes with jumuah it cancels Jumuah. So eid salah is mandatory. Some of us will be slaughtering for eid. If you make your intentions to do so now you are not allowed to clip your nails. Shave your hair and it applies to you even if you are not in hajj. You should remain in this state until the animal is slaughtered. This is what the scholars say because you are going to slaughter you should behave just like the people in hajj. Eid being fard is the madhab of Abu Haneefa and ibn Taymiyya. And it is the correct opinion.

Shaikh-ul-Islaam Ibn Taymeeyah said:" And consequently we have deemed as being the strongest opinion that the 'Eid ul-Fitr prayer is obligatory upon all individuals. Like the opinion of Aboo Haneefah Refer to Hashiyah ibn 'Aabideen (2/166) and that which comes after it.

In Sunan Aboo Dawood (1072), Musannaf of Abdur-Razzaq (no.5725) with an authentic chain of narration from Ibn Zubair that he said: "Two 'Eids coincided on the same day and so "I witnessed Mu'aaweeyah ibn Abee - Have you witnessed the coinciding of two 'Eids on the same day with the Prophet (SAW)? He replied: Yes. So he said: What did he do? He replied: He (SAW) prayed 'Eid ul-Fitr and then gave permission not to pray Jum'ah, and said: 'He amongst you who desires to pray them, pray'" Ahmad 4/372

Also the tafseer of surah Kawthar

Verily, We have granted you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) Al-Kauthar (a river in Paradise); (Al-Kawthar 108:1)

Therefore turn in prayer to your Lord and sacrifice (to Him only). (Al-Kawthar 108:2)
For he who makes you angry (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)), - he will be cut off (from every good thing in this world and in the Hereafter). (Al-Kawthar 108:3)

If you fast on the day of Arafat all your past sins are forgiven for 1 year prior and after and this is for those not on hajj. You only fast one day even though it will be on a Saturday. For Yawmul Ashura you fast 2 days but for Arafat you don’t.

Question 4: If you forget to recite the first two rakah of Maghrib/Isha out loud, is the salah nullified?
Answer 4: Your salah is still valid because this act is sunnah. It is not a fard aspect of salah. The fard aspect are the place has to be clean, face the qiblah etc. You don’t need to repeat your salah if you do this.

Question 5: What about if they were raised to believe they are muslim but they have no tauheed? Is this considered that they were never muslim, or apostates?
Answer 5: The burelvis believe that Rasul (saw) is nur and not bashar. The qadiyyani believer there is a Prophet after Muhammmed. They are called the kaafir usli but the ashaira are not kuffar and the maaturudee. So when a shia wants to be muslim he has to take his shahada.

Question 6: What about if she is in iddah, waiting period after divorce or widowed from khullah. Can she still go to the prayer (Eid), or better to stay home?
Answer 6: Even if you are you should go. Iddah for khula is one menstruation. It’s 3 menstruations if it is a talaq, so you have to go even menstruating women were ask to go for eid even though they will not pray.

Umm Atiyah reported: "The Messenger of Allah (saw) commanded us to bring out on Eid ul-Fitr-al-Fitr and Eid ul-Fitr-al-Adha, young women, hijab-observing adult women and the menstruating women. [Muslim]

Question 7: Shaikh, What is your opinion on Imran Nazar Hussein? Is his Aqeedah Sahih and what is his Madhaj. Also are Muslims allowed to take any aspects of deen from him?
Answer 7: His manhaj is a murtazila and claims Gog and Magog are already on earth. This is not true because imam Mahdi and Jesus have to come first and we know these people have not come yet. Imam Mahdi will not come from khurasan but the dajjal. Imran Hussein also believes that the sun will not rise from the west. He studied in Pakistan and I’m not saying bad things about the country but it’s not the best place to study as well as India. Rasul (saw) said we have to wait for Jesus to come before the Gog and Magog. he will make a dua for Allah to destroy them and acid rain will fall on them and they will die and the people will complain about their stench and Jesus will pray again. am afraid Imran Hussein is wrong in these matters. People are attached to him because like conspiracy theory. The prophet (saw) said in the last days people will like to listen to liars.

The Prophet said, 'The time of the Dajjal will be years of confusion. People will believe a liar, and disbelieve one who tells the truth. (Ahmad)

People find dodgy aqeeda exciting. He also believes in jihad nafs jihad akbar and this is a fabricated hadith.

"We have come back from the minor jihad to the major one" someone asked: "What is the major Jihad O Messenger of Allah?" he replied: "Jihad of the nafs," (This report, collected by Bayhaqi is fabricated as mentioned in Mannaar as-Subl of Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah)

Ibn Taiymiyyah said in Al-Furqan PP. 44-45: "This hadith has no sources and nobody whomsoever in the field of Islamic knowledge has narrated it. Jihad against the disbelievers is the most noble of actions and moreover it is the most important action for the mankind."

People like when you lie to them, this hadith is a big lie.

Abu Sa’eed Khudri (RA) reported from the Prophet (saw) that he said, ‘Indeed, the mightiest of jihad is a just word before a tyrant king.” [Tirmidhi 2181, Abu Dawud 4344, Ibn Majah 4011]

The Prophet (saw) said the greatest jihad is to speak the truth in front of a tyrannical ruler and the tabligue jamaat quote the weak hadith in their masjid everyday. They don’t pay attention to mostalah hadith.

Ibn Abbas (RA) narrated that the Prophet (saw) said, “Guard against narrating hadith from me except what you know definitely. He who forges a lie against me deliberately must find his seat in the Fire.” [Tirmidhi 2960, Ahmed 2675]

Question 8: Shaikh what is the ruling on piercing for sisters such as the belly button is this allowed?
Answer 8: The belly button is allowed if the husband agrees. According to shariah everything is allowed until proven otherwise. Even piercing the nose is allowed.

Question 9: What should you tell a brother who refuses to follow a school of thought to get Ilm and he says that’s not needed. He can just read the hadith and understand them?
Answer 9: This person is proud and arrogant. Anyone without a shaikh will have shaytan as his shaikh. It’s compulsory for you to have a mufti to explain to you and shop around for correct fatwas. When shaikh was doing tafseer surah 27 he saw an ayat and he didn’t know the meaning, so he had to go and research with ibn kathir.
Blessed is whosoever is in the fire, and whosoever is round about it! And glorified be Allah, the Lord.

Tafseer Surah An-Naml

Question 1: Assalamu Alaikum Shaikh, what is the Sharh of the hadith that says women lack in Deen & Aql? Do all women lack in Deen and Aql or the majority of them? Nowadays, many women are in medecine, engineering, law, and other reputable fields in universities, at times at a greater number than men. In some parts of the world, we find more practicing sisters than brothers.
Answer 1 : This hadith is only when she is menstruating not in ALL cases.

Question 2: Is it makruh to have dogs as pets or haram?
Answer 2: It is Makruh, you can have guard dogs and hunting dogs.

Question 3: Kindly advice regarding the right index finger during the tashahud.  Does it wag, rotate, or just pop up during the shahada ?
Answer 3: The finger should be kept steady not moving. It is weird to waggle the finger. The scholars say the hadith about waggling the finger is sharz, weird. We also say Assalam 'alan nabi not Assalamu Alaika. This is the new tashahhud in Muslim from ibn Masood.

Imam Nawawi mentions in the Majmu‘ (3.454) from Abu Dawud and others with a sound chain of narrators on the authority Abdullah Ibn Az-Zubayr, that he described the prayer of the Prophet (Allah bless him and grant him peace) by saying, “He would point with his finger while supplicating without moving it.” As for what is present in the narration that mentions, that he (Allah bless him and grant him peace) “used to move it”, the expression, “move it is an unreliable anomalous (Ar. shadhdh) narration because the narrator who relates [this Hadith] on the authority of the Companion Wael Ibn Hujr (Allah be pleased with him) contradicts everyone else who narrated from him.

Narrated Ibn Mas'ud Allah's Apostle taught me the Tashah-hud as he taught me a Sura from the Quran, while my hand was between his hands. (Tashah-hud was) all the best compliments and the prayers and the good things are for Allah. Peace and Allah's Mercy and Blessings be on you, O Prophet! Peace be on us and on the pious slaves of Allah, I testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and I also testify that Muhammad is Allah's slave and His Apostle. (We used to recite this in the prayer) during the lifetime of the Prophet, but when he had died, we used to say, "Peace be on the Prophet."  Bukhari -Volume 8, Book 74, Number 281

Question 5: You stated that prostitutes are victims of the system. I’m from Toronto and prostitution is growing heavily. What should Muslims do to help them should we give them dawah?
Answer 5: Yes you are not allowed to condemn the prostitutes. You condemn the regimes. There is no sharia and so this needs to be implemented. The saitanic regimes turn this women into prostitutes. Shaikh was in one country and he was told the Muslims there give neither Zakat nor sadaqah. You can’t call a prostitute a kaafir because in the time of Musa a prostitute went to jannah. She did fornication not shirk so there is hope for them.

Tafsir Surah Mulk [part-3]

Question 1: Please repeat  the 2nd tafseer for Surah Al-Mulk 67:12.
Answer 1: First tafsir: You fear Allah even though you cannot see Allah. All these things are ghaib: hell, angels, punishment of grave, and of course Allah. A real believer is a person who believes in al-ghaib. In Surah Baqarah, Allah said in surah  [2:3].

Who believe in the Ghaib and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and spend out of what we have provided for them [i.e. give Zakat , spend on themselves, their parents, their children, their wives, etc., and also give charity to the poor and also in Allah's Cause - Jihad, etc.]. [Al-Baqarah 2:3]

Those who are the people of taqwa are those who believe in al-ghaib. We don’t believe in the theory: "seeing is believing" We don’t see Allah, yet we believe in Allah. As far as the Rasool (saws) is concerned and all the messengers/prophets, they are all ghaib (unseen).

Anas Ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (May Allah exalt his mention and protect him from imperfection) said: I wish that I could meet my brothers. The Sahabah asked: Are we not your brothers? He replied: You are my companions, but my brothers are those who will believe in me without having seen me. (Ahmed)

The second tafsir for this ayah: is that when you are alone you lock yourself in a room and make dhikr, remembering Allah until you cry. We never met the prophet in real life: we heard about him. Yet we believe in the prophet, therefore we are the brothers of the prophet Muhammad salaAllahu alayhi wasalam. You will get a lot of reward for believing in Muhammad, as you died without seeing him. He is Ghaib (Unseen). May Allah unite us with our prophet in Jannah. Ameen.

Question 2: Is there a difference between a 'test' & a ‘punishment’?  Or are they the same? Sometimes the 'test' brothers / sisters experience are so excruciatingly unbearable, one wonders if it's a punishment?
Answer 2: A test is not a punishment always. When Allah blesses you with wealth, it’s a test. When the two angels came harut and marut, they said they came as a test (fitnah). This knowledge could have been used for good or bad.

but neither of these two (angels) taught anyone (such things) till they had said, "We are only for trial, so disbelieve not (by learning this magic from us)." And from these (angels) people learn that by which they cause separation between man and his wife, but they could not thus harm anyone except by Allah's Leave. And they learn that which harms them and profits them not. And indeed they knew that the buyers of it (magic) would have no share in the Hereafter. And how bad indeed was that for which they sold their ownselves, if they but knew. [Al-Baqarah 2:102]

It was a test. The people used the magic to break up man and wife etc. They failed the test miserably, they prefered to use the knowledge for bad. Allah can test you with Islamic knowledge. Will you use it for good to unite the ummah, or are you going to cement the thrones of the apostate leaders? Every barakah ALLAH gives you is a test. Allah said You will be asked about all the pleasures you had in life, youth, body, wealth, knowledge etc. A test can be a means to elevate a person. when Allah loves a servant He tests you. The more Allah loves you the harder the test is. Whenever Allah loves you He tests you.

Question 3: Can u provide a reference for the hadith of Aisha about why earthquakes occur.
Anwer 3: Aisha said Earthquakes occur because of zina and khamr.

Those present said, "And in our Najd, O Messenger of God!" Ibn Umar said that he thought that he said on the third occasion: "Earthquakes and dissensions (fitnah) are there, and there shall arise the horn of the devil." (Sahih al-Bukhari). And it is significant that almost uniquely among the lands of Islam, Najd has never produced scholars of any repute. Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “In this ummah there will be punishments of earthquakes, showers of stones and deformity (transformation into animals); that will be when the people drink khamr, listen to female singers and play musical instruments.” (See Al-Silsilah Al-Sahihah, 2203; attributed to Ibn Abi’l-Dunyaa, Dhamm Al-Malaahi; the hadith was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, no.

Tafseer Surah Mulk [part-2]

Question 1: If someone says he is not a Muslim in anger, is his shahadah annulified?
Answer 1: Yes, the shahadah is nullified. We can't say I’m not a Muslim in joke or in anger. His Shahadah is nullified but he can make Tawbah to come back to the Deen. You cannot play with your Deen.

If you ask them (about this), they declare: "We were only talking idly and joking." Say: "Was it at Allah, and His Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and His Messenger (SAW) that you were mocking?" [At-Tawbah 9:65]
Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after you had believed. If We pardon some of you, We will punish others amongst you because they were Mujrimûn (disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, criminals, etc.). [At-Tawbah 9:66]

Question 2: Shaikh what is the significance of Dhul Hijjah & are Muslims encouraged to fast the first 9 days Insha'Allah?
Answer 2: The day you are supposed to fast is the 9th of Dhul Hijjah and your sins of the previous year will be forgiven. Do not fast the 10th of Dhul Hijjah because it is Eid al-Adha.

And perform properly (i.e. all the ceremonies according to the ways of Prophet Muhammad), the Hajj and 'Umrah (i.e. the pilgrimage to Makkah) for Allah. But if you are prevented (from completing them), sacrifice a Hady (animal, i.e. a sheep, a cow, or a camel, etc.) such as you can afford, and do not shave your heads until the Hady reaches the place of sacrifice. And whosoever of you is ill or has an ailment in his scalp (necessitating shaving), he must pay a Fidyah (ransom) of either observing Saum (fasts) (three days) or giving Sadaqah (charity - feeding six poor persons) or offering sacrifice (one sheep). Then if you are in safety and whosoever performs the 'Umrah in the months of Hajj, before (performing) the Hajj, (i.e. Hajj-at-Tamattu' and Al-Qiran), he must slaughter a Hady such as he can afford, but if he cannot afford it, he should observe Saum (fasts) three days during the Hajj and seven days after his return (to his home), making ten days in all. This is for him whose family is not present at Al-Masjid-al-Haram (i.e. non-resident of Makkah). And fear Allah much and know that Allah is Severe in punishment. [Al-Baqarah 2:196]

Question 3: The sheikh said if someone asks, “Where was Allah before he created the throne?” That we should say Allahu Alim (Allah knows best). In the story of creation by Ibn Kathir it speaks of Rasulul (saw) being asked about where was Allah before creation of the throne and He said in ama' something like smoke...cloud something in comprehensible to men, when debating suffis and shias should we say this or just say Allahu Alim
Answer 3: It’s better for you to say "Allahu Alim" because we don’t know the strength of the hadith. The deviants will ridicule your answer so do not commit yourself to one.

Question 4: What’s the reason and history behind fasting the 10 days.
Answer 4: The 9th of Dhul Hijjah is the day of fast and the sins of your precious year will be forgiven & sins of the coming year will be forgiven.

Question 5: How to concentrate on seeking dunya knowledge when seeking deen knowledge more important?
Answer 5: You must balance the two because we are a balanced Ummah, not everyone can be a Shaikh, we need doctors & engineers.

Tafseer Surak Mulk [part-1]

Question 1: Omar Bakri believes and preaches covenant of security (COS), he has three hour lecture on it, have you ever spoken to him?
Answer1: The mujahideen have released a statement refuting the covenant of security and no one in their right mind believes in it. Only the munafiqhs (hypocrites) want to march and protest but not do jihad. Munafiqhs believe in the covenant of security. As for shaikh bakri, we say Allahu alam (Allah knows best). The people who believe in the COS call for Shari’ah in darul harb but we're to call for tawheed in darul harb. We can't call the people of the UK to take shariah becacuse they don't even believe in tawheed.

See the unjustmedia.com

" We're not sure if that link is from the mujahideen."

Narrated By Ibn Abbas: When the Prophet sent Muadh to Yemen, he said to him, "You are going to a nation from the people of the Scripture, so let the first thing to which you will invite them, be the Tauhid of Allah. If they learn that, tell them that Allah has enjoined on them, five prayers to be offered in one day and one night. And if they pray, tell them that Allah has enjoined on them Zakat of their properties and it is to be taken from the rich among them and given to the poor. And if they agree to that, then take from them Zakat but avoid the best pro poerty of the people."
[Sahih Bukhari, Vol 9, Book 93, Hadith #469]

Question 2: Regarding Al-Mulk 67:3 stating that there is no fault in Allah's Creation.. Some kuffar state that deformed and handicapped people contradict this verse. What's the best response insh'allah?
Anwser 2: When Allah said there's no flaws in His creation, He meant those who were not born deformed. Some are born with two heads [animals, such as snakes] or conjoined twins in their heads.

Question 3: An imam said you can become a police officer in USA, this is incorrect right? And can this imam be trusted?
Answer 3: Some imams believe in democracy. Some give allegiance to ANC. They don't know about kufr bit-taghoot (rejecting the false deities). They don't know democracy is the greatest shirk.

Question 4: Can we take knowledge from Omar Bakri?
Answer 4: We can take the good from him but not the COS. The 4 great imams said we're not to call for shariah in darul harb. You cannot take his manhaj to call for shariah in dar ul harb. There is ijma among the 4 great imams that says you cannot call for shariah in dar ul harb.

And if they agree to that, then take from them Zakat but avoid the best property of the people."
[Sahih Bukhari, Vol 9, Book 93, Hadith #469]

and in it was mentioned Paradise and the Fire. When the people embraced Islam, the Verses regarding legal and illegal things were revealed. If the first thing to be revealed was: 'Do not drink alcoholic drinks.' people would have said, 'We will never leave alcoholic drinks,' and if there had been revealed, 'Do not commit illegal sexual intercourse, 'they would have said, 'We will never give up illegal sexual intercourse.'  [Bukhari : book 61 :  # 515]

How to Make Hajj

Question 1: Can you touch your wife; for example help her make tawaf by holding her hands as it’s very crowded?
Answer 1: You can hold her hand but you cannot cuddle or kiss her. You can hold her hand out of fear that you may lose her.

Question 2: Can you make Qurbani for people that are dead and make tawaf and hajj for dead?
Answer 2: You can make Hajj & Qurbani for the dead. Only a Hajji someone who has already performed hajj can make Hajj on behalf of the old, dead, and sick.

Question 3: To make hajj is an act of ibadah and I thought act of ibadah you don’t add if Rasool (saws) or His companions (ra) did not do it? So I am a little confused when Shaikh said you can make hajj via professional hajjis since there is nothing preventing it, but the Question is did Prophet or Sahaba did this or not?
Answer 3: According to Usul ul Fiqh, everything is halal until proven haraam. There is nothing in Qur'an or hadith saying that helping out a person who cannot perform Hajj is haram. Hajj is something which you owe to Allah.

“He who possess enough food for the trip, a means of transportation to reach to Makkah, and yet does not perform Hajj, then he dies, he would then die as a Jew or a Christian” (At-Tirmithi, Al-Bazzaar, and others).

Tafseer Surah Falaq

Question1: If we see magic being performed and this person is performing magic how do we stop him also how can u tell if something or someone is a jinn what are the signs?
Answer 1: 12 signs are in the notes. They utter words of Kufr & Shirk. They do not take showers and they do eat a lot.

Question 2: I have noticed during dawah that people of other madhab turn a blind eye towards salafis. What do you think is the reason for that? People are not willing to listen to any hujjah, not all but most of them, they will say you are salafi and I’m hanafi..etc.
Answer 2: People practice rigidity in their Madhab, its "Assabiyyah" with their school of thoughts. They lack sincerity

Question 3: Why do women not wear niqaab in Hajj?
Answer 3: Women are not allowed to wear niqaab in Hajj because it is Sunnah and not Fard.

Question 4: Sheikh what is your advice to a woman whose husband has asked her to wear niqaab but she refuses?
Answer 4: You sort out your differences before you get married. Every sensible woman will ask the important questions regarding her before she accepts the proposal. For you to marry & argue about niqaab afterwards is wrong. And you must obey your husband.

Question 5: Shaykh how do you cure the one who cannot have intercourse with his wife due to black magic?
Answer 5: The 7 steps are in the notes (Black magic):
Recite Surah al-Fatiha, Ayatul Kursi, the 3 Quls, 2:285-286, Surah al-Jinn and "A'udhubi kalimatillahi at-tamma min sharri ma khalaq"

Tafseer Ayat Al-Kursi

Question 1: My question to brother Shaikh Faisal (zabiha Eid) is it farz for every Muslim, if he does not do zabiha is ok or he has to?
Answer 1: The Eid salah is fard but to make slaughter (sacrifice) is sunnah .

Shaikh-ul-Islaam Ibn Taymeeyah said:"...and consequently we have deemed as being the strongest opinion that the 'Eid ul-Fitr prayer is obligatory upon all individuals. Like the opinion of Aboo Haneefah Refer to Hashiyah ibn 'Aabideen (2/166) and that which comes after it

The Eid salah cancels out the jumuah.  Eid is fardh on women also even menstruating women must witness the Eid. You pray in a park open area not in a masjid. In Europe, the weather may be cold, you can therefor pray in the masjid. The sunnah is to pray the eid salah in a park.

Question 2: Assalamu Alaikum shaikh please can you explain what the dress code of women in front of their mahrams is?
Answer 2: Your uncle, father, brother, step father, father in law are all mahram. You are allowed to wear short sleeved dresses and dresses to your knees in front of your mahram, Your foster son is also your mahram from breast feeding.

Question 3: Shaikh what is the aqeedah of the ashaaira in regards to the Kursi?
Answer 3: They say that the Arsh and the Kursi is not literal. They say it means the Glory of Allah. Ibn Abaas said the kursi is the footstool of Allah. If these strong angels shall carry the Arsh on Judgement Day, how can you say it’s not a concrete noun? Their aqeedah contradicts the Quran.

And the angels will be on its sides, and eight angels will, that Day, bear the Throne of your Lord above them. [Al-Haqqah 69:17]

Question 4: Sheikh who are the maudoodis and what is their aqeeda all about?
Answer 4: They are similar to the asharia, so when you refute the asharia, it is the same as refuting the maudoodis etc .

Tafseer of Surah al-Kafiroon

Question 1: If a boy is 5 years old and you call him to pray, Is it ok if he follows you without wudu?
Answer 1: Teach the children how to make Wudhu at age 7. Similarly teach them how to pray at age 7.

Question 2: What is the best way to deal with anger at the narrow concerns of people, especially if it is directed at your family and it affects what you are allowed to do? They encourage you to learn dunya knowledge but put so many hurdles to learning deen? Is this kind of anger wrong?
Answer 2: At times your family will prevent you from studying Deen because it might not get you that much money but when you are an adult, you can study whatever you wish. It is best for you to leave home if you can to avoid conflicts.

O you who believe! Verily, among your wives and your children there are enemies for you (i.e. may stop you from the obedience of Allah), therefore beware of them! But if you pardon (them) and overlook, and forgive (their faults), then verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. [At-Taghabun 64:14]

Question 3: What is the evidence for being able to lie to the kuffaar? When I mentioned it to someone they said 'why is it that Muhammad (saw) was known as the 'truthful'?
Answer 3: War is deception and the Kuffar have launched wars against the Muslims.

Narrated Ka'b ibn Malik: When the Prophet (SAW) intended to go on an expedition, he always pretended to be going somewhere else, and he would say: "War is deception".
[Abu Dawud 2629, Tirmidhi 1681, Ahmed 14312]

Mad dogs of the Middle East

Question 1: Ya shaikh you mentioned in tafsir of surah Asr that you are in khusr if your aqeeda is wrong and also your fiqh so what is correct approach to fiqh can u give me resources?
Answer 1: The best Madhab is the Hanbali Madhab. The second best in accuracy is the Shafi'i, then the Maaliki, and last comes the Hanafi Madhab. Imam Ahmed memorized a million ahadith with the chains of transmission. We must go along with the Hujjah from Quran wa Sunnah nad not be fanatical about the Madhab we follow.

Question 2: With Gadhafi dead and the third to fall, what do we say to doubters who say the mujahideen in Libya are sell outs and puppets of the Nato crusaders I mean I used to be confused about this for a while because people were saying different things but i still made dua for the brothers also what is the next thing the brothers in Libya should do now?
Answer 2: The next thing for the brothers in Libya is to implement the Shari'ah now that Ghaddafi is gone. The people who live in comfort and ctritisize the Mujahidden that is a sign if nifaaq. Umar sought help from the Christians to conquer Persia. If Shari'ah is not implemented, the revolution was in vain.

Question 3: Shaikh what about the two mad kings of the middle east from KSA nad Jordan, they are also the two biggest partners of the mad dogs of the West War on Islam and Muslims?
Answer 3: The Americans go to KSA to fill their tanks and then kill Muslims. KSA are the big guys that are with the Crusaders. Bahrain and Kuwait are not significant. House of Saud are from the Banu Qaynuqa (a Jewish Tribe).

Question 4: Sheikh do u know that the Sultan in Brunei has commanded his people to implement Sharia. He says he doesn’t want the punishment of Allah to befall them. My question is, if Brunei and or Libya implements Sharia would this override making hijra to either Makkah or Medina, meaning we should migrate instead to a sharia state?
Answer 4: This is an important question. Makkah & Madinah is Darul Habr because the House of Saud is an apostate regime. May Allah bless the person who asked that question, Amen.

Question 5: How does one respond to a Muslim who meets you and they are the ones to give the salaam but they don’t or when you greet them they don’t return the salaams. How should one behave towards them?
Answer 5: The person who does not return your Salam has an attitude problem. Some of us give full salams, what do we leave for our brothers and sisters in return? The small crowd gives salaam to the larger crowd, the one riding gives salaam to one who is walking, the one standing give salaam to one sitting and the young gives salaam to the older. We reply the kuffar's salam with "wa laikum"

When you are greeted with a greeting, greet in return with what is better than it, or (at least) return it equally. Certainly, Allah is Ever a Careful Account Taker of all things. [An-Nisa 4:86]

Tafseer Surah Naas

Question 1: You said today we don’t take weak hadith in aqeedah. The other day you said scholars quote hadith of khorasan even though it’s weak to encourage good deeds. Can we take hadith of khorasan in our aqeedah and what stops scholars from always quoting weak hadith and can weak hadith be called fabricated?
Answer 1: You are not allowed to call weak hadith fabricated. The scholars use weak hadith of jihad to encourage jihad.

Question 2: What is the punishment of the person who blackmails, and what the person being blackmailed should do?
Answer 2: The Rasul (saws) said : whenever a punishment is not prescribed, and you want to punish a person, give them ten lashes. For example: The punishment for zina is 100 lashes but if someone kisses a girl, and is to be punished, you can’t give 100 lashes, you can only give 10 lashes and not over. The one who blackmails, if he lies, you can give 80 lashes because there is 80 lashes prescribed to the liar and slanderer.

Question 3: Is it permissible for a Muslim to 'hate' a trial/test he is undergoing? When afflicted by something excruciatingly sickening for over 20 years, it's just not natural to 'be pleased' with what Allah  has ordained, and goes against basic human nature, especially when reciting surahs, duas & advice from experts still have not eliminated the problem!
Answer 3: There is nothing that says you should be pleased with Qadr. You should be patient with Qadr.

Question 4: In North America are we allowed to eat meat from restaurants that are owned by people of the book, like Jews and Christians? Or do we have to look for halal only or stick to vegetable if we can’t find halal restaurant?
Answer 4: If the tradition in America is that they kill their animals (and the blood comes) you can go along with this and eat their meat of Jews and Christians, if the tradition is to kill animals in a haram way, then you have to stick to Muslim restaurants. In regards to death by stun, if the electricity was low voltage, and the animal did not die, you may eat this meat (with cut throat, blood came out), if animal died from stunning, then that meat is haram.

Question 5: Can a woman divorce her husband if she finds out, from another source, that her husband has another wife?
Answer 5: Your husband did not have an affair, he had another wife. The hadith: Any woman who has sabr when her husband takes on a second wife, she will go to jannah.

Her husband’s marrying another wife is regarded as a test and trial for her, and if she bears that with patience she will have the reward for being patient in the face of a trial, as Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): [Source ” This Hadeeth was classed as Saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami’ al-Sagheer, no. 660]

Tafsir Surah Asr

Question1: What are the best places to study authentic Islam full time? Can you explain this also please, ‘that you worship Allah as if you seeing HIM, for if you don’t seem him truly he sees you'
Answer 1: This hadith [to worship Allah as if you see him] is talking about Khushu' (tranquility in salat). You are not allowed to fidget in Salah. Abu Haneefa said that if you fidget 3 times in Salah, it is Baatil (nullified). The best place to study your Deen is Saudi Arabia.

Question 2: I want to know the status of the Lahore Ahmedi group, insha'Allah  The one group who don't accept Mirza Ghulam as prophet, but only as a mujahideen. What is their true status? If they are kufar I want to re-take my Shahada in here one day and come to Islam insha'Allah.
Answer 2: They are still 5 star Kuffar because they are calling a false prophet (Mirza Ghulam Ahmed) a Mujaddid. Mujaddid = a reformer, one who brings back the glory of Islam.

Question 3: If someone says "Allah gives us such and such as your sadaqah to Prophet".Can you comment on this statement, is it shirk? If u go to kafir court house to get a traffic ticket removed is one committing shirk of tahakkum? Can u share link where shia scholar becomes muslim.
Answer 3: The Shi'a Imam left this creed because they elevate their Imams above Allah
The Shia scholars are elevating their Imams to Allah's level, they are trying to do what the Christians did to Isa (as).

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c5n-F6B5oHE Iranian Shia writer becomes Sunni [Eng Subs]

While 'Allama al-Shinqiti-May Allah be merciful with him-has said: To commit shirk with Allah in judging is of the same meaning as to commit shirk in His worship, there is no difference between the two in any manner. There is no difference in any sense between he who follows a system (nizam) other than Allah's system or law other than Allah's law (sharia) and he who worships an idol or prostrates to a false god. They are the same and both are polytheists [associating others] with Allah. [Adwa' al-Bayan, 7:162]
Tahakum is done when you have the option to go to a Shri'ah courthouse but you prefer to go to the Kaafir courthouse.

Question 4: What is the ruling on isolating one’s self and shunning praying in a sufi masjid and refusing to socialise with most of them since you tried to educate them but they refuse and blindly follow the beliefs. Is this allowed and what are the benefits and harms of isolation?
Answer 4: You need to establish a Masjid of your own especially for Jumu'ah Salah. You cannot be lazy and pray behind Kuffar. You have material for Khuthbas @ www.authentictauheed.com

Question 5: Imam Abu Hanifa said that if you help a kaafir get dress to go to their so called holy places you become a kaafir. Is this the correct opinion shaykh? I read a hadith that the prophet let the kufaar use his masjid to do their acts of worship.
Answer 5: Yes, this is the correct opinion and Imam Abu Haneefa was right in his claim. If you help a Christian press his shirt for him to go to church and worship Jesus (as) instead of ALLAH, you have committed Kufr (disbelief).
As for the hadith, Shaikh is not aware of that particular hadith.

Help you one another in AlBirr and AtTaqwa (virtue, righteousness and piety) but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Severe in punishment. [Al-Ma'idah 5:2]

Tafseer Surah Takaathur

Question 1: What part of the body can a muslimah show a kafir woman?
Answer 1: The Scholars have difference of opinion on this. Some say you can show your hair & some say you can’t. For a kaafir woman who is not your relative, you need to wear your Hijaab. Two women or two men cannot sleep under the same blanket. To be on the safe side, if you want a hair dresser then have a Muslim hair dresser.

Question 2: Shaykh the people of knowledge said that Ibn Abass gave 2 tafsirs on [5:44] one he said those who don't judge by what Allah has revealed are disbelievers and in another narration he said it is kufr doona kufr, and in tafsir Ibn kathir he quotes Ibn Mas’ud as saying to take a bribe to change the ruling is kufr and others such as Qurtubi said for this ayah they are kufaar. Did Ibn Abass mean by kufr doona kufr those who might not rule by what Allah has.
Answer 2: There is Ijma' among the Scholars & among the Muslims that if you dismantle the shariah, you become of kaafir.

Ibn Taymiyyah said: And it is known from the religion (of Islam) by necessity and by the consensus of all Muslims that whoever legalizes to follow other than the religion of Islam or a Sharia other than the Sharia of Muhammad (saws), he is a Kaafir. And his kufr is similar to that of the one who believes in some part of the book (Quran) and reject some of it.  Majmua Al-Fataawa: Vol 28, p. 524.
Ibn Abbas said Donkey meal is Halaal. So why don’t you eat Donkey meal, for when he said dismantling the Shariah is Kufr duna kufr he made a mistake. He even allowed Mutah marriage. The hadith on Kuffr Duna Kuffr is a weak hadith. Ibn Abbas's statement is weak. We do not accept weak hadith or weak statements. For we approve the fatwa of Shaikh Ibn Taymiyyah (Fatwa Vol 28, p 524) issued.

Question 3: I know a non-practising muslim who has had a child outside marriage recently which he didn’t want. What should I advise him to do first? The brother’s mother doesn’t know about it, and he feels very uncomfortable to inform her as she is a widower and has her own problems. Is he allowed to keep it a secret from his mother?
Answer 3: First of all, he doesn’t have to own the child because it is a bastard child! He doesn’t have to take his father’s name. A bastard child has no rights! He can take the name of his mother, the father doesn’t have to acknowledge the child & the child cannot inherit the property of the father when the father dies. The Bastard Child can not take the Fathers name  it is haraam. The first right of the child is that the child has to be legitimate.

Question 4: Shaykh recently Yaser Qadhi was belittling and slandering Imam Anwar al Awlaki for his stance on the Zionist crusaders war on Islam. Do you think muslims should avoid this individual?
Answer 4: Shaikh has heard many bad things about Yasir Qadir, he is a sell out, he said Tony Blair is his mentor, he is preaching CIA Islam. We need/should make Bara from Yasir Qadhi, because he is a Dajal!

Question 5: I had a dream about 3 crystals, each one bigger than the other. In the dream I was happy to find them but scared of the fact that people might find out. What does this mean? I found it strange as i normally don’t see dreams.
Answer 5: The 3 Crystals represent the 3 questions on the Grave & hence one of them was bigger than the other.

Question 6: A muslim had a dream in which he was in a very nice garden and saw very beautiful sceneries, with waterfalls etc he had an arch and arrows from which he fired 2 or 3 times. What does this dream mean.
Answer 6: This dream means, this person will have a good disposition, some good & happiness will be brought in his life,or he will migrate to a beautiful better place.Garden coming in dream means a good beautiful place. His life will be improved Insha'Allah.

Tafseer Surah Masadd

Question 1: What do you know about Sayyid Qutub? Can u enlighten us about him?
Answer 1: We're allowed to take our deen from him.

Question 2: Why is it that many kuffar admit or know Islam is the truth yet they can’t accept it e.g. Stephen Hawking says when u die it’s the end and people only believe in a hereafter cause they are afraid of the dark and he blames Allah for his disability how can intelligent men like this say and believe this ?
Answer 2: People follow their evil desires, this is why they refuse to embrace the truth. Another reason is pride.

Have you seen him who takes his own lust (vain desires) as his ilah (god), and Allah knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart, and put a cover on his sight. Who then will guide him after Allah? Will you not then remember? [Al-Jathiyah 45:23]

Question 3: Shaikh, if I tell someone over and over and show the proof to them that democracy is shirk and all they say is i don't believe in it I only do it for such and such (a worldly gain) am I wrong if I make takfeer on him ?
Answer 3: Democracy is a religion. The God worshipped is evil desires. They allow incest, homosexuality, bestiality, etc. You are not allowed to believe in democracy. It is not the same as Shura in Islam and Democracy follows the majority.

O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (saws), and those of you Muslims who are in authority. (And) if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger, if you believe in Allah and in the Last Day. That is better and more suitable for final determination.
[An-Nisa 4:59]

Tafseer Surah Al-Bayyina

Answer 1: Allah swt said the Jews took Uzay AS (Ezara) as the son of Allah.

Question 2: How much Ilm of the shahadah do we need until it passes the test for the first condition of shahada?
Answer 2: You have to practice al-Walaa wal Baraa. To surrender to Qur'an wa Sunnah. Yaqeen, you cannot have doubts on the Risalah of Muhammad (saws) or that Jannah or Naar are real.

Question 3: What about those who don't have much knowledge of Islam, they are those who pray and pay zakat etc (and are not of the mushrikeen), but they do not study the deen, maybe they don't have the means or the mental capacity. They don't have specific knowledge of the shahadah etc.
Answer 3: As for those who do not know them or memorize them, if they don’t commit Shirk and abstain from doubts, you are in the folds of Islam.
Only those are the believers who have believed in Allah and His Messenger, and afterward doubt not but strive with their wealth and their lives for the Cause of Allah. Those! They are the truthful.
[Al-Hujurat 49:15]
Question 4: Have the Ulaama agreed on the "7" conditions of Shahadah?
Answer 4: No scholar ever refuted these conditions. The only exception is that some scholars have added another condition to die on that belief.

O you who believe! Enter perfectly in Islam (by obeying all the rules and regulations of the Islamic religion) and follow not the footsteps of Shaitan (Satan). Verily! He is to you a plain enemy
[Al-Baqarah 2:208]

One of the 7 conditions is to surrender to Qur'an wa Sunnah (2:208)

It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed in a plain error. [Al-Ahzab 33:36]

Question 5: Shaykh you quoted 7:172 saying there is no excuse for shirk. Why do some of the ulema say those that lived in between the time of 2 prophets and never heard the true message ALLAH will have them perform some test doing the Day Of Judgment to test their belief?
Answer 5: There is no excuse for Shirk of Ibadah (Tawheed al-Uluhiyyah). We cannot have our own opinion when Allah  & His Rasul  have passed a verdict.

Tafseer Surah Balad

Question 1: The shia blame hazrat Umar (RA) and other sahabas who ran away during the battle of Uhad and hold it against them, but since Allah (SWT) has forgiven this mistake why do shia's still hold this against them?
Answer 1: Umar RA did not run away from the battlefield, nor did Abu Bakr RA. The Jews made up this religion (Shiaism). Although Allah forgave them, the Shia still hold this against the Sahaba who ran away from teh battle of Uhud.

Question 2: Is there any proof to do dawah with camparative religious from authentic hadees?
Answer 2: You are allowed to do Da'wah with comparative religion. Rasulallah (saws) used the Torah to stone two Jews in Madinah. We can use the Bible to confound the Jews & Christians.

Question 3: Are the hadith in Tirmidhi authentic and are there any weak hadith? And who is tirmidhi?
Answer 3: You can find weak Ahadith in Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, Nasai, and others. You will not find any weak hadith In Bukhari or Muslim. If you have any doubt about a particular hadith, Insha'Allah, ask a trusworthy scholar.

Question 4: Towards the end of praying the 4 fard of Zuhr or Asr, I sometime forget whether or I'm on the 3rd or 4th rakah. What should I do in that situation?
Answer 4: You should sit and pause and try to remember which Ra'kat you are at. Pray with a Jama'at because you have a weak memory. Salah with a Jama'at has more reward.

Question 5: Shaikh you mentioned that all the hadith mentioning women can't touch the Qur'an while on their menses are weak. Could you tell us is it haraam to touch the Quran if you lost wudu? Or if you are in a state of sexual impurities can you recite it?
Answer 5: You cannot touch Qur'an after you have major impurity such as sexual impurity. But there are no hadith saying menstruating women cannot touch the Qur'an.

Which (that Book with Allah) none can touch but the purified (i.e. the angels). [Al-Waqi'ah 56:79]
This ayat is talking about that Angels.

Question 6: Aslaamu Alaikum Sheikh Faisal. In which way would the power of muslim ummah get back and are their signs now? If the mujahideen reinstate the Islamic governments how would that affect the Middle East and the rest of muslim world?
Answer 6: Allah swt will punish you till you return back to your Deen [al-Jihaad].

If you deal in usury (riba) and hang onto the tails of cows, being satisfied with cultivation and ceasing to take part in Jihad, Allah will inflict a humiliation upon you which will not be removed until you return to your religion.” [Reported by Ahmad and Abu Dawud and graded as authentic by Al-Qattan
Al-Hafiz states in Al-Bulugh that the chain of narrators is trustworthy and reliable]

“If you deal in usury (riba) and hang onto the tails of cows, being satisfied with cultivation and ceasing to take part in Jihad, Allah will inflict a humiliation upon you which will not be removed until you return to your religion.”
[Reported by Ahmad and Abu Dawud and graded as authentic by Al-Qattan. Al-Hafiz states in Al-Bulugh that the chain of narrators is trustworthy and reliable]
To practice al Aynaa (a type of Ribaa), Allah swt will strike you with a severe punishment. Every country must answer the Khalifah when he is here.

Tafseer Surah Al-Qarriah: The calamity

Question1: Is it true jihad is the only good deed that guarantees Jannah?
Answer 1: This is a fatwa. Jihad is the only good deed that guarantees Jannah. This is not the case it is a wrong fatwa. To look after your parents, to pray five times a day, to fast, hajj, to give zakat. The pillars of Islam guarantees jannah.

It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: One who died but did not fight in the way of Allah nor did he express any desire (or determination) for Jihad died the death of a hypocrite. [Sahih Muslim, Book 20, Hadith 4696]
Because of the hadith, anybody who dies and did not do jihad, nor had the intention to do so, died on a branch of hypocrisy. The person who had the intention and made the effort to do Jihad, but had no passage, he will get jannah insha'Allah.

Tafseer Surah Humazah

Question 1: Car insurance in the west, brother Anjum Choudry in 'read in name of your Lord IQRA' says its haram because both parties aren’t present?
Answer 1: Anjem Choudary is correct in his claim and Shaikh was taught so in his university. You may take the least amount of money. That is the least you can do in the West. The Kuffar makes it compulsory, Car insurance is called "state extortionism"

Question 2: What is the correct opinion regarding laughing in the salah? The hanbalis say it breaks wudu and salat Ibn taimiyyah said it only breaks the salah?
Answer 2: The Hanbalis do not believe so, it is the Hanafis who say so. They say its "Kah Kaha"
The correct opinion is that of the Hanbalis.

Question 3: How is taking the least amount halal? Is it due to necessity? or where is the evidence to show we can take the least amount?
Answer 3: It is better for a Muslimah to have her own car so she won’t be taking the transit with Kuffar men. The weather in the West is very bad. You can take the least amount out of necessity.

Question 4: Is it haram to pray salatul Jumah with the nation of Islam?
Answer 4: You are not allowed to pray behind the Nation of Islam. Louis Farrakhan that Elijah Muhhamad was a prophet. Malcolm X exposed them. Elijah Muhammad said that the white man is a devil. He had a fetish for the number 13. He never heard about the Muslims in Shishaan. What about the black Kaafir? They also commit evil in society. If you call the white KUffar "devils", you must do likewise for the black Kuffar. That is called "racism".Condoleezza Rice is a human devil. Salah behind them is Baatil, Baatil, Baatil.

Their hearts are alike, We have indeed made plain the signs for people who believe with certainty. [Al-Baqarah 2:118]

Question 5: Shaikh, the asha’ira claim that Ibn Taymiyyah, his students and followers are guilty of giving a direction to Allah. Is this so, and what are the implications?
Answer 5: The Ashaa'ira have a disease in their hearts. We accept the Qur'an as it is. Don’t accuse us to give Allah swt direction. Who gave them the right to call themselves Hanafis? Abu Hanifa RA made Takfeer on retards like them (Ashaa'ira). He said Allah swt was on his Arsh.

Abu Haneefah (RH) said, when asked of his opinion of the one who says, ‘I do not know whether Allah is above the heavens or on the earth’, “He has disbelieved, because Allah says, “The Most Merciful rose above the Throne,” and His Throne is above His seven heavens.’ He was then asked, ‘what if he said that Allah is above His Throne but he does not know whether the Throne is in the heavens or on the earth?’ He said, ‘He has disbelieved, because He has denied that He is above the heavens, And whosoever denied that He is above the heavens has disbelieved.” (Sharh Usul I'tiqaad Ahlus Sunnah’ of l-Laalikaaee (d.414AH), ‘al-Uluww’ of adh- Dhahabee, also ‘Sharh Aqueedah at-Tahaawiyyah’ of ibn Abee al-Izz al-Hanafee)
Allah is on his Arsh is known in Islam by necessity.

Imam Maalik RA said said to believe Allah swt is on His Arsh in Waajib (compulsory), but how HE is on His Arsh, we must not ask, and that is Bid'ah.

The Human Soul

Question  1: Assalaamu alaikum Shaikh, a few days ago, i dreamt my grandfather reciting the holy Quran in a very beautiful tone, what does it mean? (he is dead)
Answer 1: It means that Allah swt is pleased with him. The Qur'an is the best of speeches.

Question 2 : When one person gives the other an evil eye.Does his soul play a part ?
Answer 2: There is no doubt the soul plays a role. There are 3 types of souls:
-Nafs Lawwama: rebuking soul
-Nafs Ammara: soul prone to evil - cannot distinguish from right to wrong; destined to the Fire.
-Nafs Mutma'inna --the peaceful & tranquil soul.
And whoso obeys Allâh and the Messenger Muhammad (saws), then they will be in the company of those on whom Allâh has bestowed His Grace, of the Prophets, the Siddiqûn those followers of the Prophets who were first and foremost to believe in them, like Abu Bakr AsSiddiq, the martyrs, and the righteous. And how excellent these companions are! [An-Nisa 4:69]

The Anbiyyah, the Siddiqueen, the Shuhadah, and the Saliheen have souls that are Muma'inna. Those with a soul that is Ammara, cannot sleep at night. They need to drink in order to feel peace.

Question 3: What can I do if my wife's family wants to bury her the Christian Way?

Question 4: Is it appropriate for a muslim sister to go to a kuffar university in the west?  Also what is some advice while there?  JazakAllah Khairan
Answer 4: She can go if she doesn’t have to live in the Campus. Education is a universal thing.

Question 5: What happens in barzakh after the questioning do the dead sleep?
Answer 5: The dead sleeps sometimes. Sometimes, the dead is punished, at times it sleeps.
They will say: "Woe to us! Who has raised us up from our place of sleep." (It will be said to them): "This is what the Most Beneficent (Allah) had promised, and the Messengers spoke truth!" [Ya-Sin 36:52]

The Weaknesses Of Mankind [part-3]

Question 1: Where is the best place to make hijrah if you live in the west today with your family and what to expect?
Answers 1: The best place to make hijrah is the gulf countries (at the moment). At least you won’t see gay advertisements. The situation in Sham is not good at the moment. There is no stability in the ummah today but however the BEST place for you is the battlefield to bring back the khilafa and the Shariah.

Question 2: Sometimes pregnant and breastfeeding women become forgetful. Is this weekness of mankind?
Answer 2: Insan means mankind. The longest ayat (verse) in the Quran deal with money, and writing down the transaction with witnesses. Why? Because people are forgetful. Insan also means someone who is forgetful. People fight and kill each other over money every day. All types of forgetfulness is a weakness. Whether because of old age (senility), pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc. All forms of forgetfulness are weaknesses. When the Imam makes a mistake in Salah, you say "Subhan'Allah" because man forgets and Allah does not forget.

Question 3: If a muslim has the belief that freemasons are good and they are convinced, then does that make the person a kaffir?
Answer 3: Yes the person becomes a kaafir and it is haraam to pray behind this person. Because he does not have any Walaa wal Baraa. We cannot take the Kuffar as Awliyah (friends and allies).

O you who believe! Take not My enemies and your enemies (i.e. disbelievers and polytheists, etc.) as friends [Al-Mumtahinah 60:1]

They are the greatest enemies of al-Islam. Al Walaa Wal Baraa is one of the 7 conditions of the Shahada. AL Walaa Wal Bara (to Love and Hate for the Sake of Allah

Question 4: I live in England I’m trying to follow the sunnah e.g. having a beard, is it fard, sunnah or wajib to have a beard i have heard different opinions from different scholars.
Answer 4: There is ijma among the sahabas that the beard is fard. Ijma means agreement. Going against their Ijma' is haram. You are not allowed to go against the ijma of the sahabas. For you to hear different opinions is ajib (strange).

Question 5: Also some people say u can take the good and leave the bad from a scholar who does not oppose the saudi regime and if pushed will defend their position and does not display no wala or bara nor call for jihad is such a scholar trustworthy? Is it permissible to gain knowledge from these scholars
Answer 5: Shaitan says take from these scholars hadith, seerah, fiqh, then the shaitan says take aqeedah. Once you take aqeedah you are finished. Shaitan practices sequential persuasion (step by step). The Shaytan wants you to follow and listen to the wicked scholars (government scholars). The wicked scholars say, there is shariah in saudi arabia, it’s an islamic government. The House of Saud are good according to these scholars. BUT the saudi government gave their walaa to the US, and the saudi government is killing muslims in Yemen. They say to topple these governments is haram. The wicked scholars preach that you can join pakistani army. How can you sit with these people? They are paid by these regimes to preach falsehood. So you claiming you want to go to various shaikhs JUST to learn the good but many of you don’t know good from bad. They call the Mujahideen Khawarij and terrorists.
Ibn Taymiyyah made Takfir on them and no one said he was overreacting.

Whosoever abandons the wise Shariah which was revealed upon Muhammed ibn Abdullah, the seal of the prophets, and goes to other abrogated Shariah for judgment, he becomes a Kaafir. . Ibn Kathir, Al-Bidayah Wan-Nihayah, Vol 13, p119
So how about the one who goes to al-Yaasiq (man-made law) for judgment and gives it precedence (over the Sharia of Muhammed (saw).
royal politics that the Tartars rule by, which were taken from their king, Genghis Khan, who laid down for them Al- Yasiq, which is a book comprising laws which he took from different laws, from Judaism, Christianity, the Islamic religion and others.
Also, it contains many laws which he took from his sheer thinking and desire. Thus, it has become in his sons a followed law to which they have been giving precedence over ruling by the book of Allah and the Sunnah of His messenger (saws).

Whoever does this is a Kafir who must be fought until he returns to the rule of Allah and His messenger. So no one other than He should rule neither minority or majorly" Tafseer Ibn Kathir, Vol 2, p.67.
Today, the governments have a bit of Arab Nationalism, a bit of UN

Question 6: The hadith about khorasan and joining their army even if you have to crawl, isn’t this a weak hadith, and if its weak why do "alims" quote it?
Answer 6: The hadith has faults in the isnaad, the scholars quote it because you’re allowed to quote weak hadith to encourage good deeds so the scholars quote it to encourage people to fight for khilafa and Shariah. The hadith about divorce being the worst halal is weak.

Question 7: Which battle field is the best for you and should you take your family there?
Answer 7: When the man said to the Prophet (saws): some fight for tribalism, some fight for glory, some for fame, WHO is the mujahid?  The Rasul (saws) said: those who fight to make LA ILAHA ILLALA the highest, HE is the Mujahid fighting fisabilillah. Some fight under the banner of Assabiyyah, some fight under the banner of racism, nationalism, etc. How can you fight for the Pakistani or Egyptian army? The ONLY army you’re allowed to join is that of the mujahideen. The only battlefield you are allowed to join is the battlefield of the Mujahideen. The Kuffar fight for the Taghout; the Believers fight Fi Sabilillah. Fighting for Shari'ah and Khilafah is the only real fight.

Those who believe, fight in the Cause of Allah, and those who disbelieve, fight in the cause of Taghût (Satan, etc.). So fight you against the friends of Shaitan (Satan); Ever feeble indeed is the plot of Shaitan (Satan). [An-Nisa 4:76]

The Pakistanis realized their army is Kaafir when they killed 3000 Niqabis in Lal Masjid. These sisters were all Niqabis and were studying to become scholars. If you die on any other battlefield, you have committed suicide.

Siege of Lal Masjid: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siege_of_Lal_Masjid

Question 8: There is a revert who was a homosexual before he saw the truth of Islam. However he's struggling to find any attraction for women, as much as he gives dua, etc. What's his cure?
Answer 8: His cure is for him to grow in imaan and taqwa (FEAR ALLAH). When the taqwa comes, he will grow in his attraction to women. Even the Kabala (Jewish Sufism) says that homose-uality can be cured. The homose-uals in UK were offended when they heard that the treatment for ALL diseases is TAQWA. How does he get taqwa? To keep up his prayers, to sit among the righteous, to attend a study circle, and to go to a masjid where the khutba increases the taqwa. This brother must go to the masjid to increase in knowledge regularly. Study your Deen from a scholar and avoid the Munafiqoon.

O you who believe! Be afraid of Allah, and be with those who are true (in words and deeds). [At-Tawbah 9:119]

Stay away from the deviants as Imam Ahmed said because you might become confused.com
Some go to deviant rooms and come back to AT and ask dodgy questions. Use the notes in our blog for your own Khuthbas. For each Jumu'ah, you can, Insha'Allah, download notes.

Question 9: Are demonstrations allowed?. If yes what are the conditions
Answer 9: Demonstration is a Fiqh issue. No hadith says whether it is haram or halal but the best demonstration is Jihad Fi Sabilillah. 1000 of Muslims in Kenya demonstrated for Shaikh and was released from prison. To say demonstration is haram is wrong and the ones who pass that Fatwa do not know what they are saying; to say demonstration is allowed, is a Fatwa. How will a demonstration benefit the sisters being rapes in Kashmir?

Question 10: Is it allowed for a divorced, non-practicing father to forbid his practicing ex-wife to go to their daughter's wedding?
Answer 10: When a man divorces his wife, he has lost all authority over her.

And never will Allah grant to the disbelievers a way (to triumph) over the believers. [An-Nisa 4:141]

It is absolutely ridiculous for a man who is non-practicing to have authority over his practicing ex-wife his situation is pitiful, appauling.

Weakness Of Mankind [part-2]

Question 1: When optimism consistently fails a person striving for his (halal) goal, is he not allowed by the human nature to be pessimistic?  e.g. the united kingdom has an epidemic of sisters marinated to the bone in arrogance, attitude, delusions of grandeur, and a big mouth.Hence if there's been nothing better available for over a decade of striving, surely one can be forgiven for being somewhat pessimistic!?  Discussing the mere subject of 'Islam' makes them frown, hence optimism eventually evaporates!  JazarkAllah Khairan.
Answer 1: If you are struggling in life & nothing is working, instead of being pessimistic & change strategy & then they say where did we go wrong, a change of direction is better than to choosing the path of pessimism.

Question2: Why do many muslims try justifying haraam e.g. saying "oh brother, I’m so weak this is why i do zina cause its cheap and easy and can’t get married". Why is this?
Answer 2: People will always try to justify Haraam. It’s their nature. Don’t fear Poverty & do haraam.

Question 3: Assalamualaikum shaikh, is there a hadith to the effect that any man who refuses to divorce a disobedient wife shall enter the hell?
Answer 3: The Hadith says, if you don’t divorce your disobedient wife, your salaah won’t be accepted Shaikh read it in Tafsir Ibn Kathir. You do not have to support her financially. If a Man does not work & feed your wife, he has lost his sexual rights.

Question 4: Some weak muslims consume 'weed', and believe they have a strong argument that it is a 'medicine' (as oppose to an intoxicant). How do you refute them?
Answer 4: If a Muslim was given Weed by a Doctor, this is for discussion as it was given to numb Pain, and might not be considered as taking drugs.

Question5: When women wipe over the hijab for wudu, first they would have had to wipe the head and if they loose their wudu while not wearing the hijab then the head must be wiped correct?
Answer 5: You need to be in a state of Wudhu before you put you Hijaab. And when you need to re-do wudhu, just wipe over your Hijaab without washing your ears.

Question 6: If I'm praying Salah, and there's a magazine on the table with pictures of people, or even coins somewhere in the room with the queen’s head, does this mean angels will not enter the room?
Answer 6: If the picture is in a form of Curtain hanging on the Wall, the Angels will not enter.
IF the picture is not erected on the wall, in the form of pillow case. The Angels will enter.

Question 7: This is a video  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwngIyhohdU were a so called ‘sheikhul islam’ said that the word ‘Allah’ is not a special thing for Muslims, and so it is fine to use whatever the kuffar call as their god, such as Brahma, Krishna, Raam, Jesus, Father-God, Buddha etc.
and Muslims should 'sleep together with kuffar', is this a real “sheikhul Islam” or a “sheikhul hislam“?  does this makes him a kafir?
Answer 7: This person has made up his own religion & he is of the extreme Murji'a. Allah's name is ALLAH not anything else. His Islam is NOT Islam, its HISLAM! He is preaching CIA Islam & has made up his own Islam. It is HARAAM to call ALLAH Jesus or Ram, etc.

Surely, they have disbelieved who say: "Allāh is the Messiah ['Iesa (Jesus)], son of Maryam (Mary)." But the Messiah ['Iesa (Jesus)] said: "O Children of Israel! Worship Allāh, my Lord and your Lord." Verily, whosoever sets up partners in worship with Allāh, then Allāh has forbidden Paradise for him, and the Fire will be his abode. And for the Zālimûn (polytheists and wrongdoers) there are no helpers. [Al-Ma'idah 5:72]

Weaknesses Of Mankind [part-1]

Question 1: There are some muslims who are part of a community, when the Imam of the mosque makes decisions such as Eid being prayed at the masjid etc. They disobey him and join the tabligh jam’at. What is the evidence for remaining in your locality for Eid and what would be the best advice for the Imam of this masjid concerning those people?
Answer 1: If you give your bay'a to the imam to obey him you should, if he is from Ahlul Sunnah Wal Jam’ah. This is because Allah commanded us in [4:59]

O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (Muhammad SAW), and those of you (Muslims) who are in authority. (And) if you differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger (SAW), if you believe in Allah and in the Last Day. That is better and more suitable for final determination. [An-Nisa 4:59]

Question 2: As'salaamu alaykum dear shaykh I am new to the room after coming across your blog surfing the internet. I have a question about masturbation, you said the hanbalis allowed it is this is a correct opinion or is it completely batil (false).
Answer 2: The correct opinion is the hanbali view. It is the correct from the 2 opinions. It is allowed if you fear falling into zina.

Question 3: You said all homosexuals are kaffirs can you provide the hadith about Abu Bakr (RH) stoning the homosexuals and his reasoning, did he actually pronounce takfeer?
Answer 3: Abu Bakr As Siddiq (RH) killed them and burnt them and so did Abdullah ibn Jubair. They were burnt and no janaza was prayed over them. The reason why they are kaffirs is because we don’t burn the body of muslims.

Question 4: I know a lot of sufis who don’t believe in jihad bil sayf (qitaal) but the deobandis some of them support the mujahideen and some are mujahideen. Are these sufis better than the others? Also is every single sufi a kafir or deviant?
Answer 4: There are 2 types of Sufis: the mild and the extreme: The kafir sufi is the one who believes in wahdattul wujud ( prays to the inhabitants of the graves) and does black magic. The ones that don’t do this are not kuffar but deviants. This is because they are from the ashaaira and they don’t believe Allah is on the arsh (throne). Also no scholar made takfir on the ashaaira and the mild sufis belong to this group.

Question 5: What evidence can i use to refute the beliefs of someone putting pieces of paper with verses or kalima on it and putting it in water and then drinking the water? People get this from their peer. jzk.
Answer 5: This is allowed. What is not allowed is to wear it for protection. This is shirk (associating partners unto Allah).

Question 6: Shaikh many times I heard you mention the topic of the bastard children and saying they couldn't lead the salah but i always questioned that because of ayah 17:15. We know that under shariah we don't punish people for what their families do so which madhab has the correct opinion on the issue?
Answer 6: Yes the hambalis use this ayah to say they can lead the salah. The bastard child can lead the salah. The salah of the bastard child is valid because a man came home and met his wife with another man, he complained to Rasul (saw) who told him to bring four witnesses. The woman swore that she didn’t but when the baby was born it looked like the lover. This same child became a scholar and lead the salah in Egypt.

No one laden with burdens can bear another's burden.(Al-Isra 17:15)

Question 7: Shaikh when the people of knowledge spoke of ijtihaad and qiyas in terms of the shariah did they mean them in the same way?
Answer 7: It means an independent judgment, in accordance to Qur'an and Sunnah. Qiyaas is Analogy. The doors of Ijtihaad are open till Yawm al-Qiyamat. Those who say the doors are closed, they are jahil and are trying to make Islam absolute.

Jokers in the pack- Refuting the Democrats

Question 1: Assalamualaikum shaikh you said that football is its own religion and gave a convincing reason for that, so are we allowed to watch or play football and what should we do if we have a partner that watches or plays football?
Answer 1: You're allowed to play football (soccer) to become/remain fit. It can be used as work out. We cannot support any team and we love them till we give them our Walaa . The cups they display are gods besides Allah swt.

Question 2: The shaykh says we should not make tafkir until the hujjah is brought against them. What about when we do bring the hujjah and they still reject then should we call them kuffar? How much hujjah do we need to bring and for how long?
Answer 2: The Hujjah against Democracy are all the ayat Shaikh quoted in the Dars. MPs cannot sit in the parliaments and legislate besides Allah swt. All the ayat of Hakimiyyah are Hujjah against Democracy.

His is the Creation and Commandment [Al-A'raf 7:54]
Story of Umar RA chopping the head of a man who sought an opinion other than that of Rasuallah (saws).

Reported by 'Ali (RH), that the Prophet (saws) took some silk in his right hand and some gold in his left hand and then he said, "These two are haram for the males among my followers." (Abu Dawud 4046, Tirmidhi 1642, An-Nasai 5170)

We cannot believe otherwise when the Hujjah has been established.

O you who believe! Enter perfectly in Islam (by obeying all the rules and regulations of the Islamic religion) and follow not the footsteps of Shaitan (Satan). Verily! He is to you a plain enemy [Al-Baqarah 2:208]

It is not for a believer, man or woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, he has indeed strayed in a plain error. [Al-Ahzab 33:36]

We don’t say if, maybe or but when the Hujjah has been established. We surrender immediately when the Hujjah has been established. We hear and obey and do not hold opinions of our own.

Question 3: As salam alaikum, what is the evidence that homosexuality takes one outside the fold of Islam? A sheikh said in my country that homosexuality is just a major sin.
Answer 4: Your Shaikh is wrong. When Abu Bakr (RH) was Khalifah, he caught gays and burnt them and didn’t pray Janazah over them, and so did Abdullah ibn Zubair. Homose-uality is not natural, but Zina is committed with someone from the opposite gender and that is natural.

Question 5: I live in UK and I want to buy a car. What about car insurance and how do I deal with this?
Answer 5: Car insurance is haram because it is money for nothing. It is consuming money for nothing. You take the one with the least amount of money. Put a kill-switch on your car and it will be impossible to have your car stolen.

Jokers in the Pack: Refuting the Ashaa'ira

Question 1: I would like to ask if immigration to non-Muslim lands defeats the purpose of Islamic segregation?

Answer 1: You are permitted to make Hijah from Darul Harb to Darul Kufr as the Sahaba did from Makkah to Habasha.
There are 3 types of Dar:
-Darul Harb: where Muslims are killed or locked up, it is the abode of the enemy.
-Darul Kufr: where there is no Shari'ah but they do not oppress the Muslims.
-Darul Islam: where there is Shari'ah and the Muslims are secure.

Question 2: Shaikh, did ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyya said Allah had made Istikrar on the throne? Is this correct?

Answer 2: We do not know the authencity of that statement that is attributed to Ibn al- Qayyim (R.H.). We say as Imam Maalik (R.H.) said that how Allah swt is on His Throne is unknown to us, but it is Waajib for us to believe in it. We do not delve into it. Our stance is that of the Sahaba: we read it, we believe in it, and we leave it.

Question 3: Sheikh concerning Muslims living in localities where there is just Ashaa’ira scholars, how should they navigate themselves in seeking knowledge? I have heard from a lecture of Shaikh Ali Tamimi (ha) that we can learn Arabic, Qur’an and Fiqh from them. Please elaborate, jazak Allah khair Shaikh.

Answer 3: Shaikh Ali at-Tamimi is correct when he said we can take learn everything from the ‘Ashaa’ira except Aqeeda. Az-Zamakhshari was a Mu'tazilite and his Tafseer is one of the best. Al-Qurtubi was Ashaa'ira and his Tafseer is one of the best in the world. We can take Fiqh, Ahadith, and Tafseer from them, but as for Aqeeda, we stick to Ahlus Sunnah wa Jama’at.

Question 4:  Shaikh what do ASWJ say about those who lived and died during the time period in btwn that of Isa and Muhammad (pbuh), if they did shirk do 7-172 apply to them or do they fall under those who ALLAH says about never do we punish a people until we send to them a warner (my paraphrasing).

Answer 4: There is an ayah where Allah swt said that He will never punish the wayward unil a warner is sent to them. If they did major Shirk, there is no excuse for them, and they will dwell in the Fire forever because of Surah 'Araf 7:172. There is no excuse of ignorance for those who make Shirk in His Uluhiyyah. HE Allah didn’t give the excuse of ignorance to the Christians in the Counsel of Nicea when they elevated Isa (a.s.) as a god in Surah 5:72-72. The Counsel of Nicea took place before the advent of Rasul Allah (saws)

Question 5: shaikh, did al Dhahabi in his later years deviate away from the teachings of ibn Taymiyah?

Answer 5: We do not have any hujjah for saying this. We know that Adh-Dhahabi (R.H.) died on the Aqeeda of ASWJ.

NOTE: Abul Hasan al-Asha'ari didn’t die on his dodgy Aqeeda, but on his death bed, he died on the Aqeeda of Imam Ahmed ( R.H.).

Jokers in the pack- Refuting the Qadiani

Question 1: Assalam Alaikum - Please shaykh provide reference for Mirza dying in Toilet?
Answer 1: This question needs further research.

Question 2: Is it permissible to co-operate with the local Deobandis to warn against Qadiyanis?
Answer 2: Yes, this is permissible because of the ayah [5:3]

This day, those who disbelieved have given up all hope of your religion, so fear them not, but fear Me. This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islām as your religion. But as for him who is forced by severe hunger, with no inclination to sin (such can eat these above-mentioned meats), then surely, Allāh is Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful. [Al-Ma'idah 5:3]

Question 3: Can I use cream with alcohol and pray with it?
Answer 3: If it is the preservative type of alcohol, it is halal not the intoxicating type of alcohol. Alcohol is not unclean like feces and urine. If alcohol were to be spilt on your clothes, you can still pray in them. It not considered to be Najis (impure).

Question 4: Another supporter of the Qadiyanis, Obama said today that "Peace (between Muslims and Israelis) will not come through statements and resolutions at the 'UN' is this one of the many signs we see that Jihad against the Jews in Palestine is inevitable before Judgement day and there shall be no peace with the zionists until Al Aqsa is returned to the Ummah and as based on the hadith of the Prophet (saws) in Sahih Muslim bk 41, no. 6981 -85?
Answer 4: In the last days, the Muslims will fight the Jews and all the trees will speak against them except the Gharqad tree.

Question 5: What is our position on the one who ask those in the grave to make a dua to ALLAH for them? Are they kaafir even though they don't worship those in the grave? If they are may ALLAH forgive the laymen of them because there intentions were only to have their prayers answered by asking others for dua's though they are dead?
Answer 5: The person who asks the inhabitants of the graves, is a kaafir, a pagan, outside the folds of Islam because du'a is an act of Ibadah (worship) as the hadith says:

Holy Prophet saw said: Surely, prayer is worship on its own and then supported it by reciting this verse: Definitely those who show arrogance against worshipping Me shall enter Jahannam, disgraced. (reported by Imam Ahmad, Tirmidhi, Nasa’i, Abu Dawud and others – Ibn Kathir).

There is no excuse for their ignorance because of Surah 7:172

And (remember) when your Lord brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam's loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying): "Am I not your Lord?" They said: "Yes! We testify," lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: "Verily, we have been unaware of this." [Al-A'raf 7:172]

All those who worship other than Allah are all kufar and on Yawm al Qiyamat, they will have no excuse for the Shirk they committed. Salah behind the grave worshipper is Baatil. Allah declared the Sufis, Shias, and Burelwis as Kuffar. Allah swt doesn’t guide a liar nor a Kaafir.

Surely, the religion (i.e. the worship and the obedience) is for Allah only. And those who take Auliya' (protectors and helpers) besides Him (say): "We worship them only that they may bring us near to Allah." Verily, Allah will judge between them concerning that wherein they differ. Truly, Allah guides not him who is a liar, and a disbeliever. [Az-Zumar 39:3]

  •  Question 1: When is the hadith that Ayesha was 15 Years?
Answer 1: The hadith says she married Rasulallah (saws) when she was 9, this hadith is weak.

  • Question 2: I debated with these people who only belief in the Quran and not hadith and he said they interpret the Quran themselves. Are these people a bigger fitna than other groups?
Answer 2: Their aim and objective is that they want to interpret the Qur'an according to their evil & corrupted desires. They wish to reduce Islam to Christianity and make it similar to Christianity with many denominations and interpretation.

Verily, those who disbelieve in Allah and His Messengers and wish to make distinction between Allah and His Messengers (by believing in Allah and disbelieving in His Messengers) saying, "We believe in some but reject others," and wish to adopt a way in between. (An-Nisa 4:150)

  • Question 3: Asalamalaikum sheikh i promote the lectures of Anwar al awlaki but many people tell me not to listen to him as he promotes the views of syed qutb?
Answer 3: The people who do not to listen to Shaikh Anwar al-Awlaki are Minafiqeen. Shaikh Anwar is one of the few scholars who speak the Haqq. A Saudi Salafi probably told you that. These people are Munafiqeen and a waste of space. They hate anyone who wants to topple the Kuffar leaders.

  •  Question 4: Asalamu Alaikum, please sheikh don’t forget jamatul tabligh, we've been waiting for 2 weeks.
Answer 4: Rasulallah (saws) didn’t fight too many battles at once. This is not Hikma (wisdom). The Tablighi Jama'at are similar to the Murjia?

  •  Question 5: I want to know how i can pay zakat from my saving accounts, as I found out today that I am supposed to pay zakat from my savings account money, and do I have to pay all those years I have missed or how should I pay it?
Answer 5: You have to calculate 2.5 % out of every $1000. Zakah has to be one year old, if you didn’t pay Zakat for 2 years, you must calculate these 2 years together and pay it.

Question 1I have a family member who wants to learn about Islam, he is a black woman from the US  what is the best thing to give her to read, a Quran?

Answer 1: Dont give her the Quran to start off, give her the message. They need a Murrabi to give them Islamic tarbiyyah. They need the personality to have an impact on them.

     Question 2Who are the Ruwabida?

Answer 2: The Rasul used this word, it is a very difficult word to translate, ask your local Shaikh. Shaikh was told it means catwalk models, and the Rasul said if they are treated with honour, the day of judgement is near.

Question 3Hizbut Tahrir say lying is Haraam, but deception is permissible. What does Shaykh say?

Answer 3: Deception is permissible if it is used against the enemy, not against your brothers. Rasul Allah said this in a Hadith.

Question 4Other than covenant of security, does al Muhajiroun have other problems?

Answer 4: Yes, they went against the Manhaj of Rasul Allah to call to Tawheed, not Shariah in Darul Harb. They invite to Shariah in Darul Harb even though the 4 great Imams said this is not allowed. The Maccan Surah's focused on Tawheed.

Question 5: Shaikh can you please comment on the recent Walthamstow "Shariah only" controlled zones? JazakAllah khair.

Answer 5: That controlled zone is a media stunt, you cannot impliment Shariah in Darul Harb.

Question 6: Why is it Haraam to topple oppressive rulers since Umar told the people if you find any crookedness me straighten me out and one man said if we find any crookedness in you we will straighten you out with our swords. And Allah says oppression is worst than slaughter?

Answer 6: You are allowed to topple an oppressor but it is left to Ijtihad of the Imam. Allah said His covenant does not include oppressors, see (Quran 2:124) for evidence.

Question 7Salaam Sheikh, you said it is not permissible to buy things on the internet but can we sell on the internet? Because I have seen many Islamic stores on the internet.

Answer 7: You are allowed to look for goods on the internet, but you are not allowed to buy then until you inspect the item in real life, according to Shariah law you are now allowed to buy things until you inspect them.

Jokers in the Pack: Refuting the Barelvis

Question 1: The Pakistani army are Kuffar but what about Tahreek Taliban in Pakistan? Some people say they are Khawarij.

Answer 1: They are not Khawarij, they are fighting to liberate Bilad & Ibaad. How can they be the dogs of Jahannam when they are striving to bring back the Khalifah and impliment Shariah?

Question 2Rasul Allah spent13 years in Makkah to form a state and then did Jihad, so since we dont have a state is Jihad valid? Isnt it contrary to the Sunnah of Rasul Allah to go to Jihad before we work to form a state using the methodology Rasul Allah used; by asking for a place to practice Islam.

Answer 2: Jihad was used to destroy the Soviet Union in Afghanistan. This is a dodgy Aqeedah to say that land is needed to fight Jihad. There are two types of Jihad; offensive and defensive - offensive Jihad does not require land. Jihad will continue until Yawm al Qiyamah, as the hadith says.

Question 3Are we allowed to celebrate Miladun Nabi?

Answer 3: We can never realistically put an end to Miladun Nabi, but we can try to control it as much as possible.

Question 4: Explain the Hadith about taking care of parents before going to Jihad?

Answer 4: It is a strong hadith and it is Jihad that is Fard Kifayah.

Question 5Are all Barelvis Kuffar and are Deobandis Kuffar?

Answer 5: Every Barelvi is a Kaffir and we cannot pray behing a Barelvi. You can pray behind a Deobandi and your Salah will be valid Insha'Allah.

Jokers in the Pack: Refuting the Shady Shias [Pt. 2]

Question 1Do the Shiites have a clear explanation on how the world would have been a better place if Ali was Khalifah (i.e before Abu Bakr & Umar)? At the moment they appear to be "rebels without a cause." Their basis appears nothing more than a hallow excuse to stew in their own self-pity/regret an on era unrelated to them.

Answer 1: They are speaking about an era which is totally unrelated to them. Allah said that the Ummah who has passed away, they will reap what they sow, and you reap what you sow, and you will not be asked about them. When the Fitnah came regarding the Zakat, Abu Bakr stoof up to fight them, Abu Bakr saved Islam that day - the proof is that he was the rightful sucessor of RasulAllah.

Question 2How can we tell if a Shia is doing Taqiyyah or he is genuinely aware of their Aqeedah being Kufr?

Answer 2: You have to engage him in a debate or discussion, then from the context of the speech you can tell if hes doing Taqiyyah. But do not forget that RasulAllah did not know who the hypocrites of Madina were, the angel Gabriel has to inform him. You cannot know what is inside a mans heart - the Shias are embarrassed about their creed so they hide it.

Question 3Can you marry a girl from your own city with the intentions to divorce her in a specific time frame, though you keep it secret?

Answer 3: The Hanbalis who allow this, they said it must be for a traveller, and while you were out on your journey - but you cannot do this in your own city. The Hanbalis also allow Misyaar.

Question 4: What would have been the "Butterfly effect" if Ali DID rule before the others. How would the world have benefitted today if Ali was Khalif before the others?

Answer 4: We cannot answer this question because this is knowledge of the Ghaib - knowledge of the unseen. Ali ibn Abi Tali and Umar ibn al-Khattab had the same personality traits which was rough, tough and harsh. Abu Bakr as-Siddiq and Uthman ibn Affad had soft personalities. RasulAllah said "Abu Bakr is a soft person, Abu Bakr is like Isa, soft - Umar is like Musa, harsh."

Question 5Were the Shia's beliefs created, in part as a revenge tool by Persians because their empire was eliminated by Islam?

Answer 5: Yes, the Shia's started their own religion to take revenge against Islam because Islam smashed their own empire.

     Question 6Are all Homosexuals Kuffar?

Answer 6: A homosexual who refuses to get married and chooses to remain homosexual is a Kaffir. When homosexuals were killed by the Khulafah, no Salatul Janaza was prayed upon them. The lesbian is not a Kaffirah because women cannot enter one another naturally. A gay man is killed in an Islamic state, but a lesbian is not.

Question 7: My brother believes in some aspects of Shia-ism, but not all. Does this make him a Kaffir?

Answer 7: You have to tell us what he believes. If he believes that the Quran is corrupt, or that Aisha had an affair, or he disrespects or insults the Sahaba, then he is a Kaffir. But if he believes Ali should have been the Khalifah, he is not a Kaffir, he is a Zaydee.

Question 8Is it Haraam to pray in a Shia mosque?

Answer 7: You can pray in a church or a Shia mosque but you cannot pray behind a Shia imam - Salah will be Baatil.

Jokers in the Pack: Refuting the Shady Shias [Pt. 1]

Question 1: Tell the Shaikh to discuss the points about Khomeini being an atheist and pedophile, and that he is spreading a new form of Shia-sim across the Middle East.

Answer 1: Khomeini married a three year old girl when he was on a journey and the person who was with Khomeini left Shiaism and became Sunni - he wrote a book about this for the sake of Allah and for the sake of history. The Shias killed him when he wrote this book. The regime in Syria believe that Ali should have been a Prophet, and they are killing Muslims. Khomeini brought about a new version of Shiaism; he said men can marry men, he accepted homosexuality in Shiaism. For evidence see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=djgCHwRJu5E and (Ayatollah Khomeini Tahrirolvasyleh 4th Volume Darol Elm, Gom, Iran, 1990)

Question 2Didnt Ronal Reagan say that after they defeated the Soviets, that they would turn their attention to Islam? JFK and Lincoln were better presidents.

Answer 2: We did not know Ronal Reagan made such an utterance.

Question 3What is the Islamic stance on buying things through auctioning?

Answer 3: Auctioning is Halal. What is Haram is for a person to go and bid as a false bidder; you are not allowed to be a false bidder to push the price higher.

Question 4Generally speaking, are all the Shia Kuffar? Including the Laymen? Or do they have the excuse of ignorance? Also regarding the incident where Umar showed the door and hit Fatima, is this a fabricated Hadith or is there a Saheeh Hadith?

Answer 4: A person who is Shia and dabbles in Major Shirk is a Kaffir because there is no excuse for the Shirk of Ibadah. If a person is Shia but he does not dabble in Major Shirk, nor does he deny what is known of Islam by necessity - he is not a Kaffir. The Zaydees of Yemen are the only Shia's within the fold of Islam, all the other Shia sub-sects are Kuffar (12ers etc). Those who make Takfir of the Sahaba are Kuffar. That Hadith is fabricated; Umar did not do such a thing to Fatima.

Jokers in the Pack: Refuting the Saudi Salafis [Pt. 2]

Question 1The Prophet spoke of the Khawarij as those who will go out of Islam like an arrow goes through its target.  Why did Ali not consider them Kuffar?

Answer 1: This hadith is talking about "some" Khawarij - the ones who have an Aqeedah that contradicts the Quran and Sunnah. Some Khawarij say that Surah Yusuf is not part of the Quran, but to deny even one Ayah is Kufr - let alone an entire Surah. Khawarij are extreme in their Takfeer, they consider major sins as being Kufr. Some Khawarij in the UK believe that by sending your children to State schools you have committed Kufr; becuase the school system is that of Dajjal. They say that to pay taxes is also Kufr. The Khawarij not only a deviant group of the past, they are still present in our time. As there were deviants in the time of the other prophets and at the time of Rasul Allah, we have deviants today. History repeats itself because the hearts of the Kuffar are alike, the strategies of the Shaytan remain the same. See (Quran 2:118) and the story of Barsisa for evidence.

Question 2Are they teaching the correct Aqeedah in Saudi Arabia now and he is saying that Tawheed Hakimiyyah is under Rububiyyah. Can I still listen to them because they used to play your tapes but now they stopped?

Answer 2: You are not allowed to slide Rububiyyah under Uluhiyyah; the Shaytan believes in Rububiyyah but not in Hakimiyyah, so he didn't bow down to Adam. If you slide one Tawheed under another, this is deception and you will make Iblees a Muslim.

Question 3Can we pray behind a Saudi Salafis?

Answer 3: If you have established the Hujjah against them, then you cannot pray behind them. So it depends on their Aqeedah. If he says that to dismantle Shari'ah is Kufr Duna Kufr, he is a Zindiq and you cannot pray behind him. Anyone that goes against the Ijma' is a Kaffir and a heretic. See the Fatwa of Ibn Taymiyyah for evidence (Majmu' al Fatawa Vol.28 p.524)

Question 4: How can you tell who the Munafiqoon are? Is it dangerous to guess this, as only Allah truly knows.

Answer 4: It is easy to know; see the Hadith in (Bukhari, Book 2, Hadith #33) for the characteristics of hypocrites. Other signs are that Salah, Zakah, and Sadaqah are a burden to them. They have no Walaa wal Baraa, they always cheer for the Kuffar and slander the Mujahideen as being Khawarij and terrorists. Saudi Salafis always ask questions that only Allah has answers for and they like to put emphasis on the Fitnah between Ali and Mu'awiyah. Remember Allah says in (Quran 4:145) that the Munafiqeen are at the bottom of the Hellfire.

Question 5What should an aspiring Muslim seeking truth and soundness in Deen do when faced with such open Nifaq by the likes of Salafis and others while we are residents in the U.S?

Answer 5: Estabish your own Masjid as Rasul Allah said to; stay away from the Fitnah and separate yourself. When you are at the platforms of others, your tongues will be tied.

Question 6Basically, some brothers who are Salafi influenced use of the following evidence to eat McDonalds in the UK (i.e Beef, Chicken products)

Answer 6: In the UK there are many Halal restaurants, therefore, the Muslims should go eat there. The meat of McDonalds and Kentucky is doubtful, but not Haram because they do not carry pork in their restaurants.

Question 7: Is Ebay bidding ok?

Answer 7: You can use the internet to search for items but you cannot pay for them until you have inspected the items.

Jokers in the Pack: Refuting the Saudi Salafis [Pt. 1]

Question 1Why do Saudi Salafis get obsessed over minor Fiqh matters, e.g. Raf Yadayn? Yet they say its minor Kufr to dismantle Shariah. Whenever I bring Daleel to them they reject, so should I not bother with them?

Answer 1: They are Munafiqoon and they have very little knowledge about Tawheed and Deen. You should only give admonishments if it benefits people. Do not waste your time after you give them the Hujjah, the wasters are the brothers of Shaitan.

Question 2: Is there a difference of opinion regarding Saudi Salafis?

Answer 2: Yes, there are. Abu Qatadah said they are Jahil, they know nothing about Tawheed. The Saudi Salafis warn people not to give Salaams to the Mujahideen, and call the Mujahideen brothers of Shaitan.

Question 3Are the people of Saudi Arabia also Kuffar, and who exactly is a Saudi Salafi?

Answer 3: Do not call the people of Saudi Arabia Kuffar, that is part of the Aqeedah of the Khawarij. In most so-called Muslim countries such as Pakistan, many people have the wrong Aqeedah. But to make Takfir of an entire nation is to behave like the Khawarij.

Question 4If there are only Masajid of Deobandi and Barelvi, can we pray Jama'ah with them or at home?

Answer 4: You can pray with the Deobandis but not with the Barelvi's, they are Kuffar.

Question 5Does (Quran 47:25-26) apply to the average Muslim dealing with the average Kaffir? Can you give some examples of how it would apply.

Answer 5: The Ulema use (Quran 47:25-26) to say that joining the Kuffar armies or the UN, you become a Kaffir. The UN claim to be the supreme authority and ultimate law in the world. The moment you give your Bay'ah to the UN, you become a Kaffir and this is an act of Ridda. The moment you give Bay'ah to those who despise what Allah loves, you come a Kaffir.      Question 6How long has the Saudi regime been governing without Shari'ah?

Answer 6: Saudi Arabia was born in 1920. King Abdul Aziz was the ruler at the time; they have Riba based banks across the country. It is Haraam to have Visa restriction, a Khalifah must be the ultimate power - there is no Visa between Islamic states.

Question 7Was Saudi Arabia governing by Shari'ah Law in the time of Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab?

Answer 7: Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab fought for Shari'ah for Saudi Arabia.

Question 8: What is your stance regarding Shaikh Abu Baseer?

Answer 8: We do not agree with him when it comes to the Covenant of Security. The Covenant of Security does not exist. Banu Qaynuqa uncovered one Muslimah and they weren't welcomed to Madina by Rasul Allah.

Question 9Shaikh the Asha'ira use the Hadith concerning the "Cups more numerous than the stars" to say that the people of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah will always be a majority. I am assuming the majority of the Ummah is Asha'ira, will we be refuting them here?

Answer 9: The Asha'ira are Jahil when it comes to Tawheed.

Question 10I am in New York and I work at a gas station that sells beer. I want to know if my money is Halal or Haraam. The financial condition is bad; should I keep working until I can get on my feet or should I find another job?

Answer 10: There are many Muslims who work in places that sell alcohol and pork, but since we live in Darul Harb (US,UK,Canada), these jobs are permissible for them. Imam Abu Hanifa permitted selling alcohol in Darul Harb.

Jokers in the Pack: Refuting the Goofi Sufi's [Pt.2]

Question 1According to the Fatawa of Imam Abu Hanifa about those who believe Allah is everywhere being Kaffir - does this make every Sufi, Deobandi, Tablighi, Barelvi, and others with that Aqeedah a Kaffir Murtad?

Answer 1: Before you make Takfir, you must establish the Hujjah against them.

Question 2Just to clarify, is the one who believes that the Prophet is alive in his grave, a Kaffir?

Answer 2: Abu Bakr said Rasul Allah is dead and the Hujjah for that can be found in [Sahih Bukhari Vol. 5, Book 59, Hadith #733] Also see [Quran 39:20] for evidence. Therefore, those who say Rasul Allah is alive and they beg him for things is a Kaffir. Their belief is Haraam and it goes against the Ijma' of the Sahaba.

Question 3How should we deal with our parents if they are Sufi?

Answer 3: Make Da'waha to your parents and teach them about Tawheed. Talafi's, Barelvi's, and Sufi's are Juhalah. They are a virus and we need to be immunized against these viruses.

Question 4If we have Muslim friends who are Sufi-inclined, or they listen to music, have girlfriends,  have no love or hate for the sake of Allah, and do not care about the Mujahideen should we make Baraa with these Muslims or give them Da'wah?

Answer 4: Sufis have no love for the Mujahideen. They call them Khawarij and Terrorists. They claim they (Sufi's) do not fear Allah but that they love Allah. Muslims must find a balance between Love, Hope, and Fear of Allah.  First you must establish the Hujjah against them and if they persist, then make Baraa from them.

Question 1If a Masjid has "Ya Rasul Allah" written on the wall, is it permissible to pray there?

Answer 1: If it has "Ya Rasul Allah" written on the wall, it is a Barelvi Masjid, therefore it is Haraam to pray there. You must pray separately.

Question 2: How do we determine if the covenant of security is a matter of Aqeedah, or Manhaj? What do I say to those who say that the covenant is a matter of Ijtihad?

Answer 2: The covenant of security is an issue of Aqeedah because it has to do with al-Walaa wal-Baraa and Fiqh. Shaikh Hamood ibn Uqla, a top Shaikh of Saudi Arabia said that the Covenant of Security does not exist because the Kuffar are killing Muslims! When people preach the Covenant of Security, they betray the blood of the Shuhadah. Those who preach the Covenant of Security believe that even if the Kuffar rape a million Muslim women there will still be a covenant of security. A man from Banu Qaynuqah, a Jewish tribe, pinned a Muslim woman's dress on the ground and uncovered her 'Awrah. A Muslim man then kill him, which caused the Jews to kill that Muslim man. Now days, the Kuffar are not just uncovering our women, that are raping and killing them! Jihad is not part of their agenda. The Munafiqeen will always hide behind the Covenant of Security to live in the comfort of the West.      Question 3Shaikh, there is a sister on Paltalk who seems to be in love with that Goofy Sufi Hamza Yusuf (may Allah curse him) even though I have seen her before coming in this room many times. I try to explain to her the Islamic stance on Hamza Yusuf but she got mad at me for making Takfeer on a Scholar. What is the best way to give Dawah to such people?

Answer 3: A person who loves Hamza Yusuf has fallen in love with his personality, not with the Hujjah. Hamza Yusuf said, "The Kaffar firefighters who died on 9/11 are Shuhadah" It is easy for a Sufi to make such a statement because they do not make Takfir on the Kuffar.

Question 4Shaikh, did Sufism originate from Hinduism or Buddhism?

Answer 4: Sufis are heavily influenced by Christianity. For example, the belief that Allah is everywhere Christians believe in this too. Sufis believe everything was made for the sake of Muhammad, while Christians believe everything was made for the sake of Jesus. Sufis set up intermediaries, so do Christians.

Question 5: I have a Sufi friend who is with Tablighi Jamat. He acknowledges some of the correct Aqeedah, but he is generally Jahil. What kind of advice should I give him?

Answer 5: The Tablighi Jamat have a severe problem in their understanding of Tauheed. They believe Allah is everywhere, and they believe in Democracy. InshaAllah, invite your friend to the room: Authentic Tauheed, and give him the lecture title Authentic Tauheed.

Jokers in the Pack: Refuting the Mu'tazilites

Question 1What can we say to a so-called Imam wishing the British troops in Afghanistan and Iraq good will  as shown in this video.

Answer 1: This Imam is a Kaffir. Salah behind such a man is Baatil. The Hujjah is [Quran 5:51]

Question 2Did the classical Ulema consider the Jabriyyah to be Kuffar?

Answer 2: The Jabriyyah believed that if they committed a sin - they shouldnt blame themselves, but that they should blame Allah because He predestined these deeds to happen. They are Fatalists, and even the Kuffar of Makkah were Jabriyyah. See [Quran 6:148] for evidence. We refrain from making Takfir on the Jabriyyah because during the Khalifah of Umar, there was a man who stole something and when he was asked why, he said it was the Qadr of Allah. Umar replied by saying it is the Qadr of Allah for you to have your hand chopped off as well. Umar also ordered him to get 30 lashes for lying against Allah. It is important to note that Umar did not make Takfir of this man, because he only cut his hand off - not his head, which implies he was still considered Muslim.

Question 3Does someone still need to observe the 3 month wait period after a divorce has been declared? The person in question has been living away from her husband for the past 6 months.

Answer 3: You observe Iddah for one month. For Khula there is a one month Iddah. If you have been living away from your husband for 6 months, this means you are not pregnant. The purpose of the Iddah is to see if you are pregnant or not. To be on the safe side, you should observe Iddah for 3 months, and spend that time trying to win your husband back.

Jokers in the Pack: Refuting the Murji’ah

Question 1When I speak to people who say that those who rule with other than what Allah has revealed are not Kuffar, and say “They are only Faasiq because there are different levels of this”
and they claim there are statements by the Salaf calling them Faasiq, what should I say to these people?

Answer 1: Use the Fatawa of Ibn Taymiyyah found in (Majmu’ al Fatawa: Vol. 28, p. 524) and Ibn Kathir found in (al-Bidayah wan-Nihayah Vol. 13 p. 119) Tell them about the book of al-Yasiq, which was used to govern Muslims instead of Shariah. Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn Kathir both made Takfir of the Tartars, fought them, and no one overreacted.

Question 2Is it true that everybody judges, also if someone says we can’t judge people is this true? For example in the case of a sinful Muslim who dies, can we say he is either in Jannah or Jahannam?

Answer 2: When a person dies as a sinful Muslim, you are not allowed to say if he is in Jannah or Jahannam, rather you say Allah knows best. Allah will forgive whom He pleases, some will go to Paradise and some will go to Hellfire. See [Quran 4:48]

Question 3Sheikh is Bilal Philips a Murji’? I have heard some of his speeches and he sounds like a Murji’, like Albani.

Answer 3: Bilal Philips takes his Aqeedah from Albani, so it is possible that he might be a Murji’, but he told Shaikh Faisal in private that if you dismantle the Shari’ah of Muhammad, this is major Kufr.

Question 4A brother wants to marry someone abroad via telephone. Can you explain the conditions?

Answer 4: Nikkah via telephone is permissible if the Wali of the sister is present. Divorce and marriage proposals are also permissible over the telephone, email etc. However, the Wali must officiate the Nikkah, otherwise it is Baatil. Also, be informed that some scholars say Nikkah via telephone is not permissible.

Question 5If you get Talaq at the UK English Courts, is it the same as an Islamic Talaq?

Answer 5: Talaq is Talaq, weather it is in the UK or Islamic Courts.

Jokers in the Pack: Refuting the Khawarij

Question 1: What is your view of Juhaiman in Saudi Arabia? Salafis claim he was from the Khawarij.

Answer 1: The Saudi Salafis are the Khawarij of the Ummah. They believe in Darwinism, and they are Murji’ with leaders. In regards to Juhaiman; he was not from the Khawarij, he was just misguided.

Question 2Kufr duna Kufr (kufr less than kufr), is this part of the 2 types of Kufr you mentioned in your lecture?

Answer 2: There are two types of Kufr 'Minor & Major'. There are two types of Shirk 'Minor & Major'.

Question 3I’m new here, and you said the Khawarij kill Muslims. Sometimes the “Mujahideen” kill Muslims too, so does this go with the Hadith?

Answer 3The Mujahideen kill the spies, they do not kill the Muslims.

Question 4: If resources to knowledge are available to someone, at the Masjid, within the community, and on the Internet. But they still do not bother to seek the knowledge, is ignorance an excuse for them?

Answer 4: Ignorance is not an excuse for Shirk of Ibadah. The Deobandi’s do not believe Allah is above His ‘Arsh (throne), but they say He is everywhere. [Quran 7:172] is evidence that we testify to the Ulluhiyyah (oneness) of Allah, therefore we have no excuse at all. Allah also made Takfir on Christians in [Quran 5:73].

Question 5:  Shaikh is it possible that the Khawarij are Kuffar because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said that they would leave the religion like an arrow though its target. He also said they would continue to emerge until the end times, so is it possible that the Khawarij sect who Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) referred to as Muslims, were only one sect among them and not the Khawarij in general?

Answer 5The Khawarij who believe that Surah Yusuf is not part of the Quran are Kuffar. To deny a single word of the Quran makes a person Kaffir. Those who deny what is known of Islam by necessity are Kuffar.

Jokers in the pack -Refuting Madkhalis

Question 1: How can We tell the Mujihadden from the Terrorist ?
Answer 1: The terrorist kill the civilians and the Mujahideen kill the wrongdoers the Kuffar soldiers.

Question 2: You mentioned today that the hanbalis are the only ones who observe a certain nawwafil salat who have the strongest hujjah in regards to this?
Answer 2: When you are with the Hanbalis, you may observe it, but when you are with the Hanafis, leave it off for it may create fitna in the Ummah.

Question 3: Salamalaikum sheikh is abu khadeejah from the Uk a madkhalee?
Answer 3: He is a Madkhali, salah behind him is Baatil, and he is a Kaafir. Anyone who says that dismantling the Shariàh is minor Kufr, he is a Zindiq (a heretic) he has made up his own religion and the Shia is a Zindiq. A Saudi Salafi is a Zindiq (he said dismantling the Shariah is kufr duna Kufr).

Question 4: Is Sharia tawheed al hakamiya?
Answer 4: There is no doubt that Shariah is Tawheed Hakimiyyah, but the hadith of Muah ibn Jabal says to begin our Da'wah with Tawheed for the people in the West, in particular the Kuffar of UK, are Atheists.

Say (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him): "He is Allah, (the) One. [Al-Ikhlas 112:1]
In Makkah, Allah didnt make alcohol haram but He made it haram in Madina. The Manhaj of Allah & his Rasul is to call to Tawheed then to Shariah.

It is reported on the authority of Ibn `Abbas (Radhi Allaahu Anhu) that Allah's Messenger (may Peace Be Upon Him) said when he sent Mu`aaz (Radhi Allaahu Anhu) to Yemen: "You are going to a people who are from the People of the Book: So the first thing to which you call them should be the testimony that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah ."

And in another narration: "that they testify to the Oneness of Allah ."
"And if they obey you in that, then inform them that Allah has made compulsory upon them five prayers every day and night. And if they obey you in that, then inform them that Allah has made incumbent upon them a charity (Zakah) which is to be taken from the rich among them and given to their poor.
And if they obey you in that then be careful not to take the best of their wealth (as Zakah), and be careful of the supplication of those who have suffered injustice, for there is no obstacle between it and Allah . (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim)

Question 5: Why do the 'Saudi-Salafis' hate the mujaheedeen?
Answer 5: They hate the Mujahideen because they are fighting to topple their Kuffar paymasters.

Question 6 What do you think about whitechapel mosque imam?
Answer 6: Allah said they prefer the life of Dunya over the Hereafter. They get their paychecks from the House of Saud. How can we expect them to love the Muslims and the Mujahideen? That is not possible. The politics of the Masjid in Whitechapel is Democracy. When you become an Imam of a Masjid, you will be sucked up in the politics of the Masjid, which is usually Democracy.

Tafseer Surah Fatiha

Question 1Shaikh what is the reference for the statement of Abu Hanifah that says: If you see the Fire of the worshipper having his festival and you donate an egg to the festival, you become a Kaffir? I thought Abu Hanifah said Iman is belief in the heart and statement of the tongue, and not action. So how is it that he made Takfir based on an action?

Answer 1Abu Hanifa made Takfir based upon ones actions. To say that Abu Hanifa didn’t consider actions to be part of Iman is to slander him. Abu Hanifa was not a Murji’, Abu Hanifa said that anyone who doesn’t believe Allah is on the ‘Arsh is a Kaffir. InshaAllah we will discuss this matter in depth at a later date.

Question 2Shaikh I have heard your lectures, The Devils Deception of Shia’s, Barelvi’s, Saudi Salafis, but none on Deobandis. Do you plan on doing a detailed lecture on the Devils Deception of Deobandis and Tablighi?

Answer 2There is an article on the following link: http://www.ahya.org. Ibn Arabi believed in Wahdatul Wujood  the belief that a man can become so righteous that he can become part of Allah. Tablighi’s believe in democracy and they also believe that Allah is everywhere.

Question 3: Can you recite Surah Fatiha over water to drink it for Ruqyah?

Answer 3: This is permissible, alhamdulilah.

Question 4: Shaikh, does the rule of slaughtering the animal before it dies apply to one who hunts wild animals such as deer, moose, etc?

Answer 4: When you shoot the animal, you must split the throat and drain the blood as much as possible, otherwise it is Haraam to consume.

Question 5: Shaikh, if one avoided Major Shirk and Kufr deeds, will Allah forgive them on the Day of Judgment? Do the evildoers have any hope? Shukran.

Answer 5: Allah said in [Quran 4:48] that He will forgive the sinner, as long as he didn’t commit Shirk setting up partners with Allah. That is a Hadith Qudsi; therefore the only sins that make a person a Kaffir are Major Kufr and Major Shirk. Minor Kufr and Minor Shirk do NOT make a person a Kaffir, but the Khawarij paint all sins with the same brush

Question 6Can we pray behind an Imam who does not know how to recite Surah Fatiha correctly?

Answer 6: Salah that is prayed behind a man, who cannot recite al-Faatiha, is Baatil (null and void). If al-Faatiha is recited in a language other than Arabic, the Salah is Baatil. Imam Malik said that if the Salah you are prayed is recited out loud, you do not recite al-Faatiha, the Imam does. But if the Salah is recited silently, you recite it to yourself, while moving your lips. Do not recite only in your mind, but move your lips as Rasul Allah did. The Salat recited out loud are Fajr, Maghrib, and Isha. The Salat recited silently are Duhr and Asr. Also see [Quran 7:204] for evidence.

Rules & Merits of Zakah

Question 1: Does practicing Sufism make on a deviant? And what about the scholars who say it doesn’t?

Answer 1: The Sufis believe in a concept called Wahdatul Wujood, the belief that a man can become so righteous that he can become part of Allah. This is Kufr Akbar. Sufis make Dhikr in Jama’ah, and claim that Rasul Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) is in their midst as they engage in these acts. Thereafter, they ask for money because they need to buy a “plane ticket” so Rasul Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) can return to Madina. Nazim al-Haqqani even claims to have the phone number of Rasul Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). They are completely delusional. The Sufi’s are also known to sodomize little boys. However, it should be noted that there are different forms of Sufism: the extreme Sufis who believe in Wahdatul Wujooh are Kuffar. The milder forms of Sufism, are deviant but still within the folds of Islam.

Question 2: Shaikh, can the Muslims in Darul Harb give their Zakah and Sadaqah to the so called “Islamic Aid Organizations” that are setup by the Deviants and the Kuffar after they have raided and closed down the genuine Zakah organizations?

Answer 1: We are not allowed to pay Zakah to any organizations that do not give money to the Mujahideen Fee Sabeelillah. They need food and clothing. We also do not pray behind an Imam who calls the Mujahideen Khawarij or Terrorists.

Question 3: Shaikh, is it obligatory upon every Muslim to know the basics about Isa (peace be upon him) and Dajjal?

Answer 3: We must know about the Dajjal and his attributes in order to have protection from his Fitnah, inshaAllah.

The 20 Duas of Ibrahim (A.S)

Question 1: Why can’t we ask for Allah to forgive the dead Pagan’s we love so much (i.e. our family and friends)? Can we pray for anything for them?

Answer 1: If you ask Allah to forgive pagans, you are asking Him to compromise His Deen. Allah does not change His stance. You must give them Dawah before they die, the Kuffar wont give up their Kufr until we the Muslims, invite them to al-Islam. Also see [Quran 3:35] and [Quran 9:113] for evidence.

Question 2: Did Ibrahim (peace be upon him) feel discouraged because his Dua’s weren’t answered in his lifetime?

Answer 2: Prophets did not feel discouraged, with the exception of Yunus (peace be upon him). Ibrahim was part of the Ulul ‘Azm – the five Prophets who never despaired.

Question 3Assalamu Alaikum Shaikh, what is the best Dua that the Mujahideen can make against the enemies of Islam and Muslims, and are you going to make a Dars on the Dua’s of the Mujahideen Fee Sabeelillah?

Answer 3: We will make another Dars on this topic InshaAllah. The best Dua of the Mujahideen is found in [Quran 2:286]. Sa’ad ibn Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) made this Dua before they fought the Persians and Allah granted them victory.

How to be Sincere to Muslim Brothers & Sisters

Question 1: If an Imam takes another Muslim to the Kaffir court system after you have shown him the evidence that this is Haraam, can you make Takfir on him?

Answer 1: After the Hujjah has been established you may make Takfir. The evidence is the Fatwa of Allama Shaikh Shanqiti. Tawheed Hakimiyyah is the twin half of Tawheed Uluhiyyah.
"To commit Shirk with Allah in judging is the same meaning as to commit Shirk in His worship, there is no difference between the two in any manner. There is no difference in any sense between he who follows a system (Nizam) other than Allah’s system or law other than Allah’s law (Shariah) and he who worships an idol or prostrates to a false god. They are the same and both are polytheists [associating partners] with Allah.” (Adwa’ al-Bayan, 7:162 – Sheikh Hamud bin Uqla al-Shuaibi).
“To judge to the Shariah alone and nothing else is the twin half of worshipping Allah alone and no one else.”

Allama Muhammad bin Ibrahim al-Shaikh (Tahkim al-Qawanin). According to this Fatwa, sliding one Tawheed underneath another is Haraam. The worst man in deceit is the man who deceives you in your Deen. See [Quran 61:7] for evidence.

Question 2: So is the Muslim who is poor being punished by Allah, if so is there evidence for this?

Answer 2: Maybe it is a punishment from Allah, as implied in the Ayah [4:79]. Sometimes a man is denied good sustenance due to the sins he perpetrated in the Dunya. At times, a man will supplicate to Allah, but his food, drink, and clothing are all Haraam, how can he expect Allah to answer him? Rasul Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) mentioned a man having journeyed far, disheveled and dusty who spreads out his hands to the sky saying: O Lord! O Lord!  - While his food is Haraam, his drink is Haraam, his clothing is Haraam, and his nourishment is Haraam, so how can his Dua be answered!” (Sahih Muslim)

Question 3: I have a vague recollection of a Hadith that says something like: Make 70 excuses for your brother and pick the best excuses among them. What is the wording and is it Sahih?

Answer 3: The Hadith is strong and the Sharh of the Hadith is to make excuses for our Ummah and to hide their sins. Hamdun al-Qassar, one of the great early Muslims said, “If a friend among your friends errs, make seventy excuses for them. If your hearts are unable to do this, then know that the shortcoming is in your own selves.” (Imam Bayhaqi, Shu’ab al-Iman 7.522)

Question 4: My question is what about the arrogant Muslims? There are very arrogant Muslims who will not even give the Salam and think that you are not practicing if you do not do things their way or follow who they follow or even if you do not speak Arabic. How should they be treated and is it right to feel animosity towards them, or should we overlook this?

Answer 4: You need to write that person a letter and if you the guts, you can tell that person that if anyone has an atoms weight of pride in his heart, he wont enter Jannah. You may also quote [Quran 31:18] to them.

Question 5: When a brother or sister has wronged you and you talk about it with your spouse, is this backbiting? Do you need to ask this person for forgiveness and if you do, do you have to tell them why you are asking them for forgiveness?

Answer 5: When someone has wronged you, you may discuss it with your spouse and/or a Shaikh, this is not backbiting. You may also discuss a business deal and/or a wedding proposal with someone.

Question 6: Salam Alaikum, is it right for a Muslim to tell another Muslim they will go to hell if they do not pray or fast?

Answer 6: Yes, a Muslim must tell his brother or sister to pray Salah. Allah says they will go to Hell if they don’t so you can convey this to them. For evidence see [Quran 74:42-48] and [Quran 9:11].

Question 7: Is it considered a boycott, if you do not like a certain person’s character - as they have been known to insult others and gossip, so you choose to stay away from them for fear of Fitnah?

Answer 7: As long as you have answered their Salam, that is enough. You have done your duty and prolonging the conversation is not necessary, no one can force you to carry on.

Question 8: Asalam Alaykum wa Rahmatullah, I came across the Hadith that says “One who gives a gift and takes it back is like a dog that eats its own vomit”. Unfortunately, I did this to a Kaffir. Am I like the dog described in the Hadith?

Answer 8: If the Kaffir is a sympathizer to Islam, you should not take the gift back. But if he is antagonistic towards Islam, you may take your give back and the evidence is [Quran 60:8]

Question 9: Shaikh, I think there is a lot of confusion between the Muslims because most are afraid to call a Munafiq for what he/she is – especially those within their own community. So these Munafiqun keep spreading trouble in the Ummah. They say that the act of exposing hypocrites is Haraam. Is there any ruling that says it is not allowed to publicly expose the Munafiqun if you have clear evidence against them?

Answer 9: We are commanded by Allah to be harsh with the Kuffar and the Munafiqeen, the evidence is [Quran 9:73]. You may be kind to the Kuffar who are sympathizers to Islam if they don’t use their tongues, hands or pens against Islam.  The Prophet said, “Whoever has the following four (characteristics) will be a pure hypocrite and whoever has one of the following four characteristics will have one characteristic of hypocrisy unless and until he gives it up:
- Whenever he speaks, he tells a lie.
- Whenever he makes a covenant, he proves treacherous.
- Whenever he quarrels, he behaves in a very imprudent, evil and insulting manner. “(Bukhari Book 2,   Hadith
Also see: “Brixton Spying! Is this the way of the Salaf?”

Question 10: Shaikh, if there is covenant between Kuffar and us, what does this entail? For instance can we invite them to Islam?

Answer 10: Yes, you can still invite them to Islam. Shaikh Hamad al-Uqla said the covenant is broken. You can see the fatwa herehttp://d.1asphost.com/TawheedJihad/Fatwa_911.htm also see http://www.4shared.com/audio/zP-H8eZg/Al-Wala_Wal-Bara.html The Munafiqeen are preaching abut covenants of security, please copy and paste these links and tell Abu Basir to fear Allah. There is NO covenant of security with these Kuffar. Do not take your Deen from people who preach about the security covenant. These people want to live in the comfort of Darul Harb, and that is why they preach covenant of security. Marching will not make a difference, Jihad is the solution.

Islam was Revealed in Stages
  • Question 1: What is the Quranic evidence or sunnah that says if you believe in C-o-S you are a munafiq?
Answer 1 : The evidence is Sahih Muslim: if you die without intention to do jihad, you die the death of a muanfiq. Those who preach the COS are trying to hide behind it. (C-o-S= covenant of security)

It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: One who died but did not fight in the way of Allah nor did he express any desire or determination for Jihad died the death of a hypocrite. [Sahih Muslim, Book 20, Hadith 4696]

These people who believe in this have betrayed the blood of the mujahideen.

Those who believe say: "Why is not a Sûrah (chapter of the Qur'an) sent down (for us)? But when a decisive Sûrah (explaining and ordering things) is sent down, and fighting (Jihad holy fighting in Allah's Cause) is mentioned (i.e. ordained) therein, you will see those in whose hearts is a disease (of hypocrisy) looking at you with a look of one fainting to death.
But it was better for them (hypocrites, to listen to Allah and to obey Him). [Muhammad 47:20]

Just because we don't believe in the covenant of security, it doesn't mean we say to plant bombs in America is allowed. A munafiqh will always hide behind the covenant of security. These people are marchers, they believe in marches. The maximum they can do for Islam is to march. Do you think the people on the frontlines believe in MARCHING?
1 million people marched against the war in Iraq, but Tony Blair still went to war. There was no al Qaeda in Iraq before they were invaded but now, Al Qaeda is there.
Jewish tribes broke their covenant of security. One woman was made naked in the market but the kuffaar now rape and kill thousands of women. Look at what's happening in Iraq and Kashmir and Chechnya.

 1st tribe - BANU QAYNUQA
Muslimah in market place was made to be naked, that’s the same as making all of us naked.

 2nd tribe - BANU NADHEER
They tried to kill Muhammad (saws) but the kuffaar are not trying they ARE killing us

 3rd tribe - BANU QURAYDA
They told Quraysh a section where they could enter Madina around where Muhammad (saws) dug the ditch. Jews break every covenant.

Is it not the case that every time they make a covenant, some party among them throw it aside? Nay! the truth is most of them believe not. (Al-Baqarah 2:100)

So, all 3 Jewish tribes broke their covenant of security. The kuffaar have broken theirs by raping and killing Muslims. Munafiqhs wants to march along the street and not do jihad
Shaikh Humood al-Uqla  [fatawa re: Covenant of Security]

Narrated By Ibn Umar: Bani An-Nadir and Bani Quraiza fought (against the Prophet violating their peace treaty), so the Prophet exiled Bani An-Nadir and allowed Bani Quraiza to remain at their places (in Medina) taking nothing from them till they fought against the Prophet again). He then killed their men and distributed their women, children and property among the Muslims,
but some of them came to the Prophet and he granted them safety, and they embraced Islam. He exiled all the Jews from Medina. They were the Jews of Bani Qainuqa', the tribe of 'Abdullah bin Salam and the Jews of Bani Haritha and all the other Jews of Medina. [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 5, Book 59, Hadith #362]

Answer 3: If they believe in it, they have traces of nifaaq in their hearts?

  • Question 4: Sheikh, Do you make Takfir on Bin Bazz?
Answer 4: Bin Baaz passed a fatwa that is Kufr Akbar. It’s apostacy?

O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliya' (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but Auliya' to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as Auliya', then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the Zalimûn (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust). [Al-Ma'idah 5:51]

Shaikh's answer: whether Bin Baaz died as kaafir, ALLAHU ALAM

Except those who repent and do righteous deeds, and openly declare (the truth which they concealed). These, I will accept their repentance. And I am the One Who accepts repentance, the Most Merciful. [Al-Baqarah 2:160]

Tafseer surah baqarah - get your priorities right

Question 1: Just towards the end, there was a mention of Animal Sex? This is first time I have knowledge of this, can kindly elaborate on that?
Answer1: Shia Hujjah:
"A man can have sex with animals such as sheep, cows, camels and so on. However he should kill the animal after he has his orgasm. He should not sell the meat to the people in his own village, however selling the meat to the next door village should be fine." [Ayatollah Khomeini, Tahrirolvasyleh, 4TH Volume - Darol Elm, Gom, Iran, 1990 from Khomeini's book, "Tahrirolvasyleh"]

Narrated By Abdullah ibn Abbas: The Prophet (pbuh) said: If anyone has sexual intercourse with an animal, kill him and kill it along with him. I (Ikrimah) said: I asked him (Ibn Abbas): What offence can be attributed to the animal He replied: I think he (the Prophet) disapproved of its flesh being eaten when such a thing had been done to it. [Abu Dawud, Book 33, Hadith #4449]

Question 2: Shaykh is it true that some ulema of Ahlus sunnah considered music to be halal and is it true that every hadith saying music is haraam are weak?

Answer 2: And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks (i.e.music, singing, etc.) to mislead (men) from the Path of Allah without knowledge, and takes it (the Path of Allah, the Verses of the Qur'an) by way of mockery. For such there will be a humiliating torment (in the Hell-fire). [Luqman 31:6]

Narrated By Abu 'Amir or Abu Malik Al-Ash'ari: That he heard the Prophet saying, "From among my followers there will be some people who will consider illegal sexual intercourse, the wearing of silk, the drinking of alcoholic drinks and the use of musical instruments, as lawful. And there will be some people who will stay near the side of a mountain and in the evening their shepherd will come to them with their sheep and ask them for something, but they will say to him, 'Return to us tomorrow.' Allah will destroy them during the night and will let the mountain fall on them, and He will transform the rest of them into monkeys and pigs and they will remain so till the Day of Resurrection." [Sahih Bukhari, Vol 7, Book 69, Hadith #494B]

Tafseer Surah Baqrah- They shall reap what they sow, and you shall reap what you sow.

Question 1: Some people have confused me saying that you must not say muawiyah Raziallahu anhu because he fought with Ali ...so now if i follow the aayah Al Baqara 136..I can say raziallahu anhu?
Answer 1. its baqarah 2:134

That was a nation who has passed away. They shall receive the reward of what they earned and you of what you earn. And you will not be asked of what they used to do. (Al-Baqarah 2:134)

When you say muawiyah you should say radhi Allahu anhu. He was a scribe, and it does not matter that he fought Ali.

The other 11 dua's of Prophet Ibrahim (A.S)

  • Question1: Why can't we ask for Allah to forgive the dead pagans we loved so much our family and friends. Can we pray for anything for them?
Answer 1: If you ask Allah to forgive the pagans, you are asking HIM to compromise His Deen. Allah does not change his stance. Hujjahs are [3:85] & [9:113]

And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers. [Aali Imran 3:85]

It is not proper for the Prophet (saws) and those who believe to ask Allah's Forgiveness for the Mushrikûn (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) even though they be of kin, after it has become clear to them that they are the dwellers of the Fire (because they died in a state of disbelief). [At-Tawbah 9:113]

You must give them Da'wah before they die Insha'Allah. The Kuffar won't give up their Kufr until we, Muslims, invite them to Islam.
  • Question 2: Was Ibrahim (A.S) discouraged because his du'as weren't answered in his lifetime?
Answer 2: Prophets are not discouraged with the exception of Yunus (a.s.). Ibrahim a.s. was part of the Ulul Azam (the 5 prophets who never despaired)

Question 3: Assalamu Alaikum shaikh, what is the best dua'a that the mujahideen can make against the enemies of Islam and muslims, and are you going to make a dars on the duas of the mujahideen  fi -sabilillah ?
Answer 3: Shaikh will have to make another dars on this topic Insha'Allah. The best du'a for the Mujahideen is Baqarah: 286.

"Our Lord! Punish us not if we forget or fall into error, our Lord! Lay not on us a burden like that which You did lay on those before us (Jews and Christians); our Lord! Put not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Pardon us and grant us Forgiveness. Have mercy on us. You are our Maula (Patron, Suppor-ter and Protector, etc.) and give us victory over the disbelieving people." [Al-Baqarah 2:286]

Sa'ad ibn Abi Waqqas made this du'a before they fought the Persians and Allah swt granted them victory.

Tafseer Surah Baqrah: The 9 Dua's Of Prophet Ibrahim (A.S)

  • Question 1: Is it allowed for a sister to dye her eyebrow hair to make it look nicer or does that fall under the same category as plucking the hair in order to change the shape as sometimes when you colour it, it does look thinner : or is there a difference of opinion?
Answer 1: Dye hair balck: Prophet (saws) said: ”Change this colour, and stay away from the black (colour).” Sahih Muslim

  •  Question 2: Shaikh, can you do a dars on DU'AS [how to get them answered, when they are not] because  Allah answered Ibrahim's duaas but not in HIS lifetime, that took a lot of sabr and nowadays we want answers to dua's now, how do we handle it when our duaas are not being answered?
Answer 2: Your dua' must not involve shirk. Stay away from haram food and drink.

1.Dua' must be sincere
2.Must not involve shirk
3.We must eat and drink halal
4.Dua' must not contain any shirk

Our 5 Basic Needs

  • Question 1: Is "Milestones" important for a Muslim to read? And what is the main lesson behind the book?
Answer 1: Milestones is important . It deals with current events and the state of the Ummah.
The writings of Sayd Qutub are very important. Do not listen to people who slander him. Do not hesitate to read his writings. The book (Milestones) deals with Fiqhul Waqi. Anyone who calls for Sharia and Jihad, they are despised and called Khawarij.
You are not allowed to take your deen from the Madkhalis because their Aqeedah is wrong.
It is major kufur to dismantle the Shariah. There are those who write books about all the scholars/dai’s upon the Haqq. They curse and slander them. They are those who use Islam for dunya matters and cement the thrones of the apostate rulers. Do not take your deen from the "saudi salafis". They call the Mujahideen terrorists and Khawarij.
  • Question 2: Is it allowed to sell to Kuffar papyrus with the Pharaohs and kings of Egypt painted on them?
Answer 2: If you are not content about selling these things... since it is bothering you, my sincere advice to you is to stop selling them and to put your Rizq in the hands of Allah.
By you asking this question it is clear that you are not content about selling these things. Because you don’t want to promote the Pharaoh who was the worst kaafir, he said he was the lord most high. Anyone who gives up something for Allah, Allah will exchange it for something better. You should give up selling these, the hadith Rasool (saws) said that whosever leaves something for the sake of Allah, Allah will replace it with something better.

"Whosoever leaves something for the sake of Allah then Allah, the Mighty and Magnificent, will replace it with something better than it." Reported by Ahmad [5/363]

  • Question 3: What is the best way for a Muslim youth to get married according to Islam? Jazakallah kheyr
Answer 3: When shaikh was in the UK, he used to find wives for the brothers. Ask your shaikh to find you a wife. local imams or your parents. You are allowed to find a wife on the internet, but you should not marry until she is checked in real life!

  • Question 4: If you have the symptoms of a cold or flu, can you stop fasting for that day?
Answer 4: You have to make up the fast from other days. It is ok to break your fast when you have flu.
[Ta-Ha 20:1]

We have not sent down the Qur'an unto you (O Muhammad SAW) to cause you distress, [Ta-Ha 20:2]

There are many verses in the Quran where Allah tells us not to make the deen a burden in our lives. [4:29]

Allah intends for you ease, and He does not want to make things difficult for you.[Al-Baqarah 2:185]

And do not kill yourselves (nor kill one another). Surely, Allah is Most Merciful to you. [An-Nisa 4:29]

  •  Question 5: What if the person insists on fasting?  My friend is pregnant and insists on fasting.  She has been doing okay so far but the doctor tells her it is not good for the baby.
Answer 5: First of all the doctor must be a Muslim. Only a muslim doctor can pass a fatwa on health when relating to deen. If a woman does not fast due to pregnancy, she should feed a poor person for each day, and she does not have to make the day up.
A pregnant woman is allowed to fast in ramadhan, she is allowed, but she is not allowed to fast if she is told that its unhealthy for the baby. A woman who has a healthy body, she is not anorexic can and is able to fast in ramadhan without any degree of harm to baby.

The Slander Of Aisha (RA)

  • Question 1: What the characteristics of a hypocrite?
Answer 1:  Ramadhan is a burden on them, jihad and zakah, are all burdens on them, we will expose hypocrites one day.

The Prophet (saws) said, "Whoever has the following four (characteristics) will be a pure hypocrite and whoever has one of the following four characteristics will have one characteristic of hypocrisy unless and until he gives it up.
1. Whenever he is entrusted, he betrays.
2. Whenever he speaks, he tells a lie.
3. Whenever he makes a covenant, he proves treacherous.
4. Whenever he quarrels, he behaves in a very imprudent, evil and insulting manner.

The Prophet said, "Whoever has the following four (characteristics) will be a pure hypocrite and whoever has one of the following four characteristics will have one characteristic of hypocrisy unless and until he gives it up. 1. Whenever he is entrusted, he betrays. 2. Whenever he speaks, he tells a lie. 3. Whenever he makes a covenant, he proves treacherous. 4. Whenever he quarrels, he behaves in a very imprudent, evil and insulting manner." [Bukhari, Book 2, Hadith #33]

  • Question 2: How did the Rasool (saws) and Aisha (ra) interact with each other during the month when the month was going on?

Answer 2:  He was behaving cold towards her and he was never cold towards his wives and so she realized there was something wrong. She had a fever at the same time so she asked for permission to go see her mother.

  • Question 3: Sheikh  what if you are present where a Muslim is being slandered and  back-bitted.and  you cant really say nothing to defend for some reason?
Answer 3:  When you are in the company where others are being back-bitten, you're supposed to defend yours and their honor but even if you smile, you are guilty. Smile can be LOL [online], laughing as in agreement.
Mistah got 80 lashes for he was guilty just for hanging around the slanderers and smiling.

London Burning – Chicken comes Home to Roost

Question 1: Assalamu alaikum Shaikh, will we see by Allah’s permission the burning down of USA? As now the markets are on a free fall, and do you think it will turn into an ethnic cleansing that the Kuffar have been hiding within their hearts for the Muslims that live in Europe and America?

Answer 1: Predictions: The Kuffar will lose the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, and it is going to destroy their countries. They are going to turn on the Muslims when they lose the war and it will cause the break up of their countries, just like what happened to the Soviet Union – they will turn on each other. Why? Because history repeats itself and the hearts of the Kuffar are alike.

Question 2Please tell me if there is such thing as Bida’ah Hassanah?

Answer 2: There is a difference of opinion amongst the scholars regarding this expression. If you study in Saudi Arabia, they will say there is no such thing as Bid’ah Hassanah (this is the correct opinion), whenever the Muslims bring up something new (like the idea of building minarets), don’t use Bid’ah – which means innovation, rather use Maslaha – which means public interest. “…The most truthful speech is the Book of Allah. The best way is the way of Muhammad. The worst of affairs are the novelties and every novelty is an innovation, and every innovation is misguidance and every misguidance is in the Fire.” (Reported by an-Nasaa’ee 3/188)

Question 3: I had a dream that I was driving past a Masjid and I saw people praying and I heard Surah al-Fatiha being recited. I saw Muslims walking to the Masjid, and then in the dream I began crying. What is the interpretation of this?

Answer 3: If you cried tears of joy, something good will happen to the Muslims, if you cried tears of sadness something bad will happen to the Muslims.

How to be Sincere to Allah – Part 1

Question 1: My Masjid follows the Hanafi time regarding Asr prayer. For example today Asr begins at 6:27 pm, so if I pray Duhr at 5:50 pm is this valid?

Answer 1: No scholars condemn the Hanafi prayer times.

Question 2: Is it Haraam to pray behind a Brelvi Imam because that is the only Imam in the area?

Answer 2: When the Hujjah is established against him, you cannot pray behind him because he is a Kaffir. For evidence see [Quran 39:3]

Question 3: Can I join Asr and Marghrib together?

Answer 3: It is a Bid’ah and it is Haraam to join Asr with Maghrib. Asr can only be joined with Duhr and Maghrib can only be joined with Isha. For evidence see [Quran 20:2]

Question 4: Can a sister work for UNO as a translator?

Answer 4: If the documents you translate harm them Mujahideen, then it is Haraam.

Question 5: Sheikh, I heard in a past lecture you said that according to the Hanafi school of thought, one may sell alcohol in Darul Harb. Doesn’t this idea contradict forbidding Munkar with the hands?

Answer 5: To sell alcohol is like running a brothel, according to the Hanbali Madhab. But according to Hanafi fiqh, it is permissible to sell to the Kuffar in Darul Harb. We are at WAR with the Kuffar; to harm them in this way is fine. If you are not happy with the fatwa of Abu Hanifa, then follow the Hanbali fatwa.

Question 6: Which school of thought should we follow?

Answer 6: The closest Madhab to Quran and Sunnah is the Hanbali Madhab. Because when Abu Hanifa was alive, there was no collection of Ahadith. In Imam Malik’s time, the first collection of Ahadith was made (Muwatta of Imam Malik), Imam Ahmed ibn Hanbal memorized the most Ahadith and that is why his Madhab is the closest to the Quran and Sunnah.

   Question 7: Is smoking Haraam?

Answer 7: Smoking is Haraam, and not Makrooh as many may think. The evidence that smoking is Haraam can be found in [Quran 17:27]. Every smoker is the brother of Shaytan and smoking forces you out of the company of the pious. If a person dies from smoking tobacco, they have committed suicide. Smoking makes Ramadan a burden on you, many who are chain smokers cannot fast in Ramadan because the Nicotine is needed in their brain. Smoking is Haraam because it makes your breath stink; you offend your wife, your children, your Muslim brothers and sisters in Salah, and you even offend the angels with your bad breath. Smoke comes from the mouths and noses of the people of Hellfire – we are not allowed to imitate the people of hellfire, the Kuffar, or the sinful. Smoking is not a characteristic of the Sahaba or the Salafus Saleh. Smoking is also Haraam because it is a form of Tawakkul (i.e. relying on something other than Allah). Nicotine also causes impotence and erectile dysfunction. No scholar said that smoking cigarettes invalidates your Salah for 40 days. But overall, smoking is Haraam – not Makrooh - because it destroys your health, and your health is an Amaanah – a trust with Allah.

Judgment Day

Question 1: Where is the Hujjah that says women will give birth in Jannah?

Answer 1: The Hujjah is that Allah will give us anything we want in Jannah.

Question 2: Didn’t the man who ordered his family to burn him to ashes out of fear of Allah have an incorrect Aqeedah? Didn’t Imam Abu Hanifah say Aqeedah is the greatest Fiqh?

Answer 2: The scholars say that the man did not study the 99 names of Allah. He didn’t know about the name al-Qaadir – the All Able.

Question 3: Is there any Hadith that says how long the time period between the blowing of the two horns (death and resurrection)?

Answer 3: A Hadith says there are “40” between the two blows of the horn. The Hadith does not specify weather it is days, or weeks, or years. After an unspecified period of time, a second trumpet will be blown. It is called “The trumpet of the Swoon”.

Question 4: When we are called by our names, will we be called by our mothers name or our father’s name? And if we changed our name after becoming Muslim, will we be called by our Muslim name or our birth name?

Answer 4: If you changed your name to an Islamic one; that is the name you will be called by on Yawm al-Qiyamah. You will be called by your father’s name, as we find in the Hadith.

Question 5: Are there concubines in Jannah?

Answer 5: Yes, there will be concubines in Jannah. Allah said we get anything we want in Jannah. There are Hoor al-Ayn, 72 for the martyrs and 2 for the regular men.

(Eve. 07/24/11)

Who are you? The Righteous Servants of ar-Rahman [Pt. 3]

Question 1: What are right hand possessions?

Answer 1: These are the women who have been taken as captives when a land was subdued. You are not allowed to go to bed with these type of women in the west, even though it is Darul Harb.

Question 2: Can I marry a Murji’ woman?

Answer 2: You may marry a Murji’ woman but a woman cannot be married to a man with weak Iman. A woman follows the Deen of her husband.

Question 3: Am I allowed to hold a Quran and read the English translation while the Imam is reciting the same passage in Taraweeh prayer?

Answer 3: Yes you are allowed to do this, but do not practice it in a Hanafi masjid.

Question 4: Shaikh, do you know anything about “Spread Betting”? Is this Halal?

Answer 4: Betting is Haraam in Islam.

Question 5: Shaikh, from where can we learn the correct Aqeedah? You mentioned from whom we cant learn, but where can we start to learn the correct Aqeedah?

Answer 5: Stick to the books of Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn Kathir, your Aqeedah will be preserved.

Question 6: Sheikh, can you do Sajdah al-Sahw in the incident where you do one less Rakah or one more Rakah, or any errors in Salah?

Answer 6: Make two extra Sujood after the Jalsa position and make Tasleem.

Question 7: Shaikh, is CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) allowed if a psychiatrist  strongly recommends it?

Answer 7: Islam does not stop you from going to therapy if you have behavioral problems.

Question 8When we go down for Sujood, should we go down knees first or hands first? And when we are getting up from Sujood, do we use our hands to help lift us up or do we rise using the tips of our toes (meaning not using the hands)

Answer 8: Salman al-Owdah said that the Hanafi and Hanbali Madahib say to go down with knees first, but Shafi’i says to go down with hands first, but the Shaikh said it is not an issue and the Salah will be accepted either way. Some people are ld and weak and they need the help of their hands. The most accurate opinion is to go down with the hands first. “He (peace and blessings be upon him) used to place his hands on the ground before his knees.” (Ibn Khuzaimah 1/76/1) All scholars agree that the Ahadith that contradict this are unauthentic. Imam Malik has also endorsed this way.

Who are you? Successful Indeed are the Believers [Part-2]

Question 1: Asalamalaikum, how can Mut’ah be halal, as it sounds like prostitution, Muslims are meant to be pious and pure, if a man does Mut’ah how is he chaste? Also, what happens if a woman has a baby as a product of Mut’ah – who must look after it?

Answer 1: Mut’ah is not Halal in the Sunni Shariah, the Shi’a constitution made it Halal. If a child is born from Mut’ah, the burden of upbringing is on the woman.

Question 2: In the West, gossip is very common – especially in the work place. How do we abstain from this?

Answer 2: The cure is to abstain from bad company and associate with good people as Allah says in [Quran 9:119]

Question 3: Asalamu Alaikum Shaikh, I was wondering if it is permissible for the youth to stay in the Masjid all day because they don’t have anything to do?

Answer 3: Make yourself busy with a skill. You must be busy with some type of work and you are not allowed to remain in the Masjid without doing anything.

Question 4: What is our duty as Muslims living in the West?

Answer 4: Your duty in the West is to give Da’wah and call people to Tawheed. Christianity must be replaced with Islam, because Christianity is Paganism and Dawah is amongst the greatest acts of Ibadah as Allah mentioned in [Quran 3:104]

Question 5: Asalam Alaikum, I intend to do I’tikaf for Ramadan inshaAllah, however my job requires me to work at night for 2 hours. It is a 7-day/week job and I cannot get time off. Can I attend in I’tikaaf and work and the return to I’tikaaf? What is the ruling, JazakAllah khair.

Answer 5: You can do I’tikaf and go to work and return to I’tikaf after work. Your I’tikaf will be valid InshaAllah

Question 6: Salam Alaikum Shaikh, if a woman in Darul Harb agrees to be my slave is she considered a Right hand possession?

Answer 6: You are not permitted to take slaves until you have subdued the land. The woman might change her mind and cry rape. It is better to marry her and preserve your character because people may accuse you of committing Zina.

Question 7: Where did it state that those who didn’t join their prayers missed their prayers?

Answer 7: This is the Shaikh’s opinion. Muslims who do not join their Salah, end up missing them. Therefore, it is better to join the Salat.

Question 8: Asalamu Alaikum, Shaikh. Is it Minor Shirk or Major Kufr that takes you outside of the fold of Islam? Can you give Hujjah for either case please.

Answer 8: Minor Shirk is when a good deed is done to show off. Minor Shirk doesn’t make you a Kaffir; it only nullifies that deed you committed to show off. Major Shirk and Major Kufr is the same thing, they both take you outside the fold of Islam.

Question 9: Can a Muslim pray during or after having a miscarriage?

Answer 9: It is Haraam to pray while there is bleeding and it becomes Nifaas. The bleeding must come to an end and she must perform Ghusl, then pray.

Question 10: Are contents of Sharh Aqeedah Wasitiyah and Sharh Aqeedah Hamawiyah the same?

Answer 10: They are overlapping each other but they are not equal. These books are Gems and you must get them, insha'Allah.

Allah’s Commandments to Ibrahim

Question 1: The one who believes the Quran is created is a Kaffir?

Answer 1: You cannot make Takfir until you make the evidence clear. If anyone denies the Quran it is similar to someone denying the attributes of Allah. The Quran is described as “Ilmullah” – knowledge of Allah in [Quran 2:120] Imam Ahmed replied to someone who said the Quran was created, “The Quran is from the Ilm of Allah, and the Ilm of Allah is not created, for whoever says it is created is a Kaffir.” (Sharh I’tiqad Ahl al-Sunnah wal Jama’ah al-Laalika’ee V.2 P.512) Imam Malik was also asked about the one who says the Quran is created, and he replied by saying “He is an unbeliever so kill him.” (Kitab ash-Shifah of Qadi ‘Iyaad P.419) Imam Shafi’ee held the same opinion saying, “Whoever says the Quran is created, then he is a disbeliever.” (Sharh Usool I’tiqad Ahl al-Sunnah wal Jama’ah of Lalika’ee V.1 P.252)

Question 2: What does it mean the Quran is eternal? If it is eternal in Jannah and Allah is also eternal does that mean there are Two eternals?

Answer 2: The Ilm of Allah is eternal. The Quran is not eternal in the Dunya but it is eternal in al-Lawh al-Mahfuz.

Question 3: Shaikh, the Imam in the Masjid I go to publicly came out as a Sufi. Can I pray Jama’ah with this Sufi Imam? He performs long Witr’s on Thursday nights and celebrates the Prophets birthday in a grand manner. I do not participate in any of these Bid’ah events, only Salah and Jumu’ah.

Answer 3: The Sufi Imam most likely believes in Wahdatul Wujood (mans union with Allah), and that Rasul Allah is alive in his grave, and is able to make Dua for people. If he believes in these things, you cannot pray behind him. If he does not believe in these things, you may pray behind him.

Question 4: The Hadith clearly refers to alcohol when it talks about Salah not being accepted for 40 days. So how can you say this applies to Marijuana, which is a billion times lesser than alcohol?

Answer 4: It applies to Marijuana, Crack, Cocaine, etc. All of these are classified as intoxicants, and your Salah will not be accepted for 40 days. “Every intoxicant is Khamr, and every intoxicant is Haraam.” (Sahih al Bukhari and Muslim)

Question 5: Can I read magazines that contain articles on sex so that I know how to better please my husband?

Answer 5: If it was written for educational purposes, then it is permissible. If it was written to cause to create Fitnah, it is Haraam.

Question 6: Can you explain where it says Isa is a word from Allah in the Quran?

Answer 6: Isa (upon him be peace) was referred to as the “Word” of Allah, bestowed upon Maryam (upon her be peace) in [Quran 4:171]

The Many Miracles of the Prophet Muhammad

Question 1: Asalamu Alaikum, I recently watched a documentary about Gog and Magog, and according to the documentary it says that they are here already because the lake of Galilee is drying up at a rapid rate. What is your view on this?

Answer 1: Ya’juj and Ma’juj will only come after Isa is here, so the claims of this documentary are incorrect.

Question 2: How did the Prophet find out where the Kuffar would be slain at the battle of Badr?

Answer 2: Allah inspired Rasul Allah with this knowledge.

Question 3: May Allah grant you health to carry on, ameen. I just wanted to know your stance on Sheikh Imran Hossein. Also, when are you doing a lecture on Tablighi Jamat?

Answer 3: Imran Hossein believes in conspiracy theories, and Shaikh Faisal may do a talk “advising” the Tablighi Jamat, not a “Devils Deception” themed talk.

   Question 4What about Imam Mahdi?

Answer 4: InshaAllah we will have a separate sitting to discuss the Mahdi.
